Absolutely the worst service. I came with my mom for some blood work and the ladies at the desk were rude and acting like they doing you a favor. Attitude is everything and access Dupage in Addison needs access to manners. Enough said.

The receptionists are extremely rude. They will tell you to get in line (even when there is no one waiting to be attended to) just to tell you to step towards the desk a second after. They speak in a condescending tone and don’t ever greet you with a simple “hello how are you?” . Dr Mata is great as well as the nurses but they need to fire all the receptionists they have for their lack of customer service skills. No one like them should be working in healthcare!!!!

The receptionists at this facility are always rude. Im sick and tired of being hung up on when they decide to answer the phone. I asked the receptionist if she could ask my doctor to call me back and the receptionist said I needed to make an appointment to come in that day. I told her I couldnt because I was in the middle of work. She said that my doctor was going to be out of the office for 1 week and hung up on me.This is unacceptable behavior. Something needs to be done with the incompetent staff.Want to make sure your patients are taken care of? Hire a better class of receptionists. There obviously isnt another way to get a hold of my doctor except through them. Patients shouldnt have to hope and wonder if the doctor is going to get the patients message and return their call.

Very rude all the way around. They do not care about peoples health! I can not understand how people like this can work in healthcare. They will lie and are incompetent. Hopefully something is done about this so others dont have to go through the stress when they have health problems that need to be taken care of.

Absolutely the worst place! They are lazy! They are rude! They waste your time and they are useless. I went in because my mother is a patient here she sees Debbie Lim my mother was scheduled for open heart surgery and I came in to get FMLA PAPERWORK that I needed my moms doctor to fill out so I could take a leave of absence from work to take care of my mother after her surgery. Debbie Lim denied to fill out paperwork because I wasn’t one of her patients and she didn’t feel comfortable even though I’m taking time off to take care of one of her patients. Makes no sense. Pathetic office. Not professional.

Slow, rude, and incomplete service. Ensure that the doctor writes the name of another doctor in the referral. Your insurance company will not acknowledge these referrals to no one. I wasted $30 copay going there. The clinic doesnt pick up the phone or return calls. When someone picks up ask if it is the answering service that just takes another message.Dr. Richardson doesnt shake hands or look at you. Just sits at the computer and ask the questions. It was awkward answering without any eye contact, but she eventually got rude and left things incomplete. I wasted my time going there, but I am wasting more time getting them to list doctors in the referrals for them to be valid referrals.

My mother is crying in pain, has slept for days, she’s not eating at all due to a wound. Being a diabetic and a senior Dr. should understand that she must have pain med. Wound clinic said that PCP must see her ASAP and prescribe pain med…when called was given an appt in 3 weeks and was told “sorry that’s all we can do for you” these people neglect our love once I just hope they are treated the same way they treat their patients

The doctors misdiagnosed me with a serious disease and were so rude to me when I was trying to explain how there was no way I had it. I have gotten tested before for the disease and was negative so I knew i did not have it. After they diagnosed me with the disease I decided to get retested at the Bloomingdale location and came out negative. I never had the disease and they are completely unprofessional here, worst experience I’ve ever had and they never get back to you quick even if it’s an emergency. Was also told many times my doctor would call me back and never did so I had to call a total of 12 times to get in contact with them. You are better off going to the Bloomingdale location.

They need to teach their receptionist to be more helpful , polite and professional! Not because a patient comes from another one of their locations they need to be threaded with less importance. Not to mention it took me 5 long calls to get a hold of this unprofessional woman.

I called to ask for my doctor to call me back and the receptionist told me that the only way the doctor could call me back was if I set up a doctors appointment or if I came in that day.When I told her that there was no way I could come in she hung up on me.I tried calling back a few times during the rest of the day only to be hung up on.This is unacceptable. I am shocked that such rude people are working at a health care facility.

Its Thursday. Ive been trying to reach them since Monday to make an appointment but no one ever answers the phone, it just keeps ringing and ringing. What kind of a doctors office doesnt have a voicemail set up?Sets the tone for the type of practice provided. No thanks!

I had my daughters doctor appt and confirmed by their text message system just to get there and say they don’t have the doctor there so now i have a week to get my daughters physical. Not to mention when i actually do have questions or problems with my daughter they never answer the phone! Their front desk is unprofessional and rude.

I have just had my appointment cancelled on me 2 hours before my appointment... and this is the third time!!! Give a proper 24hr notice to patients... as we have to do so to confirm our appointment! Very unprofessional, and horrible customer service. Definitely will not be back.

I rate this location 5 stars because my experience being on the phone with Amy from call center was awesome. She answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently making me feel better about my situation. Her customer service skills are excellent as well as answering the phone in a professional way..

Receptionists are very rude. I called to send a previous referral to my other doctor. The lady kept reprimanding she sent it already even though they never recieved it. I had to argue with her to get her to send it again and do her job.

I want to share my recently experience at the place , my first visit was 6 years ago and stuff was rude specially front desk... they never answer my phone calls to make the appointment and I went to the location .They were rude and try to force me to speak English even when the receptionist speak Spanish and also i do .doctors are professionals no problem with them and the CNA was totally rudeI just come back to this same place a week ago and wooow what a change !!!Receptionist are so helpful and nice , she guide me to all the steps to apply to access , cna was so nice and ask m so many questions to get the report correctly and all this was in SpanishDoctor Kevin serrano is a amazing person and he do a excellent jobI did a new appointment for observation and they answer my phone call and I got a appointment for 2 days laterGreat experience and amazing upgradeThank you

I am a doctor. An assistant had seen me for cellulitis due to a cat puncture wound. I arrived for an antibiotic injecting because I can’t bend my fingers and black pregnant physician assistant told me to write my own prescription myself. It was a worthless trip and now I wait for oral antibiotics perscription when pharmacy opens. I was never so insultedI have referred there for years but will not in the future

The receptionist NEVER answer the phone . When they finally answered the lady gave me attitude. Super rude ! I hung up on them . Never coming here again i have only been here twice i usually go to the bloomingdale location on Gary Ave they’re a lot nicer and always answer the phone. This location needs new workers or the current workers need some training with customer service !!

There is absolutely not 1 good thing i say about this place . It is in a basement with kids running around screaming. The receptionist are rude and alot of them i cant even understand. Again, this place is always booked and everytime i get called in the back at least and hour.. they check my vitals. But thats it..the doctor doesnt even check uYou, just prescribes meds.i have horrible ashma and the doc put me on a emergancy inhaler and that was it... no. I went fo new soc and he put me on Singuliar and i havent uswd my inhaler in 4 days! The place is a mess. Thank god i will never be returning there. And if its medicade. Make sure you xall and do not go threw Access at all@

They never answer the phone!!! Theyre supposed to open at 8 but when i call they just direct my call to this phone answering service where they take forever getting your information the tell you they cant do anything for you. I always just end up showing up and demanding an appointment on spot its the only way they will ever look at my child.

Customers are right I thought I Contacted COVID-19 so I called to ask what procedures should I follow that was with the answering service they said theyll have Addison access to call me they never called I went in for my appointment the receptionist was too busy talking to her friend behind the counter and told me the answering service never contacted her which I doubt considering thats the only job is the past messages and book appointments I would never go to ADDISON ACCESS HEALTH EVER CUSTOMERS ARE RIGHT THEYRE TERRIBLE

I wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone. The only way to get in contact with these people here or your doctor is to be there. The phones are useless because NOBODY ever answers the phone. And in rare cases that they do answer, you’re never satisfied because they’re rude or they hang up on you.

Get your phone number checked (addsion acess in addison) i had anappt on friday nov 27 @ 1pm and no one was there. this is up setting to me i need to get my shot and now how the hell am i going to get a hold of them? I dont live just a hop skip and jump away! so CHECK your PHONE NUMBER soon

The receptionist is very despotic and angry. I had an appointment today and it was better that I left because that receptionist is always in a bad mood. I missed an appointment last week by 5 minutes late and today I arrived 30 minutes later, so as not to have a problem. And for everything he is too despotic and his attitude is not very desirable so I turned around and left. And she is always like that even when you speak to be seated.. Thats why I dont give this place a star. People like the receptionist. As if the places look bad.

Very bad service, the very bad-tempered receptionists do not give you appointments and even if you are dying, they do not want to treat you. They should close this clinic due to the poor service. My daughters pediatrician did not want to treat her and my daughter is very sick. I do not recommend it at all. .
