I have taken my husband to this facility on several occasions & every time received excellent care. From the time you walk in the door everyone is friendly, compassionate & caring. There is never a long wait. This last visit was outstanding. The provider, clinical staff & front desk went above & beyond. Very knowledgeable& spit on with treatment. Kind & compassionate. Will definitely recommend to friends & family

Its right out of the manual;....Trustworthy, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, cheerful, thrifty, clean, and reverent.No, they are not Boyscouts of America but they exude the same qualities as expressed in scout law and then some. They inspire loyalty and give me confidence in our Healthcare problemed world. I would go to them with any and every medical problem I have, ( and I do), because I know I will receive the care and attention I need to get better.Its just that simple.

I went first to the new facility on Tyvola b/c it was close and I needed a chest x-ray. I got in quickly and as soon as I mentioned why I was there, the nurse told me there was no technician on duty to operate the x-ray machine. She immediately got the dr. on duty, who came in and agreed that I should have an x-ray. She was totally apologetic and she called another location that I said would be the next closest, to confirm that THEY had a technician, and also to see how many were waiting. She voided out my appt. and the young man at the front desk said he would send all my pre-registration information over to the other location so I wouldnt have to go through all of that again.The South Charlotte location was busier so I did have to wait awhile, but everyone was pleasant and professional. And....I got my x-ray!While I was frustrated over the staffing issue and it cost me a couple of hours, I was very pleased by the apologetic and helpful response by all staff. Both facilities were bright and clean and, if I need urgent care again, I will return. Note to self: CALL first if its something that might require an x-ray. It shouldnt have to be that way if its advertised that they have the capability, but that seems to be the current reality of the medical profession so learning how to deal with it is what we need to accept right now, which is why I left this review.

Checking in was really easy and not too much of wait time. Nurse Jacolyn was just a delight to talk to. She genuinely cares for the ones she’s interacting with , same with doctor Okwara. Thank you all for helping me

This was the second time in months that we came here for a sports physical and had amazing service. From the front desk to the vitals nurse to the physician -  everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend this office!!

The receptionist was helpful and knowledgeable. The nurse and doctors were quick to assess my needs. They discussed a plan of action and were very supportive.

We were traveling and needed an appt for my son. We got in quickly and they were incredibly helpful. Even followed up to see how he was doing. Much appreciated and he’s feeling better now.

I was send there by my employee to get my TB test but it was the worst experience of my life. I waited for about an hour to get call by medical staff, getting there the girl was supposed to get my blood poke my arm 3 times and she couldn’t get any of my blood. And she sent me to the quest and it didn’t take a minute for them to get my bloodwork done. IM A MEDICAL ASSISTANCE AND LOOK AT WHAT THAT GIRL WAS DOING TO MY ARM, SHE REALLY NEEDS MORE TRAINING

We were admitted fairly quickly to the urgent hospital; the doctors and nurses did their job well. The only thing is that the cost was very high—$1,300 for five shots.

I cannot express enough how much my second visit there was so easy and got in and out including having such an awesome staff!! Dr. Kelly has been in the business it looks like for a really long time but you would’ve thought it was his first day on how nice he was and really listen to you I had to get a picture with an actual Doctor Who cared! 😊

Going to the urgent care is always the worst experience with crazy wait times so I wasn’t looking forward to going today but I bit the bullet and tried AFC urgent care. From check in to check out this whole experience was amazing and stress free. No wait time and everyone was so sweet! The location itself very well taken care of and clean too. From now on if I or any of my family need to be seen somewhere my first option will always be this location. Thank you!

Practioner wasnt very thorough. Spent $125 on really nothing. The practioner didnt offer a prescription option either. When I looked over the discharge form, I saw a recommend medication OTC, but that wasnt stated while in the exam room. The CNA did ask me what pharmacy I preferred, but nothing more was discussed with medication.I went to AFC with a knee injury.

AFC Urgent Care in Pineville is great. I love going there for COVID tests because they get them back within 20-30mins. They are a little expensive if your insurance doesn’t cover it all. Overall, great nurses and doctors. Shout out to Taylor for being personable and made me comfortable.

Last night, I visited Urgent Care AFC and I was truly impressed by the excellent care I received. Despite arriving almost at closing time, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The doctor and nurses were very attentive and provided me with excellent medical care. After a short wait, I underwent the necessary tests and was prescribed the appropriate medication. I am very grateful for their attention and genuine concern for my well-being. They definitely deserve five stars and my sincerest thanks. Highly recommended! ( 03/06/24 )

I love this clinic. It is prompt and efficient. The wait is never more than 15 minutes and the medical providers are excellent. This is my go-to clinic.

This was the best urgent care facility I have ever been to. Very clean, nice welcoming facility. We were in and out with very short wait time, check process was simple. The staff there were all very extremely nice and friendly. Everyone we encountered went above and beyond. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know.

Great service. The entire staff was so friendly & helpful. Check-in was simple & quick. The PA we saw was very nice, listened to all of our concerns & advised us accordingly.

Started feeling sick Friday. 4 people in my office were already out sick. By Monday I needed medical assistance and testing for Covid,flu, & RSV. I was able to book my appointment the same day. They called in my prescriptions and provided information. The staff was patient and friendly. The doctor was friendly, professional and knowledge with my health condition and any pharmaceutical interactions. Very happy and confident that I was on my way to recovery. I highly recommend this facility.

Nice place! Took really great care of me when I was down, especially Abby at the front desk. She took my blood and she made me feel sooo comfortable. She is very professional, attentive and easy to talk to!

This AFC location completely refused to do a physical but the AFC in Ballentine had no issue. Only because it was a physical they are not used to doing. Front desk had lied about what information was communicated to the doctor. Guessing doctor was just lazy because she didn’t bother looking at the physical form I had emailed to their office.

I think everyone there was wonderful and so kind! I was treated very well and thought my visit there was great!

It was my first time to the UFC South Charlotte location today. I was thrilled with the smell of the place! It was very nice. I also noticed a portable air purifier unit in the waiting room. The staff were professional and helpful. And the doctor was very nice and knowledgeable. .

Day 3 of dry cough and tight chest. Primary dr had no appointments but strongly recommended checking into source of infection. AFC was impressive on every level. Great staff who provided a thorough evaluation, and were informative and friendly. Very nice, clean facility. I will definitely return here if I need urgent care services in the future.

Check in was super fast. Chidi was very kind! Dr.Okwara was super helping and Ms.kerri was very interested in making sure I had the best care!!

Was having an asthma exacerbation. Received mobilizer treatment and steroids. Couldn’t believe they took walkins. I am breathing easier now thanks to them!

My daughters and I arrived at this AFC walk-in clinic around 7:25pm on 12/7/23.The receptionist, Magenta, was busy, but made sure to let me know she would be with me shortly.After 5-10 minutes she was able to help me sign in for my daughter.There was one family already at the clinic when we arrived, and another lady who arrived after us, but she had filled in information online before arriving, so she was seen first.With that said, I did take a few minutes to contact my husband to discuss the cost. We typically go to a different company of walk-in clinics, which costs us a $50 co-pay, then we receive the remaining bill at a later time.This clinic cost $120 up front, with possible further charges, so I was hesitant. In the end I decide to do a comparison so went through with the appointment.We were walked back around 7:45pm.Magenta was kind and patient with us as we removed my daughter’s heavy winter coat before she was weighed.She lead us to our room, which had been cleaned but was missing the paper on the patient’s bench, so she quickly took care of that for us.After a short wait, Jocelyn came in to check my daughter’s vitals and ask about her symptoms. She was sweet. When she first entered the room she apologized for the wait, and as she was leaving the room, told us to let her know if we needed anything.We did wait for a while after that, but I understood we were after hours now and was just glad my daughter would be seen.It was probably between 8:15-8:20pm when the PA, Kristen, came in to diagnose my daughter’s condition.The conversation went well and after considering the symptoms and examining her patient, she diagnosed my daughter as I expected. My daughter was prescribed the necessary medication, for which I am grateful.The visit did cost about $30-$40 more, but as long as we don’t get further charges by mail, I will be content with this, as similar visits to the other unnamed walk-in typically costs us between $200-$300.In the end, we had a good visit, and AFC fulfilled their aspiration to have us in and out (from the time of sign in), within an hour.We left shortly after 8:35pm, and were able to get the prescribed medication from CVS before they closed.My daughter is recovering, and I am pleased. I will likely return to AFC the next time our family needs care.Thank you!

My wife had her nipple ring reject. Irene & Steven stayed over an hour after closing trying to help her. They had to re-pierce her nipple just to push it through. Steven was very kind and patient. Irene definitely put me at ease because I was about to pass out. She even let me eat all her pineapples. Thank you guys for everything.

From the moment I walked in the front desk staff was a pleasure to deal with. Then I had the pleasure of having Kristen the PA as my doctor. She was not only thorough but listened intently and did a thorough check of everything that was needed. I will definitely recommend and be back myself should there be a need. We’ll dome ladies!!!

Seen quickly. Not a lot of paperwork because i was in computer already. Dr Ada Okwara was very pleasant.

Staff was super friendly and competent. But the wait times were long. After the nurse took us back to a room it was close to another 45 mins before the NP came in. It was maybe another 15 mins before we got the prescription. Long to wait in a small room with a toddler.

Yesterday I saw a nurse for my daughter. She had sever pain due to a surgery. the Nurse prescribed medication and explained things which was really helpful. i am really grateful for their help. it is really a blessing.

From my great doctor that saw me and got me the meds I need to get back to work fast to the most helpful and patient receptionist I’ve ever known about pharmacies not being open around the holidays—they deserve the highest marks. Kind, clean, caring. From the front desk associate to the nurse practitioner, all staff were exceptional. This Urgent Care is fantastic in customer service and hospitality.With the ability to check-in on your phone - the process was fast, easy, and smooth. The front desk associate is very kind and helpful to everybody. The front desk mentioned they had difficulty retrieving the insurance card, but all the urgent cares we visited accepted our insurance without any issues. It took them one hour and half to confirm that our insurance was valid for use.

AFC urgent care of South Charlotte is the best. They were gracious enough to see us when we walked in just before closing and did the necessary testing so we would be able to pick up medication that same day. They were pleasant with us throughout the visit. I also appreciate the follow up call a couple days after. This will be my go to office from now on.

I went to afc Urgent Care, to get an X-ray because of pain and restricted motion in my shoulder. I was immediately greeted by a very pleasant, polite and professional receptionist, shortly after escorted to my exam and had my vitals taken by an equally pleasant and professional nursing assistant. Followed by a thorough examination by Dr Okwara. Afterward, a very pleasant X-ray technician took serval X-rays, while making certain the different positions required for the x-rays were not causing any discomfort. To say that I was very pleased with my care at afc, is at best an understatement. The treatment I received from Dr Okwara and her staff was one of my most pleasurable experiences to date from any Urgent Care Center. They are extremely courteous, caring, thorough and very professional. I highly recommend this facility to anyone in the Pineville/Charlotte area.

These guys are really the absolute best. They arent the primary care doctor and they dont try to be. They are there when your doctor cant see you with short notice. All the times Ive been to AFC have been pleasant and I have felt cared for and felt like there were competent medical professionals caring for me. They take just about every form of insurance. Great place!

We typically avoid going to urgent care clinics if at all possible for a number of reasons. Our granddaughter was very sick over the weekend and her pediatrician’s office was closed. Took her to AFC South Charlotte and could not have been more pleased. There were 7 people ahead of us. We were still in and out within an hour. Very clean clinic. Nurses were absolutely wonderful and the practitioner was very caring and thorough. Would not hesitate to revisit. Highly recommend.

Edit: if you go to this Urgent Care, call to see who the Provider on duty is at that time. Dr. Ada Okwara is the worst. My husband and I have both had bad experiences with her. We will go there again, but when we do, I am going to call and ask which provider is on duty before going! No way am I going to see this doctor again and neither will my family! I wouldnt recommend her to anyone I know and love! This is generally a very good urgent care. Its close to where I live so Ive been in there before for illnesses. The provider I saw tonight was great. He really listened and prescribed me medication to try and get me better as I had been sick for a week already. They were really busy and the nurses kept coming by to check on me as I had to wait longer than normal. I appreciated that. My only complaint was the provider forgot my work note. But the way I sound, no one should question that I am sick anyways so I doubt it will be needed. Ive always had a positive experience with the front desk and nursing staff there. They are very kind and rhe check in and out process is easy. I will go back if needed and would recommend them to anyone else. I appreciate that they care about how I feel and are kind even though its not a regular primary care provider.

Im not sure what the young ladys name was that helped me from the office, but she came out to the waiting room and brought paperwork to me. I dont walk well. Taylor was very pleasant and very helpful. She helped me walk to my room even! Thanks to you both

Super efficient! I was seen within 5 minutes of arrival. Both X-ray tech and doctor were professional, knowledgeable & caring. This is my first time ever needing an urgent care clinic. It was definitely a satisfactory experience!

They staff was super personable & friendly. I felt like I was talking to actual people & not just someone monotone going through their job. From the front desk staff to the doctor to the nurses they were all great. As well, I got a COVID-19 test AND a STD test & was out within 10-12 minutes. I went around 2:45PM. THANK YOU!

Had great care from AFC Urgent Care today! Front desk was organized, responsive and friendly. The nurse Irene was wonderful and explained everything to us while reassuring us. Loved the PA- who gave us great medical care. Such a Godsend! I would definitely recommend them and use them again

Dr. Kelly and the staff were extremely professional and accommodating when I brought my daughter in for care. The facilities clean and spotless. We waited only ten minutes and I appreciated the ease of completing registration on my iPhone. Dr. Kelly provided his phone number and invited us to text him with any questions or photos of any changes. He couldn’t have been nicer and attentive. It was a positive experience and I would defiantly recommend this office for anyone in need of an urgent care facility.

My wait time was short, and my experience with the staff was wonderful, very professional. I found the appointment making experience was very efficient!I felt my care was a priority and not just another number! Everything was done to help me get better fast! Thank you, AFC.❤️

This is my go to when I need medical help and my Primary Care cannot see me. The staff is friendly and the PAs and doctors are very helpful and knowledgeable. I have been here three times and will be back. Highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I came in and instantly was greeted with kindness! This staff did everything they could to ensure that we were comfortable! It is a very welcoming environment and since it is a new location everything was upgraded to the latest technology. Our nurse, Eileen, was super respect and kind. Very easy to talk to and she even informed me about some careers in the medical field which is what I want to go into. My boyfriend was well taken care of in her hands. Dr. Kelly, our doctor, gave us a bunch of well needed information and he also was kind. He has a great sense of humor! He too was respect and helpful! By far the best service we have both been given when it comes to medical professionals! Thank you all so much!

Wonderful staff!! Everyone is so kind and efficient. I felt terrible with an ear infection and the staff were incredible. I was seen quickly and both nurse Irene and Dr. Ho were friendly and patient even though I came in right before closing! I get very nervous in hospital or doctor settings and the staff made small talk and jokes with me and helped me relax.

My daughter needed a sports physical which we usually do through her pediatrician but we couldn’t get an appointment early enough this year. AFC Urgent Care was incredible! We walked in, waited maybe 10 min, were seen quickly & left within the hour. My family needs rapid Covid tests for a trip soon & we’re planning to go here because they made everything so easy and were so friendly and professional. I’ll be recommending this place to everyone now!

Best place ever. We had to get a PCR test for travel. It was ready in a half hour. Everyone was super friendly. They even offered me a bottle of water while waiting. Would definitely return there if needed.

This is the best urgent care anywhere. Magenta was a doll and helped me with check in. I got to the back very fast. Irene is the sweetest nurse and kristen the provider is very knowledgeable and so kind.

AFU Urgent Care is amazing!!! Great Service as soon as I stepped in the door, I was greeted with a kind woman working at the front desk. Followed by triage nurse which was very thorough. Dr Hunter was amazing, he was very kind, attentive and figured out exactly what was going on. I recommend AFC Urgent Care!!!

I don’t ever write reviews, but I felt moved to write this one because I had a great experience here. I’d never been to an urgent care before so I didn’t know what to expect and I was feeling so awful. The receptionist was really nice and I was called in right away.John really made me feel taken care of and listened to all my concerns- he was super thorough and even though I had a myriad of symptoms, he still didn’t brush it off with a “you’re fine!” when all my vitals came back clean. I don’t think I’ve ever had anyone hit all the bases and be so well rounded and patient in their approach to care before. I’d go here for checkups if I could. Alexa was also great and quick with the bloodwork.I’ve had some really bad and traumatic experiences with health care; people rolling their eyes when I ask questions, making me feel helpless or crazy, and even completely misdiagnosing me. I’m not expecting perfection, but I would like someone to genuinely care and take the time to find a solution and I really felt like I got that here. I wish it was the norm, but it really is rare to be seen & heard. Thank you.

I dont normally post reviews, but I have to let everyone know what excellent care I received from the doctor at AFC Urgent Care South Charlotte and his staff. Everyone was friendly, compassionate, and kind. The doctor and the nurses were thorough and called the next day to check in on me. Truly quality care from the whole team.

I have gone to this location several times for Covid testing. Everyone is always so kind, from the front desk staff to the nurses to the providers. Their testing process is always incredibly organized & efficient. I specifically want to call out the nurse/med assistant David for being SO kind and going above and beyond to make me feel less anxious about my test. Dr. Kelly was wonderful too!

1 hour in and out for a DOT recertification. This will be my go to place for this from now on. Much better experience then at Concentra.

So happy we came here. Had urgent need for help with husband’s back pain injury. Called ahead and spoke with Irene first to get basic procedural and cost information. She was very knowledgeable and provided clear information. Once we arrived, the personal service and team care was even better. No wait time for a Saturday. Dr Morris was a good listener and offered professional option appropriately. Highly recommend this clinic—especially when most other urgent care centers could not offer the same.

I’m a man that’s not the most comfortable in hospital environments. But the staff and doctors were so amazing that I would travel over state lines to be that comfortable if need be.Transparency was so simplistic that people from any walk of life could understand their problem(s) and solution(s) when explained. Nice staff, efficient process, you make your appointment online show up give them your information and they call you when they are ready to see you. Inside they were just as efficient. I am so glad I ended up coming here. From the super nice, and awesome nurses, to the funny, personable and knowledgeable doctor, I had a great experience here. The prices are very affordable, the staff is all very nice, and I would recommend them over any other walk-in in the area! Not that I WANT to have to go back here, but if I do have to go somewhere for a medical issue, this is where Im coming from now on.

Our experience was largely positive. Staff members were friendly, helpful, & professional. Our one challenge was when a nurse called us back (we were there for an appointment for our 9-month-old baby) at the same time as calling back another patient from the waiting room. The nurse wanted all 4 of us to come through the doorway @ the same time, we hesitated because we wanted to remain socially distanced, as our son is unvaccinated, unmasked, & particularly vulnerable. I was really surprised by the nurse’s instructions for the four of us to be so close to one another. I explained our position & all was well. The nurse who completed our son’s vitals & tests was very kind & professional. The NP who explained the results was also very helpful, personable, & professional. Overall, a positive experience.

Avoid this urgent care. Visit the nearby CVS minute clinic or make an appointment at any other location. This location does not understand how their insurance system works. They are either incompetent, or are pocketing the extra fees they are charging. Upon my first visit to this location I was charged more than my copay should have been, after calling my insurance directly and confirming that they indeed are within network and that I over payed they gave me a refund. Today I attempted to take my wife in for service and they tried charging the same fee after I explained everything that had happened on my previous visit and that I would gladly call Aetna for them to clear it all up. We walked away and visited a MinuteClinic which was much more professional, competent, and efficient.

Staff were super friendly and helped me check in and out in a timely manner. The office was clean and I observed the staff constantly wiping down chairs and high touch areas to make sure the environment was safe. In and out for a test within 30 mins. Julie answered any questions i had and was very helpful. I can not stress how easy it was to be seen and felt safe in this current time. Highly recommend.

Everyone was great from intake to discharge. Felt cared for. Special shout-out to the PA that was on staff when I was there I wish I knew her name , she went out of her way to print out coupons that saved me a bunch of money. Would recommend anyone go here.

Dr. Kelly and the staff at AFC are awesome! My family and I moved here across the country and of course I injured my leg moving in. I looked up the closest Urgent Care and luckily they showed up. I’m so glad we moved near such a great Urgent Care. We feel safer having such a kind and knowledgeable place to go in case of an emergency. I’m on the mend and doing better. Thank for making a scary time so much better.

This place is awesome in customer service and care! I don’t know about anyone else but Dr. Kelly is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish he was a primary care doctor, I would sign up under him quickly. He’s caring, treats everyone like a valued human being and is just an all around good person. He checks on the patients consistently and always keeps you up to date. He’s truly one of a kind and the doctor we all never want to have but wish we do have, if we do have to have them.In addition the staff and nurses are amazing. This urgent care is located just down the street from us. I loved that I can reserve my spot in line on their website. Signed in and paperwork was easy and simple. The facility is clean and the staff is very friendly. We waited probably less than 10 minutes before my boyfriend was seen. Nurse and Doctor were amazing and explained everything. He ended up having the flu so they prescribed him medicine. It was quick and fast so I appreciated the “urgency” to the care. :) Will be coming back here for future visits.

The office staff was terrific ans helpful, It was a very short wait and the office was bright and clean. I enjoyed the medical assistant and he even kept my white coat syndrome low.Dr. Ho was wonderful and very informative.I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

This urgent care has the friendliest staff, doctors, nurses etc. I have used this facility several times with my kids and always have an excellent experience. The front desk staff are so kind and helpful. They always have plenty of availability for scheduling advance appointments.

I saw Dr. Kelly and his staff after being released from the hospital with pneumonia while visiting from out of town. They were very accommodating, welcoming and compassionate. Dr. Kelly didn’t make me wait long and was knowledgeable about everything I was experiencing. I would certainly recommend he and his staff to all of my family and friends.

It was an easy process of making an appointment on line. I was greeted with great service.I had both a rapid Covid test and strep test. It was a smooth process. I was in and out in less than an hour. Dr. Ho was nice and comical and shared what I needed to feel better. This was my second time at this clinic and I now consider it to be my neighbor urgent care.

I am very satisfied with the service I received today. I just moved here from VA and not familiar with the area. I googled nearest urgent care and here I am! From the time I walked in the door, receptionist was pleasant. The wait wasn’t long at all and when I got to the back and met the physician(Dr Kelly), he had great bedside manners and very attentive to what I was describing was wrong with me. During these uncertain times I’ve noticed more and more impatience from healthcare providers. I went to an urgent care earlier today which seemed to be under a-lot of duress and where the wait was about 5 hours. I called AFC and they not only set realistically expectations but the staff was friendly, empathetic and professional. My Real Estate Company had a case of covid at our Holiday party and I wanted a test as a precaution. It was a great feeling to know there are still good people in this world. I would highly recommend AFC to anyone and did right then to my colleagues who may have also been exposed.

What a pleasant and efficient experience. Greeted upon arrival by Serena who helped me with the paperwork and quickly checked me into the system. The technician was gentle with the swab for Covid test and Megan happily gave me my negative results. She even thanked me for being proactive with testing while I was feeling good. It’s the Holiday season, why not make sure you are healthy before seeing friends and family. When it’s this easy and a pleasure you have no excuse!

Simple process, especially with pre-registering online. Since we pre-registered check in was a breeze. Took about 1.5 hours from arrival to appointment completion. Lobby was pretty empty when we arrived and we were called back to a room quickly, but turned out there were patients in the other back rooms hence the wait. Probably smarter to do it this way to have less people congregating, just dont get your hopes up for a super quick visit if you dont see others in the lobby.

I went in to be tested for Covid. I was greeted very politely and seen very quickly. Kate did an awesome job administering the test and was very, very gentle as she saw I was nervous. She was very cordial as well. Dr. Kelly was just as cordial and kindly answered all my questions. Great experience for a not so great reason to be there.

Staff was amazing, the doctor was very informative, I even had a patient coordinator and care personnel come and talk to me to make sure my forms were correct and make sure everything was in order. There were a couple of tests that they were not able to do and we’re very informative about where to go to get the proper testing but were able to perform all of the rest of what I needed to have performed. Staff was very wonderful and greeted me, treated me as a true patient, and I would recommend this urgent care

The staff here were the nicest group of people Ive had the pleasure of being around in a long time. They got me signed in and seen almost immediately. I came in thinking my 3 year old son had broken his wrist and they dealt with my overdramatic behavior with kindness and no judgments even tho there was of course absolutely nothing wrong with him. I would recommend this facility to anyone. They are wonderful with children.

I scheduled my appointment over the phone and the procedure was simple to follow. The staff is professional and courteous and the wait time is much better than I expected. I also received a detailed consultation with the doctor, which I appreciated. BTW with most urgent care facilities you receive a print out and your on your way.

I saw Hunter and liked him immediately. He sounded like he knew what he was talking about. He listened and answered all my questions and he came back when I had more questions. And I am a veteran and they worked with me at the front desk to connect me with the VA so I didnt have to pay the $40 co-pay. Instead, it went to the VA to pay. It is my 2nd time there and I am very impressed with them and how they do business.
