I cant say enough about how the staff helped me and my family during a difficult time. Dealing with substance abuse and child custody can be hard enough without having to worry about the service you receive for something so critical. Nothing but good experiences. The staff did what it took to make sure the results were in a timely manner and accurate. I dont know where we would have been without this team. Thank you!

I had to go for a medical exam for life insurance. I had an appointment for 12:30, and I showed up right on time and signed the clipboard to check in. At 1:00, I still hadn’t seen anybody come to the front desk. Somebody else in the waiting area knocked on the door, and a lady finally came out (with an attitude). She took me back for my urine and blood sample along with some medical questions. The bathroom for the urine sample is disgusting, I took a picture but I don’t see a way to add it to the review. 4 hours later my arm was sore so I took my bandaid off of where my blood was drawn. My vein is already bruised and there’s so much blood on the gauze. I have gotten blood taken multiple times in the last 6 months, and I have never bruised or had ANY blood on the gauze. This place needs serious work.

Arcpoint Labs of South Charlotte provided us with fantastic service for COVID-19 PCR testing in connection with upcoming travel. The appointment booking process was easy to use and the service was prompt, friendly, and professional. They communicated well and went above and beyond to ensure that we had our test results within the deadline we needed them for travel. We were especially grateful to the owner for his follow up and commitment to client care. I would highly recommend this business.

Arrived today at 3:00 pm door locked, no one inside. I waited outside the door for over five minutes and even knocked. I needed a test for work and its very time sensitive. I had to reschedule my test with Concentra.

Great people to work with in an ever changing world. Jason and the staff at ARCpoint Labs have done a tremendous job educating me and our companies employees on drug use, abuse, and testing. The results we receive are concise and timely. We have used many other facilities over the years but ARCpoint Labs has outperformed all of them.

Gentleman at the front and lady who took my vitals, etc were nice but this office was old and rather dirty looking. In the business they are in I would expect it to be cleaner and more clinical. If it had been it would have put my mind at ease a bit more.

ARCpoint Labs of South Charlotte is the best place to go for reliable results. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend ARCpoint Labs.

This place says hours are from 8-5. They are really until 4:40, cause they lock the door before 4:45. Showed up for a drug screen at 4:45 and the door was already locked and the lady was leaving for the day.

Horrendous customer service and it seems like only one person is working. Disgusted and lack of consideration for individuals schedule

Signed in ,one person taken to the back ,waited 25 minutes then had to leave. Garbage service.

The black female receptionist was rude and I almost cursed her out. I dont recommend coming to this place

Rude staff the lady that gave me my drug test talked like a robot completely lacking any emotion and the women at the front desk was just as rude
