I work at a animal clinic and needed to get mutual clients’ records. The receptionist never picked up and the phone system actually tells you to call again after 5 minutes. Repeated calls for hours and no answer. Never experienced such terrible service with any other clinicEdit; I know you recommend to text, but business to business should not be using text messaging. Please fix your phone problems instead of recommending the text line

Excellent. I drove from Oxnard to there because I had been told by numerous people they were the best to perform c-sections on frenchies. The clinic is on first come first served basis-no appointments.This was my first time going there and they were great. They follow COVID safety guidelines. You wait in car they come out to you. For me, service was fast, it was exactly how I had been told the time would be. The price was reasonable. The staff at Warner Center Pet Clinic are very friendly and professional. They seem to work well with each other and their operation of the clinic seems to run very smoothly. I was impressed.** returned 14days later to have stitches removed. Again excellent service. Definitely I would recommend this Pet Clinic.

My ‘Jordan’ has been going to Warner Center Pet Clinic since he was a puppy. He is 14 now. They’ve taken great care of him over the years and I will continue to feel good about referring others to them. Fair and caring and they know their stuff. Jordan has needed special care. They diagnosed and helped him get better.

This clinic is great for minor things or vaccines but for anything serious, they’re just not equipped with the right tools or machines. They’ll never admit that though. They’ll do everything they can but refer you to someone who can actually help your pet.I brought my best friend here a year ago. I emailed them after receiving my invoice with some heartfelt words and they never responded. I’ll post it here.Your office misdiagnosed my dog and the delayed treatment caused more damage. I was bringing him in for fluids which is not what he needed. Not to mention that I was bringing him in for fluids in the morning and taking him home at 4pm when he should have been hospitalized overnight. A simple referral to someone else and I would have had him hospitalized elsewhere. I rushed him to the ER one night and he was diagnosed with lymphoma. I could have started treatment but all your clinic said to me was that you didn’t know why he was having these issues. I spent two weeks doing nothing productive because your office told me that he was in kidney failure which he was not. Your office told me that his high calcium levels were NOT the reason he was drinking so much water and peeing so frequently. I was informed by the ER vet that that is the exact reason for the peeing and drinking. High calcium levels result in both of those two symptoms. I am very disappointed and unhappy with the experience that myself and my dog had at your clinic. I was completely lost and relied on your vet to provide me with the correct information and that did not happen. I’m disappointed that your office was so passive about his condition instead of taking it seriously, admitting defeat, and sending me to someone who could actually tell me what was going on.

I cannot express enough gratitude to the staff and to Dr. Debra Jackson for their help with a near emergency c-section for a sweet, little stray dog we rescued out of traffic who turned out to be in a difficult pregnancy and in need of urgent care. Our regular vet advised the puppy was large and breech and “Penny” would need a c-section.With the deepest sincerity, thank you for your professional, prompt and over the top service in such a very tight time frame.Dr. Jackson and her team delivered this beautiful little puppy, no doubt saving her life and her mothers life too.

I visited the pet clinic with my pet and was extremely disappointed with the service. Despite waiting for what felt like an eternity, no one bothered to communicate with us or acknowledge our presence. It was as if we were invisible. We attempted to seek help multiple times, but our requests were blatantly ignored. Its disheartening to see such disregard for customer care in a place thats supposed to prioritize the well-being of pets and their owners. Avoid this clinic if you value prompt and attentive service for your furry companions.

LOVE THIS PLACE!! I was born in a world of dog shows and a world of grimming dogs. My mother did both. We hear the best and the worst stories and learn much more than the average person. Dr Jackson and her staff are the BEST of the BEST!! I read these one star reviews and it makes cringe. I have brought many Dogs to them, and they always do the right thing! I drive 50 miles to them and would never go anywhere else.

I have been taking my little German spitz dog to this clinic for the last 4 years. All the staff are attentive, polite and very caring. Yesterday I had to take my little 14.5 years old spitz there again this time to say goodbye to her. The young beautiful girl who took her away was very compassionate. She talked to me with assurance and soothing words and cried with me which eased my pain. I am very grateful to this young girl and the management of this clinic on whole. I strongly recommend warner pet clinic to all pet owners

Excellent and caring staff. I wouldnt go anywhere else. The only issue is sometimes the wait time is long because it seems everyone is taking there pets there and it is in a walk in basis. But I am still giving 5 stars because the waiting time is worth the care your babies get.

This place it’s a disaster, only good for vaccination , they are so incompetent it’s impossible to belive that they are doctors. Run away from this facility

They took our dog in fast , that was great. What’s not so great is they dont answer phones or reach out to you to share the test you paid for. Any good vet clinic usually cares to call and follow up after.

Brought my two dogs nala and sugar to get their vaccines updated right before a trip. Warner took nala and sugar immediately. I was in and out within 30 minutes, both dogs fully vaccinated with their certificates. I highly recommend Warner, pricing was amazing, service was impeccable, friendly, professional staff. I brought my dog in because she got into edibles (chocolate to be exact) and was pretty stoned. They proceeded to give her fluids and charcoal to absorb the toxins from the thc and chocolate. When I went to pick her up she looked lifeless but I assumed it was her being stoned from the thc. I was told to bring her back in the morning to repeated treatment. However we didn’t make it to her morning appt because she was hospitalized overnight elsewhere. The ER Vet I brought her to had told me their best guess was that she aspirated on the charcoal they had given her, which then caused PNEUMONIA. I wasn’t told to monitor for that by Warner Centre and truly believe it my pet was monitored closely at this vet this would not have gone to the extend it did. Thousands of dollars, 3 night in hospital and a lot of guilt later we are finally back home and on the road to recovery. One star for the very nice receptionist.

I took my cat for some health issue to Warner center pet clinic.The clinic is based on walk in. I parked in parking lot and tech took my pet.The waiting time was about 4 hrs. The tech took brief report over the phone.Dr. never contacted me to get report or giving me treatment plan.Long story short! I paid $600 for office visit and lab tests.I had to call 3 times and finally drove to the clinic to get the lab results.Dr.Debra Jackson didn’t care even giving me call to explain the lab results.My cat had seizure the night after and I had take him to VCA.I wouldn’t take any of my pets to this VETThey don’t care about your babies!

Where do I start? Dr. Jackson, Walter and Greg are so amazing (and continue to be)! Ive been a customer for quite some time now and I have to admit I have not received this level of care, customer service and compassion from anyone else (Dr. Jackson, Walter and Greg). My doggies have had surgeries, tick/flea removal, dental work, vaccines etc. etc. and I couldnt be happier. Every time I enter the establishment both my fiancé and I are received with a smile and a warm greeting, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Keep up the excellent work!

A bit frustrating. Website says walk in welcome and hours are from 7:30am. I showed up at 8:30 and was told the vet wont be in til 930. So I did all the paperwork in order to save time. I come back at 930 and even though all my paperwork was filled out they hadnt yet made my chart. So I waited another 30 min while other walk-ins came and were helped. Its just an inconsiderate way to treat people who have other time obligations. My first time here, so Hopefully the level of care my rescue cat is receiving in the back room without me is better than the office decorum. Overall I am writing this in order to give constructive criticism. The staffs manners were awesome. Maybe the veterinarians are too lax.

Warner Center Pet Clinic took my credit card information and swiped a transaction without confirming approval. That is illegal and very unethical! It is also abusive to new owners and their pets.I was recommended this clinic from my sister and was excited to start a new and continuing relationship with a vet and my dog. I got the puppy care after my sister sang their praises which she said included a checkup and nail trim. I went on a Saturday and while it is expected to be a little busier than normal, they lacked curbside manner ( as opposed to bedside) due to the pandemic. I had questions for the tech and she just took my puppy and didn’t ask about any other concerns. When she returned my dog I noticed his nails weren’t trimmed so I requested that also be done. When she returned the dog a 2nd time she came back with a receipt for the nail trim. I waited in the parking space examining the invoice and was so disturbed a clinic would take someone’s info and swipe a card on file without asking for authorization! I immediately called and the receptionist was not sympathetic only saying that it might have been a new tech. I said that was not good enough. I wrote an email to the owner to which I have heard nothing back. Again as stated before I should report them for taking someone’s personal information and abusing new owners and their pets.SHAMEFUL!

Took our new Jack Russell Terrier pup, Bella, to Warner Center Pet Clinic for her check up and all her shots and the service has always been excellent. Each time I took Bella in they cut her nails for me and gave great advice when needed. The staff are all super friendly and helpful and the prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend their service.

These guys are amazing and affordable! I wouldnt take my dogs anywhere else.

I took my GSD there for his pain issues. They did blood work and X-rays for him, gave bunch of medication which didnt help him at all and charged me almost $2000 for it. Then I took him to another animal hospital and the new Vet requested copies of his previous blood work and X-rays, but they never sent it even though I requested it several times. At this point, I am assuming that they never actually did any of those things and charged me all that money for my desperation. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone who is looking for their pets to be treated well. They also rush you ALL THE TIME and give you attitude if you dont go along with it.

I’ve been here multiple times for my pets and definitely one of the best vet places in LA County. As long are you come early in the day, you will always be seen. Fair prices and great service.

Very disappointing after having read reviews about them and choosing based on the reviews. i called ahead of time and told them about my dogs condition and mentioned more than once that this was our first visit. Didnt mention what to bring and after having waited about half an hour outside after checking in someone called to see if we had been helped and when i said no asked me to wait again. after waiting another half an hour someone called and asked for all our information for a second time and then asked if i had my dogs vaccination information and when i said no she said that they could not take him in. i told her that i wouldve appreciated it if they had told me when i first called to tell me what to bring. She didnt sound that she even cared and her answer was that she didnt know who i talked to but they would not take him. I wasted in total about 2 hours of my time for no reason. Will never go back and will not recommend to anyone.

Horrible service! Don’t go there guys! I waited 30 minutes outside cause they couldn’t find my dog in the system and then they told me that I don’t have an appointment!

The Drs and staff are the best! They truly care about you and your pet! I’ve been coming to Warner Center Pet for 20+ years. I’ve never felt over charged or that unnecessary procedures were performed! I highly recommend!

I have trusted Dr. Belifer and Dr. Johnson, as well as the other doctors and staff with my pets for more than twenty years now and I highly recommend them to anyone I meet who needs a quality vet for their pets.They not only treat my dogs as if they were their own, but when I have to leave them their for an extended stay I never have to worry.The most important part of Warner Center is that you can trust them to act in the best judgment not only for you, but that of your pet 24/7.

Dr. Jackson saved my pet’s life when he had acute pancreatitis attack. I am so thankful. He was just 4 years old. He’s 8 now and doing well with a strict diet. Dr. Jackson was very thorough and careful, and I owe her so much. I recommend this clinic highly!

WC pet clinic saved my 7 year old chihuahua mix, Pepe, who ate rat poison. They took him right away and kept him for 3 days for a very affordable price. I am so so grateful to the whole team! Our family thanks you!

My basset hound underwent surgery here. He recovered very well and now is back to normal. The staff is really caring! They called me to check up on my dog a few days after sugery. I highly recommend this place.

Our two Labs, Olivia and Ginger were referred to Warner Pet Clinic once they were were retired as Guide Dog Breeders from Guide Dogs of America. Since then, they have received nothing but the finest care from Dr. Jackson as well as the rest of the staff. The front office is always friendly and accommodating and the Vet Techs are great.

Been using Warner Center and Dr Debra Jackson for 17 years. I highly recommend them and refer to them often. Dr Jackson and her team are caring, reasonably priced and work hard to give every animal the best service despite the hardships the pandemic has put on the practice including Dr Jackson actually having suffered from COVID. No plans to use any other vet....ever.

To say Dr. Debra Jackson is a Saint would barely suffice. Due to my 90 year old father in laws passing, We inherited 2 65lb shepherd mixed dogs, brother and sister. Needless to say they needed EVERYTHING. Dr. Jackson was so kind in helping save costs wherever we could without sacrificing our doggies well being. Any procedure my pets have needed was done promptly with no complications. I wish every veterinary clinic was as good as hers. Thank you Dr. Jackson.

Please avoid this place. 6+months after paying in full, I have started getting billed for things they say they originally forgot to charge me for, and charging interest since time of exam.I hope some the 5 star review are real, unfortunately for me I have had the opposite experience.Not only did I just receive this first statement for charges and interest for items they claim they for got to charge me for at time of the visit, but they also mis-diagnosed my pet which could have greatly harmed him if I had not had a second opinion elsewhere.

Dr. Jackson is the best. I dont think I have ever known any other vet that has cared this much. She has stepped up for my pets, my friends pets, and my familys pets and has never turned anyone with an emergency down. Best doctor you can possibly have.

Dr. Johnson and staff were incredible with my grandcat Albert. They truly cared for him. He was a very good cat...loved by all. A HUGE thanks to Dr. Johnson and staff!!!! If your pet is in need of care this is the place to take them.

They never answer the phone and charge you a lot for nothing

We have had two golden retrievers and Terry has always been the best partner in taking care of our pets. This goes back over 15 years so we have had consistent caring attention to our loved pets. They are partners with many caring breeders of our breed.

When my cat was in labor her for her first time. It was premature ..i went to my local vet who wanted to charge me for emergency spay. High dollars an lost of her Fertility.I called around..and a vet assistant who overheard the conversation....and used to work at warner center.Gave me their number.I was quoted a reasonable price for the c section and they said they would see me immediately.I did the drive...after my local vet overcharged me for an oxytocinThe staff was courteous. And although the kittens didnt make it. My female went on to have three very small litters.Of which i have a pet boy...and her life to thank for.For emergency c sections i highly recommend Warner center. They would be my go to Vet for such an instant for the rest of my life.

We breed show quality American Bullies. The only person we trust with our dogs is Warner Center. From pre screening our females , to surgical insemination, c section and post care....top notch. The Dr. And her staff have always been there for us. Manager Greg is caring and compassionate. ...nothing but love for Warner.

Horrible experience!!!! Wish I would have read the reviews on this place before taking my baby to these people. The staff from the beginning gave me a doubted feeling, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Then, I spoke with the vet Debra Jackson. It was weird because Debra the vet started asking me personal questions, instead of focusing on my dogs issue?? Funny thing is once I told her I had a fiance her attitude towards me totally changed for the worst. I sensed the hostility so I decided to grab my dog and get out of there. As I was leaving the staff began to bicker and made rude comments about my dogs appearance. Do yourself a favor, STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNPROFESSIONAL MOCKERY OF A VET. ITS ASHAME & A SHAM.

Been coming here for years, I just hate the long drive, and since everything closer was booked I’m glad I called and brought my puppy in who got eye surgery on the same day he was seen. Everything ran smooth and they quickly got me in and out .

Was actually quite disappointed with my visit. Brought my dog in for tick removal. My sister and I found one and they said they would inspect/examine him for more and take them out. We told them where the tick was and when they brought him back out it was still there! We showed them and they removed it, however it is still really red and a huge bump and it still looks like there are teeth in there. They then gave us a pill and said it would kill any ticks left on him, and that the ticks would just fall off. After several hours we didnt see anything. I looked up the pill and I saw it was a pill to kill fleas, nowhere when looking it up did I see that it kills ticks. I was petting him later, then found another huge ass tick under his chin! I am obviously no vetenarian but I was very disappointed with how this situation was handled.

Worst vet Ive ever had to deal with in my life.SAVE YOUR PET!AVOID THIS VET!Totally unprofessional staff, both the front desk (all of them, especially a lady named Rosa), and the vet that we had to deal with (Debra Jackson). horrible!!This place doesnt know how to treat animals, they specialize in putting dogs to sleep after inflicting damage beyond repair. I left my dog here for a check up, next thing you know theyre calling me telling me that my dog is in bad shape and they have to run test on the blood and do xrays. The X-ray report came back saying that the dog had Central Nervous System Problems, HOW CAN AN XRAY DETERMINE CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM PROBLEMS, ITS IMPOSSIBLE YOU NEED A CT OR AN MRI FOR THAT. XRAY CANNOT SEE BRAIN TISSUE! Next thing you know theyre trying to persuade me to put the dog to sleep. I refused to put my animal to sleep, asked the vet how the dog declined so fast and she gave me a nonsense explaination CNS disorder. She asked me to leave the dog overnight and she said she would spend the night with the animal and watch over it. I told her if any changes call me at anytime of the night, she replied by saying well Im not going to call you at no 3 or 4 in the morning, I replied why not? It didnt sound right :/Come to find out... Debra Jackson never spent the night at the vet, she left the vet office at around 11:00 pm and went to her house in woodland hills. At 7:30 in the morning the vet calls me and says the dog didnt make it... I COULDNT BELIEVE WHAT I WAS HEARING!!! MY WORLD CRASHED!!the staff was basically making fun of my dogs passing, come to find out most of the front desk staff are all residents of the Palmdale/Lancaster area, which shows you what kind of people youre dealing with..After paying the outrageous bill, they would not return my dogs body to me!! I THINK THEY WERE AFRAID OF ME GETTING A AUTOPSY ON THE BODY AND FILING A CASE AGAINST THEM...KEEP YOUR ANIMALS AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!The employees here write good reviews about this place, the clients dont!!!READ FOR YOURSELFon yelp stroll down and read the reviews that were not recommended!yelp is a big sham!! No other vet cares about animals like warner does. We will drive 5+ hours just to see this vet. Jackson cynthia and all the other staff that i wish i could name are so great they go out their way for the animals again no vet cares but warner does. Forever grateful for warner.

Filing a complaint with the California veterinarian medical board. Very unsafe practice being performed here. If you go here make sure you see a licensed doctor before allowing any treatment to your fury friend. Especially when receiving prescribed medication.

I called this place and they told me to come in and park in the parking lot and call them so they can come in pick up my pet..so I did once I got there I was waited there for 10 minutes in my car and out side is 100ﾟoutside so I called couple times and they did not pick and I text them and no response. 1st time here and last I will never come back to this place!

People still living in covid paranoia. No clients are allowed on premises. Waited for forty minutes outside on the heat with no service or an update. Took my pet elsewhere.
