Summit Urogynecology

Meh. First visit was with the Dr. who was very nice and seemed to be very thorough. Visits that followed were with CNP. Each visit I was met with staff that did not seem to know why I was there. The last visit my chart couldnt be located.Emphasis not on gynecologic care but rather bladder health. No cervical exams which seemed odd to me. Was advised that it was because insurance dictates not necessary. I have had new insurance twice and both insurers cover annual PAP and this was addressed.Upon receiving an email from the office I discovered the CNP noted I was high risk yet this was never addressed with me personally and again, no PAP.Ironically this facility is no longer in network. To know I waisted a visit and money for whatever this exam was supposed to be is disappointing. I WILL be securing a new gynecologist.

I had so much anxiety with my medical issues and was scared to get treated by anyone. Dr. Apostolis made me feel extremely safe and comfortable. Best place to go for mamas with pelvic issues feeling like things below arent right anymore. He assured me that its normal and I will get better. I now have a treatment plan and answers and feel so much better knowing Im okay.

I’ve been here twice, and both times I was extremely impressed! Both of the nurses I saw were so kind, respectful, and truly tried to make me as comfortable as possible. They explained everything in great detail and answered any questions I had happily. As someone with severe anxiety surrounding medical appointments, I can feel relaxed when coming here! The woman at the front desk was also very sweet! (I wish I remembered everyone’s name)

Absolutely the most compassionate physician I have gone to. Takes his time, explains, makes you feel comfortable. His patients come first. Treats you like family. Finds the problem and works to correct it and get rid of the pain and issues you are having. I recommend him to friends and family. Tessa is great too. Keep up the good work, great bedside manner too. Makes you relaxed. If you could get a million stars you would have them

Dr. Costas A. Apostolis is a wonderful, caring physician! I loved my appointment with him and his clinical care staff. He made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions and concerns. He really knows his information. The nurse practitioner that also worked with him was lovely. The only concerns I have with this practice is the front office staff. They are hard to get information from, have poor communication, and have been very rude numerous times on the phone. That being said, I still would recommend this practice to anyone experiencing urogynecology issues!

Dr. Costas Apostolis and his staff are fantastic. I dont think you can get better care anywhere else. Im so glad he is in Youngstown and is covered by Mercy Health.

Dr Apostolis and his staff are great. He takes his time to explain everything and answers all your questions. I highly recommend Dr. Apostolis!!!

Dr. Apostolis and his whole team are amazing. Everyone is very efficient and has a great bedside manner.

I highly recommend this Doc! He knew right off the bat what was wrong and did not hesitate one minute to fix me up! Love this Doc!

Best decision I ever made to have surgery with Dr. Apostolis....he and his staff are superior!!
