I started going to Dr. A last year when I moved to town, looking for a new primary care doctor. I’ve seen him three times now and every time is a great experience. He listens to my concerns, is thorough and overall a very kind and nice person. He truly cares about the medicine he practices and explains things very well. His clinic is conveniently located and I never have an issue getting appointments or re scheduling. Very happy I’ve found him!

Wendover Primary Care Clinic has a very comfortable and inviting environment. I have been seeing Dr. A for nearly 2 years and he is an awesome doctor. Very knowledgeable and understanding to my medical needs. His staff members are respectful, caring and helpful.

I have enjoyed my visits at Wendover Primary Care for years! The environment is so neat, clean, warm and inviting. The nurse greets you with a smile and is very hands on. The Dr. takes his time and listens to my needs and delivers the best care when it comes to myself, children and family. The receptionist even greets you at the door with a welcoming smile! I wouldnt trust my health care in any other hands!

I find Dr. A to be friendly, patient, thorough and knowledgeable. He always takes his time with my appointment and I never feel rushed or unimportant.I can call or email him and get a response usually the same day or first thing the following day.I am self pay and his services are extremely reasonable.If you’re looking for a good general MD that is more concerned about you than getting to the next patient or golf course then Dr. A is your guy.

My experience with wendover primary was great. They were very professional and showed a personal concern for all my needs. Dr. Rene Anikwues and his staff were very helpful with my condition. They treat me like family every time I visit, they remembered me by name, the whole staff. So my visits to Wendover Primary Care have always been more pleasurable than other doctors offices. My first visit to wendover care was about a year ago I was seeking a primary care doctor and Im so thankful I found Dr.R. Anikwue. From his very first assessment after listening to me was accurate which won me over at that moment and going forward his attention to me as a patient has been so appreciated not to mention him getting me set up with the proper meds while ensuring they are whats best for me while also making sure not to over prescribe hes just an all around pleasant guy Thank you DR.R.Anikwue.

I keep getting emails to do a review for some reason, So went in over a year ago because I was losing weight rapidly and bleeding like crazy, I wanted to establish care in North Carolina and make him my primary care physician. As a woman that was concerning so I found this place on Google. I paid $160 for the initial visit went through screening told him my issues and the exam started, Which wasn’t really an examination in my opinion. I’m new so am I paying you’re supposed to be thorough! My situation was so “complex” he actually had to call his father which is a gynecologist to get advice. Then he told me my situation was so serious I needed to go to the emergency room, LIKE NOW, I went to the emergency room found out my hemoglobin was a four and they had to do a ultrasound. After taking blood and doing a blood transfusion they told me to go back to my primary care physician to get my results. I called for 18 days, trying to get in so I can have the doctor explain the results that they took at the emergency room, The original receptionist was out of town at the time and the older Jamaica nurse got an attitude with me and said “ what’s wrong with you the doctor doesn’t go to the hospital to pick up results”! Then I found out on day 19 they were looking in the wrong database… overall when I finally sat back down with him The doctor started giving me information about HIPAA!!! What??? You’re the doctor I’m giving you clearance please let me know something.. Long story short I never got the information from him, no referrals, nothing! Just a rundown on Hipaa.. I had to go back to Florida to that primary physician to find out just in time what was truly going on with me, Best decision I ever made.. so if you’re having a common cold or something that requires a quick prescription in my opinion perfect place to go, if there’s something severely wrong with you I would suggest going somewhere else because I could have died had I not went back to Florida to get the proper test done.

Im new to this practice and Im really pleased with my visit, I came in with a few concerns, not only did he check out and Express them, he went a great deal further to check on any and everything that could be contributing to the problem. He could have easily just did a normal check up and thats it but he is really passionate about his patients

Dr. A is THE BEST DOCTOR, I have ever had, PERIOD!!!Dr. A has been my primary care physician for over 2 years, and has helped me get my Type2 and High Blood pressure under control.

I always come to this doctors office and have never had a bad experience. The front desk staff is always personable and the doctor is very accommodating and takes the time to answer and address any questions that I have.
