Dr. Benecki was a perfect choice for me. She relieves the apprehension and dread many women feel about their annual exam. She is attentive, very thorough, knowledgeable, patient and easy to talk to.The nurses are professional as well as personable and friendly. (The plexiglass made it very difficult to hear the receptionist who spoke very softly.)The office, waiting area and exam rooms neat and clean.Scheduling an appointment using the website is easily done with just a few clicks. Reminder and confirmation text messages are helpful, including links to complete most of the patient forms in advance.Arrive a few minutes early, since the parking lot tends to be full and it is sometimes challenging to find parking.

I love Dr. Benecki!! She is so kind & takes her time to explain everything and answer any questions you may have. I never feel rushed & the office staff is great. Would definitely recommend.

I was recommended to use her as my GYN a few years ago from my primary Physician and Im glad I listened. Dr. Benecky is very knowledgeable about the female anatomy...any questions I had regarding my health she was able to answer ALL of my questions and then some! she took the time to make sure I understood what she was saying and then reassured me that I was doing ok...its definitely not about the money, but about her patients! Her assistant is good too!

Dr. Benecki is very thorough, always taking time to explain why she is testing you or prescribing medication. I learn more from her than my other doctors. Always easy to talk to.

Arrived 15 minutes before appointment early am. Updated info and gave sample. One person ahead who had already went in. 10 minutes later, she came out. Waited 30 minutes from scheduled appointment time to see doctor. I know the doctor was early as she rode up in elevator with me. Considering I was the second patient scheduled, that really was way too long a wait. Other than that, everything else was good.

The doctor visit was great! I never felt very nervous or uncomfortable with the examination, and any question I had was able to be answered and were all helpful. The people at the desk were helpful too. I am very satisfied with my visit!

I’ve never had such an awful, invalidating experience in my life. 4 years ago I went to Dr. Benecki advocating that I have extremely bad periods, heavy bleeding, cramping, suicidal thoughts, I workout 2 times a day 6 days a week and keep gaining weight. She told me it’s totally normal nothing to look into and I mentioned I may have endometriosis and I’m concerned. She completely dismissed me told me it’s super unlikely for a 21 year old to have that, which is untrue!! I found out recently that I have PCOS and when I found out I felt so validated I felt like my whole life finally made sense. Anyways, I’m posting this because apparently Dr. Benecki has the best reviews on PCOS according to google. But she completely invalidated me and let me suffer for an additional 3 1/2 years where I could have been working on it instead of being in pain and suffering.

Dr. Benecki is an excellent gynecologist! My yearly exam was the most thorough I have ever experienced! She is very focused and very knowledgeable. She made me feel very at ease about the next steps in my treatment. I am a new patient and thought everything went smooth at my appointment. The wait was not long, so they don’t overbook. Dr. Benecki was very thorough asking about my history , past surgeries, family history. Recommended other specialists as needed. She was personable, approachable and had good health advice.

$50 last minute cancellation charge. Needed to reschedule bc of my cycle (unpredictable). If I went I would not have been able to get the whole exam, and would have had to come back. So either $50 cancellation charge or $120 in copays, $60 copay for 2 visits. The lack of flexibility and understanding is sending me elsewhere going forward. Nothing personal about the doctor, just the policy. The emails and texts I received prior to the appointment did not mention a cancellation/rescheduling charge.

Doctor burnetts offices always efficient and pleasant to whoever walks in. Doctor Bernecki is highly informative and answers all questions you may have.

I would like to think Dr. Benecki‘s office for the way they handled the pre-visit paperwork. It was all printed out and I just had to make sure everything was up-to-date. You have no idea how important that is going to five or six doctors and filling out seven pages each time when you were just there two months ago. That is totally ridiculous and a waste of my time and quite honestly it stresses me out. Dr. Benecki’s office handed me the forms that had all my information printed on it already. That was definitely very helpful. Thank you.

This was my first visit to Dr. Beneckis office. The office staff was very nice. Upon Dr. Benecki entering the exam room she introduced herself and also confirmed my name. So many doctors do not ask your name and they are supposed to even if you have been going to them. I have had a experience where the doctor was on the wrong chart because they did not confirm my name and name on chart. Dr. Benecki was very easy to talk to answering all my questions and concerns. She also inquired about coverage of other doctors,immunizations,and preventative care. Would definitely recommend Dr. Benecki . So many people complain about office staff. Not in this case they were all very nice and helpful.

I like dr Bernecki but I think it’s ridiculous that she only does injections at noon. Every time I come there are several other appointments at the same time as me and I usually have to wait an hour for a 5 minute injection. It’s extremely frustrating as I have to come on my lunch break.

I have been a patient here for at least 15 years. Dr Benecki is fantastic. Great listener, does NOT rush you out the door, and is very thorough. We always review family history, current issues or concerns as well as things to know in the future. Her office staff is very friendly as well.

I can not tell you how relieved I was that the office accepted my Medicare insurance. Dr. Benecki is so, so nice. She is gentle and incredibly caring. Beyond that she is so knowledgeable and keeps me on track with overall health issues—bone density, colonoscopy…..I am so glad and appreciative that they take my insurance again. I would highly recommend using Dr. Benecki as your gynecologist, she is great.

Zero stars Unfortunately its the staff that are very unprofessional in the office. They dont call to follow up if you filled out your form( they send a link which looks weird) now these days you cant just click on a link over text and risk being hacked. I filled everything through appzoc doc. They cancelled my appointment. I called and filled out the paper work immediately they refuse to book me until the following month because they were already booked. (within 15 min). Sad I wouldve want to go there for the doctor but NOT with rude and unprofessional staff.

Dr. Benecki is the best physician! She always gives me as much time and attention I need, answers all my questions, offers suggestions where needed, and overall shows she has a sincere interest in my health and well-being. Responsive care. The person who takes calls listens well and takes appropriate action. The doctor is helpful and down to earth. The patient assistant/intake woman is very helpful and kind. This is a great practice and I would recommend it. Sometimes you get a great doctor with efficient staff but who have no people skills. Sometimes you get great staff and a doctor with no people skills. Here you get the best of both.

Ive been at this practice for 25+ years and recently left due to location of my home. I tried a new doctor who had a lovely office but seriously lacking the reminders for appointments, care and thoroughness Dr. Benecki has so I came back for my next appointment.

Dr. Benefits is very nice and takes the time to answer questions and concerns. However, her receptionists are not very friendly and seem annoyed and bothered. Ive been there a few times and each time I never received a warm greeting or felt welcomed. Also, they kept reminding me if I dont cancel my appointment within time, they would charge fifty dollars. I was being treated as a transaction instead of a patient. I earn a decent salary and can afford fifty dollars. The money is not the issue , is the treatment.

The nurse who helped me last year was amazing.I would definitely recommend.

I have been a patient since the beginning of the pandemic and Im very impressed at the care I have received and their dedication to keeping patients happy and healthy. They have a fee for cancellations but I needed to cancel last minute and they were very understanding and I was not charged so I was really appreciative... I would understand if they had to charge me though because my other doctors do the same thing. They limit the amount of people in the waiting room as well. I feel safe coming here especially during these times.

Dr Benecki is thorough in her examination and available to answer questions or concerns of patients. As a consequence of not rushing, often patients will not be seen at their designated appt time but maybe 20-30 minutes later. Take that into account when scheduling an appt. It’s a minor inconvenience for a good examination. The parking lot is also very busy after the early morning hours so plan to give extra time to get a parking space.Dr Benecki is just as thorough in her telehealth discussions but also frequently runs late.
