The staff get to know you and remember you which gives you the peace of mind that you are not going through this alone. We appreciate the A+ service we have received during our time here.

Dr. Nackley is an excellent physician. She is gives personal attention and is both informative and prompt with keeping me updated on results. She explains the entire process of my fertility plan in detail and invites questions to further understanding. As a physician myself, I could not ask for better care than she has provided.

Fort Worth Office Dr Nackley was very friendly and helpful on my initial visit. I was very nervous and she was friendly, comforting and extremely helpful. Everyone in the office was so nice and welcoming. I have already recommended this office to another person and will continue to refer this office to people. I have had nothing but good experience with all members of the Ft Worth office.

Every experience that I have when I arrive at Dr. Nackleys is amazing! Katie gave me my iv and it was very painless. Marisol and Katie are so friendly and professional. DR. NACKLEY is God sent. She helped my husband and I conceive after we seen other doctors who said we cant. She is absolutely experienced and shows so much care and love to her patients. I will always forever remember her and remember what she has done for us.

I had previously gone to a different doctor for fertility testing and treatments and I didnt feel like they took the time to explain to me the entire process I would undergo. So when I found Dr. Knackley, I immediately felt at ease, and she explained every single little detail. This in turn made me relaxed, and I felt this relaxation and comfort with her helped me achieve my pregnancy on my very first IVF round! I am now 10 weeks and have had a smooth pregnancy. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Knackley and her staff.

Always feel important and cared for my Dr. Nackley and the staff. Through sad and happy times she has always been a great support. I trust her judgement and recommendations and have faith in her abilities. We have wonderful seven year old thanks to her and are hoping for another child. I cannot imagine seeing anyone else!

Waste of hard earned money, they have too many customers. The day of the procedure, the doctor had several cases going on simultaneously. They line you up and perform as fast as possible, No personal attention or affection. As far as the results, after you spend several thousands, the doctor will not talk to you, instead you are given the bad news by a nurse. The office is very much a business model to make money, you are the least of their concern. They said that I do not have a chance because of my age, I went to another country for the procedure and God blessed me with a child. Try another doctor that is compassionate about you and your family.

Everyone at CARE is excellent. They are all very friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. We have gone through two successful cycles with CARE and would highly recomend them to anyone. Any time I had any questions, they answered them timely and accurately. They always spend time with us until we were comfortable with all of our questions being answered. Thank you to ALL the staff at CARE!!!

Dr. Nackley was very patient and explained my condition in much more depth than anyone had ever done. I felt like I had a much better handle on what was going on and how it might be addressed after our first meeting.

Above and beyond! That is how I would describe the CARE facility. From our first visit, my ectopic pregnancy and double tube removal, then two successful IVF procedures(one frozen) and now my second frozen transfer. These guys have made a very emotional and complicated process seem effortless. Everyone is kind and knowledgeable from Dr Nackley to the clinicians that draw blood.
