This was my first drug test ever. The female employee was very sweet and friendly. She explained everything clearly. She got me in and out in under 10-15 minutes. If I have to take another one in the future, I will do it here. I was at the offices in Cary, NC.

First time using this business..the process was seamless and I was in and out quickly. My blood was taken and the person drawing was really great at putting me at ease. Because I accidently selected Unsubscribe in one of the emails sent to me for my results, I had problems receiving my test results. But I called back and Lisa, the office manager was very kind and helped me through the process to get my results in reasonable amount of time. Will use again.

Great business. Woman working there was very nice and kind. Fast results. Also when you call a person picks up the phone, which is almost unheard of these days.

Very friendly, efficient, experienced, professional blood draw. Office is neat, clean, and organized. 1,000 times better than the other guys with initials LC (of which I have my own horror stories). Like any medical office, be prepared to wait a few minutes. Given a choice, I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I went today for a blood draw and had a great experience. I hate needles and get queasy easily, but the person drawing labs today (2/13) was so kind and caring to me throughout the whole process. Even though I live 30 mins away, Ill continue to drive here for future lab work needs. Highly recommend!

My daughter and son-in-law were in town for a couple of days and wanted to go do a gender reveal. We were told it would take three days and they had it back by the end of the second day with the news to us. Completely professional and completely quick and efficient.

I scheduled an appointment and was seen exactly on time. The staff was pleasant and professional. The lab was very clean and organized! Most importantly, the next day, I couldnt tell where I was injected. The lab tech was that good! I will definitely return to the Cary site for any of my lab needs.

In all they did good! I was scared and I was assured by the person taking my blood that I didnt need to be worried about anything. Also the process was fast.

I had some technical issues scheduling online, but the staff member was great! She allowed me to fill out the paperwork in office and my appointment was fast. She was very friendly and informative! This was my first visit but I will be a returning customer! Thanks.

I LOVE this place! What a great concept. I now know my blood type and my doctor received a complete blood panel.They even shipped my blood to another lab for me. Now THATS service.You make an appointment, show up, give them an arm and done.The staff was WONDERFUL. She managed to get a vein, even though mine like to hide. She was gentle and did NOT go in and search for a vein. This is painful and leaves me black and blue. Thank you! GOOD JOB!I will be going back for any future labs and I highly recommend.

We were very happy with our visit. We went for a Covid 19 test prior to travel. The price was cheaper than other walk-ins. No waiting. Staff was very courteous and helpful. We hit a snag with the timing of the return of the test results which would have halted our travel plans..This was not the fault of the business. The staff quickly provided a solution by offering to come in during off hours and administering a rapid test. Thanks to owner Glory, we were able to travel as planned. We give them high marks for service.

Our son needed to have some labs drawn - best experience with any lab we have ever visited. Lisa was profession and a highly skilled in her craft. We will absolutely be back.

I had a great experience with Jazmine. She is so personable and professional. I didn’t even feel uncomfortable having my blood drawn. I was told I would have the results back in 24-48 hours, and to my amazement, I received my lab results back 12 hours later. This business is very convenient, clean and exceeded my expectations. I absolutely love my experience. Im a trucker passing through and really needed to get tested ASAP and Lisa was extremely professional but well spirited. I love that woman soo much! even though i live in colorado i will most definitely come back to that specific location for further testing. She was very outgoing and caring and kept our conversation super confidential.

I went here because I need a TB test the same day and my insurance doesn’t cover this area; there was only one other patient there so I was in and out and the results came back very quickly. I was very happy with the overall process

Lisa the medical assistant as well as the lab tech was absolutely AMAZING from the time I entered the building all the way through the testing. She was very prompt and absolutely no issues. I felt as if I was at home and I can honestly say I don’t think I’ve ever felt like that before at a lab testing center LOL thank you again for your kindness and for your promptness. Will use again for annual renewal testing. Very cost efficient and most important Lisa Followed all Covid related regulations for the safety of any and all persons who entered the establishment 🤗

All I can say is WOW! I called on a whim (since it was getting so late in the day) for an upcoming surgery, Lisa was so helpful and was able to see me that day and get all my tests taken! If it weren’t for Lisa I don’t know if I would have been cleared in time for this surgery. Not only was her customer service excellent she was diligent and went above and beyond to call me and make sure they received my results!! Thank you so much Lisa!

Could not be a better place for any type of test. Lovely small and very clean office, competent and friendly technician, very reasonable prices! I have been to other labs that insurance typically pay for and most are not very clean with terrible service.

I had to find a lab that would do a metal sensitivity test (I already had the kit). I had gone to 3 places & each declined to do the testing. I called & Any Lab Test Now & the lady who answered the phone was very pleasant & said they would do it. I went immediately, with the kit. I also have very small (& not many) veins so I thought this would be my next issue. but the tech, Lisa, was amazing! She was an EMT prior to this job, so that was a huge help for her being able to find a viable vein. She even did it with no pain!!! I highly recommend this lab! I won’t be going anywhere else if I need any further bloodwork in the future!

I did not have an appointment and was able to wait 35 minutes to have a specific lab drawn with results in 24 hours. Very convenient!

They only have one person running both desk and testing. If you come here prepare yourself for at least a 30min wait before you are seen. Limited seating and high crowd volume resulting in very long waits.

Very fast and professional! I was in and out in 25 minutes! The test results came back the next day and it was a very warm and welcoming atmosphere!

To fly back to Dubai, I need to take this RT PCR test. We have booked timing through appointment and reached before the time . I should appreciate really the staff who has attended and never kept me waiting. This Lab knows - how to handle customer. Appreciate and continue your best service.

Amazingly fast with getting me in for my preemployment screening blood draw and with getting the results! My employer scheduled me at another facility but since it was the day before Thanksgiving they said they could not do my QuantiFERON TB Gold blood test. This was going to leave me noncompliant and unable to start my new job on time. Any Lab Test Now got me in within a couple hours of me calling them and got me the results within a couple days even though the other place couldn’t even draw my blood due to it being the day before Thanksgiving. I am so grateful for this service!!!

The Platinum Plus food intolerance test gave us our lives back after our daughter developed debilitating migraines that specialists couldn’t resolve. We cut out the foods indicated by the lab results, and she was able to return to school and sports after being out of commission for weeks. I’m incredibly grateful for the tests they offer, but I also appreciate how friendly and professional they are.

I used any lab to perform an FAA drug screening and the service was good. They were on time and efficient. I was in-and-out in less than 20 minutes.

Although the test was very expensive, I needed it to fly international the next day.This was the best I could find obtaining guaranteed delivery for my time sensitive needs. The lab work is done on location which speeds results along.

Horrible experience. Woman who took me for a stat test ignored the prescription, stuck me in the hand, blew my vein to which I have a huge bruise now and when she was done sticking me twice stated “oh we don’t do Stat tests, results will be in by the end of the week” my doctors office called them the next day and they hadn’t even sent it out yet! Plus they charge you and don’t accept insurance!

My experience with ALTN was very good. The staff was very friendly and responsive. Whenever I left a message on their voicemail I received a call back. Results came back when they estimated that they would.
