Advanced Fertility Care is exceptional and I will forever recommend them to anyone struggling with infertility! Working with Dr. Larson and Hannah was the best experience! I loved them both. Most of my appointments were with Hannah and she was so kind and compassionate. She always put my mind at ease, answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. My patient care coordinator, Leah, was just as amazing. It was SO nice having someone I could txt and ask questions to outside of my appointment times. I would give AFC 10 stars if I could! So grateful to have found Dr. Larsen and his team for my fertility care. The entire team at the clinic have been kind, caring, compassionate & supportive throughout my treatment at AFC.My navigator, Noelia, was amazing through this whole process. 5 stars doesn’t do justice for Dr Larsen and the team. We switched to Advanced Fertility from a different clinic and it was the best decision ever. Dr Larsen and our patient coordinator Brenda did an incredible job from the first visit to our graduation appointment. We did our first IVF here and Dr Larsen is extremely knowledgeable and he truly truly cares deeply about his patient. He spent so much time with us and guided us every step of the way. Shout out to Brenda as well for answering our questions so quickly any time of the day and really being there for us throughout this process. Thank you all so so much. Our hearts are so full and we will definitely be back for baby #2. We highly recommend this clinic to everyone! We have a healthy baby boy on the way 🩵

Dr Larsen, Hannah and Brenda are my dream team! They were originally referred to me from my PCP who personally used them. I couldn’t be happier! From the initial consult to successful pregnancy they were all fantastic, personable and thorough. Brenda was the absolute best at answering any and all questions I had. She also made me feel like her only patient when I know she had many. Hannah always made me feel so reassured and heard during appts and ultrasounds. And Dr Larsen is the best. You can tell he knows what he is doing. He explained the whole process and not only explained what our issues most likely were but reassured us of all the options we had within the clinic. And after 2.5 years of infertility, our first medicated cycle was successful! They let us choose the method we wanted and never pushed us one way or another. We will be back without a doubt.

I cant share enough how much I loved my team! Brenda, my navigator, is my favorite. Hannah and Allison are amazing! Hannah always made me feel seen through such a painful experience. Id give AFC a MILLION stars if i could. from day 1 Brenda and the entire AFC team have been nothing but caring, supportive, informative and very patient. I have been to this office for three appointments for my fertility journey. Each one has been comfortable and easy! I don’t love medical procedures (nobody does) and I was nervous for every step. Giselle, my patient navigator, was very helpful and responsive to all my questions. Dr. Z made us feel comfortable and listened to. Dr. L was very comforting during the various procedures. All the staff we came into contact with have been kind, comforting, and helpful. I would highly recommend coming to Advance Fertility for your reproductive needs!

Amazing place. Through my whole experience they have made me feel welcome and they remember their patients and are very personable. We utilized a different fertility clinic with our first and the difference is night and day. Such a better experience with Advance Fertility Care all around.

We first started going to Dr. Larsen at Advanced Fertility Care because he was referred by my OB. We didn’t know anything about infertility treatment, but as we continued on and learned more I’ve come to realize how lucky we were to find this team. I saw both Dr. Larsen and Dr. Zoneraich and loved them both. They are knowledgeable and friendly and I love that they see you at every visit, perform all of the ultrasounds and all of the procedures. One of my friends had a really painful experience with her IUIs because they were performed by residents at her clinic, but we did 4 rounds of IUIs at Advanced Fertility Care and I was comfortable each time. We ended up needing to do IVF and I learned that not all doctors follow the same protocols. A friend of mine wasn’t offered ICSI or genetic testing when she did IVF at her clinic and had a failed transfer; but at Advanced Fertility Care we were offered all of the most up to date procedures. I also loved that we were assigned a patient navigator to guide us through the process and answer all of the million questions we had! I learned not all clinics have patient navigators. And thanks to the Advanced Fertility Care team, Dr. Larsen and Dr. Zoneraich, we will be welcoming a baby boy this year!

Dealing with [in]fertility is such a daunting and emotional experience already. We came here having already started the process with a different fertility clinic and had a little PTSD over the whole process. The amazing team here, as well as the patient navigators, really try to make this process as simple and safe as possible, which took a lot of the stress of our plates, so we could focus on one thing - getting pregnant. :) Thank you so much, guys!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Advanced Fertility Care. While Im currently in treatment for my second IUI I cant thank the Advanced Fertility Care team enough. Specifically the Mesa location. Ive worked mostly with Hannah and Alyssa (patient navigator). Hannah has been so kind and explained everything to me step by step. She is constantly reassuring me and helping me feel at ease. Every appointment I have with her I feel better and better as she always explains everything. Shes been such a pleasure to work with. With Alyssa, she has been the best patient navigator! I text her through the line whenever I have questions and she immediately responds. Advanced Fertility Care is the best. Highly recommend.

Advanced Fertility Care is amazing!! My husband and I cannot thank Dr. Zoneraich, Dr. Larson, Hannah, Valeria, and the rest of the AFC team enough for their care, knowledge, and guidance throughout our fertility journey. We started our care with a different fertility clinic in the Phoenix area and are SO happy we switched to AFC! The team always answered all of our questions with patience, explained procedures thoroughly, and genuinely cared about us and our journey. This was a drastically different experience from the other clinic we had worked with and we will absolutely be back for baby #2! We cannot recommend AFC enough!

We worked with another fertility clinic and have been waiting about a year for retrieval dates, simple appointment dates, and transfer date but haven’t moved forward with much because of lack of communication from the clinic. With this clinic we have had all questions answered, they respond quickly, and they are always willing to find out answers to questions they don’t know. Super happy with communicate and honesty with AFC!

I highly recommend Dr. Larsen to anyone in the valley for their fertility care. Currently, I am 39 weeks pregnant after 2 egg retrievals (done at 37 and 38 years old) and 1 transfer (done at 39 years old) . As a Family Nurse Practitioner with an Integrative Medicine perspective, I am not the easiest patient to work with at times. However, Dr. Larsen was willing to collaborate with me and his warm and fuzzy presence was incredibly comforting during our fertility journey which had its moments of high stress, twists, and turns. Additionally, I always felt like I was treated like a human. I never felt rushed. All of my questions and concerns were answered. And when it came to doing the ultrasounds and procedures, Dr. Larsen treated my body with gentleness and respect. The staff at the Scottsdale and Mesa locations were friendly, kind, and responsive to my needs. They assign each patient a navigator as your primary communication person who helps answer your questions and support your needs through the process in a timely manner. I plan to return to Dr. Larsen’s care and his team when we are ready to get pregnant with our second child.

I have been working with Advanced Fertility Care for several months, and at every level of communication I have felt a great deal of respect, clarity, and support. From my personal Navigator, to the MDs, to the assistants, technicians, and receptionists, I feel confident about working with them and this whole process.

My experience was so amazing. From Dr.Zoneraich , Hannah , my coordinator Diana , to the front office ladies and all staff I interacted with during our experience. They were very on my schedule shared a lot of information actively listened to every question even the silly ones. I’ve been to 2/3 locations and both were very welcoming seeing familiar faces between offices eased my anxiety.For our first iui cycle we were overly pleased !!

I have been very impressed with the care I have received from Advanced Fertility Care. The doctors are kind and compassionate and approach each situation delicately and sensitively. Every staff member I have interacted with has been very helpful and supportive during such a challenging experience. My patient coordinator has been able to answer any question I may have for her, and consistently reaches out to make sure everything is going smoothly. I feel cared for and hopeful for the future.My only complaint has been with the billing side of everything. In the 6 months that I have been receiving care from this clinic, I have had to point out and correct 3 different mistakes made by the billing department. I understand that fertility treatment in general is not an inexpensive endeavor, but these mistakes would have cost me over $1400 due to overpayments and incorrect testing being performed. Fortunately, they were able to resolve the issues once I was able to get in contact with them, but it still caused some unnecessary stress during an already stressful time. The quality of care so far has been so great that I am willing to continue working with this clinic, but I will now be checking every bill and statement more thoroughly.

I can’t thank the staff at Advanced Fertility enough for everything they’ve done to assist my husband and I in expanding our family! After 7 years of unexplained secondary infertility and seeing so many doctors I was finally able to get a actual reason for why I wasn’t conceiving and start the IVF process. We are now 7 weeks pregnant and can’t thank Advanced Fertility enough for making this possible. My navigator Noelia was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process and I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Troche and Dr. Larson who were both amazing as well! The entire staff was always very welcoming every visit which truly makes a difference especially going through such a difficult situation. I can’t recommend this clinic enough and will definitely be back for baby #2! Thanks again for all you do!

Im writing this review shortly after being discharged from care to my OB because Im 8 weeks pregnant! All of the staff here was extremely helpful and welcoming. I had the opportunity to see both doctors throughout my rounds of treatment and got pregnant on the 3rd round. I feel like they were super honest with me about where/how to spend my money to get pregnant. They didnt push more invasive treatment. I REALLY liked that I saw a doctor at every appointment. It made me feel like I had access to them for questions. The staff was also quick to respond to me on the patient portal. On a Sunday night I had to call in to their clinical on call line and the staff member I spoke to was incredibly helpful and reassuring. Im REALLY happy with my experience and honestly would recommend to friends and family.

You’ll feel very supported and cared for. Everyone was warm and lovely. So much attention is paid to the doctors but honestly you interact with the other staff a lot more frequently and they are incredible here.

Before this, I gave a restaurant a 5 star review because I liked the soup.In contrast, I know that this is the most important and personal review I will ever write.At this moment, my wife is 14 weeks pregnant. She is on track to deliver our son, 3 weeks before her 44th birthday (IVF, using her eggs, retrieved at 42 years, 8 months).I knew what we were asking for would be difficult to accomplish, but I underestimated both the advancements in the science of fertility over the years, and how much skill, experience, technique and a lot of luck could will our dream into reality.Please note, there is a wide spectrum of possibilities. We consider ourselves exceptionally lucky, but being in good hands helps a lot.I encourage anyone reading this to be patient and understanding, since there are many variables, and the length of your journey is unknown, but honestly, what is more important than human life, and the love and joy brought to your family?I want to thank Dr. Larsen and his staff for their professionalism and for being helpful, empathic and realistic with us during this time in our lives. At Advanced Fertility Care, my husband and I didn’t just feel like a top priority, we felt like the only priority. They did all they could to work with our insurance and ensured that we understood all the terms.I feel privileged to have worked with a team of professionals who are among the most respected fertility specialists in the country and such caring human beings. I am updating my review here based on the above and beyond support provided by the clinics admin staff and Dr Zoneraich with quick turnaround. My 10AM appointment today was cancellation due to confusion around the confirmation and due to my personal situation. The staff was supportive enough and understood my situation that I had called out in my last review comments, they reached out and scheduled a replacement appointment for today at 2PM. I spoke at length with Dr. Zoneraich during our Tele appointment and discussed the next steps we will take as we start on our fertility journey with the clinic. I was so glad to have this kind of support extended by Dr. Zoneraich and the staff today, conveying here my heart felt thanks to the team. I do not have a single negative thing to say about this clinic. The entire staff is extremely professional, informative and caring. We encountered absolutely no surprises throughout the entire process - even when news wasnt so great. Dr. Larson was our primary doctor and he was absolutely amazing. We were fortunate enough to get pregnant after our first full round of IVF and are expecting our miracle baby girl this May. Great doctors and staff! They make each visit easy (is that the right word?) by being so welcoming and friendly. They take the time to explain things and answer all of your questions and concerns. This office is so comfortable. The office was very careful about Covid protocol. The Drs. Assistant was very forth coming with how everything was going to go. My husband and I were referred here by my OBGYN. Doctors Larsen and Zoneraich were so thorough and empathetic. Best women’s health care facility I’ve been to in Arizona to where I graduated today and sad that I have to leave it. The ladies here are really gentle with me especially since I am very young with pregnancy. Nobody here judges and they’re all patient with me

We cannot say enough about AFC. We started our infertility journey at another practice and had a horrible experience. After starting with AFC, everything changed. Dr. Larsen took time to listen and was truly aware of our needs and feelings. We cannot thank him enough. We have a beautiful son and are over the moon.

YOU CONDUCTED INSURANCE FRAUD. IF I DIDNT KNOW ABOUT INSURANCE CLAIMS YOU WOULD NOT HAVE REFUNDED ME!!! PEOPLE KNOW YOUR INSURANCE!!!! Iwas referred to Dr. Larsen in 2019 because I have had a tubal ligation and an ablation and am now wanting options for having a baby. My first appointment with Dr. Larsen was on 1/10/2020. Prior to my appointment they ran my benefits and stated that I would be responsible for $226 copay for my consultation because I have a $1,500 deductible. On the day of my appointment they provided me with a printout of my benefits that they received from my insurance company Humana. It stated that everything was covered, but needed a prior authorization first. On the benefits page it stated that there were no exclusions.On the day of my appointment, it was the 2nd day of my menstrual cycle. Since there are certain tests that need to be done during this time, and I was already in the office, I agreed to get the process started. After my consultation with Dr. Larsen, the staff put me in a room to run my benefits to see how much I would need to pay for blood work and an ultrasound. I would expect, and office of this type to be already on the ball of getting the prior authorizations needed for both procedures. At check out they inform me that they, in fact did not get a prior authorization but assured me that they would.I was scheduled for another ultrasound on Thursday, January 16th. Hours prior to my appointment, the office calls me and tells me that Humana has denied all of my claims, stating that they will not cover any part of infertility because my tubes have been tied. This office knew on my referral that prior to my appointment that my tubes were tied. They new prior to my appointment when I called and spoke to them my concerns about my tubes being tied. How is it that they as professionals did not review that or provide that information while checking my benefits. This is their primary function as a doctors office, to give hope to women like me who want to be a mommy!!Being that Ive worked in doctors offices before and have done insurance claims and processes to that nature, I am knowledgeable of how claims and denials work.Yesterday, 1/23/2020 I noticed on my claims w/ Humana, that Dr. Larsens office only billed Humana for my ultrasound, which they charged me in office $96 dollars for. According to my claims Humana paid and my responsibility was only $95. HOWEVER, the office never sent a claim for the initial office visit or consult, in which they charged me $226.I should not have to follow up on a doctors office to do their job! The fact that without insurance coverage I am unable to in any way shape or form have a child has been mentally challenging myself and my partner. I suffer from anxiety and depression, and this whole process has been completely unsatisfactory.

Beautiful location and facility. The staff and doctors were extremely friendly and knowledgeable! Definitely gave much needed comfort and information. (I realize the same review is posted for the Scottsdale location as well, however both locations deserved the same recognition)

I called today and spoke with a girl named Carleigh. I cannot express my discontent for how this conversation proceeded to go... first of all she asked me within the first 30 seconds if my husband and I had ever been sterilized? and what kind of insurance I have. I think its safe to say that when speaking to someone who is seeking fertility issues - you may want to use some tact or care when talking to them. I was then told that I couldnt get in to see either of the doctors until July 2013!Fast Forward a few hours after I have done some due diligence.1. This doctor is NOT board certified as she told me and listed on many of the review sites.2. He has some private insurance model that sounds pretty shady to me.3. He has almost caused physical harm to his patients.4. Your staff is immature and unprofessional.Sounds to me like anyone should rethink their decision before choosing Dr. Zoneraich and his team.

I’ve been going to AFC for a little over 18 months. We have done 4 rounds of treatments with no success. While I don’t blame the treatment, I do attribute much of my stress to the incompetence of the staff in billing, and the inability to accurately send over a prescription in a timely manner and to the right pharmacy. Dr. Z and Dr. Larsen are great, but errors in billing and prescription call ins every single cycle gets very old.

I have had great experience working with Advanced Fertility Care practice. Staff are personable and both of the doctors always take time to ask my questions. I truly appreciate all the care they provide!

Instead of look up for names, better try taking Better care of your patients.My review below based on my experience before: Rude cold front desk, doctor is nice but not deliver result. Have been to their two locations and all three doctors. Just share my personal experience here. failed for three times on IUI. Then no reason or response provided just ask me to do IVF. I passed all pre-screen/ tests they asked me to do. I changed to another clinic and got pregnant right away on my first IUI. Don’t waste your time, money and previous Hope here. My friend visited here too, 3 IUI, 1 ivf all failed. They try to blame on herself. But then she conceived naturally....

The people who work at this clinic are just the best in their field, starting from Dr. Zoneraich and finishing with every single nurse and front desk people! I wish I could continue to go there, and was both sad and happy to graduate with a little baby on the way!
