Would not recommend this place . Went there once or twice 3 years ago . 4 days ago I purchased a Groupon voucher, made an appointment for today and as soon as I walked in I was told I can’t use my Groupon voucher because it’s only for new patients. Well, on Groupon deal it clearly says you can use this deal every 6 months, so that means you are considered as a new patient every 6 months ( 3 years ago I paid full price , didn’t use Groupon)I was told that it is GROUPON POLICY , not theirs .False advertising!Btw if you are paying full price , they will require to get your blood work done and will charge extra $$$ for it ,but will never send you results , but if you’re using Groupon deal no one never ever will care for blood work , they will get you in and out within 5-10 min.

Nadia has been so great in explaining each program offered in the clinic. Nadia is very patient and answered all the questions that I had. Front desk has always been so kind and welcoming. I have had great experience with all staff members who work in this clinic. Very kind, great customer service, understanding, and helpful.

Great Service, couple of complaints tho, location extremely hard to find on gps, no signage except for small writing on door. Also booked appt online w price I was ok w but when I got there it’s considerably much higher. May not have booked had I known that. Need to update yr website. Also sends you confirmation to fill out paperwork prior to arriving but there is no attachment. However, super easy fast process and the staff is pretty amazing!

Workers are really nice, clean and it helps me stay on track with my weight monitoring. I always use the 3 months package. It helps me save money.

The staff is overall amazing. However, being notified that my injections expired without proper notice wasn’t fun to hear or professional. If you choose to buy the three month package please make sure that you use them within the proper time frame. Otherwise you’ll be out of $$$ like myself!

This is one of the better Medical Weight Loss centers you can go to. They are very thorough and professional.

This place has been a life changer. Since I started getting the B12 and Lipo shots I have lost a total of 13 lbs in 34 days. The shots give me energy and make me feel like a totally new person. I got the shots on Groupon but plan on continuing with the services until I hit my desire weigh loss goal. I had a baby 2 years ago and had not been able to loose any weight until I found this place. The staff is polite. The location is very convenient and I am extremely happy with the results.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went in to get started on Mounjaro. I was told it would be shipped to me in 2 weeks. It has now been over 3 weeks and nobody can give me any update. I keep being told that they are waiting to get a call back from their manager but he is very busy. and cant seem to get a hold of him. They were so quick to take my $600 but cant provide any update as to why my product has not been received. Completely unethical and unacceptable.

I really like this clinic and location. The staff is amazing, and very helpful. Nadia was amazing at helping me get different option and explaining everything. The appointment are on time and they also gave me a packet that had different meals plans to help. I highly recommend this clinic and specifically this location. Professional and friendly!

Nadia is a self shaming person who makes you feel bad because you are over weight. I went there numerous times and she treated me like I was nothing. Try 700 Speer st. Better service and Care. If you want to feel like sonatine is in youre corner dont GI there. Plus they talk about all of their Patience. Email me if you have questions. Do not go there.

Nadia and Loubna are the sweetest, most informative, and lovely ladies I have ever had the pleasure of being seen by. They made me feel comfortable, welcome, and heard during my appointment. The shot was painless and I left feeling well prepared to conquer my weight loss goals!

I purchased a monthly subscription with this practice in January. I went on vacation in March and returned shortly before the stay at home order went in place. I went online to make an appointment for my prescription refill and injections when I got back from vacation (Mid March) and the soonest open appointment was April 20. I figured they were closed, like most other businesses, and my monthly charge would be paused. Today they told me I forfeited my March prescription because I didnt come in soon enough, although I would get my B12 shots. They said I should have called in instead of trusting their website, and that they will not refund the charge either b/c its against their policy. Other than this incident, their service was generic at best. I dont even care if I have waste $200 with them by now, I will not go back in there until they resolve this issue. During this time of crisis, businesses should be considerate with their clients, not side step responsibility and blame their customers for not going out of their way to double check that the clinics systems were working properly. I guess I paid for nothing, lesson learned.Update-Luz, the office director called me back and resolved my issue. While the other lady was rude and provided terrible customer service, Luz made up for it by providing me with at least the most recent months refund and personally offering to take the rest of my shot appointments so I dont have to deal with the other office lady. Go to this clinic, but ask for Luz by name!!

I love this clinic! I have lost 12 pounds in one month! They are so amazing and up lifting. The manager is great her name is Luz , she will make sure you are welcomed with no judgement and motivation. She’s amazing go to her for anything and everything.

This was my first time here and I felt very welcome. Nadia was so sweet and professional. She explained everything to me to that I was able to understand clearly and I didnt feel shamed for having to lose weight. The nurse practioner was nice as well. I will definitely be returning.

They are really nice, show you how to take the the injections so you can do it at home, I stayed because they checked my weight each week. Lost about 10 pounds within the month and actually that has kicked started my going back to the gym, boxing and walking. They tell you to drink plenty of water and certain things to eat. I have GI issues so I really just eat what I can but eating ever 2-3 hours I think is speeding up my metabolism. Also they give you an extra shot if you write a review which is pretty cool. I really love the Black lady that’s there I can’t remember her name but she is so lovely to me.

I had an appointment today, at Aurora Medical Weight Loss to get Lippo and B12 shots. Zarinah Hall was very pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable on all of the different weight loss programs offered. She took the time to thoroughly explain the options that would best benefit me. I really appreciated Zariah Hall taking the time to listen and offer sound advice. I will definitely go back. My appointment was on time, I did not have to wait any extra time.

Wonderful experience at this location. Nadia was so knowledgeable and explained everything to me so that I would understand my options and she answered all my questions. All of the staff are friendly . This is the only weight loss program I have done that actually helped me easily loose weight.

Staff is incredibly rude, they will try to force you to buy 3 months worth of stuff and say it’s their “policy since they opened” despite me being a pt there for years. Would highly recommend seeing a actual Dr got the same RX for $10 don’t wast your time money or energy dealing with these unprofessional people.

I had a good experience here. Staff was polite and services were delivered without issue. I had done some research and felt the office was open to questions. Other than the first appointment (which went fine by phone) I always made my future appointments in person, based on past review complaints here about phone service. That worked out fine. The service was beneficial to me.

This was my 3rd pellet insertion and Felicia, the nurse practitioner, was wonderful. Very informative and gentle. Luz was at the front desk and was professional and polite. She gave me my Rx meds and an itemized printout. Very nice visit today. Women, biote hormones will make you feel so much better!

Very unprofessional and rude. I bought a groupon after not being seen by this clinic in 9 months. I was told I couldnt use the groupon because it was only for new patience even though its been 9 months. No where on the groupon does it state any of this. I have always liked this clinic until now. I wasted $50.00 they will not refund or even credit my account. Horable customer service.

The overall experience was alright - definitely nothing I would go back and pay for. The pills worked in suppressing appetite, overall, I lost about 4 lbs during this month long process. The agents who administered shots were kind/quick w/ their work, but did not keep up with progress. I always had to ask to use their scale. Elizabeth from the front desk is highly unpleasant & reason why I would not go back to this office. I would consider driving all the way to a different location to not have to see her again. My first time, I witnessed her argue with someone about when they said AMWL doesnt track progress - which it turns out is true. One time, they told me I had lost 8 lbs from last time, which was untrue, because it was only 1 lb. Everytime I came in, Elizabeth did not look up to greet me or say anything. One time I approached the desk about 30 min after my appt time. She rudely let me know that they were short staffed and that I need to wait. Then I saw her tell a staff member something and he did my shot appt in under 3 minutes. Im not sure if perhaps I had just been forgotten about or what - nothing was explained to me.

I’ve been going here for about 18 months now. The decorations and ambiance make it feel more like a spa and it’s the best part of my week. I don’t know how I would survive without the B12 shots.

HORRIBLE PHONE SERVICE.... you have to call 100 times back to back for them to answer your call (if youre lucky ). Leaving a voicemail doesnt do any good either. The girl up front says shes busy yet I get there and theres 2 people in the waiting room. This place is a joke, Ill most definitely not return and f/u with my PCP. My time Is more valuable than the $50 I paid thru groupon.

This is the same business as Cherry Creek Weight loss, so if you hated Cherry Creek, this is no better. They need to clarify that info, but they dont. Theyll bring your file over too if you are a patient. Just avoid both places because if you are even 1 point above their baseline blood pressure they want, you go home without phentermine. Ive never encountered this anywhere else in the multiple states where I lived. This is a bizarre place.

I was the very first appointment of the day. After having my blood draw messed up I waited for an hour for the provider and had to come out in the hall to find someone to help me. They told me the provider was stuck in traffic and wouldn’t even be there to see me for at least ten more minutes. I was at the front door 20 minutes before the place was even open for the day and spent nearly two hours waiting for service. WHY MAKE APPOINTMENTS FOR NINE IF YOU DONT PLAN ON SHOWING UP UNTIL 10:00. I’d give zero stars if it were and option

I believe the manager to the most careing, passionate person. Who is willing to take time from her busy day to answer all your questions, to ensure you understand and are comfortable with the procedure you choice. I would be willing to recommend this office to others.

Absolutely unprofessional! No respect for your time. They scheduled me for a review of my hormone panel only to tell me that the person who needs to go over it with me wont be there for another hour. Staff walks around like they are half asleep. Very, very sketchy.

This place is Awful!!!! There is no professionalism! Here take the medicine and the needles.....no help, no instructions. Not only that put was asked if I wanted an ice pack to bring hcg home. Huge mistake! What she neglected to tell me was that the meds were in a padded fed ex envelope that she called an ice pack. I thought the needles were pre loaded with the hcg! After digging through the trash and finding my “ice pack” the meds were wrapped in there. So $300 later no hcg and not willing to help me. I’ll be turning them into the BBB. Seriously, DON’T GO!!!

The other reviews are true and when you go there, go to the bathroom and check out all the open rooms with no one doing anything, yet youre waiting. The staff doesnt know what theyre doing either. They take awful notes then tell you youre wrong about what youve had done.

Place is a scam. You are better off going to an actual doctor that provides you an with a real prescription for a fraction of the price. They give you the fake stuff. They even fill it behind the desk.

Warning this place is a scam and if they charge you for bloodwork, ask them to print the results nice people but I guess the bill and medicine got lost in translation because for $400 I thought I was paying for three months I’ll just go to my doctors and get the same thing for five dollars

I have been seen for Hormone Replacement Therapy for the last 3 years and have noticed a big difference in my life! Everyone is so nice and understanding.

I have not even made it to this place and I am dissatisfied. I have left a few messages and never get a return call, and the hours on the website is incorrect so I question any other information posted on it. If you cannot get any assistance, call Cherry Creek Medical Weight Loss or Access Medical Weight Loss.
