Any Lab Test Now

I am very grateful for Dina and Deanna for their kindness helping me navigate getting a test done today. I went to Quest and their system was down and I was sent to Any Lab Test Now off of Pineville Matthews Road. These women greeted me with kindness, compassion and understanding. I was in and out in 5 minutes or less! I would suggest anyone to come here for any testing they need! Thanks again ladies, you both are the BEST!

My husband needed an alternative lab to reconfirm a test result. We called the Pineville location and they welcomed us to stop by. It was great to learn more about the different tests one can take to learn about your health in a more agile, direct and non-bureaucratic manner. It felt amazing to have the freedom to choose the type of additional testing we can have done here with great operational ease. Pricing is reasonable especially if compared with insurance prices. The payment is dealt with at the time of visit so we will not be surprised with another bill if our insurance doesn’t cover all. We took the 3 for $89 deal. Again, very reasonable prices even without the deal. We will be making additional use of the services at this location. This is a great local resource for everyone. I highly recommend their wide array of services (vitamins deficiency tests and treatments, drug tests, weight loss treatments, etc.) The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very capable. I am very glad to have found this location.

Hello friends, they dont even deserve a single star, I had a drug test done on 08-12-2024, they gave me the wrong test result, I had another test done at Carolina Express Clinic 30 minutes later the same day, the results came back clean, also the officer who did the test needs to learn the word please, I will go and talk to them again today, I definitely do not recommend this place,

Paid 50$ just for an hcg test 😫 never got my results i called 2 weeks later and they swore they emailed me , and said she will send them again or ill have to go all the way over there and they’ll print the results , i used this lab so i can easily get my results not to have to drive 30 mins out just to get them printed i wasnt asked to confirm my email or anything they were nice tho ..

Deanna, Krystal and Dina were absolutely delightful during my visit today. They were not only welcoming but very conversational and patient with me. It was an overall easy and very enjoyable experience. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Genuinely fantastic experience with fantastic people. Cassie was professional and polite in the handling of my drug uninsured test. She was also very helpful and gentle with the administration of a shot. Krystle was very helpful and informative when I asked about the facility and more specifically the B-12 weight loss shots. The tech who drew my daughters blood was awesome and so patient. My daughter was freaking out a little bit before and during the blood draw, but the tech was really calming and sweet about it. Then when my daughter FAINTED and dropped a full bottle of water all over herself and the floor after the blood draw, she jumped into action, helping me get her sitting up and cleaned up, then staying with us to make sure she was okay. I really wish I could remember her name, but she was a tiny black lady with beautiful blue highlights in her hair and an awesome attitude. She made a stressful situation so much easier and we left smiling!

Incredible experience! The staff was amazing. Especially Deanna. She noticed that the test kit that I came with was expired and swapped it out. She saved me time, inconvenience and also saved me from getting poked 2x. She was personable and on top of her game. THANK YOU!

The staff is very friendly and accommodating with my custom request. I am also typically a hard stick, but they were able to get the job done in one stick.

Went for pre-employment testing/drug screen. The employees were not only friendly and attentive but professional. A young lady in front of me was being rude and they handled it all with class and professionalism. Got people in and out quickly too. Cassie and Krystle were absolutely great and deserve a raise for how great they are doing.

When I walked in a I was greated by two very nice women who had big smiles and great energy. They helped me figure out what I needed to get done during my visit to ensure that I was getting the right test taken. They made me feel comfortable and definitely made my day! Such a great staff!

Went in for a pre employment drug test. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was in and out within 30min even though there were a few people ahead of me. Cassie assisted me with my test and made sure I felt comfortable and left confident everything was handled properly.

I had 2 experiences. Coinsidently one at each office. The first was great but the second visit...I was a bit timid. The staff was just as amazing as the first visit. I came in with my daughter and it was so heart warming how comfortable they made us feel, immediately. There was no judgement and they greeted us with sincere smiles. They even took the time to explain their process step by step. No long wait, very respectful, clean and welcoming. Nothing tops it off better than outstanding customer service!

This place is awesome! I went in for some blood work and then after that had a meeting with the holistic doctor Lori and she was beyond amazing. She took the time to talk to me and listen and discuss what she thought was going on. If you ever need blood work done this is the place to go.

The door just opened at 8:30am sharp! Victoria was the only person there and had three people arrive in succession. She took care of all of us politely and quickly. Having arrived first, I was also called back first. She couldnt have been more friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend the Pineville Matthews Rd location and more people like her!

I needed a test ran for preemployment. I had about 10 mins to spare to get this done. CASSIE got me in and out, with minimal but great convo and wished me luck on my new journey! Quick and professional! I had high expectations coming from any lab test now in Pensacola FL, but this place is great. Kiki has the magic touch with needles and covid tests. I hardly felt a thing!

Lori has a great staff! I send all my pre-employment drug screen applicants here because it is so convenient. The billing was easy to set up and we never need an appointment. The staff here does a great job and gets our applicants and employees in and out very quickly. If you manage a business here in Charlotte, I highly recommend Any Lab Test Now for your pre-employement, post-accident, and random drug screens.

O stars for the Charlotte office. I requested a full Thyroid panel, and the results were inaccurate based on labs done 2 months ago, and 6 days after. I requested a refund and was refused. Not only did she (the owner) refuse, but she questioned my claim that the results were inaccurate. I provided documentation of previous and post labs showing the inaccuracy, and she stated she did not believe my claim. The lab I have used for years is used nationwide by doctors and medical centers and has remained consistent with results. AnyLabTestNow did not. DO NOT USE THEM.

Any Lab Test Now is by far the best when it comes to blood draws, testing any marker under the sun and even drug testing! They are beyond friendly and efficient! I have never had anything but an easy stick and I am always in and out in less than 10 minutes!

My actual experience at the pineville location was amazing. Latasha who took my sample made me feel so comfortable. My concerns came afterwards. I called about my results and on the phone was told it wasn’t ready. I later got an email but low and behold that email had someone else’s results. I tried to call to discuss my concerns and was simply told sorry. That is extremely careless and it breaches HIPPA of the information I received. Now that leaves me questioning the validity of my results because of the lack of concern about emailing someone else vital information.*** I was unable to reply back but it was NOT informed to me there was an issue with the portal system. I was simply told I’m sorry and the call ended. Please do not respond back with a lie because that was not what happened. And HIPPA was breached because had I not called back to tell you it was sent to me that other patient wouldn’t of known I had their results with their name and DOB. So regardless of you calling them I still know their test information. The La k of accountability is very unprofessional. This response was a lie and not what was told to me when called. By definition HIPAA is a federal law that required the creation of national standards to protect sensitive patient health information from being disclosed without the patients consent or knowledge. Therefore that patient’s information was disclosed to me without their knowledge and was NOT corrected until AFTER I called back.

Terrible experience - I went to get tests done for my father; I was confirmed the tests results will be mailed on Tuesday morning. I received no email, I called them to confirm and was told someone will call me back with the update. Day passed when I called today to check they hung up soon listening my concern. My father is a diabetic and his health is high concern- because of this delay he missed his doctors appointment and I had to take him to ER.I will never step here again. I do not recommend this Lab.

I was visiting my brother in Fort Mill, SC and discovered this Any Lab Test Now for my weekly B-12 shot. The staff was amazing and knowledgeable, the facility was spotless/impeccable and the owner, Lori, was fabulous. When visiting the area, I will definitely return!

We had terrible experience there! We had full blood test And full thyroid panel test, they messed up with the name and last name on the results of blood test. I asked if I can speak with consultant about test results. They said she works on Tuesday and Thursday and appointment is not needed. We came on Thursday and consultant didn’t come. They promised me that consultant will contact us, nobody contacted me. I called 10 times to request a referral, they were hanging up my phone call! Last time I called them they said they can’t give us any referral even though the said they can give a referral to us when we first time visited them. Test results are out of normal... and now I need to go find someone who can give us a referral...Update:Health Practitioner from AnyLAb called me after one week of waiting, only after I wrote a review here, talking to me like I’m fool and didn’t get what they said. Well I got no referral from them, they gave me just contacts of endocrinologist. I called there and still couldn’t make an appointment because they require membership with them to see doctor.

ALT facility was very clean and the staff was friendly. Cassie was such a sweetheart and very knowledgeable. My overall experience was great 👍🏼

Went there for a drug test my name on the result was missed up & without last 4 digits of my SS#. Had to wait to correct my name & add SS#. They said it’ll take 10 to 15 minutes, I was ignored for over an hour. I asked if it’s ready they told me again it’ll take 10 to 15 minutes again so I thought it’s better to leave without saying anything.Careless & very unprofessional. Such a bad experience.

I found Any Lab Test Now searching because of no insurance. Ive been to the Pineville, Matthews location about 8 times for different type of tests. The staff there are very nice, very helpful and I get in and out fairly quickly each time.

I get the vitamin Bshot here. I am in and out in 10 min with no appt. it is very clean and professional and the staff is great. I have referred several people here for Bshots.

I learned about AnyLabTestNow after having to go there for a pre-employment drug screening. Much to my surprise, they do a lot more than just drug screenings. They offer everything from DNA testing to Food Sensitivity testing. The medical assistants were very helpful in explaining the purpose and importance of all of the tests they offer. I never knew that you can have blood tests without a doctors order or that you can have tests as comprehensive as these without seeing a doctor. I was very excited to learn that they also offer vitamin b-12 shots for only $25 which Ive had in the past but had to pay a lot more than this, not to mention a co-payment to see my doctor. Im so excited about getting a Micronutrient test which will check the levels of all of my vitamins and provide me with exact amounts of how many milligrams I need to take for the vitamins Im deficient in. Im even thinking of giving these as Christmas gifts for some of my friends and family. I would highly recommend this location to anybody who needs guidance on what tests are out there for maximizing your health!

Krystle helped me thank god I read my document wrong with the time and got here with one minute to spare to take my urinalysis test and krystle saved me ! Get got me to the back got me scaned in just im time!

Had a lot of students from my cohort to go here, everybody including myself were very happy as the whole process took less then 10 minutes.

Had a dna test performed here. Great service, had it done last Saturday test results came back Thursday. Real nice people and we got a few dollars off on the lab specials

I have not had good experiences of this lab, I had a blood test and I was promised to deliver the result in 24 hours, it has been 30 hours, I called several times and they said they would call me back to talk the result, now the Office has closed and so far I do not know my results, and I would need for today. Bad experience!

I got my results back the next day !!! I highly recommend.
