Staff was very kind and caring. Jami helped so much in the process and made my daughter feel relaxed. Overall everyone at the clinic was very kind. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing services 💕 well worth the 4 hour drive!

I had the most incredible experience at this clinic. This team of women are the sweetest, they take care of you, and are so professional. I felt so comfortable and no one is here to judge or question you, they genuinely want to help you.When I first walked in, (about quarter to 10 am) I checked in and told them I had an appointment. The very sweet lady at the front gave me paperwork to fill out. I actually printed them from online and brought them in so I could save time (highly recommend)I opted to do a surgical procedure and filled out separate paperwork for that.After that, you are called to the back at different times to get your blood pressure taken and to do either an abdominal or vaginal ultrasound to help determine the gestational age of your pregnancy.Wonderful experience so far. At this point the women at the front let me know of a call time for me to return later that day to have the procedure done. (About 2 hrs later)Once I returned I waited a bit and then theyGive you a few pills to help with different things for your procedure.Once I get called to the back, I go to a waiting/recovery room and Nurse Karen and Nurse Jami helped put my IV in, thank god for them because needles can be scary and my veins were hard to find but they managed to stick it!After that I was called to the room where I would have my procedure. The nurses help prop you up on a bed and position you for the procedure. I waited a good while until the doctor was ready, maybe over 30 min or so, I’m not sure, but when she came she walked me through everything and answered my questions on what to expect and next steps.I also asked to have an IUD inserted (Which this amazing office was able to get fully covered for me - IUD normally cost about $1500 and I got the ParaGard)And before you knew it the surgical procedure and IUD insertion was complete in under 10 mins. For me, I definitely felt pressure and intense cramping during the surgical, but that is normal and doesn’t last very long, plus the mild sedative they gave me prior was helping me to relax my body.Finally I was put into a recovery room with the amazing Nurse Jami and was offered snacks and water. They put a menstrual pad under me because bleeding can take place after a procedure like that.Nurse Jami asked me to check how heavy my bleeding was and since everything was normal, she took my IV out and I was ready to go home.We talked about Tesla and EVs the whole time because we both drive those cars, so that was really cool.Afterwards she walked me to the exit and sent me off with a warm goodbye.The whole process from checking in in the morning to being finished was about 6 hours or so, so definitely set some time aside for this.I traveled out of state from Texas and coming to this clinic was the best decision I made! From the people, to the women in the waiting room, to the actual experience - I was truly taken care of ❤️I love it here and I highly recommend to anyone who may feel nervous and looking for excellent service - don’t be nervous! The people working at Alamo Women’s Clinic got your back and is holding your hand every step of the way! 🤍🤍🤍

Was calling for hours and got nothing but the hold message. Every inch of website says Call us! But does anyone answer the phone? No. As im writing this ive been sent to hold for 14 minutes and counting, despite it saying open. I dont live in Albuquerque i cant just drive 100 miles to make an appointment. Ive never needed these sorts of services before and ive been nothing but disappointed by every single call and website from /all of you./

Alamo Women’s clinic was first and foremost very helpful and quick in the process , I was completely comfortable and everything was easy to understand and very accessible, the staff was very warm and helpful.

I highly recommend this location for your needs. The nurses and doctors were incredibly kind and awesome. We drove out of state, and I will say it was well worth the 12+ hour drive to feel as taken care of and non-judged about our choice as possible. Parking is easy-going. I’d budget a little bit of time for your visit (especially out of town). Food and hotel options are nearby for your stay. Though it was an incredibly tough decision, the staff made going through the process as simple, transparent, and comforting as possible. Thank you all!

I highly recommend this clinic. I had to travel from out of state, which made it a very challenging and anxiety provoking week for me. The clinic staff were accommodating and affirming. They went above and beyond to ensure that I not only received great care but also to ensure that I was comfortable. Everything in their process is so thoughtful. Their kindness and customer service were also unparalleled; the clinic staff were as friendly - if not more - than my PCPs office back home. From the front desk staff, to the RNs and the MD, EVERYONE was excellent. I told each of them while I was there, but I want to acknowledge them publicly also. This place is amazing! I was so nervous for the actual procedure but all of the staff were so friendly and sweet, and reassuring. Doctor Mariah is the best! She was able to calm me down, and help me get through this procedure she was so gentle and loving! She treats you as if your her blood family. My baby was diagnosed with anencephaly at week 15. It was my first pregnancy and it was a loved one, but my baby wasnt compatible with life. My husband and I travelled from Texas to carry out the difficult decision and Im so glad I came to this clinic. Dr. Goyal and the nurses were extremely professional and compassionate. They put so much attention to details to make sure the patients are comfortable and relaxed during the process (heat pad, blanket, recliner, soothing music, etc.). I was terrified when I first walked in, but I felt calm and peaceful before, during and after the procedure. For the mothers/parents who are facing lethal fetal abnormalities like I did - working with this clinic will be the easiest part in navigating all of this. If youd like a footprint as keepsake or have a funeral for your baby, ask the clinic for more info. I was truly comforted to just have these options. Albuquerque is a beautiful place to set my babys spirit free. I know theyll come back one day. When they do, Ill make sure to send a photo to Dr. Goyal and the crew - thank yall for being a part of me and my babys journey.

I miscarried before my appointment but the doctors were so welcoming, supportive, and nice. They truly care and handle your emotions with the upmost respect. I highly recommend Alamo womens clinic if youre deciding on having an abortion. They take really good care of you before and after your pre seizure. My son was diagnosed with anencephaly at 17 weeks with no chance of survival. They were compassionate, precise & professional. 100% recommend for anyone in a state that doesn’t offer proper women’s care. This place was a god send for my family and I & I thank God for them.

From setting up the appointment, to getting funding, to getting the procedure done it was so smooth and easy. I had the surgical procedure and i was very nervous and had anxiety but they took care of me with care and preciseness literally everyone here is a god send and it’s a no judgement zone didn’t have to deal with protesters nice clean pretty office and relatively quick and precise procedures

This place is awesome. The whole staff is originally from the clinic that was in San Antonio and selflessly moved their life and family to New Mexico to get this clinic started up. They are here to help and love doing it. There is no judgement and everyone is so kind!

I had the best experience of this clinic, your daughter from the moment you enter feels like you are in the best place, the attention of the receptionists is super good and explicit, the nurses are super humane and professional, the doctor who treated me is special even in the way When he attended to me, he let me know with his professionalism that I had chosen the perfect place and that I was in the best hands. I arrived full of doubts, with fear and sadness for what I was going to do since it was not easy for me to make that decision and also From the whole trip from Houston to Albuquerke, my trip was very stressful and I carried with me that sadness of what I would do and the worry of how I would get out of all that since I had never had a procedure like that done before, but thank God and my saints for me. save and of course to all the staff at that clinic everything turned out great I barely even waited for the time of recovery 🤭🥰

I couldnt stay without leaving a message. The people who work and the medical staff at this clinic are truly empathetic. I felt very bad because of the symptoms and that distressed me, but when I arrived I felt calm about the treatment I received in this process... I traveled with my husband and my two girls from Texas, almost 14 hours, the road was very long but it was worth it 🥹🙏 how I would like it to be like that the medical staff at my clinic where I go in Houston from reception are so pedantic nothing to do with this clinic.. ..
