Great experience all around, friendly staff, clean environment, almost no wait. They were very helpful with getting me the birth control I needed, especially where Im low income. Ive already recommended them to other women in my area!

Waiting time was a little long, but the service was amazing. The staff was extremely understanding and nice. The pelvic exam they gave me was not traumatic, I felt like I had a choice when in the past I did not so normally I feel very uncomfortable during doctors appointments. It was really nice.

Got me in and out very quickly. Danielle, and the rest of the staff, was so kind and patient during my visit. If you have anxiety about these sort of things I would highly recommend them. I have never had an exam go so smoothly and easily. It was painless and Danielle made sure I was comfortable and in control the whole time. I will be able to go back for regular exams without sending myself into a panic. WHCWV is an asset to this community. I wish every Healthcare professional was like them.

So far with my last several visits I’ve felt very welcomed since the staff is very friendly in my experience so far. I haven’t had any issues, the office is pretty quiet, and all I can really say is thank you to the staff for their work and mostly their kind demeanors.

I had an appointment a few days ago, and everyone in that office from Beth who registered me, to the lady who did my ultrasound, and the nurses, and the doctor were all so very incredibly nice. I was in and out in no time. As soon as I signed in I was registered, and only waited a few minutes before being took back. They were AMAZING! Everyone was so nice, understanding and supportive. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I have been going here for almost five years and I really like it. I get my depo shot here and yearly pap smears. I have also had other services here and they did exceptionally well and are very private with everything. The waiting room is huge and they have security doors they answer quickly. The staff are nice as well.

Lot of available appointment times. Very helpful and attentive staff, listened to all of my questions and concerns. Service was fast!

Im very disappointed and if i could give 0 stars I would, the staff members are rude and do not allow a parent to go into the room with an underage patient! If shes underage and this is her first time for an appointment due to problems in the private parts then they should be understanding and considerate!

0/10 not recommended place to visit! This will 100% be the last time I come here and will never recommend anyone. Been sitting in a lobby for 2 and a half hours yet to even be seen by anyone. If zero stars was a option I’d put that. Make sure to Plan to be here all day and all night if you do schedule a appointment.

Terrible! Completely just awful! My appointment was at 10:15am today. It is 12:30pm and I am still in the waiting room and I haven’t been seen by anyone. After today I will definitely look to other facilities for the same resources.

Nice place and friendly staff but appointment was at 9:45 and its 12 pm and im still waiting. just needs to hurry and work at a quicker pace.

This review is for Dayton appliance parts. This was a very respectful place.we forgot to bring the part number to the store , but with very professional help, the man behind the counter knew exactly what we needed by explaining some info to him. He said if it was not right we could just bring it back.

Well, I personally have never had5a bad experience. They even got me in and eased my mind and got me an appt with a doctor the same day I found a lump. As a young woman they provided birth control and annual exams at no charge. Been a patient there, on and off since the mid 80s. But it is a family planning clinic and many disagree with the concept without realizing that abortion is a very small percentage of the services they provide.

WORST EXPERIENCE. They canceled on me an Didnt notify me. Then when i was asking questions why i got canceled that morning when i showed up they pushed me out the door rudely. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Staff needs training on certain hippa policies including supervisor. Staff was very rude about a sensitive life-threatening subject. I would not take my dog here.

I thought the staff seemed very nice and everything went smoothly.

All of the staff here is wonderful and they take wonderful care of all of their patrons. I am so so grateful for their services💗

After I found out what this place does to their patience after visiting their... Im starting to wonder if now its the reason I can not have children!! Sick and twisted place!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Waste of time. Rude staff. Inconsiderate & they don’t help at all.

I would like to give them 5 stars but with such slow wait times and getting turned away to get seen after I begged to have a day off work to get seen I just can’t sorry
