I had an appointment at 11:30 am and was told there would be an hour wait. No problem! I went to the hardware store and picked up my new glasses at my nearby optometrist’s office. Upon my return, I waited until 1:45, at which time I left for a 2 pm hair appointment. I am back in the center (it is now 3:45) and am still waiting!! 😳

The check-in terminal was not working properly, even though I have been a patient in this facility in the past, I could not check in. FINALLY the person at the desk helped me get my info in the system - and informed me that the check-in system does not work well. (Perhaps it should be fixed???) Once I saw the nurse / PA, the process went smoothly and service explanations were handled well.

I have used this urgent care facility a couple times now and I have been very satisfied with my service on both occasions. The staff is very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Considering its a walk-in facility, I have never experienced a very long wait time which I appreciate since both times it was a true emergency and I was in a lot of pain. My most recent visit I saw Dr. Jing Wei and she was wonderful.

Waited 45 minutes past my appointment to be seen. Only one clinician on duty and she was dealing with a serious emergency. Either hire more staff or make it known on the online registration the number of clinicians on duty. Ancillary staff was minimally social. My treatment plan however, did the job.

I had a great experience today @ this location. Every staff member from the front desk, to the intake nurses to the NP/PA providers were all incredibly helpful and friendly. They got me in quickly, attended to the issues I was dealing with and had me on my way to the pharmacy in a very timely manner. One of the NP’s also took the time to help me look into new insurance quotes since she heard me discussing my situation with another employee. I would 100% recommend this location to any of my friends/family in the area.

The young lady who checked us in was helpful and gave me the DIAA form that I was missing to complete. The nurse and the nurse practitioner were very professional, kind and friendly and made my son feel very comfortable. I would recommend this clinic to everyone seeking professional care.Thank you

I got attacked and stung by an angry nest of yellow jackets.Thankfully I wasn’t allergic,but I got very uncomfortable and in pain and itchy . I was able to make an appointment and was seen quickly, my concerns addressed,and am doing better now. It was late at night when I came in,and they probably wanted to go home but they never acted annoyed, and worked as a team really well to treat me and others I saw there. Even when I was walking back from the pharmacy, the physician made sure to come out and ask if I got the right rx and was ok. Thank you everyone ! Christiana care is a huge medical monstrosity in our state and I appreciated the individual care and not being treated like a number.

Had a wonderful experience. Gashed my hand and needed tetanus shot, and they took me in literally 5 minutes before they closed. They were very nice about it! Would highly recommend anyone!

Went to Pike Creek location. I came in due to a fall hurt my hand hip. Doctor was standoffish. Never examined my hip. Ordered xray of hand then told me results were nothing broken or fractured. Had splint put on. He left. I told nurse rep it was hurting. Doctor came back loosened it then left again.I saw my Sports Medicine Doctor who looked at xray and zoomed in for details and he showed me, that I have a small fracture on my left wrist. Ordered CAT scan of hand and said it may need a pin put in. Gave me list of hand surgeon to call and have him review scan and xray to finalize what needs to be done to repair fracture. In addition, I suffered a large hematoma on left hip.Although, I was in alot of pain, I was never given any pain medication. So I suffered for days barely get in and out of bed etc.

As usual, I had a great experience at the Go Health Pike Creek location. I have been here quite a few times and am always taken care of well. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. The providers treated me with respect and great care. Thank you for providing great health care!

The competency, professionalism, and compassion of the doctors and staff is exceptional. As busy as they are, they focus on the patient and take the time to provide exceptional care. I have recommended Go Health at Pike Creek to others and I will continue to shout its praises.

This is my favorite Urgent Care. Providers are always very thorough, take the time to answer questions, and provide us with all the information we need. It’s never a long wait, even if we sign in upon arrival. Definitely recommend!

We had an appointment for my mom. We were seen by a Medical Assistant and then an NP right on time. The facility was clean, the staff was friendly, and the care was excellent. We were in and out so fast. Thank you!

Nurse attendant listened and was caring. She recognized my needs and concernsThe Ladies at the front was nice. Nurse who took my vitals was pleasant.

Your physicians need to have access to Christiana Care records for patient health including previous tests. I went in for an EKG and was told I needed to go to the emergency room, there was a concern. If you had been able to see my previous ones you would have known, they were the same and nothing to be alarmed about. Being cautious is good but I ended up waiting over 7 hrs for a room so a doctor could tell what my PCP told me. Fortunately, I left before getting charged for a room, an unnecessary expense. In my opinion if you have a problem your PCP can address go that way. If its a real emergency go to the CCH.

The NP was fabulous! Very knowledgeable and put my mind at ease. Everyone there is very kind and I cant begin to tell you how that goes a long way to a nervous and vulnerable patient.

I went online at home and was given a time of 6:15 pm. My friend then took me to Urgent Carr. Everyone was very courteous. I was taken back to a room and evaluated. My wound was washed and it was recommended that I get a CT scan of the head. I then went to Christiana Hospital ER.

My visit was very good. I had an appointment, arrived a few minutes early and was taken care of immediately. All the medical professionals were knowledgeable, considerate, and professional, from start to finish.

My review is for the specific facility at Limestone Rd in Wilmington, DE, which I was nervous to go to because my last experience was not good at all (at another location) but this locations staff was kind, caring, showed respect for the patient and our privacy, very thorough, not belittling, all of which I greatly appreciated! The facility was very well maintained.

This site provides little care to none at all. Customer service seems to be nonexistent and the phone system needs improvement. Every time I tried to use their services I was unablet to use them because the services were not available to complete eg, EKG and x-rays…. So I would not recommend them you will be better off going to ER.

Arrived with my elderly Mother near closing time last evening. The staff stayed late and treated my Mother anyway. Kimberly and the entire staff were all so kind and compassionate!! Amazing folks!!

On Thursday May 23 Rd I went to the Christiana Care Go Health Urgent Care on Rt 4 at 6:30 PM. I had an appointment, so my wait time was very short which was nice. My PA Tim was great. He saw me for a broken bone in my hand. He was very knowledgeable and personable.He examined my hand, but said I needed to go to another Urgent Care Health facility at Pike Creek because they did not have an X-ray technician. Also, he did not call in/prescribe me any pain medicine. Both of these two items were very inconvenient.When I got to the Pike Creek Go Health Urgent Care center, my wait time was very short. The X-ray technician Kim was great. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Not sure who I woke with after her, if she was a PA or attending doctor. She said she couldnt tell if my bone was broken or not, but sent me on my way after the x-ray.I tried to call my GPs office on Friday the 24th and left messages for them to get medication, but my calls were not returned until today which is the 28th. So I had to be in pain for 5 days without any pain medication with a broken bone in my hand which is very painful. I should have been prescribed appropriate pain medication after getting my X-ray performed at the Pike Creek Urgent Care Health Care Center as there was a clearly visible break shown on my X-ray. Or it could have been called in after the X-ray report was read, but it was not. There was also no follow up done. This was a major failure in proper treatment.

It was absolutely the best urgent care visit I ever had! I was able to register online and then use the checkin pad as soon as I walked in. They took me right away and were very thorough, friendly and a good sense of humor! I LOVED my visit!!!

I was treated with care and respects from the receptions to the both nurses and the PA. Hate being sick but this Urgent Care is exceptional.

Everyone was very polite from start to finish. I did not wait long. Everyone was kind as well as thorough. And I was in and out in less than an hour - even though I was a walk in. Very impressed.

They were all so helpful and kind. And they were so patient with me while I called another urgent care to get information.I would definitely recommend this place.

Staff was great! Went for a self inflected slice and notified beforehand when calling that there may be a wait, which there was, but taken in at a reasonable time for the circumstances and stitched up immediately. Not that Id ever like to go back but definitely would in the right situation.

I recently went to the urgent care for stitches after cutting my finger. I did not have to wait to be seen. All of the staff were friendly and Dr. Skipper was very pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the treatment plan and he did an excellent job on the stitches. I would recommend this urgent care to others seeking medical care.

This urgent care center has the most proficient care, the kindest staff, and is great for putting to rest the cares of patients with illnesses.

NP Byrd ordered me the meds I needed to help me with poison sumc ! I contacted my NP , twice never received a return phone call.

The Receptionist was very friendly and outgoing.The nurses took their time and made me feel welcome and comfortable.The waiting room was clean and fresh.

Janelle the PA was fantastic. Explained my ER treatment in detail and provided comforting care.

At this location and the Greenville location the care was decent, but billing for every (4) visits has been incorrect. They had wanted to automatically charge my credit card again for my daughter’s incorrectly billed visit, but luckily it was too much. They will resubmit the claims to the correct address (on my card, which is why this is confusing that it continues to happen). I’m still waiting for them to resubmit the claims correctly so I can be refunded $215 off my husband’s credit card for THEIR error. They are also billing the claims under the provider and not the urgent care facility so of course it isn’t being treated as the $35 urgent care copay. I was happy that I had found a nice urgent care facility but I have lost hours of my life dealing with these issues and will be disputing the $215 charge unless this is fixed swiftly.

Didnt have to wait long, staff professional and knowledgeable. I felt confident in the diagnosis. Overall a great experience. I was nervous... Im new to this city. I will choose Christiana for any and all my medical needs. Kudos for applying your mission on every level.

I visited this GoHealth Urgent Care near my home. I was welcomed with a friendly greeting and, after providing the necessary information, I was seen by a medical team right away. Everyone was knowledgable and professional. The facility was clean and comfortable.

My mother came to the Pike Creek location. She was seen by NP Niceema Byrd and after seeing her a first time was not feeling any better after 5 days. When my mother returned, she was seen by Niceema Byrd again. When the NP entered the room and saw my mother she was visibly annoyed and unhappy. My mother explained that she wasn’t feeling better, but Niceema Byrd threw up her hands and refused to treat her. My mother left feeling utterly defeated, as she was feeling so sick and was basically being told “oh, well”. No one in our family will be coming to a GoHealth Urgent Care facility again.

Very nice urgent care. Easy scheduling online and quick check-in. There is a little bit of a wait due to only one provider but she tried very hard to get to every patient quickly and efficiently. She was very apologetic to the wait which didn’t bother me. She was very attentive to my needs and concerns. Overall the wait is worth the care.

The excellent staff takes a lot of the stress and anxiety out of medical issues. Their thoroughness and speed is appreciated. Thanks to all those who managed to get me out of there quickly and with a positive outcome underway.

From the minute we walked in the door we knew we were on the best of hands. Kelsey and Marianne were quick to get us to the back get vital signs, ask the correct questions and relayed the information to the NP Debbie McDermott. What could have taken forever was smooth and simple. In and out and on our way. If you need quality care quickly and efficiently GoCare is the place to go!

The providers were super professional and treated me like in a top hospital. The nurse was very knowledgeable and told me in seconds what I had and how to treat it.The ointment she gave me for my eye infection was right and resolved the problem in 2 days. Excellent service and care...

It was quick which was surprising but the doctor completely dismissed my concerns. I told her all of my symptoms and because one test was negative (which I knew it would be bc it didn’t match my symptoms) she said there was nothing to be done and I left still in pain with no answers. Got a second opinion and finally understood what was wrong (no additional tests needed just an understanding of what I described). Extremely disappointed in my experience and treatment.

Professional service and clean environment. I came in at 2:30 and was in a room in less than 5 minutes. My symptoms were taken into consideration and was tested for the appropriate illness. I was out in less than an hour with immediate results. Nurse even went beyond her duty to schedule me another test appointment.

They were very quick to get me seen by the medical staff based on my symptoms. They were very kind. Facilities were nice and modern. Visiting rooms were large.

I got there around 4pm on a Sunday and was out by 5:15pm, not bad for an urgent care experience. I went for a suspected fracture and walked out with x-rays, splint, sling, and phone number for an orthopedic.The staff was efficient even though they were quite busy. The PA maintained a friendly demeanor.Very clean, shiny, new-looking facility.

I have visited this Urgent Care twice and loved the treatment. I was seen by a doctor after only less than a 15 minute wait and was able to get my sickness resolved after a few days. Thank you ChristianaCare UrgentCare!

Open on a Sunday, staffed by pleasant, competent people. I left with a prescription for eye drops that seem to be working and advice for OTC treatment of my cold symptoms also seems right.

Staff was friendly and I got there almost an hour early and they took me right away. The place was clean and neat and the nurse practitioner was polite and exactly matched the diagnosis that Delaware Ortho gave me a day later! Way to go!

Went this morning. Waited and waited. Finally left to go elsewhere. Lot of staff around. No one even registered me. (You sign in on a kiosk). Got a text an hour later that I would be seen in 15 minutes.

Quick. Easy. Good results. Self pay wasnt too expensive either. I was out in under 30 minutes.

This was a much better experience than I have had at other urgent cares recently. I appreciated that we were able to leave and come back when our appointment time arrived so that our time wasnt wasted (and we didnt have to sit in the waiting room for too long, risking exposure to illness), and that the staff were kind, quick, and courteous.

My fiance had a fever and chills for the last 36 hours. We both tested negative for Covid however, it was still a good idea for him to see a doctor. The staff was super friendly and sweet. Marco, the doctor, was fabulous. He was down to earth and knowledgeable. He took the time to hear my fiance out and explain what other ailments it may possibly be and even did a flu test which was also negative . I find it refreshing when you find doctors and staff that treat you as a human and not an inconvenience. Thank you to all of you! Your kindness was much appreciated! :)

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I followed up with my Dr and the the PA was spot on. The facility was very neat and clean. The waiting time was minimal. Im glad theyre are in my neighborhood now Janet P

Nurse Practitioner Smith was fantastic when treating my issue today! He was kind and caring and went out of his way to help me in regards to follow up care. He even took the time to consult a colleague and follow up with me later in the day. The rest of the staff was very kind and the facility was new and clean.

What is the point of being an urgent care. I arrived an hour before closing. No one in the waiting room and they denied me care, stating they accept no more walk ins. The receptionist would not even help make an appt. for the next day.

If I could give it a zero I would. I took my 1 year old in with ear infection, bad cough, lots of congestion and the nurse (she doesn’t even deserve that title) who tried to get her vitals was very rough with my baby, raised her voice when my daughter pulled away when she was trying to get her vitals, and then proceeded to kick us out because “your baby isn’t being cooperative with the vitals”. I will NEVER go there again. It was an abusive environment for my daughter and traumatized both of us. I had a sick baby and needed help and instead we got aggressive treatment and yelled at.

The doctor was very welcoming, pleasant and informing. She explains things in ways I could understand and she gave me further directions to help my situation.

This Urgent care is a hit or miss. It really depends on which MD, PA, or NP is working that day. The reason for my review today is their refusal to fill out a physicians authorization form for a preemployment physical fitness test. The fitness test entails push ups, sit ups, & 1.5 mile run. I am a healthy 5’9 160lb physically fit 27 year old. I believe these facilities staffed with MD, PA, or NPs should be capable of assessing my health and signing off on such a form. I was told they can’t assess the “run” portion. In addition, it was aggravating to see that the provider dismissed the form without even taking a look at me or the form itself. I have had these types of forms filled out in the past and a provider has never asked me to run on a treadmill to assess if I’m healthy enough to run. It seemed silly and almost lazy that they declined to help me today.

Clean, relatively efficient. Professional, friendly staff. I was out - with xRay results in under 2 hours. Not enough seating, insufficient space between chairs as they were bolted together and could not be moved.

Staff was awesome and was seen very quickly. Was there at 9:30 on a Sunday due to strep throat. They did a roof test and was in and out with a script! Thank you so much for getting me in and out as I was not feeling well.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Physician answered all my questions and provided great care. Wonderful to know we have such a great urgent care facility close by.

I am not a usual poster of reviews, but I wanted to make sure I can post a raving review based on how they treated me at the Pike Creek location.I have visited this place several times, and I was always very satisfied; however recently, after developing an incredibly nasty ear infection, I went immediately there since several ENT specialists wouldnt even want to see me when they heard I had shivers. I was definitely COVID negative, but these ENT doctors treated me absolutely horrible!As a professional musician (classical pianist) you can only imagine the psychological trauma with anything involving the main instrument of use for your livelihood - your ears! I arrived at the Pike Creek location and was greeted by Dr. Marco (i cannot spell his last name-so sorry!!!) who was not only knowledgable, he was kind, patient, and incredibly supportive. It took him seconds to see what I was dealing with and gave me the appropriate treatment. I think what I felt the most touched by was that he wasnt just checking some boxes for the symptoms, he actually listened to what was happening... at the end of my consultation he handed me his business card to call him directly if I was getting worse. Following the next days I was feeling indeed worse, as expected, and when I did call the center even on days he wasnt on call, they were so kind and nice to me. They put me through very fast even to the other doctor, and the next day when Marco got a hold of me he was very sweet and immediately sent out a new prescription.My point is, they were accessible, particularly for my needs whenever I felt the most scared. An ear infection of these sorts was one of the most painful experiences of my life. I cried of extreme pain, at 40!I really want to thank the entire team for making me feel - loved (lack of better word) as a human being, understanding also the psychological trauma this neglect and rejection you get from doctors. All the other people I tried to reach were telling me I was trying to lie and called me a foreigner... yes. indeed. I know well how some of these places can be as described in the negative reviews I saw, but I wanted to be fair and write about an experience I was very touched by.So I am thankful for Marco and the entire team at ChristianaCare Pike Creek!

That they were very helpful even when I got upset about getting Covid. And worked hard to get me on the antiviral meds. I understand Covid is not as bad as it was in the beginning but I lost my husband in April 2020 when not much was known so it just brought out bad memories but the staff was very understanding at the hospital group and the urgent care facility great job to make me feel they could help and they did. Getting better each day!

We recently visited this urgent care location. I found it odd that when we walked in a gentleman who looked as if he were probably the doctor was on his phone speaking about a patients issues loudly in the waiting room/lobby.After we met with him, he followed us out to the lobby where his desk is located and he was transcribing my sons condition while in the lobby for everyone else to here.I don’t see how this isn’t a violation of HIPAA. It could be very embarrassing for some one depending on what you are seeing seen for. So I just wanted forewarn anyone else going here to be seen.

I was in terrible pain due appendicitis. The ER nurses & the doctors took really good care of me. The Surgery team were very cordial and kind. Post surgery my nurses particularly Andie & Kara were very efficient and kind. Kara checked on me all thru the night and took care of me. I would recommend Christiana Care to all my friends & family.

I needed an x-ray immediately and walked in with no appointment necessary and was able to be seen and get an x-ray all with in a short time frame. Thank you!

This is not urgent care in any sense of the word. Went in at opening time - 8am, empty waiting room- waited 30 mins for anyone to even acknowledge me. Then was told earliest they could see me was 12. Laughable. And unprofessional.

Very welcoming staff & environment. I had a very brief waiting time due to necessity for registration even though I had pre- registered online the night before. My visit was completed in about 20 minutes.

I went to Gohealth Pike creek for a PCR covid test that I booked on line. The staff were very polite & efficient. I did not have to wait long once I arrived. Marco Cerasoli was the PA. He was very professional, thorough & helpful.

My 5 year old fell and was complaining of arm pain. The arm wasnt deformed or even swollen, but knowing I had an urgent care just minutes away, decided to take her to be checked out. Turns out, she had a buckle fracture of both her radius and ulna! The entire staff was incredible, especially with an upset child and a concerned mom. They did x-rays and splinted her arm. I couldnt be more thankful for the care we received!

Went there with what they diagnosed as an upper respiratory infection and was told to take mucinex, Claritin, and Flonase.. no prescription to help whatsoever. Not sure if I even met with a dr or the cashier at RiteAid. Dr. Aaron Skipper

Was able to get an appointment quickly for an injury. I was taken on time, staff was professional and I received great care!

Was turned away due to not having an appointment. Went online to make appointment and no appointments available for the foreseeable future. Virtual appointments not for 3 days from now, I really needed to be seen in person for an x-ray. Seems more like something Id experience at my PCP, not an urgent care. Probably why the website says save my spot and not make appointment to make it seem like its an urgent care when its not operating as one.

The male nurse practitioner I had was awesome!!! He stopped in to let me know he was sorry for the wait and that hed just be another few minutes. That made such a difference!!!!! Thank you!

I went there today with really bad neck pain, after 15 minutes holding me there, they said we are booked. I can’t understand if you don’t have staff to help people why you let the people to come in? Lock the door and don’t waste people’s time. And change the urgent care to delay care.

Ashley at the front desk was kind, compassionate and caring. She could tell how sick I was feeling and she was so good to me!!!

The place was very clean and cozy. My daughter hurt her foot and we walked in that morning got service immediately. She got x-ray for her foot. Staffs there were very friendly and knowledgeable about their jobs. 😊

Absolutely terrible. Lost both my wifes and sons strep test and it ended up being positive when we went somewhere else. Very rude and unprofessional also. Will never go back there.

Hit or miss this time I was very disappointed, they did not greet and the lady up front had an attitude. the doctor was super rude and not good with children.

If Urgent care is what your in need of then hopefully you have an appointment because aa a walk in you might be asked to come back 2 hours later because that is the only open time slot they have to take care of your urgent medical need....I could understand maybe if you had a sore throat or needed a physical....But if you happen to have sliced open your hand with a knife and are bleeding all over the place, I would think that the whole appointment thing should not be an option Who could make an appointment for slicing your hand with a knife...its not like it was a planned event....in fact doesnt the whole appointment thing really take away from the urgent care model of getting care when you need it urgently...

I didnt have an appointment so waked in and they saw me within minutes. Staff was very efficient and knowledgeable.

An unfortunate experience. I was waiting on Covid results for far longer than was told it would take. Called multiple times, kept saying they would get it taken care of. No one could provide an answer, and very unprofessional handling of the situation. Would not recommend at all if you need results in any appropriate turn around time, or at all.
