From check in to check out and everything in between it was awesome! Dr Lumpkin was amazing. It was so nice to be treated like a person and not just another number on a page. Have already recommended her to others. Looking forward to many years of care from her.

It was great, until it wasnt. I had insurance when I first started seeing Dr. Benson in 2015, but she moved to Columbia and I was transferred to Dr. Lumpkin at the Greer Transitions Clinic and she was amazing. At some point I lost my insurance and was transferred over to NP Dutton when Dr. Lumpkin was out on maternity leave. Greer Transitions clinic is supposed to help those with or without insurance, at least that was what I was told when I started there, as they experience lack of healthcare access. Last year in 2022 I was let go from the Greer Transitions Clinic because I had insurance, except that I didnt have insurance any more. My insurance has been sporadic during this entre time due to employment changes, illness, and then covid.Amanda Biondi was/is the Program Director at Greer Transitions Clinic and took it upon herself to make sure I never got healthcare there again. I am guessing this was due to a personality conflict or mean girl syndrome, as I later learned how she lied to me and about me about me several times.I say this because when I asked for help from the Patient Relations Coordinator Mitzi Neely, I was informed that Amanda Biondi had accused me of showing up and beating on the front doors of the clinic after closing and she had also accused me of verbally and physically accosting a RSFH employee at Walmart.I was in complete and utter shock at these accusations and extremely offended. For one, I was experiencing mobility issues and unable to put weight on my feet and knees when this supposedly happened and had not been to Walmart in person since before covid. I demanded they review any video and investigate because this was an out and out lie!Well after a week of this mental strife, Mitzi called me back to let me know that somehow this was a big mistake and according to Amanda Biondi it was actually some other patient that had done these things. But no apologies from Amanda Biondi at all and she still refused to allow me to continue my care. She fired me as patient. This really hurt me and my health has suffered greatly because I was in mid medication changes, needed treatment for a mid-diagnosis autoimmune issue, and couldnt see anyone else because of my complex care needs and no insurance. I am just now, two years later getting re-settled with a new Primary Care doctor and still havent been able to address the serious autoimmune issues and other health problems that has surely costed years off of my life.I still have no idea why this woman, Amanda Biondi, decided to target me and play God with my health. I still have a tough time believing this happened to me. Certainly I tried escalating this with RSFH leadership a few times, but it was ignored and dismissed. I want you to know that in addition to being a lifelong patient of this franchise, except when I was a military spouse, that I was born in 1970 at the original St. Francis Hospital and my son was born in 1995 at the original Roper Hospital. My 94 year old grandfather is also a RSFH patient (recent major issues with care), so that deep history makes it an even bigger a slap in the face to be treated so poorly by a so called caring Charleston institution.People with poor ethics and a lack of emotional intelligence should not haver the power to harm others or gatekeep healthcare. Its simply not right. So while I can say that both doctors were amazing and that I miss them, anyone using RSFH in general should be weary and aware that if this can happen to me, it can happen to any of us!PS. For more on the recent ER mishap with my 94 year old grandfather, please see my RSFH West Ashely review.

Dr. Jeanne Lumpkin is very attentive. I didn’t feel rushed as she went over my medical history. She is what doctors used to be about!
