Had an appointment today with the high risk doctor. Went with my daughter. First off the doctor made a very sarcastic remark about me not sitting down. Then she shared most patients with my daughters health conditions do just fine, despite my daughter explaining how much pain she is in. Not a very polite doctor. Very rude and uncaring. Another reason we go to the Clemmons office instead.

Katherine Bozylinsky, PA, is exactly what I want in a provider. She’s so friendly and open, listens to your questions, and gives you all the information you need to make informed decisions. I find it easy to be honest with her. During a procedure she talked me through the whole thing which made me feel so much better. The front desk staff have also always been friendly. I highly recommend Katherine and this practice!

I have had great experiences at the Shepherd Street location! I had my annual exam yesterday and Kellie Koontz and Lily McHugh were great to talk with, made me feel at ease, answered my questions, and I didn’t feel like I was being rushed through the process. My nurse who checked me in was also so kind. Thank you for a great experience!

I struggled to get prenatal appointments here and when I finally was able to get appointments 2/3 were canceled last minute by the clinic. They never offered a reasonable time frame to reschedule appointments. I started looking for another provider when I realized I would never receive the recommended (once a month) appointment schedule, they rescheduled me so that I hadn’t seen a provider in 10 weeks.

The staff is friendly, however, the exams are not thorough, they do not do urine cultures at all during your pregnancy. They over schedule and they schedule for your exam and ultrasounds to be the same days. It’s convenient for the office but not for the individual, my longest appointment was 3 hours from start to finish most of that time was in the waiting room and ultrasound. By the time they got to my exam I was asked how I was feeling listen to the babies heart beat and was sent away. My baby came 7 weeks earlier, had urine culture been done at every appointment, the infection that I did not know I had, would have been detected and treated. Instead my baby ended up in NICU 7 weeks early.

Tldr: I seen Dr. Zander. Biopsy was barbaric and extremely painful. Post surgical issues are COMPLETELY ignored. Front desk staff is incompetent. Leah, PSR, needs to be retrained immediately.I had a hysterectomy here with Dr. Zander (9-20-23) after expressing to her my concerns about the previous office I went to. She assured me that I would have a better experience. It took a while to get the appointment then even longer to get scheduled for surgery. My operation went okay but they discharged me way too soon. The first 2 days were spent in more pain than at home pain meds could handle and I should have stayed inpatient as planned. Fast forward a few weeks. Im having pinpointed pain in my right pelvis area that even the oxycodone I had left from surgery isnt helping. Im told its probably nerve pain and itll pass eventually. Over the next week it gets so bad that I cant bend or sit without crying. I try to get into to the office (40 minute drive for me) and they keep giving me times on MyChart that I couldnt possibly make with a 40 minute drive. I finally get an appointment that I can go to after 5 days of going back and forth. I show up and check in with Leah, the PSR, at my appointment time. I sit in the waiting room for 40 MINUTES waiting to be called back. Nothing. I go ask LEAH, the PSR, what was up with me having to wait so long. She says shell go to the back and find out. She calls me back up 15 minutes later and says the doctor youre here to see isnt here today. Ummm... Excuse me? What? Who put me on the schedule and how did I end up scheduled in a time slot with NO DOCTOR? I leave because what else can I do? Nothing. A nurse manager calls me back 5 hours later but dont worry she understands my frustration ...no. No you dont. Did you have a hysterectomy, after years of issues and are now having MORE issues? Did you have a panic attack in the car after being told that youre once again getting pushed around like you dont matter as a patient? How about we stop using that phrase??? Because unless you have walked exactly in a persons shoes you cannot possibly understand whats going on inside their head!!! I ended my relationship as a patient less than 6 months after my first visit and if youre here trying to find out if you should go to this doctor... DONT DO IT. Keep looking. This is not the one. Check with Cone. WFBH doctors think they have you backed into the corner because of this Obamacare insurance only being usable at ATRIUM/WFBH but Ill pay cash out of pocket before Im treated as sub-human!!! Theres a reason all the old male OBGYNs retired before selling their practices off to big corporations and it has a lot to do with how they handle patient care!!!

I saw Erin Arnold the NP and loved her. I believe my take in Nurse was Deb and they were both so sweet. It was for a yearly check up. I tend to not be very comfortable with just anyone and have some white coat syndrome I battle. Erin made me few very comfortable, we shared some laughs and she was definitely informative when doing any checks or touching which I appreciated. Honestly the first time a doctor had been that detailed. I’ll definitely be back to Erin for all my checks. Also have to say the front desk was absolutely the best as well. I forget her name but she was the sweetest, so helpful and caring. The office is also honesty so sparkly clean, and really nice! VERY impressed

My sister made an appointment with Dr. April Miller and I am so disappointed with the customer service at this facility.First of all she waited over a month for this appointment and was told that her appointment was at 9:30. When she arrived at 9:20 we was turned around by a nurse stating that her appointment was at 9:00 and that she could not be seen. There was no compassion no empathy for the client. I have never heard of a client being turned down at a doctors facility . They would at least work the client in.So disappointed

Absolutely disguested with this office. I have been going to this clinic for the last 4 years!! I had my first baby with them, and now pregnant with my second. I have seen them for my second pregnancy, but havent made it to my second visit yet due to my car being worked on. Now they have been prescribing me nausea medicine since being pregnant. I called to get a refill on my prescription because i have been sick out of this workd. The nurse had the audacity to tell me, No we will not refill your prescription until you return to the office. After explaining to her my car is being fixed, and i am extremely nauseous, while caring for my toddler at home. Lady had absolutely no sympathy ot anything towards me. I will not be returning to any wake forest facility for absolutely anything!!! Not even for my birth anymore! You all should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves.

I miscarried twins in April and somehow got saddled with a Zineb Mashak “Doctor” to perform the d&c. Mashak and her team of course made my experience even worse than it already was. I woke up on the OR table and when they held me down and forced a mask back over my face with more drugs they thought i was completely under. No. I wasn’t. “Dr.”Mashak and her team began to if you will talk smack about me. They tore my image apart. Said i miscarried my twins because of how skinny i was. They dissected my appearance like a bug, and made several horrific comments that i’ve been spending the last few months trying to recover from. Thanks to “Dr” Mashak i ended up with an eating disorder and PTSD in the wake of an already awful situation when i lost my twins. Mashak was cold uncaring, and lied to Baptist to keep her job. I heard her mutter to one of the nurses not to say anything as they wheeled me into the room where my husband was waiting. When she called to inform my husband the surgery was over of course she did not mention that i had woken up screaming in pain and horror during the surgery. No she told him everything went fine. Later she tried to gaslight me and tell me it was a dream until I started repeating verbatim things that they said during the surgery then Mashak got real quiet. Then she and the anesthesiologist continued to call and harass me after the surgery, and after they had been dismissed from my care team. I share this review not because i expect anyone to do anything because i know Baptist won’t. I share it so other people going here, and to baptist for procedures know what happened to me under Mashaks ‘care’ i hope her fellow Doctors also read this they should know what kind of person they work with. I worry everyday for the patients she has since come in contact with and will continue to do so with Baptist. Also it makes me laugh that on Baptists website Mashak has all these lovely surveys from her patients. Why don’t you guys post the one i left for her? Don’t want anyone to know about this situation i suppose. Expectant moms steer clear, and if you don’t i hope you get better care than i did with Baptist i truly do.

Overall a pretty good visit! I never felt uncomfortable even with a student in the room. I was told every step what was going on and felt relaxed. I had bloodwork that needed to be done and Tonya made my once terrified self feel perfectly safe and fine getting my blood drawn. She changed my life today, no panic attack!! Thank you for a great visit.

Ive seen both Dr. Miller and Dr. Robinson and Ive had nothing but amazing experiences with them. They are kind, understanding, nonjudgmental and most happy to help out in every way that they can. They are why I continue to go back to this practice. The receptionists on the other had could be far nicer. My last appointment, the woman was just flat out rude with no cause. Some of the nurses also need better bedside manner. Its also very hard to get a hold of a nurse when youre calling with questions. Ive gone a week multiple times trying to get an answer.Ill continue going back for the doctors, though, you can count on that.

During my first visit /consultation, Dr. Zander was condescending to my mother and me. My mother asked questions two different times and Dr. Zander’s response was short and dismissive. I didn’t think Dr. Zander was too approachable. Even though we expressed to the nurse that we would not be back and there was no need to sign up for the patient portal, the nurse acknowledged the statement but it did not solicit any follow up inquiry as to why we would “not be back”. Based on Dr. Zander’s behavior, it’s probably common for the nurse to hear such comments. My mother told me that it was my decision as to whether I wanted to pursue a patient doctor relationship past the consultation but I was adamant about not returning. We have already made an appointment with a different provider.

I’ve been going to wake forest Baptist health for obstetrics and gynecology for my third pregnancy. And my experience has been by far horrible. The hospital has sent me home doing nothing each time i went with complaints saying there’s nothing they can do to help. Come back when my water has broke. I have 2 kids and with my other 2 my water has never broke before my labor. So therefore Causing unnecessary bills if you aren’t going to treat me. The doctors office has nursing staff that continuously gives out incorrect information. I was told i could paid for my sons circumcision at the doctors office which i paid only to be told they don’t do it anymore so my money was then sent to collections. I then could not get my money back once it went to collections on my account. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE DEALING WITH WAKE HEALTH. novant health has never treated me this way.

Ill preface this by saying that my one visit there was fine and the staff I encountered were very kind. My biggest issue is with how incredibly difficult and almost impossible it was to even make the appointment in the first place. I called to set up an ultrasound because I had recently found out that I was pregnant and wanted to confirm that I was indeed pregnant. I had to call them for a week and a half for one person, Linda, to return my call and finally schedule me! Apparently shes the only person who can schedule ultrasounds and no matter how many times they sent reminders to her to call me back, it took her two weeks to finally schedule my appointment. And then they didnt even schedule me at the correct place! It was so frustrating because all I wanted was to confirm my pregnancy and Linda couldnt get on the phone. Once I was there everyone was very kind but Im thankful to be going to a different clinic that values its patients and actually returns phone calls. Ladies, I highly recommend going to the OBGYN office in Clemmons instead of dealing with this place.

Honestly, I wouldnt recommend this practice. Ive been here for YEARS but now, its time to GO! The appointment times are over a MONTH out, the nurses take forever to get back to you and sometimes they dont return calls at all. I even had to call Patient Relations to try and get me an earlier appointment and guess what? They never got back with me either. Overall, its been a terrible experience. Im moving all of my doctors to Novant. Hopefully it goes better.

I should have known better. I got pregnant through IVF and was in and out of the hospital. My OB called me upon knowing that my son died a few hours after I had my emergency C section! But never ever called me when I was in and out of the hospital for a month!!! Stay away...Apparently you are just a number to them. No wonder the atmosphere is never welcoming!

I’ve been going to Dr. Robinson at Wake Forest Baptist Obstetrics and Gynecology for a few years now. My experience has always been great with Dr. Robinson herself but the experience I’ve had regarding everything else at this office has been terrible. I’ve twice now had a daily prescription lapse after MULTIPLE attempts to get it filled (weeks before it was needed). I have left multiple messages every time and have also used the mywakehealth app in an attempt to get SOME KIND of communication. I left a message for Pam, the office manager, but haven’t heard back - I’ve called back to see why I haven’t heard back with no response. I’ve been told the wrong date for appointments (and confirmed with the person I was with at the time that they actually told me the wrong date). The only thing I’ve been given as an excuse was that they were extremely busy. Which I get, and the first go round, I gave a lot of leniency due to COVID issues or just a one off, but there really isn’t any acceptable excuse - when it involves patient care and daily (or any) medications, it is UNETHICAL to let it lapse when the office is given enough notice (2-3 weeks ahead should be plenty). I would highly advise folks to please go elsewhere. It’s not worth it, you deserve ethical respect and care and WF Baptist Gynecology will not give that to you!

I absolutely adore this place and the staff! I am pregnant and came from a different OB provider in the area that treated me poorly and often dropped the ball.
