NextCare Urgent Care Aurora

August 2024: My sister arrived from the airport with a terrible cough. I booked an appointment online within 30 minutes. She was seen by Kelly H, the Physician Assistant, who was wonderful. She got right to a thorough exam and diagnosis, recommended treatments, wrote prescriptions, provided written instructions, and was also proactive about what to do if her condition worsened when we went to altitude later in the week. all of the staff were friendly and it was a great experience.

The provider spoke really fast and didn’t spend much time explaining things. They did a rapid strep and when it came back negative and swabbed again for a send out. Feels like they could have been done all at once and only send the second one if the first was negative. Take a little more time with your patients, we know you’re busy, but we needed you for a reason, not to be rushed out. Otherwise staff was kind.

I love how I’m not waiting hours to see somebody after scheduling an appointment. Everybody is very nice and understanding. The place was clean and quiet. I got a quick response and my prescription was already being processed before I left.

We walked in right as they opened Sunday am and were seen in a timely manner. Staff is friendly and efficient . We had our results and RX quickly which is helpful when youre not feeling well. This is the second time we used this facility with same high quality experience.

The staff are incredible people. Check in was a little strange, online only using a QR code. Thats new. The nurse was light hearted and fun and our PA, Kelly was so kind and understanding. Thank you for acting like friends, not like we were an inconvenience.

I have visited this place several times due to work accidents for a couple years whether it was for me or my significant other and once from one of my neighbor who needed help. The staff is nice and if you dont have a serious injury you can definitely go there but anything outside of a small cut or wound id recommend going somewhere else. They do not have an X-Ray machine which is odd since theyre an urgent care,(ive been to several others who HAD one) you have to go to one of their other locations for that. For workmans comp you have to go to a different location all the way out in Denver to get cleared. Mind you, they only have one doctor for it who is only there on Wednesday for a short amount of time so you better be prepared for that. They also lost my workmans comp papers and I was forced to pay it out of pocket due to them losing the papers. There was no way for me to get help from workmans comp ive been trying for a year now and no way this Urgent Care was going to help me as it was my fault for losing papers that they had so i ended up just paying for it. They couldnt even help my neighbor and sent us to a different urgent care. For something labeled as an urgent care, they do really like sending you to their other locations because they just arent prepared for those situations. I dont recommend this place if you plan on keeping your sanity and keeping your money when something is suppose to be under workmans comp. I will never use you guys again and if i could give you anymore of a lower rating I gladly would!

I appreciate your help and feel I had excellent care when I needed it. My MDs office once again were going to make me wait over a week to get in and didnt even bother to call me back after talking to the Dr. like they said they would. I was sick and forgot to check with your front desk person to see if my insurance had been billed before I left for my last visit that I self paid for. If possible please let me know if that claim has been submitted so I can get reimbursed. Thanks again, Gail Noah.

Online scheduling was a breeze but didnt do us any good. We scheduled an appointment for a sports physical. Our appointment was at 5 pm. We werent even taken back to be seen for an hour and a half where vitals (only) were taken. We then waited about 45 minutes before she came back to complete a 10 minute visit which was incredibly rushed. We didnt even leave the facility until 7:30pm.

I have a good experience in that place the nurse was very nice and the doctor also. Moreover, compassionate staff who take the time to listen and explain procedures can enhance comfort and confidence in the care I received. Whether its was a minor problem with my feet concern, knowing that competent professionals are available to address immediate needs can provide reassurance and peace of mind. Overall, i have a positive urgent care experience that not only resolves my issues efficiently but also fosters trust and satisfaction with the healthcare system.

I went in after suffering from a stomach bug and was immediately taken back to my own room. I was greeted by the nicest assistant and the doctor was seriously the most thorough and kind person, ever. Even amidst my little mental breakdown from not feeling well she was so supportive and made me feel like I could get through it. 10/10

Somewhat dirty facility. Dusty exam rooms. Had a strep test with a culture on Saturday and still waiting on results on Friday. No message portal for culture or test results. No phone access to call for test results, and when I tried to leave a message it hung up on me.On day 6 of calling without a receptionist or response. No test results for the culture. But have had at least 10 spam emails to rate SOLV service and complete my profile.

Went in to get help for my bronchitis and wasn’t treated for it!! They just wanted to treat my chronic disease of hypertension which is already being taken care of by my primary!! I needed a breathing treatment and anti biotics and a steroid!! I shouldn’t have to leave your office to go to another office for help because you can’t listen to your patients!! And maybeeeeeee if you see two appointments 30 minutes apart (me and my husband) YOU SHOULD NOT BE COMBING DR APPTS!!! I didn’t want to go back with him and then you didn’t take my vitals because you were going to wait to see what he has first! What kind of office is this? You mishandled me and didn’t treat me correctly!! Not okay.

Return visit same issue. Booked online, had to wait for over an hour and 20 minutes, no go. I Cancelled, worrying about proper care now. Will never return. There are better options out there especially when it pertains to your health.

Honestly I give them a zero star if I could their service sucks. We had an appointment at 7:20 for my 7 year old daughter for slicer ear infection from piercing we waited a whole hour and wasn’t seen. Something simple the nurse could have looked at we ended up leaving as we were leaving nurse said I did my part. What you to her weight and height a monkey can do that don’t recommend waisting your time with this place

The staff was super friendly. The doctor was warm, polite, professional and informed.Big shout out to Ashley! She had a wonderful disposition.

The NP Kate was full of herself and talked down to me when I was asking questions. A patient who already doesn’t feel good and comes in seeking help never deserves to be treated that way. I will never go back to this NextCare and waste my time and money when I’m sick and need help.

Very friendly and attentive staff. They work very hard for their patients even if it means delaying a sandwich break to answer one more question. I didn’t get a sticker, but I got a very warm hug 🤗 and that is the best medicine.

If your looking for care this place isnt for you. The doctor was in the room for approximately 2 1/2 minutes before she decided to send me somewhere else. They collected my $75 copay offered no solution, options or any kind of advice. What a racket.

Three stars only because I believe they were short staffed and they ended up forgetting about me to provide information about my next steps and future orders. The PA working was very sincere and apologetic, which I believed her, it could happen. I work in healthcare so I know how it is, but I dont think other people would be as understanding.

It was easy to book my appointment online. the front desk was welcoming and efficient. The nurse and doctor were easy to communicate with and i had no doubts i was in good hands for good quality diagnosis and treatment.

The wait took forever but they were short staffed and so sweet! They took very good care of me and made me feel comfortable! Loved the two doctors that took care of me

By far, the best urgent care I’ve been to in a long time. Everyone was kind, no long waiting times, clean and efficient. A+

My asthma flared up and I needed immediate care. No wait time, the MA and the doctor immediately addressed my medical condition. My symptoms were taken seriously and I received exceptional care.

It was a little bit of a wait but nothing out of the ordinary. I really liked the doctor hes very charismatic and helpful! I will probably be back for my future health needs.

I was treated as if I was the P A’s Mother. That meant a lot to me. The staff was just great. I don’t live here so was so nice to be treated so quickly and throughly. May God Bless to all. Bonnie Grabeal.

It was the weekend and I woke up with an earache. I got online with NextCare and was able to get an appointment that afternoon. I completed all my paperwork online prior to the appointment. The check-in process was friendly and very easy. I was in & out in about 30 minutes. All the staff was very friendly and the visit was comparatively priced. Great overall experience!

I set an appointment ahead of time, so when we arrived there was only about a 2 minute wait. The nurses were kind, and the doctor was very understanding, polite, and considerate. Both my husband and I had an appointment at the same time, so they allowed us to be in the same room together. When the doctor came in, she did really well with bouncing back and forth between the two of us and making us both feel like we were receiving individual care even though our appointments were at the same time. Great job! We were in and out quickly and efficiently. Thanks guys!

Very short wait as I was there early AM.The doc and technician and front desk staff were very caring and sweet and patient.Made my visit pleasant as I was there bc of something unpleasant

Extremely pleasant. Very friendly staff. Kelly was fantastic. Provided great explanations regarding treatment and very thorough in going over discharge instructions. If urgent care is needed again, is definitely go here first.

No muss, no fuss. In and out with a firm diagnosis and treatment plan. Very professional and efficient staff. Outstanding all around.

This was the best service I’ve gotten. The entire team was amazing. From the nurses to the X-ray technician all the way to the physician. Even the inpatient/outpatient people were extremely nice. They were extremely transparent and helpful through this experience. I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else for a medical emergency. They restored my faith on how healthcare works in this country… Thank you

The staff is all friendly, but every time Ive checked in ahead of time, or even set an appointment to be seen, Ive always had to wait 30+ minutes to actually be seen(like today, appointment was for 1:30, and its been 40 minutes and i have not been called back). And then once they do all the initial intake and you get sat in a room, its usually another 10+ minutes to actually see a doctor. Like I said, staff is friendly, building is clean, but the wait times can be a little bit much when an appointment is made.

We are still waiting to see a medical person.But figured Id share how terrible the customer service at the front desk is. Not a kind tone out of her mouth. Good customer service offers a comforting feel, especially entering a facility with a medical concern. First greetings and interactions make a person wonder whats going to be the experience with the medical person that addresses our concern.The doctor that my daughter and I saw was amazing! Answered all questions and explained everything that really covered the majority of questions we might of had. Also interacted so wonderfully with my grandson! Thank you If I based the stars off of the doctor it would have been a 5, but since we had such an ugly experience with the front desk I had to drop the stars to 3.

Great staff at the front, the nurse who saw me was very nice and caring, doctor was just as nice and prompt, hardly no wait time also

They were very prompt, took goid care of me. I just didn’t care for the PA, no bedside manner. Just get in do what needs doing and leave

Place is always on a huge wait, customer service is below average. Doctors don’t really care about you. You’re just a $$; Go some where else. Look on Yelp they have 1.5 stars. I don’t know how they have 4 stars on google.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our PA Kelly, was the best!! She went above and beyond to explain things and make the kids feel comfortable. Very friendly to Momma as well.I had both kiddos seen at the same time and we were only there for a little over an hr. Thanks NextCare!!

I had a last minute physical that needed to be emailed and faxed to potential employer and they took care of it without any issues. I may consider coming here instead of my primary care physician.

Was able to schedule a last minute appointment and was brought back super quick. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.

This was my first visit to the clinic. The nurse I had (unfortunately I don’t remember her name) was AMAZING. I was having a hard time concentrating and focusing on her questions. She was very understanding, spoke to me in a very soothing, calming voice. She turned down the light as my eyes we very light sensitive. The NP was very nice, explained everything in a way I could understand and not in Dr lingo. The office was quiet and clean. Overall a good experience.

Very disappointed with the lack of follow up. I walked around with a broken hand for several days waiting to hear from the PA. After multiple attempts, I seeked care elsewhere.

I arrived at 8:55 am. They opened promptly at 9. I was first in line. 3 people had checked in on line and were seen ahead of me. Someone should have said something. 2 hours later I was seen by the med tech. And the doctor 1/2 hour later. 2.5 hours for strep is a bit much.The staff and the doctor were all professional. The facility was clean.They were having computer issues so my prescriptions did not get submitted so I had to go back and get get. Paper copy.

Short wait time and everyone went above and beyond to answer my health questions and immediate care provided. I like not feeling rushed by medical professionals. The Nurse and NP were top notch!

It is so convenient to take my family here when we cant go to our family doctor. They are very quick! Just make sure to go online and make ur appt and u r good to go!!! Sometimes being a walk-in can have a bit of a wait.

I haven’t been to this location in about three years. It was in pretty bad shape. It was my last resort but surprisingly, they have updated the interior and I feel more comfortable going there again.

Went to this clinic for a civic test and found it to be a great place to go. Clean, easy and quick appointment times all done online. It’s been one of the better clinics I’ve been to. Definitely would recommend them for their great service and friendly staff.

I went here after a car wreck, wait times were very reasonable. The PA was friendly and thorough. All in all, a good visit.

The nurse and assistant were great. I absolutely love how the doctor walked my son through every step she talked to him she encouraged him she was dope. She is amazing

Went here last night because my wife was in so much pain. We waited and got checked in, paid to get in, they take her vitals and then the dr sees her and in about 10 seconds she says “you need to go to the ER” refused to do anything, provide pain meds, check her out, urine tests, etc. we had talked to this dr for about 1 min altogether. Oh; and also, it was 7:31, 29 minutes before they close. Altogether out visit was about 15 mins without my wife getting checked out at all. Don’t trust this place, if it’s close to closing time, they wont thoroughly check nor help you. And make you pay for a 10 min wait time, 3 mins to check vitals, 1 min waiting for the dr, 1 min talking to her. Then that’s it. Screw this place.

All staff here are super friendly! I highly recommend scheduling ahead of time otherwise it’s a rather long wait time, just like anywhere, but when reserving in advance it’s a super quick visit. The medical assistant that attended me on two occasions has been super nice, though I forgot her name. The Physician, Meredith has been incredible and attended me on both occasions, super sweet great listener and super friendly. Highly recommend!

The times I have gone to NextCare Urgent Care Ive gotten in and out without any long waits, and was treated in a professional and friendly manner. I cant think of anyway their operation needs to be improved because it seemed to be exactly what it should be.

Dont answer calls. No communication whatsoever on another or not they serve pediatrics. After you spend 10 minutes on their hold line and get transferred to an agent, the agent will let the phone ring for another 10 minutes. Kind of important to know where to take my sick child before I load his sick self up into the car and drive around the city. They dont care.

I am from out of town and did not know where to go. Google reviews led me here and it was the best choice. The staff are sympathetic and kind. Meredith was an extremely knowledgeable life saver! The registration process is electronic and a breeze. I was in and out, back to vacation in a snap!

This place has been rough. First of all I scheduled an appointment and I waited in the waiting area for 1 hour just to be seen. Then was referred out to get x-rays. Went and got those x-rays and over 24 hours later here I am still.wwiting for results. I called once already and was told that they would call me back in 10 minutes. 4 hours later still no call back. You cannot just call the location directly either. You have to call a call center (wait on hold forever) and then they will transfer you to the location. Just ridiculous. At this point I shouldve just waited to get in with my primary care. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the nurse was great. Doctor not so much.

Friendly, professional staff. Clean environment. Had an x-ray taken. PAC Herbert was wonderful and and informative. Very short wait time in wait area.

I came here on a Monday and the boys stated they were open until 8 pm and they are clearly closed at 6:45

During the time I was waiting a woman fell outside and your front desk person flew out to help them. A man came in with a dislocated shoulder stuck over his head in agony. Someone took him back I think to help with pain until he could transport to an ED. There was more but the staff handled it well

I went in feeling horrible. The front nurse Got me in right away. The Dr listened to what I had been experiencing. I had some test done. they were able to diagnose me and call my antibiotics into my nearby pharmacy. I have never had a disappointing experience...Thank you Next care staff....You all are amazing 👏

Everything went well and almost quickly for a walk-in, it was an hour. Testing was quick and the only problem Im having is that the pharmacy said there might be contraindication between my prescription and a prescription Im already taking. She has tried to call the doctor and hasnt gotten a call back. I may add the extra star if that happens before close of business today.

Updating my review, I went in yesterday and got confirmed to have strep. Took over 24hrs and me calling their customer service number multiple times for them to send my prescription over.Super quick, didnt have to wait too long. I like that I can wait in my car and they call when its my turn. And the staff were all very kind. I prefer coming here to any other urgent care.

I enjoy coming to this urgent care because the staff is always friendly, they are quick, but you feel cared for. It’s also very clean here. I’ve made this my go to Urgent Care.

Setup an appointment ahead of time but this clinic has nobody competent to work the front desk and would lump in walk ins and late appointments ahead of those the went about it the correct way. We had checked in 15 minutes early per their request. It was 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment when I finally walked out without being seen. Not a single apology just a “k”This clinic does not understand the “urgent” in urgent care

Doctor was very compassionate, and already feeling better. Gave great advice.. still have horrible cough brought on by asthma, but hoping it gets better.. highly recommend your urgent care..

I was going to make an appointment at my childs regular doctor for a sports physical but their appointments were blocked out till Oct and my child needed his physical done asap. NextCare was able to get him in with no problems the same day I called to make an appointment. They were quick at getting us to the back to see the doctor and the doctor came in within ten minutes of us being in the room. Thank you so much.

The staff and doctors are always so nice. My son has sensory issues and they are always so patient with him, even during his meltdowns. They were wonderful when we were all sick with COVID as a family as well, seeing us all over the course of 3 days to be tested and checked in on all of us as well!We have been coming for issues for the last 6 years because our doctor has always had a several day to several week wait for care. Its always been quick and a lot shorter wait time than an ER.

I left and asked the reception desk if I owed anything before I left , and I was told no. I get an email saying I owed money and before I could call and dispute I was sent to collections be careful people who go here.

On time genuinely care about your health. Front desk to vitals to Dr is super easy. Take the time to care truly. Advise you of every step of your health. And very time efficient. Great group of medical staff couldn’t ask for a better experience. Won’t go anywhere else unless I move out of the state.

This was my second experience with nextcare and I must I am very pleased with service. Receptionist was very friendly and patient and the medical assistant was really nice and friendly and the nurse or doctor I saw made me feel at ease. I will recommend this NextCare Urgent care to everyone. Oh and by the way the wait wasn’t even an hour and the check in process was very very smooth. 5 stars to you NextCare keep up the good work.

I was scheduled for an X-ray, and when I showed up, the receptionist said the X-ray tech might be scheduled for later and they just ended up not showing. Great waste of an afternoon, thanks

They were available for walk in on a Sunday for my kiddo who had strep throat. Staff were friendly and helpful. However, we asked for prescription to be sent to our local Walgreens and when no pharmacist was working and we called in to change pharmacies, it was impossible to reach anyone via phone. On hold more than 30 minutes. Faster to drive back to the facility and ask in person.

Scheduling of appointment was easy, slight delay as the office was busy. Cant reach them to return an after care call. No one answers the phone no matter what option you use. Tried calling during office hours on two separate days, no answer.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. I waited about an hour for a walk in appointment which wasn’t too bad but I would recommend scheduling online ahead of time. The appointment was fast. I really appreciate the providers taking the time to only recommend necessary services since I was self pay.

Had a high BP scare, called in and next care was glad to help with prompt customer service over the phone. When we got there, registration was super easy. The entire staff was so kind, caring and personable. When we were seen, the young lady was very knowledgeable and listened to everything my fiance and I said. She took everything into consideration and decided we would need to visit the er. We were there 20 minutes and they helped us out so much. We visited the Next Care on Hampden in Aurora. Thank you so much for your care ladies!

Out of town on a road trip - I made an appointment three hours out and when I arrived, they took my insurance and were able to get me in on a timely basis. I left to pick up prescription in less than an hour. A+

Made an appointment for 9:20 am. Got there about 10 minutes before, 25 minutes after my appointment time I was finally taken back, while a walk in got taken ahead of me. If I had known walk ins would be taken before patients with an appointment time even when running behind schedule I would have walked in earlier with no appointment. Once taken and after vitals were taken it took another about 15 minutes to see the PA - who was wonderful. Overall it took an hour from my “appointment time” til I was out the door.

I came here about a month ago, because I was coughing and had pink eye. I made an appointment online, and yet it still took about an hour to even get brought inside. Once I was sat down in the back, the lady told me she’d be back in 5 mins, but took 30 mins and someone different came in. The doctor was very quick and told me that he’d give me some eye drops and nothing else. When I left, I was waiting for my pharmacy to get my script from the doctor and it never got sent in that day. My mom had to call this urgent care the next day and remind the doctor to send in my script along with something to help with my coughing. This place is very unprofessional and sloppy with taking care of you.

I am absolutely terrified of the doctors. But the staff there are so friendly and caring. It made my experience fantastic. I went in to get a cyst removed and the woman who removed it was so friendly and reassuring. In the past, I’ve had terrible experiences at the doctors, resulting in me getting extreme anxiety but at the end of the visit, I was calm and less scared of visiting the doctors. I also made an online appointment and it went smoothly. Called to be let in, filled out my info, and they saw me within 5 minutes.

I brought my daughter here last minute to get a sports physical when the place we had an appointment at was closed when we arrived for our appointment. It was imperative she get a physical right away since she has a wrestling tournament over the weekend and her previous physical expires the day of the tournament. We had called and went to a few other places, which refused to see her without an appointment or said we had to call the following day to see if they were accepting walk-ins. I started to feel defeated and hopeless that we would not find a place that would take her before the weekend. Then we went to Next Care on Hampden Ave….The woman that greeted us, I’m not sure of her name, was very friendly and welcoming. It was very easy to fill out the paperwork on my phone while sitting in my car. The medical assistant, Ashley, called us promptly to get some basic medical history and then called us back within minutes to come in for her appointment. Ashley also did her vitals and was very friendly and professional. Dianne performed her physical and was very professional and friendly. The young lady that checked us out was very friendly as well. Everyone we came across in the facility was professional, friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be using next care for all of our urgent care needs in the future. My daughter even commented that the place smelled really good when we first walked in! We are so grateful she is able to attend her tournament this weekend!

Theyre trying to send my son to collections and he has never even been to this urgent care company, any location. We just got a notice that he was sent to delivery financial. We know for a fact that he wasnt because the date of service is the day after he got his wisdom teeth out and we were home all day. This place is criminal. Never have received any notice of payment due, just straight to collections. BS

Had an earache since night before and afraid of an infection going into a weekend. My usual physician wasn’t able to see me. Was impressed with the staff and treatment here and would definitely come here again if circumstances required urgent care. Glad they are close by.

Regardless if they triple check with you that they send your prescription to any other place, the prescription will still end up at the Walgreens on Hampton and tower. I requested illiff and tower Walgreens prescription filling and it fails me every single time. Good job. This is the only problem I have with this place. Everything else is as expected

I had an appointment for 6:30 but got there early. The receptionist was SUPER nice and helpful. I was in and out in about an hour ... maybe even less, and that included them doing a chest x-ray. The provider I saw was really AWESOME!! She listened to me and she was very understanding and caring. I would DEFINITELY recommend this place

Professional quick service if scheduled online. Staff pleasant and helpful. This location is extremely convenient for me, thanks for being in the area. Hopefully I am getting the correct treatment now after this visit. Always grateful for your care!

I went to get checked up @ 8am and I received a prescription to be sent to the pharmacy, but the pharmacy informed me they hadn’t received it. My husband and I both checked at different times throughout the day. I didn’t receive my prescription until 8pm only because urgent care employees wouldn’t help me resolve it. I was fully disrespected by the front desk lady and she walked away from. The employees have terrible patient care, tried to kick me out when I was only trying to receive help, disrespectful towards my illness and wouldn’t help me resolve. I don’t recommend ANYONE to go here. Pick a different place to checked out where they’ll actually care.

It’s the closest one to my house and the PA was very attentive. However, the front desk lady was indifferent at best. I went in with a badly sprained ankle but was told the x-ray machine was not operable. Hope no bones are broken 😣

Dr. Merideth made the right decision to refer me to the ER ASAP. This is our second time of being seen by her. Both times,she is professional and easy to connect with. The front desk has always been courteous and respectful.

This is the worst urgent care ive ever stepped foot in, me and my wife called ahead and asked what the wait would be before coming in and they told us 20 minutes. We get there they then take our money for our co pay and procceed to take literaly 1 hour and 45 minutes too see is; screw you guys you all should be ashamed of yourselves

Got scheduled at 8 20. Got there at 8 10 and the door havent opened. Called the main line the operator told me that it wont opened until 9 am. I was sitting in the car until 9 am. Got into the building and waiting for the doctor until 9 28. No nurses or doctors. I walked out from there with my 2 sick child.. so unprofessional.. if I can give them a 0 I would..

It was very easy to make an appointment online for the same day and I filled out my basic information before I even got there, so it was a very smooth process. I felt that I received excellent health care services. Staff was very pleasant and professional.

I registered on line. I got there early and the door was locked. They had instructions on the door to scan a QRcode that asked a few questions and I got a callback in about 10 minutes. They told me what exam room to go to. I went in and a nurse came in a few minutes later. Then doctor came in. Everyone was polite and courteous. I have been going there for about 15 years.

Front desk was indifferent. Nurse that took me back was terrible and talked right over the top of what I was saying. The PA Johnson was really great.

They were very helpful and I would recommend this place to anyone.

NextCare Urgent Care was a great experience for me. From the front office, to the nurse, to the doctor. Very professional and caring. And since I needed a doctor to complete medical documentation, I couldnt be more pleased. I also needed these medical documents to be faxed to my employers claims office, the front office lady did that in less than 5 seconds. Happy and relieved 😌

I flew back in town from New Mexico on a Monday afternoon. I noticed symptoms of nausea and persistent headache. I just felt overall sick and yucky. I called NextCare and learned they accept walk-ins. I found this to be both convenient and much needed on my end. My walk-in experience was smooth from start to finish. I completed all necessary forms from the comfort of my car. They let me know via text where I was in the queue of waiting patients and called me when it was my turn to come in. The front desk receptionist ladies are nice professional and helpful. The test went well and I was on my way. All around good experience.

Got in and out quickly. Booked my appointment online around 1pm with a 1:30 PM same-day appointment time. I was with the nurse getting my vitals checked before 1:30 PM and was out the door with my prescriptions called in to the pharmacy before 1:50 PM. The doctor (or physicians assistant? cant remember) I saw was fast but still thorough and I didnt feel rushed or dismissed. It was just like she understood that even though were ill we still value our time. Entire staff was fast, efficient, and courteous.

I have been going here for urgent care needs for several years. It used to be quite good but they must have had change in staff cause my last two experiences have been terrible. The receptionist was not nice and the nurses assistant did not know how to do a proper throat swab for strep test and rubbed the back of tongue instead of the pharynx. Moreover they got my phone number mixed up with my mother-in-law who was there at the same time and were calling the wrong number.

Service was great, wait was long.My appointment was at 4:15, was finally taken back at 5:30. I guess it was a busy day which isn’t the facility’s fault. My issue is the comfort of the waiting area. I don’t mind waiting, however wish the chairs in the waiting room were more comfortable.Vending machines were disabled. :(Would still go back, the staff is very friendly and service was fantastic.

While I arrived for my appointment as scheduled, and, as requested, checked in about 10 minutes early, I did have to wait over an hour to be called in. However, once inside, the people were terrific. Knowledgeable, friendly, caring, efficient, I cant say enough how pleasant the experience was. Would definitely use this facility again.

Ms Henderson and her team were excellent. It was a packed house since the moment the doors open, but everyone remained kind and composed.The doctor and staff were very patient with me even though they were busy. They showed empathy, gave great advise, and answered all of my questions. At no point did I feel like I was being judged. The wait was long, but what can you expect? I would rather good service than somewhere that gets you in and out of the door rapidly.

DO NOT EVER come here. Save your time. It DOESNT matter if you make an appointment or not, they let walk ins go in before you anyways. I got here the time my appointment is scheduled and they say 45 minutes to an hour!!! So dont even waste the time to schedule a time !!!!

The office was very close to my home and I was seen fast. Easy online check in and not much paperwork. As I had a positive covid 19 test, the doctor informed me of the best steps to take.

My family and I went here for COVID testing. The doctor and nurses were all very friendly and thorough. The check in process was easy and we got a phone call when they were ready for us. Despite our concerns being COVID, the doctor did an exam on those of us that had symptoms to rule out any other illnesses which was greatly appreciated. Then he had a lot of feedback and suggestions for managing our symptoms. Highly recommend!

Its never fun to experience a back injury. However Dr. Miller and her associates were amazing. They were very caring , knowledgeable and patient with me. I have been to many many Dr offices and I was pleasantly surprised with the level of care I received! Highly recommended.

Extremely friendly. Online check in was very convenient. Our first visit was my daughters sports physical. I will certainly come back to this location for future urgent care needs. The staff made us feel welcomed and got us in and our very efficiently.

I had an appointment scheduled for 9 am on Saturday 5/7. When I checked in via the app at 8:55 from my car the app said there were no people in front of me so I decided to go wait in the building only to be told at the door that they would be opening until 10am do to being short staffed. So how incredibly frustrating & inconvenient is that... When I got back to my car I received a txt at 8:58 saying my appointment is canceled!!!... So I then call them to confirm that the txt I got was accurate & to reschedule an appointment. So since they claimed to be opening at 10am the gentleman rescheduled me for 10:40am. So I when I get there for my appointment at 10:40 the office is completely closed & locked & empty!!!... So ya its mind blowing & frustrating.

I’ve never felt so disrespected in my life. I understand during Covid that they are constantly having to answer the same questions over and over. I believe the physician’s name was Terry Miller. Right from the beginning she was extremely rude to me. I had expressed to her that I needed documentation to return to work. She very rudely interrupted and proceeded to tell me that my insurance United Health Care was terrible and that she was sick and tired of getting bills sent back to her because no one was taking responsibility in paying for these bills. Honestly the way she spoke to me was not warranted. She told me that she would do the test but quickly threw out that most likely I would pay 200$ plus without doing any research almost as trying to persuade me not to move forward with the test. I took it amongst myself to call my insurance since I was offered no other option and was offered 100 percent coverage. This doctor came off and very cold and had me on the verge of tears and I work customer service at the airport. I hope someone reaches out to her and tries to resolve this. This is no way to treat someone who a patient and I felt worst leaving knowing I was negative then when I came in thinking I was possibly sick.

On June 6, 2022 my daughter was severely dehydrated after what we thought was food poisoning and she was throwing up 6 times and having constant episodes of diarrhea. I filled out the online form with absolutely all the information and I wrote that she was severely dehydrated due to vomiting and diarrhea. I reserved a spot at 2:20 pm and left for the clinic. I arrived exactly at 2:15 pm, informed the receptionist that I had already submitted the form and she acknowledged to have received it. We sat in the lobby. My daughter was obviously sick. There were only 2 patients waiting. We sat there until exactly 3:14 pm (one hour after) when a nurse came out to call my daughter. We went in, she took her pulse and blood pressure (this took her NO MORE THAN ONE MINUTE), and must have seen how my daughter was since she offered a wheelchair so she could move from one office to another (only 20 feet apart from each other!). Once there, we waited for the PA to appear for 27 minutes!! During that time, I went to the restroom and saw this PA walking around, doing things in the computer, talking to the nurse, etc. After those 27 minutes, she comes and says: Ive been told that you have nausea, diarrhea and have been throwing up. My daughter could barely speak since she was so weak, so I answered Yes. She then said: Ok, we dont have IV so the only thing I can give you is an oral nausea medication... I was...whaaat? Why did nobody tell me that you didnt have IV fluids since the moment I came in? My daughter, as I told everyone, cannot eat anything, not even a pill with water because she throws up absolutely everything!!! She just said I apologize; the receptionist is not qualified to give any medical advice, to what I answered: but she couldnt tell you that she was SEVERELY DEHYDRATED since she received the form ONE HOUR AND A HALF AGO?? how about THE NURSE? Why would you make me spend these vital hour and a half when I could have been at an ER or another Urgent Care already taking care of my daughter? She apologized and I only told her I was leaving and to make sure that I was not charged for this service because I was not going to pay a dime. She assured me that I would receive an email. That was all she said, and to my request, she provided a wheelchair and brought my daughter to my car. Needless to say, I will not be coming back to this clinic ever again. I left and went to the ER at Centennial Hospital. By then, my daughter was disoriented, with pain in her kidneys and so weak that she could barely walk. The ER at this place immediately brought her in, put her on an IV and gave her the attention she so urgently needed. I therefore consider EXTREMELY UNFAIR to be billed for a service that WAS NOT PROVIDED at all. Taking her vitals for LESS THAN ONE MINUTE and the insurance is billed for $180 dlls. and then we were asked to pay $32 dlls. as co-pay? This is a total rip-off.

Id give this facility 2 thumbs down iv had a appointment at noon iv been sitting in the lobby for an hour, still havent been seen Im the only person here. They dont seem to be in any rush or care that you might have other things to do after. Once I was able to be seen the doctor was Wrighting everything on sticky notes, I really dont recommend this location.

The staff was very friendly. I had to wait a while for a rapid Covid test even with an appointment but getting results sooner than 6-10 days is well worth the wait. Office was clean, they seemed very well organized. Setting up an appointment online was easy.

I was able to make an appointment online and start the basic patient information process, including taking pictures of our insurance card . So when we arrived we only had to fill out 2 basic patient information pages and we were taken back and seen immediately at our scheduled appointment time. The doctor was very thorough, however, he didn’t give us much time to speak other than answering his questions quickly. Thankfully our reason for being seen was not a life threatening emergency hence the reason we used an Urgent Care vs. an ER. But it would have been nice to be able to advocate a little more, they were not busy at the time. This would not hinder me using them again though.

I went to a different Urgent care prior to my visit and they were no help at all. At NextCare they were able to see me same day, helped me figure out what was going on, got me medicine and were very kind! I would highly recommend!

This is the third time I have been here, and Ive got to tell you everyone there is the BEST!!! From the person at the front desk, the nurses to the doctors, they are all GREAT!!! One of the few places that actually care about you and have such wonderful personalities.

I took my daughter for a sports physical (only $25!)and the Dr was so nice! She was really funny and even though our visit wasn’t anything urgent she didn’t rush the visit at all. The front desk ladies were also very polite.

I definitely recommend making an appointment. After the mobile check in, I was handed my paperwork upon arrival and was back on the room having my blood pressure taken within minutes. Everyone was nice and patient. I appreciate the service.

My child and I both needed to see a doctor. There was a long wait, so the Receptionist gave us the option to sign in and go back home to wait for a text that our time was close. We took advantage of that idea. We waited less than 10 minutes in the waiting room total! Dr. Paul was great with my child! He was friendly and very informative! The staff were friendly and accommodating of my need to be seen at the same time as my child. We will go back again!

Excellent! First time coming here! I had some odd pelvic pain for the past couple of days and needed to see a doctor soon. Most primary care doctors couldnt get me in for 2 weeks! Came here and they did EVERYTHING for me. I didnt expect them to do much, but I got a pelvic exam and they even gave me an antibiotics shot! Really happy and would come back here in a heartbeat ❤

Our experience with the staff and Dr was excellent. The check-in process was a bit cumbersome doing all of the paperwork on my mobile phone. Hopefully now that we have a profile built, any future visits will be smoother for check-in

Rude front staff, didnt know what physical I was coming in for despite their call center instantly answering me that they offer that service and even quoted me a price and told me to stop in.Front staff informed me they didnt have an email because they were new to that location so I couldnt just email the form.Then they miraculously changed their mind and gave me an email 5 minutes later?Ill give my money to someone else thats fine.

The lobby needs some love- a good deep cleaning to feel sanitized as germs are in and out of there. There was an overwhelming smell of food. The staff were friendly and professional.

I was seen at this urgent care for a concussion and told by the provider that I may not return to work until my symptoms have resolved. She instructed me to call her back a couple days later to receive a return to work note. I called for 3 days, never got a response, and had to physically come in again to get my note. The provider I saw the 2nd time argued with me and nearly refused to give me a return to work note because were just an urgent care and dont do work restrictions or return to work letters. Sure wish the first provider or even the admin staff wouldve told me that before I paid $450 out of pocket for the 1st visit. Now theyre trying to charge me for the 2nd visit when all I did was get a doctors note! I do not recommend wasting your time and money here.

I was familiar with this urgent care because my wife here a couple times. I had an object in my ear and I couldnt get in to see my doctor so I booked an appointment online. Fill out some forms and give them my insurance information. After a few minutes I was called back and taken to an exam room. After a few minutes the object was out and I was on my way. The staff there is very friendly and caring. This is located at Tower and Hampden so if you need Urgent Care this is the place to go.I returned after another fall. The staff is caring and compassionate. This time an xray specialist was on duty so my xray was quick and convenient. They dont mind answering questions. This is a good thing because at times like these you might have lots of questions.

I stayed up two nights before to wait until 12:00 AM when their website allows you to book for an appointment. I booked for 8:40 AM, I am there 20 minutes ahead of time, I call in and they are collecting my information when the first desk lady rudely says we do not take your insurance. I asked if she can re check and she demanded that they dont take it ( mind you my family has been here with the same insurance ). I needed the test done before my flight which was the frustrating part. I called my insurance and they verified that this clinic does indeed take my insurance and after being on hold for almost 2 hours they said that I should call back and get rescheduled because they actually do take my insurance. I call back, front desk lady again is rude and says the appointment time at 06:00 PM and I explained that my flight is before that time. She then didn’t say anything for the next minute and with an attitude said 11:40 AM and immediately drops the call. The second time I show up I get here at 11:30 I called to let them know I was here, they didn’t let me in until 12:50!!! I waited another 20 minutes in the room.. this clinic is very unprofessional and I will definitely be letting corporate know, it seems to me as if no one really cares here. The lady with the short white hair and the hispanic lady- both very unprofessional.

The medical staff were so caring, attentive and nice. They acknowledged me as a person and didn’t just go through the motions of their job. The wait time and visit length was very quick, not in a rushed way but in an effective way to get me diagnosed and with a prescription. I will be returning here if I ever need urgent care again.

Have been here 2 times and both times have been AWFUL. I literally will never go again and tell people not to go here. The provider just didn’t SHOW up today and had to send everyone away. Go go AfterOurs urgent care or UHhealth on Quincy before here! They are unprofessional, fighting and arguing behind the counter and have the worst attitudes.

They were extremely cautious which I appreciated since I was there for a Covid19 rapid test. The staff I dealt with were extremely professional, very nice and considerate. It did take about an hour and a half, however I received a signed document stating that I was negative for Covid 19 within 15 minutes of having the test taken. I dont think you can get any better than that!!!!

Worst service or NON service provider. Made an appointment, received confirmation yesterday. Today received two notices about my appointment.Arrived 14 minutes early, called in was told to wait, 25 minutes later was told there was a slight delay, 40 minutes later told the same thing. Since the world has not stopped and have other appointments I had to cancel.Thanks NextDontCare.Wont be returning and wont be recommending your establishment to anyone. We came in for a Covid test on a Saturday. They were busy but very organized. We waited in our cars and filled out our info online. Very easy and efficient. They called us when we were ready to go in. Very friendly staff. Would highly recommend

So awful!!! They prescribed a medication that made me sicker and they never answer the phone! I needed to be advised on what I should do.Do no harm is oath! Not a suggestion!

People were incredibly friendly, and I know they are absolutely inundated right now with patients, but my visit was unacceptable.I specifically called and was told they would have plenty of the “rapid” COVID tests on Friday morning when I made my appointment. Only after I was tested was I told it would take at least 2-3 days and they would try to expedite the results. I made an appointment SPECIFICALLY for the rapid test. I have already taken a long return test, and did not need to take another.The appointment was for a rapid test that I wasn’t given, and now depending on what insurance does I might have to pay out of pocket for a test I didn’t even want.Wonderful nurses, but terribly organized at them moment. Very disappointed I wasted half my day because of them and still don’t know if I have COVID...Edited to 1star because I actually had to pay for their lying awful service

My daughter had a double ear infection from swimming we literally had to wait 15 mins and the whole waiting room was full. They are all very fast, professional and polite. I highly recommend.

This place was amazing. I got here right when they opened and I am back in my car within 35 minutes. Everyone was very pleasant and knowledgeable. By far a better experience than any urgent care/emergency department I’ve ever had to sit through.

The ladies there were very kind and helpful in getting me checked in as well as getting taken care of! The wait was a little long but thats anywhere you go these days so I didnt mind too much. Once I got back there I was taken care of and on my way within 20 minutes.

The staff at this location is friendly, prompt, and informative. I feel more like a patient than a number at this facility. I actually prefer this clinic to the one located at E Smokey Hill Rd (my PCP) because they were able to get me an appointment immediately when the other location told me I had to wait three weeks. I came for a Sports Physical because the reviews said this place is fast. It is NOT! I came in with an appointment and have been waiting/sweating in the little room for almost an hour. They dont even have the consideration to let you know they arent ready and have a choice to be able to move around. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I went to Childrens hospital for hrs and was told my son was fine yesterday to being seen today for my son and he was tested positive for type A flu at this urgent care. The PA, Morton, and med team are amazing here. I completely trust her and her team today more than a well known hospital regarding the care for my son. Very thankful for the care and support I received today and definitely recommend HER that I seen today.

This place use to serve the community well but now it seems like all they can treat is a runny nose. They dont have staff or equipment to do virtually anything you need at an urgent care. You are better off trying somewhere else.

We made our first visit to this facility today and our experience was AMAZING from beginning to end. We were able to check-in in advance and walked out with a prescription in less than 30 minutes. We will definitely be back if we need it urgent care services again in the future.

Went in this morning to attempt to be seen for the flu, the front receptionist was so rude and unprofessional i went elsewhere. They need to use communication and not just direct possible patients with a terrible tone. It’s almost better at the hospital.

Faster than getting an appointment with your primary doctor, but painfully slow for covid tests. The app is confusing, it wouldnt let me see the wait list, kept prompting me to check in even though I checked in hours ago, and the process was very unclear. Waited 2 hours yesterday to find out the telehealth appointment I got first meant I couldnt get a rapid test. So I waited 3 hours today to get a rapid test done. They got the job done, but expect some hassle.

Charged $160.00 for nothing! I had previously gone to another NextCare Urgent Care for a couple of years. I participated in their monthly medical plan, and was able to meet with the doctor who was acting as my primary care provider, because I did not have insurance.I just started a new job, and there is a 90 day waiting period for the insurance to start. I needed a prescription renewed, and I was also concerned because my blood pressure had been unusually high.All the PA/Dr. told me was that she could not help me. They only do urgent care and she did not know what I was talking about when I mentioned the other NextCare. She repeatedly told me that she would not be able to renew my monthly prescription nor treat my high blood pressure.I pretty much stormed out of there (not proud of that.) Now, they have billed me $160.00 for NO SERVICE! Nothing. They did not do anything to treat me or help me. I feel totally ripped off. That is definitely my last trip there.

They really need to have more staff. How do you schedule an appointment but have to wait an hour to be seen? In the event that someone actually has covid, isn’t it a health hazard to have them sitting in the lobby for an hour? This is the 2nd time I’ve got a covid test from this place, the first time I was asked to sit in the car (after again scheduling an appointment) for over an hour.

Next are was took awesome care of me when I had an eye injury there were a miscommunication with my medication. I waited 3 hours to get my prescription filled. I’m happy with their service in general. But communication is key when someone is in. pain.

Very quick wait times and so much more convenient than going to our pediatrician. I love it and take my kids whenever we have a problem. Love all of the staff, reception, nurses, doctors. Very caring and helpful. We love them!

The doctor and nurse were both very friendly and professional and I appreciate that the location is close by. The young lady at the front desk wasn’t overly pleasant and seemed overwhelmed. The most frustrating part is the online sign in seems completely irrelevant. All the information that I entered online, I had to fill out again when we arrived. And the online check in is a complete waste of time. You end up waiting after anyone else that happens to be there before you. Our check in time was for 11:30. We arrived 20 minutes early and didn’t get called back until after 12:00pm.

I saw another review about customer services, and yea this UC is not very helpful. I was told by the Dr who saw me that I would be getting a steroid for my back. I was having severe back pain. I remember her saying this bec she told me how to use the steroid. So when I picked up my prescriptions there was no steroid and I really needed that for inflammation. After a couple of days with no relief to my back pain I started to remember she told me a steroid would help. Well so I call UC back in the AM and explained to the front desk that I was missing a steroid in my prescriptions. The lady on the phone could care less, told me if the Dr wanted me on a steroid it would have been called in. But I simply asked her to ask the doc if she forgot to call that one in. And she refused to do that! She refused to ask the Dr if I was suppose to have a steroid. Like wth Im not asking for pain killers!!! So her next response was if youre not feeling better go to a ER! Bad bad customer service. They could care less about my back pain. I wont ever go back.

Horrible experience, on line claims no appointment need it. I showed up to see a sign to call a phone number. Dial several times no answer, finally I see her pick up the phone, she tell me I need an appointment and may be 5-7 days, I asked did for the quick test and she indicates yes. I was so confuse since on line states no appointment. She tell me for the other test I also need an appointment. I asked her name and she hang up on me. Very unprofessional young lady and awful service. Please save yourself some trouble and go somewhere else

I had to do covid test, and was nervous and not catching up everything I need to do. First Keanna came outside with me and spend time with me to file my papers. And then two others ladies were very kind and helpful to me also.I would recommend this place to people who need not just doctors help. But people who cares about them.

Went in on a Saturday to get treatment, it took about 45 minutes to be admitted, once admitted it took an hour in the room for the doctor to come in. The consult was about 3 min long, she didnt give me a full evaluation, simply gave me some antibiotics and sent me on my way. When I had finished my medication and I still had symptoms I called to ask about the next step, it took about 6 hours to hear back from them, once i spoke with the nurse it was a quick, Ill send another treatment, call us back if you still have issues. 4 days later still having issues, they were actually getting worse so I went in and explained my situation, the person at the front desk wanted to just refill the prescription that didnt work, I told her I would just rather have an actual consult since they werent as busy as a Saturday, I asked about her waiving the copay since I was just there 10 days ago for treatment and I was still having symptoms. She didnt even bother to ask the doctor that was there or see what she could do for me, she just simply said no. NEVER going back there again, unbelievable how theres documentation of me calling about reoccurring symptoms and they couldnt waive a simple copay.

We called yesterday to see about getting a COVID test. They said they were busy the rest of the day but to try for a walk up when they opened the next morning, which was totally fine.However, we arrived at 8am this morning for walk up curbside testing and tried calling the number to check in. We waited an hour and a half and tried calling at least 10 times before finally leaving. They didnt even turn on the open sign until 9.17am so I dont know if someone didnt show up or what the deal was. I saw so many people pull up and try calling before driving away. We went to ZipClinic to be seen after and it was a far better experience (well of course it was, since they were actually there and answered their phone).

Went for a simple doctors note. saw the doctor for 3 minutes. They took my temperature quickly and issued me a 5 sentence doctors note. $180.00!!! I almost past out! This situation left a horrible taste in my mouth. I will never go there again! How can they justify that price!

Quick and easy. In and out within 15 mins. They take all kinds of insurances including medicaid. Staff was nice, and everyone was very professional.

Walked in at 7:35-7:40 and from the front desk to seeing the doctor I never felt rushed even though they close at 8. Went in for a cold-extreme sore throat, was able to get tested for strep and meds were sent to the pharmacy. Was out of there before 8pm, everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Would recommend this place to others!

I went in yesterday for a rapid Covid-19 test and was treated with such care. The staff was friendly and so professional. My results were NEGATIVE so I was able to attend a concert last night feeling safe.

These guys are fantastic! I highly recommend this location and this group of urgent care facilities. Kudos to Ashley Hannah and the rest of the staff for handling a this difficult Covid situation with such care and kindness. I wish I could remember the providers name as she was wonderful as well.

I went in for a cut thumb and was seen right away. Every person I interacted with during my 1.5hr stay was attentive, kind and professional. They got me all patched up in no time.
