I recently visited the office for a primary care appointment and I’m thrilled with the experience. First schedule was a breathing. They accommodated me with an appointment time that suits my schedule perfectly. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Make me feel welcomed and comfortable right from the start, Doctor was attentive and addressed all of my concerns with patience and Expertise. Overall, highly recommend this office for anyone seeking excellent primary care services.

I had my annual checkup here which included a blood draw. I have extreme anxiety with needles and blood drawing so I was very nervous to go. However, the man who helped me was ridiculously good at it as I had little to no pain and it was over before I knew it. The Dr. I saw was equally wonderful - she was friendly and personable. Even the receptionist was awesome. I would recommended this place to anyone and will be using it as my primary care provider from here on it. Thank you all for the visit!

Alyssa is a great provider.I went there today for the third time, front desk such a sweetheart and absolutely helpful also my provider Alyssa so nice and understanding and very good lessening when I was talking to her about my health issues.

I had an annual physical at this location this morning, and it was so easy, smooth and convenient. The staff is amazing, and my provider, Alyssa Rodaniche, was so kind and patient and caring. In a world where everything seems so fast and rushed, I was pleasantly surprised at how much time was dedicated to my care. I highly recommend TotalCare for your primary care needs.

I just went in for my annual physical. Checkin was quick, I was in an exam room in a couple of minutes and the PA was there in just a couple more minutes. She’d read my paperwork and asked good questions on my history, courteous and professional. Once I was finished with the PA the blood tech followed quickly. They did a very good job on the draw, getting it on the first try. Good experience overall.

The staff was kind, friendly, knowledgeable. The appointment was quick but also informative. A pleasant experience all around!

The Staff at Total Primary Care at the Plaza Volente location were purely phenomenal and represent pure professionalism within thier scope of practice. The front desk receptionists were very kind and welcoming and the nurse that brought me back for my exam was outstanding and understanding. Alyssa Rodaniche PA represents a professional within the practice that brings care at its best to patience, she is highly knowledgable in every aspect of her work, and is the most kind hearted and understanding PA to schedule a visit with. Overall, if you need a check up or need any exams I highly recommend this location to tend to your medical needs!

This was my first visit at the Austin location. My wait was about two minutes and all the staff were polite and professional from the receptionist, nurse and the nurse practitioner. The Nurse Practitioner, I believe her name is Alyssa has outstanding bedside manners.

I went there yesterday for the first time, front desk Jay his such a sweetheart and absolutely helpful also my provider Alyssa so nice and understanding and very good lessening when I were talking to her about my health issues and since yesterday they were in touch by phone and text messages 🙏🙏🙏

PA Alyssa Rodaniche was very caring and professional. All my concerns were addressed and I was completely impressed with the facility.

I walked up to the front desk clerk Monica Mercado Castlelan after being on the phone with her prior to me showing up and she was very helpful. Once I got called to the back Jack Youngblood did a good job of having conversation and taking my blood without messing up or causing pain. Then to finish it off the provider Alyssa Rodaniche did a great job of explaining and walking me through the next steps before I left.

Alissa is wonderful at the lakeline location of Anderson mill. I’ve had worse experiences at the green lawn location though. But Alissa is super nice and effective and thorough. I really like her and that location.

Great service! Walked in. Immediately was greeted warmly and ushered me to waiting area, where they had cute puppy videos playing, a Keurig, and some water bottles. First, Jack called me in and we ran thru the prelim screening. Then, waited no more than 2 min for the provider, Alyssa Rodaniche, to come in. Got my annual physical done, which felt more or less like a friendly conversation, just with a stethoscope! Pretty impressed with it all. Jack was pretty good drawing blood first try also, and I HATE needles.

Great service and care! Went in for my annual, they were very polite, answered all my questions, and took great care for a big baby like me that does not like to get blood drawn!

Arrived for appointment on time, had to wait in line for 10 minutes, and was then told they did not have enough time to see me. The whole staff was rude.

The Doctor was very kind and through, made sure I was comfortable and understood what was happening the entire time! Lovely place!

So happy they offer services to women as well now. The staff was extremely pleasant and friendly, it was my first visit but it didnt feel like it! 😊 They made me feel very welcomed and comfortable to discuss any health issues I had. I am making them my primary care providers for all my needs. They even offer womens health services which is so awesome!

This place was top notch in my opinion. Upon arriving we ran into some issues since I had recently changed insurance providers at the beginning of the year. Faith was informative in helping me contact and acquire the information they needed to proceed. Alysa was a truly great provider as she asked questions, offered solutions, and if I didn’t feel comfortable with a certain recommendation she offered alternatives based on my needs, information and her expertise. This will certainly be my 1st choice for anything mens health related in the future!

I walked into this place I thought I it was heaven first of all the receptionist was polite, the lobby was empty wish I liked because I have a tension headache. Thank you, for seeing me.

In my experience, the facility was very organised and professional. Everything was done very promptly. The results of my tests were back right away and the nurse practitioner Elisa ( I hope the spelling is correct) was super wonderful and caring.

My wellness checkup went very well. Medical staff very friendly and comprehensive. Looking forward to future appointments at this location.

Very nice staff! All up beat, very helpful as well. Showed up late for my appointment and met with the Doctor within 10 minutes. Would have been even faster if it werent for a wifi outage that the staff handled well. Instead of waiting around they actively worked on fixing it and called another location to get me checked in and such. Talk about teamwork!

My experience at Total Men’s Primary Care (Plaza Volente) can be described as efficient, warm, welcoming, comprehensive and successful. The whole process from beginning to end was unbelievably smooth. And I was a new patient to boot! The visit itself was short (but comprehensive with blood lab, EKG, drug testing, etc) and I was able to get fully established as a new patient (with portal access and everything) all within a matter of about an hour. There was practically zero wait time for a 9am appointment, and I was even a few minutes late. This has not been my typical experience with primary care and for that I am grateful! This is a fantastic location.

Went in to get a checkup and tested for low T. Quick in and out and from the reception to the doctor Catherine was great. Will be back here again. Oh and the nurse that drew blood was painless. That’s a plus in my book.

Came here because my original location had to cancel. Staff was all super friendly. I’m going to schedule here from now on.

Well I went in for a problem with my thumb and the doctor said I had trigger finger and wanted to prescribe an anti-inflammatory and I asked if I could try ibuprofen and if it didnt work could I call back and get the prescription, she said no problem. Thats where it went south. I called back a week later and went around in circles with this place. I ended up frustrated and decided I would find a different doctor.

I’ve used the Cedar Park location as well as Georgetown and have always had a great experience, Volente is no different everyone is is attentive, caring and offers an excellent service that helps you get back on your feet and feel your best!

This location is great. Everyone Ive encountered has been friendly and professional all while being prompt and efficient. I was in and out within 15 minutes!

Had to make a last minute appointment and visited this location. The entire staff was great. This is not my usual Total Men’s, but it did not matter…it all went smooth.

Excellent experience. Im an established patient with a different location, but when I went in they treated me like theyd known me for as long as Id been a patient with the other clinic. So nice! Also met the provider who was already aware of labs I had due soon, which I thought was a nice touch that he took the time to look at my records. Very professional and friendly staff - looking forward to becoming established here, the location is very convenient because its right down the road from where I live!Highly recommend!

Was able to set an appointment yesterday for this morning! The website was super easy to navigate and they sent good reminder/notifications.When I arrived for my visit, I was greeted kindly and seen within 5 min! Test was simple and the results came quick.The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional! Hopefully I don’t need another Covid test, but will recommend this provider to others!

Staff and doctors were both really nice to me. Answered all my questions that I had at a reasonable price. Had to wait a bit until I got seen but it wasn’t too big of a problem cause they had drinks and snacks for me while I waited.

Our family members have gone here multiple times for rapid Covid testing, including when it’s hard to find elsewhere. We’ve never had a problem just walking in and being seen quickly and efficiently. Employees have always been helpful and courteous. Results are in our email/text in about 30 minutes. They make it easy!

Fast and easy! I made my appointment online last minute. When I arrived, I was taken in for my Covid test. The whole process was less than 10 mins. I got my results quickly too, via a simple text message link to a patient portal. Could not have been easier! Staff is nice too. Definitely recommend!

Went here for a COVID test this morning. The registration process via their website was super simple with plenty of available appointments. When I arrived for my appointment they already had all of my information and I was in and out in 10 minutes at most. Got my results within 20-30 minutes of walking out the door. Great experience overall!

Had a really great experience. Scheduled the appointment online very easily and there was no wait when I got there. Staff was very friendly and they got me in and out quickly. My appointment was in the middle of the afternoon and I have never been seen by a nurse and doctor so quickly before in the afternoon. Most doctor’s offices are behind at least 30-45 minutes in the afternoon but not this place. I will definitely go back.

I went in for a pinched nerve in my neck. The doc did some tests to confirm that it wasnt something spinal that caused it, and he gave me a cortisone shot. It should heal on its own in a few weeks, and I should be out of pain in a few hours. I was in and out in about 40 minutes, and everybody was very professional.

Very different from the usual doctor’s surgery. Amazing waiting area, with wonderful receptionist, prompt service and extremely thorough with everything. This will be my new go to doctor!

Im actually a fan of this chain, just not this particular location. I was able to book a covid test online (which I had to book days in advance and take off work early) and the appointment time was 4:40 p.m. A few minutes AHEAD of my appointment I tried to call (twice) and let them know I would be 5 minutes late, but no one picked up. In the recording, it says that you can text the number you are calling to get in contact, so I did. There was no response in trying to text them. In addition to all of this, I was driving in circles in the parking lot for 5 minutes trying to find their building because their location pin on Google maps is inaccurate (which they can easily update). I ended up showing up at 4:48 pm to which they turned me away saying that I had to be there exactly at 4:40 p.m. (which was not stated before) because they close at 5:00 and have to send the girl home for the day, or else they have to ask her to stay later. Mind you, the automatic google calendar invite has a time range of 30 min 4:40-5:10. If you close directly at 5:00, it makes no sense to schedule appointments at 4:40 p.m.I made sure to mention to them that their pin on Google maps was incorrect and both the doctor and the female at the front desk said yeah. Internally, Im hoping that they were just saying yeah to agree with me and not because they both know the location is incorrect (making it hard to find them on time) and arent doing anything about it. I will literally never visit this location ever again. While the young lady at the front desk was kind enough to ask if I would like to reschedule, Ive already waited 3 days and taken off work and the male doctor was uninterested with his tone and, short with his words. Id rather wait another week until I can get an appointment at my preferred location.

First time I did not have to fill out additional paperwork or sit in lobby waiting.

Was looking to get a covid test as soon as possible with quick results. After calling a few places without success I tried Total Mens Primary Care I saw on a web search I was able to get an appointment within 2 hours. Once there check in was quick and the front desk personnel was very helpful with questions i had. I was called back soon after finishing check in. The person performing test was professional and explained the process. I was told I would get the results in 10 minutes. I did. All was good . In a small amount of time from start to finish I had peace of mind.

Great atmosphere, wonderful people and definitely a comfortable spot for your medical needs. New to the Austin area, but these amazing ladies and gentlemen make you feel completely at home! Hopefully those in search of a Primary Health Care location have the same experience.

When i walked in the agent was very helpful and had excellent customer service. I went in for a covid test for my employer and as everyone knows no one likes getting the covid test. However the young lady who did my test was very gentle. By me completing my registration prior to my appointment it was a very quick and easy process for me as a new patient. Thank you guys!!😁

I have used three different locations since the pandemic started for COVID testing. ALL three were clean and comfortable with lots of snacks and drinks while you wait, which is never long. The staff are nice and efficient. I’m really glad they have been available to me!

Been here several times for covid testing. Usually in and out really quick with quick results. Definitely would recommend. Great service as well. Oh and the snacks are a great plus especially when dealing with a small child on a tight schedule!

I have been using Total Men’s for Covid testing for a few years. This was my first time at this location. The staff was very friendly. Facility was clean and service was efficient.Was in and out in 5 minutes.

Finding a Covid test during the holidays seemed impossible until I found a last minute appointment available here. After arriving, I filled out some quick paper work and was promptly taken back for the test. It was super easy, simple, and I was out within 15 min. Completely recommend!

Initially, I had given my review 5 stars. I am no longer able to do that. I went into this clinic with high hopes for an annual physical and check-up. We went through the usual motions (height, weight, etc). I also had my blood drawn. This is where things went wrong. I was supposed to get my results back in 2-3 days. Two weeks went by and I received nothing. I had an upcoming surgery so I thought it would be a good idea to get a physical and have my testosterone checked. The surgery came and went. I decided to call on the 3rd week and see what the hold-up was. The lab never received my specimen.I spoke to a really nice lady named Donna who scheduled me an appointment for the next week.Here we are on that week and I have my results but a day late and a dollar short. I was not informed that I had to request that my testosterone be checked. I made sure they did the first time. All in all, if my life relied on me having this physical to on-screen for underlying issues, I might be dead. I now have to wait a year to have my physical redone or pay out of pocket to have my testosterone checked.Total Mens Volente = Total Fail

Honestly best medial care situation I’ve ever experienced. My original Plan for an urgent COVID test in Austin while traveling fell through, so this was my backup. Wished I’d scheduled with Total men’s originally. Easy booking, amazing team, doctor was so easy to talk to…let’s also talk about the waiting area. Felt like a day spa. 10/10

Had to get tested for COVID. Was able to schedule the day before online and fill out everything from my phone. Was only in the building for maybe 10 minutes max. Super easy, quick, and convenient. Nice and helpful staff!

Both my husband and I have used Total Men’s for Covid testing after exposures in the work place. The process is so simple! Make an appointment online at one of their convenient locations, enter all your info online prior to your appointment, walk in, get tested and leave. We received our results within an hour. I highly recommend Total Men’s!

Total Men’s provided me with the best Covid test experience this whole pandemic! Their online system was easy to use, paperwork was digital, and check in at their super clean facility was seamless. I was called back before my appointment time, which was fast and… well not pleasant, it’s a Covid test, but the staff was professional and kind. I was nervous I would be turned away as a woman, but women and children 5+ can get Covid tests there. They have locations all over; 10/10 would recommend!

My COViD test appointment was @840 and I got there minutes behind. The traffic was worse than I thought. After checking in, I waited 5 minutes and got tested. 20 minutes later I got the results on my phone. The whole experience was efficient and I couldn’t ask for more.

This was the first Clinic I came to where I felt at ease. I’m one of those men that will not go to a hospital or clinic if my life depended on it lol. Fast, efficient, and professional Covid-19 rapid test. They texted the results to my phone within 30 min. This kept me from having to wait with other potentially sick people in the waiting area. Highly recommend.

Scheduled a covid19 test online which was super easy and convenient. I walked in and was tested and out of there in 5 minutes or less. The staff was friendly and attentive. I received results in an email in less than an hour.

There were quick to get me into my appointment. They diagnosed me quickly and confirmed that I had strep. They quickly got my prescription sent to my pharmacy and by the time I arrived they were filling it.I always go here.

I came in for a lingering repertory infection. I was seen quickly, even though Id never been in and didnt have an appointment. I had a consultation with the doctor and got a steroid shot and Im already feeling better.

Had a great experience here and I don’t ever have a good time at a Dr visit. Tim was super cool and super helpful. Front staff was friendly and the nurse who drew my blood made me laugh when normally I get nauseated.

I was in need of a recommendation for a specialist. Found Total Mens Primary Care on my insurance providers website and booked an appointment. I was seen by a nurse practitioner who did not give me the names of a specialist. Total waste of time for me.Also - coca cola and other junk food in the waiting room of a doctors office? Very confusing.

I have been going to Total Mens Primary Care for several years. I have always had a great experience. Over the past two years, I have seen Tim, who was at Shops at Bee Caves but now is at Plaza Volente. He is incredibly knowledgable and personable.

It was quick and easy to make an appointment. When I arrived, I didn’t have to wait. They run on schedule and respect your time. The staff is amazing as well.

I did a blood draw and I didn’t feel a thing. Usually I takes a couple of pokes for me since my veins are so little, but they got it and I didn’t feel a thing!!!Great location too!

An excellent primary care facility. Onboarded me as a patient and took care of all of my medical needs and concerns on the very first visit. The receptionists were very polite and courteous and everything went great.

All the locations are great and even though this was my first time visiting this one, they maintained the great service I’ve come to expect and they helped me what I came in for.

Came in for a COVID test; quick, clean, and comfortable. Received a text with the results within 15 minutes. Oh - and there are snacks!Overall good experience!

I was searching everwhere for a Covid test. They took me as a walk-in. I had a free cup of Stabucks coffee and was in and out in less than 10min. They texted me my results, no waiting.

Dr. Mack really helped me when I wasn’t feeling well. He was responsive, caring and prescriptive. The place is very clean and new on the inside and has free Gatorade!!
