I was referred to aspire fertility by my OBGYN and I absolutely love this place and the staff here. Dr. Mansfield has been so kind and knowledgable, and their processes and appointments move fast once you get that initial appointment done. They don’t waste any time and they are very thorough. Thankful for all of their help and definitely recommend them.

I honestly dont know how this is an award winning clinic. They have no sense of urgency to respond to patients messages or calls. It takes them days to get back. Sometimes you never even get a response or have to do multiple follow-ups. Treatment experience also didnt go well for me and it is clear now that the doctor doesnt care about my concerns about that at all.Im very disappointed overall.

They could not answer most of my questions. They could only provide an email to ask there. I emailed and the people who responded also could not answer most of them. I moved on, and told them repeatedly Im no longer interested. Now they keep calling me multiple times per week trying to offer their services, I keep saying no and to stop calling me and they continue to harass me. I was going to let it go but they keep bothering me and leaving voicemails. So this is the result.

Ladies, infertility is probably one of the hardest things you have to go through. When I first began this journey I started here. Sure Dr. Wu was late to our zoom meeting and apologized and then we had a great conversation. I went into the office with my husband and I did all the initial tests like sonograms, HSG, bloodwork etc. when we reconnected to review the information I was diagnosed with “unexplained” infertility because all the tests came out perfect and well my only option was IVF. I said no and we would hold off and I immediately had a contract sent to me with a quote on starting IVF treatment for $25k.Fast forward I’m now working with a second opinion. Actual scientists who treat me like a human being and not someone to profit off. I have learned all the time, energy and money I waisted with Aspire Fertility. I needed all my records sent to me including images and was told they don’t keep those, and after speaking with my new doctor was told they LEGALLY need to keep those images. So magically when I called back and raised some hell they found all my images.IVF isn’t your only option if you want to try other things first. Work with actual doctors who are scientist and can have freedom to be creative and think outside the box. Not doctors who look at some numbers and say everything looks good on paper.Save your time and energy on this place.

Aspire in Dallas has change my life! I have no choice but to be a true believer in IVF. I’m a first time go on my IVF journey and it’s been an amazing time! Dr. Mansfield and her team are a gods gift from heaven! I believe Aspire is #1 in the business! We are happy, excited, and expecting. This is the place to come for IVF services.

Great service, everybody was kind. Dr. Mansfield is very professional, She explained me all the options that I have.Excelent service.

Long story short: Horrible waste of time, money, and health. I had 2 IVF cycles with Dr. Wu after 1 failed IUI elsewhere.They batch-process you to avoid them having to work on weekends instead of scheduling you for your monitorings based on how your body responds to all of the hormones. 1st cycle resulted in 2 abnormal embryos and the 2nd cycle (back-to-back which should’ve never happened) resulted in ZERO embryos.POOR JUDGMENT on medicine/dosage prescribed on doctor’s part, POOR TIMING of second cycle, POOR MONITORING of egg development (I had to rush home to inject myself with cetrotide because I was about to surge), and I had to correct a number of mistakes made by the nurses and doctor. Oh, and did I mention that THEY ALSO SOMEHOW GOT MY NAME ON SOMEONE ELSE’s EMBRYO SAMPLE? Like how bad is your quality control??? That should’ve been the biggest red flag.Also, I was going to just move on without leaving them a negative review because I got pregnant on my first attempt at a different clinic (with additional NORMAL embryos cryopreserved) but another RECENT screw up of theirs really put me over the edge. They had the audacity to charge me $825 for the 2 abnormal embryos when the agreement my husband and I signed EXPLICITLY states that aneuploids are automatically discarded. Also, we explicitly stated that we do NOT wish to store Mosaic embryos. So what are they charging us for??? As if they haven’t already drained all of our precious IVF benefits and thousands of dollars in out of pocket expenses for IVF prescription meds??? I hardly ever leave such negative reviews but this clinic is the WORST. Desperate people come to fertility clinics looking for hope but this clinic is a total joke and scam.

Aspire Fertility in Addison is by far the best doctors office Ive ever been to. The staff are friendly and helpful. Both doctors are knowledgeable, have incredible bedside manner, and treat patients with the absolute best care. Calls are returned promptly by staff and they make you feel like no question is nonsense. I received a lot of help navigating my insurance - which can be daunting. My egg retrieval procedure was stress-free due to the accomodations and friendliness of the entire staff. Highly recommend.

My physician was late to my appointment without prior notice, but he apologized once we connected. He was warm, welcoming, friendly, and informative. He seems to genuinely care about me and my well being. I’d high recommend this clinic.

Dr. John Wu is amazing. We came to see him after going through a failed transfer at another facility and the experience at Aspire Fertility could not be any better. Dr. Wu treated me with the utmost patience and compassion. He explained every part of the IVF process and we ultimately underwent 3 retrievals in order to give ourself the best chance of success.With other clinics you might see the IVF doctor at consultation and on procedural days. I cannot emphasize how much it meant to me that Dr. Wu does his own monitoring ultrasounds!! That extra face time made me feel so much more comfortable, confident, and safe to ask any questions I needed to. I am a physician myself and he honestly inspires me to take better care of my own patients.Also—the entire staff is absolutely lovely. Going through IVF is already so difficult but the team at Aspire Fertility makes you feel so loved. Charlie and Daisy at the front desk always knew my name as soon as I walked through the elevators and greeted me with a smile. Everyone else from the medical assistants to phlebotomists to the billing staff were so professional and kind.Our baby girl arrived this week and we cannot be more grateful for all that Dr. Wu and his staff does to help families grow. Thank you!!!

My experience with Dr.Mansfield was phenomenal i know she’s going to get me the results i am looking for.

Dr. Mansfield and the entire team at Aspire are nothing short of amazing!!Daisy, at the front desk, always has a big smile on her face and is very welcoming. I love that she comes to know people by their name - including mine. She goes above and beyond for everyone that walks in to that office.🫶🫶

Dr. Wu was incredibly responsive to my questions, provided me with resources and information. I had already been through on a round of IVF and he was able to give me data and percentages about success of another one based on my history and current status. He provided me his direct email address because I had had communication issues at my previous clinic. He was very down to earth and personable. I felt very comfortable speaking with him. That was considering scheduling a consultation at another clinic available in my area, however, the warmth and the kindness with which he treated me and addressed me made me want to work with his clinic. He was very honest and provided me with what I needed to know in order to make a sound decision for myself and my family. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Excellent first visit! I was pretty nervous walking in but she answered all our questions. She explained the next steps in our journey and gave us such a heart full welcoming.

Dr. Wu and his team are so awesome. From the front office to the back office and not to mention Dr. Mansfield as well. If I could give this clinic 10,000 stars o would. They will treat you like family and will do anything they can to help.

Extremely professional! He made sure I felt heard and change the course of our plan to incorporate that. Hes beyond knowledgeable and I like him immediately after my first consultation. Definitely recommend!

I want to express how appreciative I am of the staff here especially to Dr. Wu, nurse Amanda, & Michelle. Going through infertility is a struggle itself, but Dr. Wu/Amanda always provided answers to my endless questions at a very timely manner & so quick. I also would like to recognize that my appointments were prompt and on time. If you plan to start your journey at this clinic, I highly 100% recommend Dr. Wu/Amanda.I also want to extend my appreciation to the Office staff- Olivia & Megan! They have been so friendly, kind, & sweetest throughout the process. When I first started, they were thorough about the process and expectations. They were always able to accommodate early appointment requests due to my work schedule and always made it happen for me. Overall, these women surely know how to make you feel comforted.

Dr. Wu is amazing. It’s not always easy going to a new doctor, but he made me immediately feel at ease. He was prepared for our first consultation with a treatment plan, and made me finally feel heard! I am excited to start this journey with him and his office. His whole team is so sweet and accommodating.

Dr. Mansfield has a very big, beautiful smile. Very kind aura during the video call. She is hands on, very accommodating and understanding. Looking forward to see her personally in her office soon. I am glad i chose her to be my doctor because I want someone whom i feel comfortable talking to and I feel like she will take care of me and help me throughout this phase in my life.

Dr. Wu is great, he’s always so busy it seams like, but if you have some questions he will answer. The hard part is remember the million questions you have in your head, I have started using the portal which is also great for getting a response sooner than playing phone tag with the nurses. In the beginning when starting meds that make you crazy emotional I felt like some on the phone didn’t care to much, but I don’t think those ones are there anymore. Front desk is amazing and always in a wonderful mood even in the mornings. Michelle and Amanda are always great, Amanda I feel always goes out of her way even if my questions should be obvious answers. One time I was accidentally an hour early but Dr. Wu was able to see me. One time I did have to wait 20 min, but that was the longest ever, and I feel at other doctors offices 20 min might be an average time to wait. Giving my blood samples is super easy because they have a great girl for that who is quick and painless! Can’t wait to get pregnant, but in the mean time working on it with them has been great!

Dr Mansfield is a very Cheerful doctor , she explains everything possible in the simplest manner leaving you with little or no questions to ask . The other staff members are very Friendly and happy to help you feel at ease .

Dr. Wu and his staff are absolutely amazing. I had a terrible experience with another clinic in another state and Dr. Wu made me feel very comfortable and at ease. He is very knowledgeable, kind and personal. And we are so thankful for them and now we have our beautiful girl!

Absolutely no sense of urgency or organization at this place. I got here before my 9 am appt and it’s currently 10:05 and still waiting. This is an extremely recurrent issue with this place. Additionally, for explanation on labs another appt has to be scheduled. When I reach out in the portal I never get an answer and have to follow up at least twice. I’ve asked for a game plan of next steps and am typically told to “play it by ear” which isn’t really what I would want to hear. Dr. Mansfield is extremely nice, but I’ll likely have to find another fertility doctor.

This place is a scam and a waste of time and money. dr wu is not compassionate and the communication here sucks they will send you test results with no explanation no chart to compare it to.I had the worst of experiences here. Dr wu put me on high dosage of meds and was surprised it worked then canceled my iui I mean what were you expecting? You should’ve put me on low dosages then increase if I don’t respond but hey you are the dr right? My thyroid was already normal when I got tested by my primary dr 2 weeks prior but he tested me again and told me it’s high and gave me meds to lower it and those meds started hurting my throat really bad because I did not need it it lowered my thyroid and got it inflamed( got retested)Now I keep calling them for my refund which was a HSG test that was covered by my insurance and that I had already paid for but they asked me to pay for it anyways so I ended up paying for it twice and now they won’t give me back my money even though I don’t owe them anything and do not have any more appointment coming because I refuse to go back to this place. Dr wu told me that I was NOT ready to have children because I told him that I do not mind having more than 1 baby, how insensitive!!!Also dr Wu kept pushing me for ivf before I even try the iui saying it won’t work! I need my money back so I can pay some of the bills y’all left me to pay for, and for absolutely nothing because you decided to cancel my procedure.PS you know that’s a lie nobody is gonna resolve anything I have yet to receive a call back from the office manager. I still need my money back though

Dr. Mansfield is so kind and warm. Alejandro, at the front desk, always has a smile on his face and is very welcoming. I love that he comes to know people by their name - including mine. It is an unfortunate thing to ever have to visit a fertility clinic, but if you had to choose one, Aspire Fertility is the place to go.

Dr. Mansfield was the best doctor to go through treatment with. She is the most compassionate, sweet doctor. Every time we would meet with her she would go in detail through any process and by the end had answered most of my list of questions. We did 2 rounds of IVF and thanks to her we have our little Angel with us now. Be AWARE billing department is a headache to deal with. I had multiple issues with them. They hired an outside company so anytime you have a question or issue the clinic who you made payments to will not answer but you have to contact a third party. I overpaid and had to chase them down for a refund.

Dr. Wu was adequate, but as several reviewers have stated, the office staff is TERRIBLE. The fertility treatment process often has very specific timelines, but the staff were seemingly never aware of my patient calendar and when appointments or test results needed to be completed. This resulted in us almost ruining a few cycles had I not been on them about the timing. Reception and billing were often rude and uncooperative on the phone, failed to call me back, and I always had to double check the information or dates given to me as the staff were unaware of my specifics. The process felt like a part time job. I will say that the nurses were lovely and several (especially Amanda) went above and beyond for me on a few occasions. I was finally compelled to write this review when the billing office sent a remaining balance statement SIX MONTHS after my last service was rendered, and we had already moved on to another clinic. Sloppy and unprofessional.

Dr. Mansfield and the entire team at Aspire are nothing short of amazing! We did IVF with Aspire and have been working them for nine months, and they were just as amazing at our first appt as they were our last appt. What you see is what you get, every appt. An amazing team always with a smile on their face, they answers all of your questions, make you feel important, communicate clearly, super responsive and they are just as excited for your journey as you are. We wouldn’t have wanted to do this with any other team and we can’t wait to welcome our baby girl into this world later this year, literally thanks to the Aspire team!

Amazing! Took time to listen to me and made me feel at ease, cant wait to see what we can make happen.I want to add Dr.Wu went out of his way with the bad weather, he helped a mother and her daughter getting to car safe as we both had trouble getting in. My jeep got stuck and he tried to help me get it out even with his busy schedule. I have NEVER experienced a dr who cares so much. Overall10/10 experience I was super comfortable talking to her. She just has this genuine personality that makes you feel at ease and comfortable expressing any concern or asking any question. I cant express enough how excited I am to work with a doctor who seems to love what she does and help me achieve my dream of having a baby

Terrible experience with their administrative office. Never sent required information to my insurance company for me to receive coverage on my IVF cycle. Waited a month and wanted a status update from Aspire as I heard nothing from them and was told it would take 20 days to hear back from insurance. Spoke to Sandra, the financial counselor she didn’t help at all and offered no useful answers (probably because nothing had been done with my file in the first place and she didn’t even notice until I called).Spoke to the office manager, she apologized and said my file “fell through the cracks” and she would submit information to my insurance at that point. Although I appreciate the apology, it doesn’t make up for the time lost (one month of my file just sitting there and basically nothing getting done).Since then, I’ve decided to go to a different physician for IVF and I emailed Aspire to have them cancel whatever process they may have started with my insurance company. Received no response. I called the insurance company myself to get the answers I needed. Aspire could have at least simply responded to my email, but they couldnt be bothered. The administrative office is disorganized and unresponsive. The physicians could be great here, but it doesn’t matter if their office can’t even take care of the basics and do the bare minimum correctly.

I love Dr. Mansfield and her care and attention to her patients. Insurance approvals are the only part of the process that has been pain but that is no fault to Aspire. I have been with Aspire for two years now and staff seems to have turn over in the past year -- but I am sure that is normal for these times.

Dr. Wu, his nurses Michelle and Amanda, and all the staff at Aspire have been so great to work with. They are all very patient and caring and always take the time to answer my 9000 questions. So much of the process is up to our bodies, dumb luck, etc., but I think being with Aspire and Dr. Wu gave me the absolute best chance at success.

My husband & I had a wonderful experience at Aspire Fertility Dallas. Dr Elkins was extremely knowledgeable and had a warm, friendly disposition. As did every staff member that we encountered (from the receptionist to the nurse practitioners to the billing staff). The office is extremely nice and very welcoming. The only downside for us is cost - but thats not unique to Aspire. Fertility treatments are expensive regardless to where your treatment is sought. We highly recommend this facility. Dr Wu is calm & straight forward with the facts, which I appreciate. He explains what he’s doing & what we’re looking for at each appointment. He’s a great communicator, calls/emails after hours & even on vacation to deliver results. I’ve done 2 rounds of IVF with him & he’s made our dreams come true!

I had a wonderful consultation. The whole office was very friendly. Dr. Elkins was so nice and knowledgeable. She spent a lot of time with me answered all my questions and I felt like she really cared. The office was clean and the lab was state of the art. I loved how comfortable everyone made me feel. Horrible communication!! For any question you have you must leave a voicemail then wait a day to hear back from them. I went to have a test done & was was diagnosed but no details. I was told to follow up with my OBGYN. Well it took Aspire 6 days to send over my results to my doctor. I called & kept leaving voicemails but nothing. Finally I asked my dr to help me get the results as I was left in limbo with a bad diagnosis. It is unfortunate that there is no sense of urgency to provide results.

Dr. Wu is the most caring and kind fertility doctor I have seen! His smile brings me joy in knowing one day I will get pregnant in his office. The way he sees his patients are on a new level, I can tell that he truly listens! I am blessed to have made him my choice in fertility!

I want to express my sincere appreciation for the promptness and professional care given to my wife today. Our experience at this facility was of the quickest and best we have ever encountered.This was the best team of medical staff I have been around in a long time.The Doctor, nurses & staff are professional and very thorough.

Dr. Wu at aspire fertility is so kind and thorough. He doesnt rush you off the phone or from any interaction with him. He patiently wait and asks if all of our questions or concerns have been addressed. He remembers personal details from our previous conversations. He makes us feel that we will get through our situation with him and his team every step of the way. He also makes me and my husband feel equally heard and equally important throughout our process. I would recommend aspire to anyone with fertility issues. We are thrilled about our journey. I give them a 20 out of 10 because they surpassed our expectations!

Aspire Fertility was AMAZING for our IVF journey. Dr. Elkins and our nurse, Stephanie, were Godsends for us. Dr. Elkins went through IVF herself, so shes very knowledgeable and knows first-hand what the procedure is like. She always answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns, and I never felt rushed when I was with her. She genuinely cared about us. Stephanie always contacted me quickly when I had questions about anything from how I should be feeling to how to do the injections, and she was such a cheerleader for us.All of the nurses were nice, the front desk girl was always welcoming, and Oby, the Embryologist is fantastic!I would highly recommend Aspire Dallas to anyone. If it werent for them, we wouldnt have our beautiful baby girl today!

My experience with Aspire really was a wow factor, I had my first visit today and from my consultation with the Dr. As well as meeting the staff. Everyone was friendly and willing to help. The facility is the state of the art. And I was educated on the process and what it will cost me. I am looking forward to building my family with Aspire

My first visit at Aspire Fertility was everything I ever wanted from a doctors visit! The staff is very nice and welcoming. Our consultation with Dr. Elkins went beyond my expectations. She really took her time explaining our diagnosis and answering all our questions. Thank you Aspire Fertility!

Dr. Wu was very nice. Made me feel comfortable. Very professional. Dr Mansfield also did a great job of explaining every step in our process and was able to see me right away.

Dr. Wu is a great doctor. I am seeing him now and will continue to see him. My impression on him is that he is very professional, very polite, very patient and very detailed. He returns my calls on time and answer my questions very quick. I give Dr. Wu two thumbs up!

Aspire Fertility was just absolutely amazing. We had our reservations because this is not our first time working with a fertility clinic. However our experience with aspire was completely different. Doctor Elkins was knowledgeable and explained everything very well. She didn’t automatically jump to the highest price procedure or the most drastic treatment, but instead took the time to look our our specific case and recommend what she thought would help us based on our past. The cost is straight forward and everyone we encountered in the office was welcoming and attentive. We highly recommended aspire fertility.

I tried to make an appointment here, but the difficulty in getting someone to call me back and then the condescending tone the receptionist took with me left me not wanting to make an appointment. For what its worth, she made the assumption that I should be actively trying to get pregnant and didnt even consider that I may want one of the other many other services listed on their website. Even if the doctor I wanted to see was amazing Im not sure it would be worth dealing with the staff. Fertility challenges are emotionally draining enough, I dont need to feel beat up by the doctors staff too.

Earlier I wrote a rude review because I felt ignored. I was mad that I called so many times and no answer and I had to drive to the clinic just to schedule an appointment. However, I just received a phone call from Justin, the director, at almost 7 o’clock at night. He apologized and informed me that they were having problems with the phone lines. Even after reading my review he still called me on his own time just to let me know what happened and he was very friendly throughout the entire conversation. I have not been seen at this clinic yet but as mad as I was earlier Justin has changed my attitude. Thank you for taking the time to call and explain to me what happened.

Poor customer service. Originally the financial administrator Vanessa told my husband and I that our insurance covered fertility treatments. They advised us to go in for testing prior to insurance approval and said it wouldnt be a problem because they said it was covered. Discovered later that my insurance didnt cover the treatment and now I have a $2,000 bill. We are going through an appeal process and Vannessa never returns phone calls. She calls and leaves a voicemail saying shell call back and never does. I have called and left multiple voicemails, text messages, and messages with the office staff. Im disappointed because we loved Dr. Elkins but the administrative staff are horrible and misleading.

Terrible customer service. They told me to come in for my day 1 ultrasound and when i called to come in I was told that I would have to come back next month because they didnt have time to see me. after taking medication and specifically following doctors orders for that cycle I was being told that they didnt have time. When i told them that I took medication just to come on day 1 the response I got was well you will have to come next month. Since then no one has reached out to follow up with me on what to do or expect for the next month. Take your business elsewhere if you dont want to be treated like a number.

Amazing!!! Dr. Mansfield is very patient in helping our dreams to have a family come true. Very thoughtful and thorough which means the world. Highly recommend!!!

I did not have a good experience with Aspire Fertility. In the beginning and after my first couple of procedures I thought everything was great, but I learned the hard way that it was not. They have very poor communication skills which led to missing my monthly prescriptions which anyone going through fertility treatments understands that this is a big deal. My nurse, Kim, was very disrespectful to myself and my husband over the phone. I asked for the doctor to call me back and she never did. I even left voicemails asking for anyone that cared about my well being to call me back. No one ever did. They actually stopped answering my phone calls. My time with them ended up costing me a lot of wasted money, time, and energy. I had to seek out new doctors that are doing a much better job and seem more knowledgeable.

After struggling with a miscarriage last year and inability to conceive again, I came to Dr. Elkins skeptical and reluctant. My infertility has been completely unexplained over the last 2 years and that’s been the most frustrating part. However, I left the consultation with a renewed sense of hope, positivity and most importantly, a solid plan.The staff during the intake process were knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. The office is beautiful and inviting. The nurses are personable and there was hardly any wait time or down time during our visit. And I have saved the best for last: Dr. Elkins. She was exactly the breath of fresh air that I needed. She was realistic but kind; intelligent but compassionate; detailed but also able to focus on the big picture. I felt like a person with her and not a number on a spreadsheet. She seemed truly invested in my husband and I’s goals and laid out clear steps for us.I am excited to start our journey with Aspire and Dr. Elkins. I am extremely confident we will succeed on our journey to parenthood with their help! Stay tuned!

Aspire Fertility Dallas was outstanding and I could not recommend them more. Our doctor, Dr. Linda Elkins, was kind, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. She made my wife and I feel l like we were high profile patients but family friends. She went over and beyond our expectations and hopes. As this was our first experience, we were a little nervous of what to expect. This worry was quickly alleviated, as soon as we had an opportunity to spend some time with Dr. Elkins and staff.In addition, we absolutely loved our nurse Shab Liles. Shabs smile, demeanor, and knowledge was so contagious that it was hard to have a bad experience. Even after our experience was over, Shab continued to check up on us and make sure everything was going well. She went above and beyond anything we could have hoped for.Having worked in hundreds of hospitals and clinics across the country, I found this facility to be state of the art in both the rooms and equipment.There are too many other staff members at Aspire Dallas that made this experience great to name for both my wife and I. However, I would highly recommend the competent and knowledge staff at Aspire. When experiencing such an significant milestone in your life, it is important to have a team that you can trust and count on. Aspire Dallas should be your first call.

Aspire fertility is the most incredible IVF clinic. From the beginning Dr. Mansfield and her nurse Mallory put our minds at ease and we’re cheering us on with every next step of the process. Mallory clearly demonstrated how to prepare and inject each medication, she was available at all times of the day and night to help with any questions we needed. I cannot say enough good things about Mallory. IVF is a very intimidating process but with Mallory and Dr. Mansfield, it was easy. I am so thankful to them and can’t wait to go back for the second baby.

We had a great experience with Dr. Elkins and the entire clinic staff. We were able to get pregnant with our IVF twins, who will very soon turn two years old. We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Elkins for helping us achieve our dream of becoming parents. She’s incredibly smart and beyond kind. We can’t wait to see them again for future babies.

Please dont visit this. Went in for a check up. They have provided a report which is unfortunately very bad news for us. Later we want to take second opinion and found out what they have provided is completely inaccurate. Do not go to this place ever. Due to their report, we went through lot of mental pressure and I don’t wish to happen to anyone else. Definitely not suggested to visit this place, not even for some tests too.

CARING!! I haven’t shared the story of my journey much bc I’ve been so discouraged but Dr. Wu made me comfortable & made sure I understood everything we discussed. I’m thankful & ready for the future.

I really did like Dr. Elkins and the way she handled me and my case. I could tell she took the time to look at my previous medical records BEFORE my apt. She came to the apt informed and up to speed with my case. She was very knowledgeable and personal. It did not seem robotic or just going thru the motions/ speal. My only reason for not giving Aspire Fertility 5 stars was how expensive they are. Ive been to 2 different IVF doctors not including Aspire and they were thousands less.

This place has a problem with returning calls. Was referred by my doctor and every time I called to schedule an appointment they I had to leave a message and received no return calls.

Dr. Elkins and staff are all amazing. I have been going to this clinic for 1.5 years thus far and they handle each appt with professional caring attitudes. They approach you with educated information but also with great concern for you as the patient. Dr Elkins has worked nights and weekends when we’ve had complications come up. You can’t put a price on a good experience with something like infertility. I highly recommend this office.

I was referred here for an HSG. While the procedure itself wasn’t the most fun, Dr. Elkins was very friendly and gentle and informative. The MA, Alexis, was also very nice. The office is clean and pretty. I was pleased with my experience!

I wish all doctors were like him. He givesme faith in the humanity of our up and coming healthcare professionals. What a gem!!! Bedside manner 100%! He called me twice when we lost our virtual connection and explained to me how to logon. Amazing.

The Dallas facilities are beautiful. The waiting room was calm and helped me to relax as I tend to have anxiety when I need to go into the stirrups (if you know what I mean). The staff was friendly and Dr. Elkins was confident, personable, and thourough in explaining things.After my exam they took me on a tour of the place. Its huge and you can see the lab where they create the embryos! They have an onsite surgery room for egg retrieval as well as recovery room. It really is a nice place.I went through the Glow Fertility program which saved us a little extra money on our IVF procedure. My Glow counselor let me know that several factors help increase your odds of a live birth such as remaining stress free, laughing, and 7-9 hrs of sleep. A stress inducer for me is not-knowing the steps in a process or what something means. During my visit the staff here did an excellent job walking me through everything in person, then over the phone and again via email. I have a little time table of what is next and an approximate date. It really helps me relax. I had an IUI process at another clinic where I felt the staff was just doing their job (not personable or helpful) and they didnt tell me what was going on.Expect to be there about 2.5 hrs for your initial consult. They didnt tell me this when booking and I didnt make time to eat before going, so I was very aware of the time due to hunger. I wasnt kept waiting long and I appreciate the time everyone took. I met with the nurse for background, then doctor for options, then exam, then blood draw, then billing, and then tour. Thankfully I had time for it all!

I was so excited to be working with Aspire, but as others have said, the extremely inadequate customer service is adds injury to insult for women who are trying to embrace the journey of having a baby! I, like others, can never get through, and when I do Vanessa is never available. I have left countless messages, sent numerous emails, and I get absolutely NOTHING in response! This is unacceptable and makes me question whose hands am I putting this sacred journey in!

Dr. Mansfield has a really friendly demeanor and she sincerely seems pleased to help and explain all procedures I’m so excited for what is coming:☺️

I was so excited to set up an appointment because my OBGYN from irving in MacArthur doesn’t help at all, and for every concern I’ve had to make a separate appointment which I don’t have time to do and I’m not allowed to ask questions about anything when I am getting my pap done it’s only the pap and I’m out so I didn’t like that. So I found out about Aspire and went online to get more information and I did get a call but because I was at work I couldn’t answer and every time I tried to call it states that they are not available or to leave a message so I lost interest because it seems like they Aspire not to answer their phone calls. I’ll be looking for someone else that actually cares about getting new clients.

Came in to freeze sperm before a very important procedure. NONE of the nurses or doctors answered any of my questions. NONE of them ever called me back when they said they would. I would wait 2 days to hear back from them even tho they knew It was a time sensitive issue and they told me theyd call me back same day. I couldnt even get the nurse to call me back and say youre good to go for your surgery . Truly an awful clinic.

Just a warning that if your IVF cycles are unsuccessful, which that happens and that’s the risk we all take in the process, be prepared to wait an eternity for your account balance to be returned to you. I requested my refund over 3 months ago after being told it would take up to 30 days, and still have to call every week just to get someone who says they call me back from billing with an update. I am now having to seek legal action.

Terrible service and poor communication! I don’t know how many times I had to call and leave voice mails because no one ever answers the phone. And even after leaving vice mails no one gets back to you. I than have to send emails to hear back from someone.No one calls back with your test results. You have to call the office to get back results and to schedule a follow up or You can go weeks without hearing from anyone. Anyone know of any fertility doctors they recommend please let me know! Won’t be going back to aspire

This is my initial consult and I saw Dr Elkins. She was very amiable. She answered all my questions and explained everything to me in detail. She gives you options and you choose what is best for you. I didn’t feel pressured into anything. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a engaging staff and personable doctor.

They rescheduled my appointments twice at the last minute which was very inconvenient so I was kind of apprehensive about the facility but once I got a chance to visit I was convinced this is the place I wanted to use. Their staff is so friendly and informative they made my consultation a breeze. They even opened up the facility on a Sunday to accommodate me and other patients that had their appointments canceled and rescheduled.

Dr. Wu and his staff were fantastic! The doctor and his staff instantly put me at ease, were extremely professional, and friendly. I would recommend this office to anyone in need of their services!

Super nice and knowledgeable doctor! One visit in and I already think she is amazing! Dr. Mansfield listens and doesn’t dismiss your concerns!

My experience was delightful Dr was very detailed and informative. During my sonogram she explained that everything looked great. I’m exited to start my IVF journey with Aspire!

So far so good Christine made me feel relieved and comfortable. I hope she can help me with my infertility.

This place was welcoming in the beginning but as we went through the procedure, we had to continuously ask the staff to update all the relevant documents like progress notes, scan reports, blood work on thier patient portal website. It is so unprofessional that you need to keep on asking for your own reports and notes. Still the issue is not resloved.

My husband and I felt so comfortable with our experience. The office is so welcoming along with everyone there.

Dr. Wu and Amanda have been simply the best! There after hours and all! I appreciate all of both of your help through my journey.

Dr Elkins was great and answered all our questions. The experience was comforting and gave us more confidence in making decisions on our next steps in our family planning process.

I dont think I have ever got this fast and efficient service in a doctors office. They were very friendly and fast. From scheduling the appointment with Megan to examination everything was very smooth.

We had an amazing experience with Aspire—very customer-focused, women-centric service. And now we have a healthy baby boy, thanks to Aspire.

The staff at aspire, from th MA to the MD even th receptionist, were all very friendly and professional. Compassion and care was a must with them and it was very appreciated!

Why don’t they ever answer the phone?!! This makes me a bit hesitant about coming here along with the negative reviews about their customer service.

The service is sooooo poor. They do not do any follow-ups with you.. you have to still call them to know about the results of your procedures or about the next step to do..they dont value time which is of utmost importance to many.

Dr. Wuu is great, we have had nothing but the best experience at Aspire and with Wuu.

I have not had any bad experience with staff or doctors , I never get proper answers each time I visits why my IUI failed so many times and they required me to go with IVF.

I would strongly Recommend to all.Doctors and Nurse are very caring and they understand the problem very well and with their magic we got blessed with a baby girl.
