Graduated! I’ve been waiting for this day to write a review for Dr. Wu. He’s been such a great doctor and just a really caring person.IVF and transfer are not easy process but Dr. Wu and his team were there to make it as smooth and easy as possible for me and my husband. I loved that I was able to see the doctor at all the monitoring appointments and ask him questions. His calmness and knowledge helped us feel reassured throughout the entire journey. He made sure to listen to us and give options while giving his professional insights that helped us make decisions.While we’re so happy to graduate from the clinic to go to the regular OB, I’ll miss Dr. Wu and his team!

Dr.Wu from the first meeting has been competent and knowledgeable explaining everything to us, he made me feel at ease through the whole process. The office staff has also been great and knowledgeable with any questions we may have.

Dr. Wu has been amazing. Made me feel really comfortable and has been very encouraging! Thankful to have found their office!

Long story short: Horrible waste of time, money, and health. I had 2 IVF cycles with Dr. Wu after 1 failed IUI elsewhere.They batch-process you to avoid them having to work on weekends instead of scheduling you for your monitorings based on how your body responds to all of the hormones. 1st cycle resulted in 2 abnormal embryos and the 2nd cycle (back-to-back which should’ve never happened) resulted in ZERO embryos.POOR JUDGMENT on medicine/dosage prescribed on doctor’s part, POOR TIMING of second cycle, POOR MONITORING of egg development (I had to rush home to inject myself with cetrotide because I was about to surge), and I had to correct a number of mistakes made by the nurses and doctor. Oh, and did I mention that THEY ALSO SOMEHOW GOT MY NAME ON SOMEONE ELSE’s EMBRYO SAMPLE? Like how bad is your quality control??? That should’ve been the biggest red flag.Also, I was going to just move on without leaving them a negative review because I got pregnant on my first attempt at a different clinic (with additional NORMAL embryos cryopreserved) but another RECENT screw up of theirs really put me over the edge. They had the audacity to charge me $825 for the 2 abnormal embryos when the agreement my husband and I signed EXPLICITLY states that aneuploids are automatically discarded. Also, we explicitly stated that we do NOT wish to store Mosaic embryos. So what are they charging us for??? As if they haven’t already drained all of our precious IVF benefits and thousands of dollars in out of pocket expenses for IVF prescription meds??? I hardly ever leave such negative reviews but this clinic is the WORST. Desperate people come to fertility clinics looking for hope but this clinic is a total joke and scam.

Dr. Wu did an amazing job putting us at ease and was very attentive to my concerns and answered all of our questions. Thankful to be seeing him!

I was able to have him explain detail by detail and knowing that ivf would be the next step he is willing for us to try iui. He provided me the time to ask questions and not feel rush. Can’t wait for this journey.

We had our first consultation with Dr. Wu. He really gave us a lot of realistic and great information and options for us to make an informed decision about our next steps. We are happy that we chose Dr. Wu!! Thank you!

Dr. Wu did an excellent job of explaining the IVF process to my partner and I. He answered all my questions and made sure I was fully aware of next steps. He was honest and I appreciate him being upfront about the ups and downs of IVF as it helped me mentally endure the process. At one point I wanted to give up and he personally called to encourage me to try again. I felt he really cared about my journey and I never felt like just a number. He was very professional and I would recommend him and his staff for your fertility treatment. They were super sweet and the wait time was almost nonexistent. They were mindful of my time and were prompt with getting me in and out each visit. I cant rave enough about how awesome the clinic was.

Dr. Wu was welcoming, patient, and informative. But most importantly, he was happy to help me start my family. I am overjoyed to be working with Dr. Wu.Steven

Dr. Wu is obviously very knowledgeable and wants the best results for his patients. He’s also realistic and won’t blow smoke. I know what my chances are but I also know that he will do the best to make those small chances happen.

He is very friendly, professional and he was very thorough with explaining things. Our questions and concerns were answered adequately. Our first meeting was a great success.

Today was my first consultation and I loved how he took the time to explain everything and make you feel comfortable with starting this journey!! Cant wait to start :)

I cant say I enjoyed my experience because of the nature of the trip, but he did make it more comfortable for me. He warned me about everything and explained everything to me so I was able to fully understand.

Amazing! Made me feel so comfortable and shared all results in an easy and understanding way. Did not feel pressured at all but just well informed to make the decision that was right for me and my family.

I’ve only done a consult but he was very informative, patient, and thorough. I didn’t feel rushed and he was personable. I’m excited to move forward with the process.

Dr. Wu is very compassionate and takes the time to detail the process, risks, and expectations. I really appreciated his bedside manner.

Appointment was cancelled last minute. Was not notified via email or phone, had to find out at the time of appointment. Was very disappointing.

Its the beginning of my journey and so far everyone that I have encountered at Aspire Fertility has been amazing.
