I was sent by my employer for fingerprinting & was dreading to go only because my first fingerprinting 5yrs ago literally took forever!! But thanks to Kapil I was in & out he made my experience stress free and just like the environment he was warm, welcoming & pleasant. I give my whole experience a 10/10 :)
