The staff here is amazing, so very welcoming. Dr. Vetter was very sweet. He did not cause me an ounce of pain and made the appointment super quick. Anyone who get nervous around Drs should come here, they really are amazing!

Been seeing Dr. Vetter ever since moving to the area about 3 years ago. He is very easy to talk to, takes my concerns and puts me at ease without being dismissive like other practices. The office staff from front desk, nurses, and ultrasound techs are all super helpful, friendly, kind and courteous. I have been here for my annuals, BC switches, and now they are seeing me through my first pregnancy and I cannot recommend anyone better than Dr. Vetter and his staff. Thanks for all you do!

I love Dr Vetter! He’s a great listener with good bedside manner. He recognized and diagnosed an issue that I was having, handled it with empathy, and referred me to the correct specialist. I would recommend him to anyone new in the area or seeking a new OBGYN.

I’ve been going to Dr. Vetter for 20 + years. I am lucky that I found him … I continue using the BWP practice. Never a fun event going to a GYN appt - but for me, they have made it easy for me to keep up with my health and annual appointments. Thank you BWP (office staff too)!

My experience with this practice has been nothing short of extraordinary. Ive had a total of three pregnancies here, including one that required an emergency termination due to health reasons. The support I received from the staff was exceptional. They reached out through calls, emails, and messages daily, showing incredible kindness during a difficult time.I went on to have two beautiful children with this practice. The nurses are outstanding, and the doctors provide continuous support throughout the entire journey. Its unfortunate to hear about negative experiences, but I can confidently say that my personal experience has been nothing but positive.

Absolutely love this practice. Dr. Vetter is the best. The front desk girls are so great as well. My wait times always been 5 minutes or less. Would recommend !

I’ve been coming here for years and all the people here are so sweet. I see Dr Vetter. He delivered both my boys (24 and 21 years old) and always asks how they are doing every-time. It’s nice to have that these days, a physician who cares.

I’ve been going here for over a decade. This office has gone downhill. I had a really pressing issue where I needed to see my Dr and they made me wait 72 hours. Even with me pleading and crying on the phone. The secretarial staff are close to incompetent. One day I wrote my name to check into my appointment. The staff didn’t notice I even came in for a full 10 minutes. All I heard about was them complaining and helping each other with their new computer system which is pretty unprofessional. I love Dr Pagano but she is the only redeeming quality of this practice. They DO NOT provide total care for women and are completely out of touch.

I highly recommend this practice. All three doctors are excellent. I have been a patient here for over 20 years and they took care of me before, during and after three successful pregnancies.

I have been going to this practice for 19 years. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences. I recently have been in and out of the office and the staff has been nothing but exceptional. Every time I call the receptionist is friendly and accommodating! The last two years I have been seeing Dr Vetter mostly and he is amazing! I highly recommend this office and the doctors.

Not quite sure why there is so many bad reviews Ive been a patient here for almost 5 years. Dr Pagano delivered my daughter almost 5 years ago and Dr Morgan recently delivered my son. I have nothing but good things to say about both these doctors; theyre office staff is also very sweet. They are usually booked but just shows what a good office they are and that they keep there patients.

Would not recommend by any means. I experienced incredible rudeness from the front office staff when trying to get a prescription refilled. Yelling, making patients feel extremely upset, and refusing to refill prescriptions they need is the wrong way to run an office, especially when I was strictly following their directions for appointments. I will never be going back.

I am not one for reviews but I wanted to share my experience in hope someone will benefit. I came here with a health concern and the testing was done but when I asked to speak to the doctor on two different occasions in the course of a week and then I left a message for the office manager and no one called me back it leaves me to believe that they do not care about your health. This was not a light hearted concern either which makes me nervous for anyone else looking to come here. If you have a concern please find a different practice and one that will take you seriously.

I delivered my son two weeks ago with the help of Dr. Morgan. She is a great coach. Both her and Dr. Pagano have great bedside manner. I was induced due to preeclampsia so I was very scared but they put me at ease. Office visits were very quick but I wasn’t showing any signs or symptoms until the very end. Thank you again.

Please find another practice. I was with them for 10 plus years and dr. Morgan is very nice, she delivered both my babies however after my miscarriage I felt mistreated. Waited in their waiting room with a bunch of pregnant woman for an hour just to talk to the doctor for 5 min.. to tell dr. Morgan I want a D&C (which they knew already) they wanted my copay I guess. But their staff is mostly rude and you will always need to carve out at least 2 hours of your time to see the doctor for 10 min for regular visits. For my third pregnancy I’m with a midwife and the treatment is night and day in comparison. So happy I made the change.

LOVE THIS PRACTICE!!!!!I love this office. I feel comfortable with every doctor and they make me feel that no question is silly. I was constantly calling because I was so nervous with my first pregnancy. My little baby girl is one lucky baby because Brick Womens Physicians took such good care of us. Dr. Pagano delivered my baby and was so reassuring. I had some problems with my insurance and the billing staff was a huge help! Im pregnant with my second and cant wait. I have recommended this practice to all of my friends and they love them too

Dr. Vetter gave me very little time during my visit and treated me like I did not know what I really wanted for birth control. He did not ask me if I had any questions and certainly did not make me feel comfortable. I expressed my discomfort with continuing on with him as my doctor and the entire situation was severely mismanaged by the practice. The next time I scheduled another appointment the nurse told me my appointment would be with another doctor. When I arrived the front desk informed me that my appointment was with Vetter. I left very upset, but rescheduled again, with another doctor. The third time I went to the office the same thing happened, I was scheduled to see Vetter. I was informed that it was against practice policy for me to see another doctor. This was a terrible experience that wasted my time and money. I would recommend you avoid this practice and Vetter specifically at all costs.

I have gone to Brick Womens Physicians for years and I recommend them to everyone! Dr. Vetter delivered my son 3 years ago via C-Section and theres barely a scar! They are open late which is great for my schedule, all of the doctors are not only professional, but incredibly caring. They truly love their job and it shows. I would GLADLY wait an hour in their waiting room to be seen by them over 10 minutes in any other doctors office.I highly recommend them

Today I went online to check my credit score, where I was mortified to see there was a collection out for this practice. Unfortunately, I know exactly what it was from, about two years ago I went in for my routine yearly appointment and waited over an hour as everyone else in the office was helped. At the 1 hour and 30 minute marker, I walked up to the counter and told the receptionist that I needed to leave because I had work. I was not expecting to wait this long. A few weeks later I received a bill in the mail for missing my appointment. I then went back to the office and informed them that I simply waited over an hour and was still not seen by the doctor and had to go to work. The woman said she understood and was going to resolve this. Well, it apparently wasn’t resolved and now my credit score has taken a hit. I never went back, and instead found another doctor nearby, who sees their patients in a timely manner.

Please do yourself a favor and do not go to this practice. Women deserve better. I will say that Dr. Morgan herself has always been kind to me and I am thankful for the season of time I had with her as my care provider and will miss her. However, the bad of this practice sadly outweighs the good. For one the staff is HORRIBLE! They are rude and inconsiderate. I heard one say about a woman having a loss of pregnancy that she is (AND I QUOTE) “a pain in the a**”. That is UNACCEPTABLE and disgusting. They have made me to feel embarrassed every time I have gone there on account my insurance is not typical and it’s always like the entire room has to hear about it. Also when I had a preconception visit to ask about certain practices and standards of care they conduct during birth I felt rushed and some of the answers I received were outdated practices even according to ACOG. My friend’s who have given birth with this practice did not have the level of care and respect I felt they deserved. It wasn’t until I switched practices that I realized the above instances are not the norm!! Staff should be considerate and respectful. You should not feel rushed. You should not be made to feel you are an inconvenience or that you do not know what you want. Every woman deserves a respectful environment of care through all seasons of her life but especially in pregnancy and birth. Please care for yourself and find another practice that will listen to you and give you options that is safest for you and any baby you may have in your lifetime.

While the doctors here are good I am very disappointed with their need to price gauge their patients. I am charged 50.00 for every visit. My first was my annual exam which is fine. Then I was asked to come back for an ultrasound and a biopsy as two separate appointments $50.00 each. Each one of those visits took about 8-10 mins and could have been done on the same day. The next visit was for my doctor to review my results - which really could have been done by phone. I came in of course paid $50.00 again and the doctor spent 3 mins with me to tell me that I had to speak to the other doctor in the practice because they were recommending a surgical procedure. Instead of arranging for me to speak to that doctor that day and I asked but she wasn’t available t why made me come back again for another 50.00 visit just to have the surgical talk with the doctor - o asked if that could be done by phone but they said no. So five visits later at $250 later I could have done all of the visits in two visits and by phone. It’s disposable really and I will be looking for a another practice in addition they made take 5 days out of my schedule to come to these visits that all totaled less than 30 minutes of time

Im pregnant with my second child. I have seen each doctor they all are pleasant to deal with, very caring. Dr. Morgan delivered my first and let me say this the length that she went through to make sure I was comfortable was unforgettable. She rubbed my back held my hand while I was a crazy person that day. I would recommend them to anyone.

Back in September of 2014, I came here to be seen because of pregnancy complications. I was bleeding heavily when I arrived and let them know I may have been experiencing a miscarriage. They took a blood sample and had me sit in the waiting room for about 3 hours without even acknowledging I was in crazy pain bleeding on the seat. I asked the receptionist what was the status of me being seen as I was in major pain and bleeding profusely. He told me my problem wasnt considered an emergency and I had 7 people in front of me. He also said if anyone else comes in with a greater emergency, they would be seen before me. As crazy as that was and shouldve been the thing to make me leave, I was in way too much pain to think about leaving. They finally called me up after waiting for 2.5 hours and took yet another sample of blood. By this time I was in agonizing pain and just wanted to be seen, but still nothing. After being there for a total of 5.5 hours, I decided to have my ride take us back to the hotel.(there on business, not even from NJ). She insisted we stay but those chairs were horribly uncomfortable, I was bleeding crazily so my clothes were soaked with blood, and I still all that time later had 5 patients in front of me. So I left, and returned to work the next day only to fully miscarry at work. And the gyno that assisted me during my miscarriage informed me that there was a small chance my ENTIRE miscarriage couldve been avoided if I had been seen the night prior. And now years later they are still billing me a total of $2400 for blood work when they didnt care enough about my health or well being. Not to mention losing my child, so a super long story short, GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Again, I dont even live in Jersey. Im from the South.

FEELS LIKE HOMEI moved to the Brick area last year and was nervous about finding an obgyn because I loved my last doctor. A friend recommended Brick Womens Physicians so I gave it a try. They were so cool. The doctors and staff made me feel like I was a patient of theirs for a long time. I didnt get pregnant right away and was pretty upset. They made me realize that it wasnt as long as I had thought and boy was my future baby worth the wait! Not long after, I received the news I was waiting to hear. When I shared my good news I really felt that Dr. Vetter was as happy as I was. I am so excited to see how the renovations and expansion to the office looks. So far, it looks so nice. I cant wait to put my babys picture on the wall! Then, it will be perfect.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - THIS PLACE AND THE STAFF AND DR (Vetter) MADE MY SKIN CRAWL !!!!! I made an appt for 11/26 at 5:30 pm. I was about 8 minutes late because I got lost .i was told I would be seeing the male dr Dr Paul Vetter who has an overall rating of 2.7 or lower at this point - There was no one available to answer the phones to direct me where to go . When I arrived there were 2 receptionists, one which was not very friendly at all. There was a ton of paperwork to fill out - and most people would just SIGN THEIR LIVES AWAY- but I am familiar with verbiage and healthcare - so please please make sure you read through everything . This place felt like it was very transactional - in all of the paperwork they kept advising all of these extra tests are recommended , but would be at an out of pocket expense to the patient . Also I took a picture of one of the pages that we are required to sign - they tell you to keep a copy of the one sheet titled “STATE OF NEW JERSEY DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND SENIOR SERVICES NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF SUPPLEMENTAL NEWBORN SCREENING “ ( key word is SUPPLEMENTAL) However - on the sheet they make you sign , that I made sure I took a picture of with my phone after i circled and documented their error - the 3rd bullet note down states MANDATORY NEWBORN SCREENING - which this is not - this is a SUPPLEMENTAL screening . So I circled it and wrote that on the paper . I brought this up to one of the receptionists advising they should correct this and pointed it out to her - guess what - she did not say one word . They were so quick to take my copayment - but now let’s talk about the wait time . So I was waiting for over 50 minutes - and when I asked the receptionist if the wait times are always like this - again (crickets) no response . But one of the other regular patients said oh yes - we are always waiting an hour or more every time - that’s just ridiculous . So now let’s go into the appt . So before I got in they made me give the urine sample and leave the cup in the bathroom. I went in , they took my weight and blood pressure , asked me questions , and then I went into the room to see Dr Vetter . So I go into the room , and it is literally an office where he’/“s sitting on one side of the desk , me on the other . So I take a seat and I literally felt like this was an interview . He went over alllllllll of the POW hoping he can convince me to do some of the non covered genetic testing . I explained to him I had a miscarriage 3 months ago and I don’t feel comfortable doing any extra testing right now . I was advised by my nurse that the drs are able to perform an ultrasound over the belly especially you express your concerns - so guess what . I expressed my concerns and he told me we would be doing a transvaginal ultrasound today - I advised again I’m not comfortable doing that and asked if we can please do the ultrasound over the belly ( as my nurse advised can be done ) He refused and said they will not be able to do that and gave me the reasoning that it’s because it will be hard to detect anything right now ( I’m about 6-8 weeks) . So after that I was done with this nightmare of an experience . He advised me I need to get blood work and he will see me back in 2 weeks . I advised the receptionist I would not be coming back to this office . They called me a few minutes later about the blood work , and I advised them I will not be going back . Please please please note how important it is to review a dr or practice GOOD OR BAD !!!!! it really helps the patients , especially when it comes to serious matters like child birth . THis is the absolute worst experience by far- and I am going through the proper channels to document an investigation and complaint against this practice. People who do not know better will end up getting ripped off - and that’s a terrible thing . I would not recommend this practice - to each is own but this was a terrible experience all around

I have been going to this practice for over 15 years now and love it. The staff is very caring and helpful. Everyone is very professional and answers any questions that I may have. About a month before my due date with my first child, I had a problem. I met Dr. Vetter at the hospital. After monitoring me for hours, Dr. Vetter decided to do a c-section and Im so glad he did. Because of Dr. Vetter, my daughter is growing up to be a smart, healthy young lady.By the way, I love the remodeling of the office!

After waiting a long time to get an appointment, I left feeling completely invalidated by Dr. Vetter. He rushes through the appointments and doesn’t care about the concerns I brought up. I asked him about different birth control options because ever since I started taking this new one I’ve had problems with my weight and moods. He responded with “well studies show birth control doesn’t effect weight or mood, so we will keep you on this, have a nice day” he wouldn’t discuss any other options and dismissed the side effects I was having then immediately left the room. I’m not sure what studies he was referring too as these are known side effects of birth control, plus my body shouldn’t be reduced to a study because everyone is different. I only wanted to discuss other options, because these side effects were only present when I started this pill. He talked over me and wouldn’t even let me respond. Now reading other reviews about him, it’s making more sense. I also have had some not pleasant experiences with the office staff.

Ive been seeing Dr. Morgan for years and shes great, I recommend her to anyone I know looking for a gyno. She knows how to joke around appropriately and is always gentle and professional. Unfortunately, while she was on vacation, I had an emergency and needed to be seen the same day. I was seen by Dr. Vetter and it was the worst experience Ive ever had with a doctor. He rushed me out of his office without even doing the routine checks he should have been. He was so rude in a situation where I was already uncomfortable. I wouldnt recommend him to anyone. Stay away from him.

Absolutely horrible place. I called earlier this week to get a refill for my birth control which is usually mailed to my house. They took my info, asked for my pharmacy, and made it seem as if they were going to send it over to the pharmacy. I go to pick my birth control up the day before I was supposed to take it assuming it would be there. There was nothing. So I call the office and someone answered and took my info once again. Later I called the pharmacy and they still didn’t have it. It’s now Saturday the day I am supposed to take my birth control but I don’t have it. They NEVER SENT IT OVER. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I didn’t want to see a male doctor anymore so I had to wait three months to get an appointment with Dr. Pagano the day of my appointment they called and said they had to reschedule because Dr. Vetter was in an accident I said I was not seeing Dr. Vetter I made the appointment with Dr. Pagano they insisted that I have an appointment with Dr. Vetter because that’s who I have always seen and I said no that’s why I had to wait three months to get the appointment with Dr. Pagano finally I just said I’m going to find another doctor I’m done with this. And this is probably the third time this is happened to me just not going anymore.

This place gets worse and worse, the receptionist is always rude and makes you wait forever to answer the phone. A new system in place left us waiting over an hour for an appointment (system was 4 weeks old at this stage) - no apology, no care given. Now they make my husband sit in the hallway because of covid. The surgery is very unorganized.

If you want to go to appointments and wait 45 minutes to an hour pass your designated time to then only be checked briefly with zero ultra sounds, zero guidance for first time motherhood, zero class offerings other than a lacation specialist, sit in a half renovated office and god forbid you dont leave soon enough and end up relying on these people to help with your birth I promise you wont be heard even then. My doc refused to check me while I was in labor and denied me the epidural because it was to soon (remember I WAS NOT CHECKED) only to then be forced to have my daughter naturally with no medication a short time later because it was to late to have the epidural by the time I had to push. Now that I am pregnant again and looking for a new MD this office wont give me my own records without physically coming in to sign a form to release my records to MYSELF. Dont even get my started on PPD help because I ended up having to find help BY MYSELF. Just stay away from this place. Go anywhere else BUT HERE.

DO NOT SEE DR. VETTER. I was having a lot of pain and he told me it was probably a yeast infection and just sent me off. He then DIDN’T SEND THE MEDICATION EVEN WHEN I CALLED THREE TIMES. A few days later I went back because I was still in extreme pain. He continued to rush through the appointment, told me if a random cream he was giving me didn’t work, I needed to see a dermatologist. Thank god I didn’t listen because after a hospital visit and seeing two more doctors I was diagnosed correctly. He is an awful doctor who does not care about helping his patients.

Unless you are having a baby DO NOT go to this practice. Ive been their patient for 8 years, Doctor Morgan delivered my baby and she is amazing however, the rest of the doctors along with the majority of their office staff sucks! I called their answering service and request for a doctor to please prescribe something over the phone for a yeast infection I got after being on amoxicillin for 10 days. Who doesnt know what are the symptoms of an yeast infection??? If you are a woman you know what a yeast infection feels like; well, their on call doctor calls back and leaves a message, the first thing that comes out of her mouth is the same thing Ive heard over and over again when trying to schedule an appointment you havent been to the office in a year now am I crazy or shouldnt this be a good thing. So what your telling me is that because you haved profited from me Im screwed??? Terrible, terrible the tone of her voice as if sooo bothered by me. Then she tells me to go to a walk in clinic lol thats rich and to make an appointment with them on Monday.🤣🤣 I will be calling on Monday, to request my medical records. My friend and colleague just left their practice after they failed to call her with important mammo results! A shame you are loyal for 8 years and your are still just a $ sign to them.

One star because I can’t leave zero. I’ve had nothing but issues with them in the last 3 years I’ve been going but today takes the cake. I called to schedule an appointment and asked if they were open July 5th, and was told yes. I asked which doctor I could see and they gave me a few options of appointment availability and I picked a time. A few weeks prior to the appointment they called me twice during the work day, leaving NO voicemail. They also sent me a text and an email indicating that it had been over a year since my last appointment and I should call and schedule, which is something I assumed was automated. I showed up for my appointment today and was given a nasty greeting from the RUDE receptionist indicating that the office was closed today and I didn’t actually have an appointment. She did confirm that I did actually have an appointment today, but that they called twice, texted, and emailed me saying they needed to reschedule. This is not true, as I got no voicemails and a vague text and email that said nothing about my appointment being canceled. She did not apologize once, and apparently I’m the one at fault in this situation?? I will not be returning here. Save your time and find a different practice.

This office, especially Dr Vetter in particular, are only out for your money. I have been frequenting this office for years but will never return again because I was billed, ON TOP OF EVERYTHING ELSE, for a one minute conversation going over things I already knew/common sense during my appointment/procedure. They will rob you by adding random BS charges you did not go consent to and then force you to pay. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE OR TO DR VETTER! THIS IS A BUSINESS AND DOCTOR THAT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS!!!! ESPECIALLY LOYAL ONES!

Doctors have forced their views on me after mine have been clearly stated. It felt like there was an agenda. SUPER uncomfortable especially while youre sitting there in just a gown and youre made to feel like a piece of trash. Wont be returning, this establishment is NOT patient-centered.
