MCRM Fertility

Our experience with MCRM Fertility was exceptional. We were honestly sad to move over to my OB after graduating after the 10 week pregnant mark. Id love to have my whole prenatal care with MCRM if I could. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and personable, and the facility is very clean and cozy-- a lot less hospital-y than most. I am grateful for the MCRM in helping us to achieve a positive pregnancy test. I am now 24 weeks pregnant with our first child, a baby girl on the way. I strongly recommend MCRM for anyone else needing fertility/reproductive assistance.

I am beyond grateful for the amazing team at MCRM Fertility. Every visit we felt welcomed and comfortable. They took the time to make sure all questions were answered, made us feel at ease, and were always quick to respond by phone or on the portal. I can’t thank Dr. Alexander, Kay, and Maggie enough for being incredible to work with and giving us the most incredible gift of life. We can’t wait to meet our little blessing.

Thank you MCRM for having a staff that is so kind and so knowledgeable. It really makes the processes your patients go through so much easier. I will always be so grateful that I found MCRM, there is no other facility and team that I think would have been a better match for my husband and I during this process. Doctor Alexander makes things so easy to understand and it is amazing to have her do the ultrasounds so that she can explain everything in real time. Even when we found issues with my body and discovered IVF was the only way forward she was very positive and always provided hope and answers to every question. And I know the other doctors are just as amazing as the people who recommended MCRM to my husband and I each had the other two doctors. The financial team is also amazing, they explain everything so that you understand the costs and are available whenever you have questions. And the nursing staff is so great in the office and when you have to reach out for questions. I truly love the MCRM team, everyone I come in contact with there is so positive, knowledgeable, and understanding.

Our experience with MCRM was wonderful. We were always treated with respect and professionalism. Dr. Alexander and her staff went above and beyond, it was hard to officially graduate but was bitter sweet. We were fortunate to conceive without IVF but went through all the tests and diagnostics there. We got all our questions answered and found out on why we weren’t conceiving as easily. Everyone there is responsive and courteous. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed everything at MCRM. Staff was always great to us, kind, and was always there to answer and questions we had. The only thing we disliked was the fact we did not have a “personal” experience. We saw our doctor twice and those were for procedures. Our doctor would walk right past us when she saw us at the clinic and not say a word to us. Maggie the ultrasound tech gave us that personal experience and we are forever grateful for the relationship we gained with her. Maggie was the only one to hug us and be sentimental when we graduated from the clinic.

I found out I had PCOS and needed some additional help getting pregnant. After a few rounds of treatments we got the best news ever! The staff are all nice and Dr. Alexander and nurse Kay were patient and encouraging and happily answered all our questions. Now we are a very happy family. We are glad we went to MCRM!

Great place and the people are genuinely there for you and support you. We came from a previous infertility clinic where we just felt like we were at an assembly line. I loved Dr. Alring He was so patient he even drew diagrams for us at our meetings. The nursing staff is so kind and they are gentle. There was one time I was crying right before a procedure because I had gotten the same procedure at the other infertility clinic and the nurse walked in and asked what was wrong and I told her that I was scared because the last time it hurt really bad and she took her time with me and I felt hardly no pain.

I couldnt have asked for a better place to achieve successful IVF. The atmosphere is very inviting and the staff are warm and caring. Dr. Alexander truly cares for her patients and will do what it takes to achieve success. Their response time for communication is quick and Ive never felt my questions were unanswered. MCRM truly makes you feel important and prepared. I will recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a fertility clinic.

MCRM is such a wonderful fertility practice! I was extremely nervous about moving forward with fertility procedures (no one truly wishes to go through them after all), but MCRM put me at ease from day one! From the warm and friendly receptionist to the nurses to the doctors, even the billing department, everyone has this true care and compassion about their patients and you dont feel like just a number. I worked with MCRM for over a year going through multiple fertility procedures and eventually becoming pregnant through IVF with my little embryo that could! I couldnt be happier with the experience I had with MCRM and would recommend them to anyone!

We had a great experience with MCRM. We were having trouble conceiving and they helped guide us in the right direction. We are now expecting a beautiful baby girl in the fall! We can’t thank this clinic enough for helping us.

We had an amazing experience at MCRM. We were always treated with respect and compassion, from the receptionists to the nurses and doctors. Our transfer with Dr Aubuchon was successful and we’re expecting in April. We plan to come back as soon as we can to do another transfer for baby #2. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. We were always in and out for appointments and we always looked forward to seeing the staff. Jenn R, Alex, and Maggie were 3 who I had the most contact with and I still miss interacting with them! Jenn R could tell I was panicking going into my retrieval and she held my hand and stayed right by me. Alex has provided so much comfort to my anxious, worrying mind. Maggie was understanding and accommodating with my medical anxiety and my initial stress surrounding the ultrasounds and she was always in a great mood with a smile on her face. I highly recommend MCRM to anyone looking into fertility treatment.

We love MCRM! We really wanted a second baby, but found out that I have poor egg quality. We ended up using MCRM’s Matching Miracles program and we couldn’t be happier with our decision! Dr. Ahlering is so caring and kind and everyone on staff is so helpful and supportive. Shawnie made finding an egg donor pretty stress-free ( as stress-free as IVF can be at least.) our whole team was so educated, organized, and very caring! I would recommend MCRM to anyone having trouble conceiving. We graduated last week and I’ll be 11 weeks on Friday. We are so grateful for the opportunity to grow our family and we couldn’t have done it without God and our amazing team at MCRM!

The people who walked us through our journey were all amazing people who are great at what they do. Dr. Aubuchon, Katie in finance, Tye blood labs, Maggie ultrasound, Theresa in Embryology, Manda and Alex who coordinated with me throughout the process, we are beyond thankful for you all. This process is unlike anything I ever imagined, but it was doable and not as hard as I thought it would be because MCRM helped me stay positive and helped us be prepared with every step. Most of the correspondence is through the portal once you get started in the process vs phone calls, which at first I was uneasy about, BUT I found it helpful because I would need to reference those emails for instructions over and over again when second guessing myself. Dr. Aubuchon met with us in her office on multiple occasions to answer all of our questions. I had little to no wait times to be seen for all of appointments and I was never rushed in them. I had the best ultrasounds with nurses and correspondence with coordinators who got excited with me to see progress. We had tough moments of results too and I always felt supported and hopeful after talking it through. Shout out to Tye who does blood draws. Those are not fun, at times frequent, and she knows that and will get you in and out quickly. She is the only person on the planet who can successfully get to my tiny veins in one poke. Everyone here is pros at what they do. Today was my last ultrasound before being handed back over to my OB at 10 weeks pregnant. I will miss having all of my appointments with the MCRM staff. If you are struggling with infertility this is by far the best place you can be! Dr. Alexander is the best! She always had a plan and if something didn’t work she had another plan to try. You will get the best care from the staff also. They have nurse coordinators that are there to answer questions or help with anything at all hours. I would recommend this place to anyone. Put your trust in MCRM and you will not be disappointed.

MCRM has been a blessing to our family. With the dedication of their staff and personalization, we’ve been successful now with two pregnancy. As I hope they continue to help all other families trying to build theirs MCRM has been exactly what we need! We traveled back and forth and they’re very accommodating to the time frame. The emotional and physical roller coaster growing a family has they are your biggest supporters. With finding a coordinator to work one on one with you to helping you through med class and every step along the way their professionalism and commitment is something they strive towards in being successful!

I sit here holding our perfect 2 month old baby boy all thanks to Dr. Alexander and the staff at MCRM in St. Louis. After conceiving very quickly with our daughter, it was so disheartening when trying for our second became difficult. We started with another clinic in STL, but the process was stressful and the experience was not personal. Everything changed when we met Dr. Alexander. She is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive and caring. She is the most thorough doctor I’ve met with. She really takes her time to get to know your needs and provided such great care for me. I got to see her for all of my ultrasounds and she was always available to answer any questions in great detail. She goes above and beyond.We got pregnant on our first IUI with Dr. Alexander! I cannot thank her, Nurse Kay, and everyone at MCRM enough for helping us complete our family. I highly recommend Dr. Alexander and MCRM for anyone struggling with fertility. I will forever be thankful to her!

It is so hard to believe how far we have come. We originally started with another fertility clinic and had multiple bad experiences including rude and unprofessional personnel, poor explanations of care and felt like we hardly had any decisions in our care. This lead us to switch to MCRM and we could not have made a better decision! I highly recommend MCRM to any individual seeking fertility assistance- do it right the first time and save yourself some money and time! From the small things like a comforting lobby to the big things like compassionate and caring staff- we received excellent care during our IVF and transfer procedures. We were prepared and educated well by Dr. Alexander, Maggie, Manda and all of the nurse coordinators and staff and they were always quick to answer any questions we had. It is clear to see that the personnel at MCRM enjoy what they do and are invested in their patients journeys. Such a life changing experience and we are so incredibly appreciative!

I did a IVF egg retrieval at the Missouri clinic. I live in Tulsa. I was able to get a hotel 2 minutes away. The facility is easy to fine. Suite 101 is right inside the door. I checked in with the receptionist and was taken back to the holding area quickly. The area is a curtain with a hospital recliner and a bench. My mom went with me and stayed in this room until I was done. Everyone was very nice and explained everything before I went back. They were also very through about my restrictions after. I did not have any nausea or pain after. I took one dose of ibuprofen for mild cramping but didnt need anything after that. Overall I liked this clinic they were very nice and professional.

MCRM helped us conceive after a missed miscarriage and a blood clotting disorder diagnosis. We loved Kay (IUI coordinator) and Maggie (ultrasound technician) especially. They have a beautiful and clean space, and we were always treated well. We love MCRM!

Dr. Ahlering and the staff at MCRM have been nothing short of amazing since our first visit. They helped make our dream of having a family come true. It’s been 2 years since our first visit and we have the sweetest little girl and are currently pregnant with our second baby (boy). We are so thankful they were recommended to us.

I enjoyed working with this facility. The entire team was very warm and welcoming from the start. They were very professional, and I felt confident in their plan the entire time. Thankfully, we got the outcome we wanted, and I would recommend anyone to this facility.

MCRM was our third clinic after multiple failures and losses. They BLEW US AWAY with how attentive and caring everyone was. We didn’t feel like just another number with them. The clinic itself is top notch and I always felt super comfortable. We saw complaints about lack of communication, but we never experienced this. After almost 4 years of trying, we’re finally 12+ weeks pregnant with our miracle baby girl! Thank you, Dr Aubuchon and MCRM!

After 8 years of trying to conceive with no luck, My husband and I started our journey to start a family with another fertility clinic. The clinic where we started our journey made us feel very uncomfortable. We felt negative and very hopeless. We decided maybe having kids wasn’t meant to be and that we were going to wait a couple more years. At the End of 2022 we wanted to try again and decided to start our journey at MCRM after hearing amazing things. We were very nervous and hesitant to start our new journey with MCRM. That was one of the best decisions we ever made. From our very first appointment to our last we felt so welcomed, comforted, cared for, and loved. Every single person we came into contact treated us like family and were so sweet and so helpful. Through out the whole process everyone was so positive which makes it so much easier for me to stay positive and hopeful. We got pregnant one our first FET! We absolutely love MCRM! We can not recommend them enough. Thank you Dr. Aubuchon for helping us start our little family!

My wife and I had struggled with infertility for several years. We are now expecting a little girl in January after 3 rounds of IUI with MCRM. The entire team was welcoming, kind, patient and caring. Dr Alexander, Kay, Maggie, Leigh, Lisa, and everybody else in the office made this tough journey easier by being so kind and helpful. Could not recommend them enough.

My husband and I tried for years to get pregnant. We went to MCRM where I was diagnosed with PCOS. It was nice having doctors listen and not just tell me my issues were related to my weight. We had an IUI but was unsuccessful. About a year later my husband and I were ready to try again. This time I received more medication, that ultimately lead to my beautiful baby being born last week. At the beginning of my pregnancy I couldnt get into an OBGYN until I would have been 12 weeks. MCRM continued to see me until I was able to get into my normal OB.The staff is super friendly and understanding of frustrations, and special needs considering I lived 2 hours away.I also expected to pay out the nose, but it ultimately wasnt too bad. Keep in mind though that medications can be expensive. After every appointment in the beginning someone from their financial services department would call and see if I had questions.Im not sure if we will have another child, or even if we will need fertility help, but if we do I will be going back.

MCRM will always have a special place in our hearts. Dr. Ahlering, Shawnie, Lauren, & the rest of the phenomenal MCRM staff helped us create our perfect little family, & we are forever grateful. IVF is a stressful and overwhelming process no matter which clinic you choose. But we never questioned our decision to work with MCRM. There was never any doubt that they always had our best interests at heart, and they did so by making us feel important, welcome, & reassured. Our family can’t sing MCRM’s praises enough, & we hope your experience is the same. Choosing MCRM to help build your family is a decision you’ll never regret!

MCRM exceeded our expectations. The staff is professional, extremely welcoming, and they genuinely care. MCRM is a hidden gem and the staff takes a lot of Pride in all that they do. You can rest easy knowing all your questions will be addressed. We never ever felt left in the dark. As far as the facility goes, they have top of the line equipment. The business is kept extremely clean, neat, and very organized. They also provide an array of classes to suite your needs. We are very happy with MCRM. Keep up the good work!

We had a great experience at MCRM fertility. Dr. Aubuchon and her staff were friendly and welcoming and it made me look forward to my appointments! MCRM is an incredible fertility clinic. I was searching for a clinic that would be able to see us quickly because where I live there are waitlists of a year or more. I’m not getting any younger so timeliness was of great importance. MCRM was able to schedule a consultation within days of my first call. Driving three hours one way became my fate and boy was it worth it. This clinic handled everything quickly, professionally and with great detail. I definitely felt like my IVF rounds were tailored to my specific needs. Dr. Alexander and Nicole (nurse coordinator) were always available and responded to my messages same day. The day I found out the first round didn’t work Dr. Alexander made herself available to talk things through and come up with a plan to help the second round be more successful. Well, she nailed it as I am now almost done with my first trimester and we couldn’t be more grateful. This team cares about you every step of the way and I cannot recommend them enough!!

Our experience at MCRM was great. The office staff was always friendly and welcoming, our IVF coordinator was helpful, and Dr. Aubuchon was amazing. She took the time to truly listen, answered endless questions for us, and was always compassionate. Because of MCRM we are now expecting our miracle twins. I highly recommend MCRM!

My husband and I had been to two different fertility clinics prior to MCRM and each time we had a good reason to leave, until we found MCRM, and though we had to drive 14 hours back and forth for each visit, we had every reason to stay with them. From reception, to coordination to Doctors’ care the staff at MCRM has been exceptional. We felt like home with each visit, and the quality of care was always top notch. Thank you MCRM for helping us grow our family.

We saw Dr. Aubuchon and not only was she very knowledgeable and clearly an expert in her field, but she treated us with respect and humanity which was not something we felt at our previous clinic. We had gone through a ectopic pregnancy and multiple chemical pregnancies. She outlined our options and actually gave us options instead of just “straight to IVF!”. We did several diagnostic tests and she recommended several supplements-we were lucky enough to conceive on our own but felt very confident in our plan if things had not been successful. The staff in the office is fabulous and always make you feel like they are rooting for you! We would recommend Dr. Aubuchon!

We absolutely love MCRM. We have gone through IVF twice and completed a frozen embryo transfer with Dr. Ahlering. The coordinators, nurses, doctors are all incredible. They explain everything so thoroughly and make you feel at ease with the processes. We will forever recommend MCRM to families.

Update: Just before our 1 year mark with MCRM, we got our BFP! Through extensive testing, 3 rounds of IUI, one very difficult retrieval (my body did not like stims at all), 2 rounds of PGT-A testing, and - finally - a successful FET, the nurses, staff, and doctors have been invaluable. Every person we interacted with was an absolute blessing, and I can’t speak highly enough of this clinic!Original review: MCRM has been amazing from the jump. Everyone in the office is knowledgeable, supportive, and they’re just cool people!At our initial consultation, Dr. Aubuchon took time to go over both of our health histories in depth, explained every test we would be taking. At appointment 2, she went over what the results, what our options were, and suggested a plan based on our test results that we 100% agreed with - and we understood WHY because she had explained everything so well.We are on cycle 2 right now, and our fertility coach, Kay, has been so awesome. She is lightning fast to respond to messages sent through the portal and always takes the time necessary to make sure we’re fully taken care of. I could go on forever about all of the employees we love, but it really would end up being a list of the entire staff.If you are struggling to conceive, MCRM is highly recommended!

I had a long, long road with Mcrm. Over 14 months of treatments, IUIs and IVF, and ended up switching to another clinic. I do not recommend this clinic for many reasons:-poor communication. They would wait until 6 pm to send instructions and wouldn’t respond to messages for days. Even after I complained it didn’t make a difference.-they overcharge - my clinic now bills insurance and I pay HALF of what I was paying out of pocket at MCRM for a transfer-their scheduling is awful. They batch people into rounds claiming it’s better but then they use it as an excuse for why they don’t communicate well-they are dismissive. they told me I could go back to work the day after my retrieval. It hurt to walk for almost a week. When I messaged my nurse how much pain I was in, she said it was “normal”.. During my second retrieval I had a different nurse give me meds to help calm everything down from overstimulating everything. Why wasn’t that an option the first time? It could have saved me a lot of pain.-Dr. Ahlering doesn’t care… they don’t explain things. Why a financial counselor was helping me make clinical decisions is beyond me. We decided to make embryos from frozen eggs which I found out from my new clinic was not the right decision at all. But how was I supposed to know? And I made that decision with zero input from the doctor.-after my first embryo transfer failed and I did a consult with Dr. Ahlering, he gave zero explanation. He said “sometimes it just happens and it doesn’t work”… he didn’t give me any options or try to figure out why it didn’t work. His suggestion was to go into another transfer. The appointment lasted 10 minutes and I immediately started seeking out a new clinic.Please just save yourself the trouble and avoid this place. This was my experience during three rounds of IUIs and two rounds of IVF. I’ll never go back and I’m so glad I left.

We came to MCRM after struggling to conceive for a few years. They were so thorough and really took the time to discuss our options with us. They offered such a space for us to talk this process out in a judgement free zone. We are expecting our first and are 33 weeks pregnant! Our baby boy is due in February! I am beyond grateful this space and staff were brought into our lives. 🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵

It has taken me a while to be able to write this because I don’t know if it is possible to accurately put into words how grateful I am for this office. My ivf journey, like so many others, was not an easy road to navigate. My team was always there for me, including everyone else in the office. My questions and concerns were always met with well thought out responses and I felt as though they were fighting with me every step of the way. I am forever grateful for every single person there who helped us through our journey.

I cannot recommend MCRM enough. I first met with Leslie and she made me feel so welcomed and confident. I left my first appointment knowing I was in good hands, and I had made the right decision by choosing MCRM. With my previous doctor, different medications were thrown at me, and I didn’t feel like I was receiving individualized care. At MCRM I know they worked hard to develop a plan just for me! After figuring out the best treatment/medication for us, we are now pregnant! We are so thankful for the team!

Dr. Alexander was FANTASTIC! We loved working with her so much and she made the process of starting our family so much easier than we had ever expected! She is so knowledgeable and explained everything so thoroughly our first appointment. After we began treatment she kept in touch with me regularly to see how things were going and went above and beyond with reaching out to me about updates and information that I had briefly mentioned in passing. I would recommend MCRM to anyone looking for help with starting a family, and especially Dr. Alexander!

I can’t say enough about MCRM, they were recommended to us by two friends and they far surpassed our expectations, not only from the incredible care we received but they treated us like we were their top priority at all times. My husband and I had a uniquely challenging situation emotionally, we had lost our son and since his passing were not able to have children on our own. The staff at MCRM was always incredibly gracious and patient with me with my questions and concerns and made what would have been a really challenging time both exciting and enjoyable. I could go on for pages on how fantastic our experience was without even mentioning that we are expecting this year because of the incredible work that MCRM does. They have given me a child and most importantly hope.

After years with another clinic in town and heartbreak and failure, we decided to seek another opinion with MCRM Fertility. Dr. Mira Aubuchon and the staff (especially Keri Turin and Capri Vita, my coordinator) at the medical center office are wonderful . They were an answer to our prayers. Im currently pregnant after our first round of IVF and second transfer. I am so grateful to MCRM and cant wait to visit when my second daughter arrives in a few months. Dont waste time with other doctors. MCRM has the best success rates and will do everything to make your dreams come true without wasting time and money.

MCRM is amazing and has helped our family grow. After 12 years of struggling to conceive, 1 failed IUI and 3 failed IVF at another clinic, we are so happy to have found the support, knowledge, expertise in MCRM. The staff, nurses, lab tech, and Dr Aubuchon provided the best care and were always available to answer any questions. I feel like the clinic does a good job at staying current on REI practices. The clinic is very nice and I always felt comfortable. I absolutely recommend MCRM and plan on utilizing their services again soon.

Our experience with MCRM was wonderful. Our coordinator, Shawnie, was so informative and answered all the million questions I had with ease. The entire staff was so kind and really cared about us as people. Infertility is not a fun journey to walk but when you have great people guiding you through it, it sure makes it a lot easier. We had the best experience with Dr. Alexander and the entire staff at MCRM. Every single person was great to work with - easy to get appointments quickly - in and out of appointments fast. the whole team was knowledgeable, caring, and they were always communicating next steps so clearly. Truly appreciate them all so much and could not recommend them more.

MCRM was fantastic! Everyone was so caring and thoughtful. They were well organized, accommodating, punctual, and very responsive whenever we had questions or concerns. We really felt that Dr. Alexander and all of the MCRM staff had our best interests at heart. We are so grateful for MCRM and will definitely come back if needed for a future pregnancy.

We are so thankful for MCRM Fertility! Me and my partner were lucky enough to get pregnant on first try, but it didnt go perfect. I was an emotional wreck and we were scared of the unknown. MCRMs team was great and so helpful when we had questions and concerns. We had to drive 3 hours to get to the clinic each time and their team always kept that in mind. Dr. Aubuchon was wonderful and I couldnt recommend her enough! She was patient and so open with us. We were treated like any other couple trying to start a family.

Overall, I would recommend MCRM. They helped me to get pregnant twice, and once I was pregnant, they took very good care of me. The ultrasound technicians were thoughtful, kind, and knowledgeable. The only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is sometimes I felt like I wasn’t a priority as a patient while trying to get pregnant. I think the coaches have too many patients to dedicate as much time to each one.

I just recently had an IUI procedure done here, & the staff is phenomenal!!! I can find enough words to describe the excellence about the Tulsa MCRM facility and staff. I was nervous to be expected, but both Allison & Leslie alleviated my nerves with their positive energy. Leslie explained everything fully before we started including post instructions which answered all of questions I had in my head. She talked me through the entire procedure, & I left feeling very confident as I awaited my results. Leslie & Allison both communicate in a respectful professional timely manner. All around this experience has been amazing since day one!!! I couldn’t be happier with choosing MCRM Fertility Tulsa. Thank you!!

From the moment you walk into the MCRM Tulsa office - you can tell this will be a different kind of experience. You are more than just a patient at MCRM, you become family. From the front desk coordinator all the way up to the doctors themselves, everyone at MCRM is there to cheer you on. MCRM really takes the time to get to know YOU, and creates a plan around that - rather than the standard cookie cutter approach many fertility clinics follow. Everyone there goes above and beyond to make sure you feel cared for, understood, confident, and excited for your journey. Dr. Ahlering never made us feel rushed. He took time to answer all of our questions and concerns, and is not only very knowledgeable in his field, but you can see his passion as well. Leslie King is the main nurse practitioner we saw in the Tulsa office and she is AMAZING. She made everything so easy, always took the time to answer any questions, and is hands down the best nurse practitioner we have ever had the pleasure of working with. This journey is already hard enough on its own, MCRM takes the stress and anxiety away - making sure everyone feels confident about their own path. Id give them 6 out of 5 stars if it was possible. They are in a league of their own when it comes to fertility care!

Dr Alexander and the entire staff at MCRM were amazing throughout our entire journey! They were very supportive and always willing to answer any questions we had. I loved the open communication and being informed of every step throughout. We are so thankful for all of their help!

My husband and I absolutely love MCRM and all the staff. Dr. Aubuchon was our saving grace after a horrific experience somewhere else. Dr. Aubuchon always had a plan even when I was ready to give up, she could always see the light at the end of the tunnel. I cant express enough how wonderful our experience has been with MCRM Fertility. Our fertility journey started with another clinic and did not go well. We had 2 failed IVF cycles with the other clinic, so we decided to try MCRM when they were recommended to us by another doctor. Dr. Aubuchon and her team provided my wife, Katie, and I with a totally different experience than what we had before. The methodology, and technology used in our fertility process was based on the latest and best information available. The staff was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and easy to communicate with. We had our first embryo transfer a few months ago with MCRM Fertility and we are 3 and a half months pregnant with a boy! We had a very good experience with MCRM. They did a good job of explaining things from the beginning, and the staff was generally very courteous. On occasion we had a little mix-up with instructions on medication. However, despite these two times of miscommunication, we felt that the clinic was competent and caring. Certainly Dr. Ahlering was very kind and clear. In the end, we were able to get pregnant. While no clinic has complete control over that, MCRM seemed to do all that was recommended and wise to bring this to pass. We havent delivered yet, but when we were released from MCRMs care our goal had been met. Were forever grateful!

My husband and I were referred to MCRM back in 2018 due to multiple miscarriages and the inability to get pregnant again. Everyone we spoke with was amazing and friendly. Dr. Ahlering explained things very well for us, and laid out our options. We had our first son in 2019 thanks to them! And then we returned in December of 2020 and had our second son in 2021 thanks to them!

Anyone going through this process has already faced many emotions and tons of questions! One thing that we greatly appreciated during our treatment at MCRM was the availability of the staff. Everything went very smoothly. Laura NP was AMAZING and called me with every concerned I would message her about. Everyone was so welcoming and kind in the office. Our entire experience at MCRM has been nothing short of amazing from our first consultation with Dr. Ahlering to the birth of our first IVF miracle! We felt comfortable, welcomed, and hopeful that we would be successful upon our initial consultation. Dr. Ahlering is so compassionate and caring - you can tell he truly cares about each of his patients individually. Our coordinators for our retrieval and transfer were easy to get in touch with for questions and reassurance. The process was much less stressful than I anticipated as we felt supported by our team every step of the way. I was a patient of Dr. Ahlering’s and he has a fantastic bedside manor. In fact all of the staff at MCRM are wonderful and made me feel welcome. My IUI coordinator Jen R. And IVF coordinator Lindsay V. were both fantastic! Each of them played their part in getting me my rainbow baby that I’m currently 16 weeks pregnant with! I highly recommend this clinic, they’ll make you feel at home.

Every individual I met or spoke with ar MCRM is amazing. I was never rushed, they take the time to explain everything, and are pretty flexible in scheduling as well. I highly recommend this clinic. I drove 45 minutes to the clinic, but it was worth the drive each time for the care and attention I received.

I was scheduling as a new patient. I have a very busy schedule and MCRM and I played phone tag for 2 weeks. When you call you can only get a voicemail. They call back when it’s convenient for them. You can request to get a call at 12 over voicemail but then they call you at 11:32am. I need a clinic that i can call and talk to someone that fits in my busy schedule. I need to be able to call and talk to a person not a voicemail every time. They seemed nice over their voicemails but I’m giving a 1 star for scheduling communication. I think they might have better communication when you are established but Im going with another clinic where I feel my time is more valued as a new patient.

MCRM has made our dreams of starting a family come true. I was skeptical about even meeting with a fertility clinic, but my husband was persistent that we did. I am so glad I finally listened to him. Our meeting with Dr. A was so encouraging. He suggested we start with IUI. Leslie was SO great. She was encouraging and optimistic. We were very blessed to have IUI work the first time we tried. The entire staff is amazing. I will always be grateful for every single person at this clinic. We can’t wait to welcome our little babe in February.

I could not recommend MCRM more. I have used them twice and have had great results. I do not think I would be so lucky with anywhere else. Every person who works there is extremely nice and they have the best doctors and nurses.

We struggled with infertility for 4 years before we found Doctor Ahlering. We had started at another clinic in Tulsa and just didn’t feel like we were in the right place. The moment we met Dr. Alhering was the first time we felt there was hope! He is extremely professional, while still having a friendly, family feel personality. He is very caring and really knows his stuff. We didn’t feel like a number, we knew that he truly wanted to see us become parents. He answered all of our questions with patience and understanding. Every interaction, procedure, and exam he made me feel comfortable and always explained what he was doing and why! He helped us form a plan that fit our situation, which led to our miracle girl :). I also would like to mention that behind every great Doctor is a great staff! Every single person I have dealt with at MCRM has been an absolute joy. Everybody from staff scheduling our first appointment, to the team at our retrieval, to the staff at the Tulsa office that we saw weekly. We just couldn’t be happier with our choice to become apart of the MCRM family. I will be recommending them to anyone and everyone I know going through the struggles of infertility. We feel so blessed to have found Dr. Alhering, and will be forever grateful for what he has done for us.

We chose not to do IVF here for unrelated reasons but have been doing monitoring at this clinic. Overall, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Front desk and nursing staff are kind and helpful. Doctors are very informative. Unfortunately, the phlebotomist has a horrible attitude and acts like youre an inconvenience to her day (and online shopping). Showing a little compassion seems to be beyond her even though her place of business is centered around people who are going through a difficult time. If I did it again, Id get my labs done elsewhere.

MCRM gave me hope and assurance the first day I walked in the door. Dr. Ahlering was able to make me feel heard and understood. My coordinators communicated wonderfully and always answered anything and everything I had for them. The feeling of comfort MCRM helped give me in this process was invaluable.

My husband and I have been trying to start our family for over 2.5 years. We did one round of IVF at another clinic that ultimately failed. When trying to decide our next move, we researched MCRM at the recommendation of a friend who had success with Dr. Ahlering. We were impressed to see all the technology that MCRM had to offer that our previous clinic didn’t, including enhanced sperm selection methods and EmbryoScope video monitoring. To our delight we were able to get an appointment with Dr. Ahlering very quickly. My experience with MCRM was amazing! It took us 8 IUIs through other fertility clinics to get pregnant with our first child. We were referred to MCRM and got pregnant with the first IUI! Every person that works there is genuine and was patient when I would ask a lot of questions! It was the best experience!

Deceitful, money hungry and careless people. The doctor didn’t want to do enough ultrasounds and assumed when I would be ready for retrieval… and he was wrong! Also suggested a treatment course that every other doctor we consulted said was the worst way anyone could go take. The billing person gave us one pricing and after we signed paperwork and started treatment changed pricing about the next steps… Go somewhere else.

My husband and I had a fantastic experience at MCRM!! Their staff was there every step of the way and I loved that we had a nurse coordinator to help us through each step and be our contact person for any questions :) We are 13 weeks pregnant with our MCRM baby and so grateful for them and Dr. Ahlering!!

LOVE Dr. Alexander!!!! The lady that draws your blood for each appointment at the Chesterfield location had A LOT to be desired, she was awful and so rude every time I was there. Also did not care for my nurse coordinator. If I wasnt on top of receiving meds I would have not got them on time due to lack of communication from her on several accounts. Overall had a great experience.

We started our journey with MCRM in August of 2016. Knowing we needed to move forward with IVF after two failed IUI treatments at my OBs office, we were looking for a doctor with excellent bedside manners who was also passionate and knowledgable. We found all of those characteristics (and more) in Dr. Peter Ahlering.We started treatments in September of that year and did another round in January of 2017. Our first transfer was in March of 2017 and resulted in a pregnancy that brought my husband and I our two beautiful babies this past November.The staff at MCRM is empathic, thoughtful, and so hard-working. I never felt like a burden when I called to ask a million questions and they always eased my mind when I worried. IVF is incredible stressful, but working with MCRM made the process a bit easier for the worrier in me.Lindsay, my IVF coordinator, was incredible.MCRM does their best to use the most up to date technology while also keeping costs down, and their success rates are some of the best in the area. They provide each client with additional resources to help them through the process in a wholistic way, including patient support opportunities/events and linking to local resources like acupuncturists and counselors.I could go on and on about how they helped us navigate such a hard path, but I will end this review by saying this:If we decide to continue expanding our family, there is nowhere else Id do it and with no other team. Going to MCRM was the best decision we made when we decided to move forward with infertility treatments.

My husband and I highly recommend Dr Ahlering and MCRM! We went to Dr Ahlering after 4 failed ivf transfers at different clinic. At that time we were feeling very defeated in our ivf journey. However, Dr Ahlering spent so much time with us to learn what we had tried, and came up with a well thought out plan for us moving forward. I got pregnant through IVF with Dr Ahlering and I am forever greatful for him and his staff. It hasn’t been easy. To be honestly it is a rough journey for us and I wish I went to Dr Ahlering in the first place. We have to travel 4 hours down and 4 hour back and it is totally worth it.We got pregnant on our first IVF transfer and now I am pregnant with twins. And I am 22 weeks now.I would say He is the best RE in Missouri . At least he cares most and has the best bed side manners too. MCRM Fertility made our experience so easy! They have a way of making something that has felt so unattainable for so long seem possible! My husband and I have been with the clinic for a month now. I’m so happy we chose this clinic and Dr. Ahlering. We were referred to the clinic from a few friends that also went to see Dr. Ahlering. After running all the tests we could (following multiple miscarriages) with our regular OB/GYN she referred us to MCRM and Dr. Aubuchon. Such a wonderful place! They made me feel welcome and comfortable. Unlike my first consult with a different fertility clinic, Dr Ahlering made me did not make me feel ashamed for being overweight and being on anti-depressants. The entire experience was absolutely the best.I started my consult in June 2019. I went thru IVF and had 2 transfers. The 2nd transfer stuck and I am now 15 weeks pregnant! The team works miracles!

My husband and I have had quite the journey with unexplained infertility. My husband had a Vasectomy reversal done in 2015. Regular tests and analysis were preformed. Everything worked and we were Ecstatic! We were going to finally have a family! Well a year and a half of trying on our own, we just couldn’t figure it out. Frustrated we started searching for help. A friend referred us to MCRM, did all our research and felt MCRM was our best fit, even though it wasn’t close to our home. The first 2 years on and off we tried on our own still with medication boost. We are now 3.5 years down the road and still no family. We both get tested again. Everything is great, still unexplained infertility. So we move on to try IUI, we had 3 failed IUI rounds. Took another break, here we are at year 5, finally decided to bite the bullet and try IVF. Our first round of IVF was successful! Dr. Ahlering and our coordinator Christina were part of our entire journey from beginning to end. We couldn’t be more thankful for them and everything they have given us! We are currently 12 weeks pregnant with our first child. We own everything to Dr.A and Christina and the MCRM team!! Best choice of our lives!

Avoid this place else you will end up paying them for the huge bills they send you for no gain. The finance team here is hopeless. They dont provide details but ensure to send you huge bills and collect money for no gain at the end.

Our story begins after two ectopic pregnancies we were finally ready to conceive using the IVF process at MCRM. We found the staff, nurses and doctors so caring, knowledgeable and beyond helpful. I cannot express how absolutely satisfied I am with the treatment of Dr. Ahlering and the entire staff at MCRM. The doctors, nurses and staff are wonderful at MCRM in Chesterfield. I have had 3 IUIs and am in the process of IVF. Over many months I have felt supported and loved by this team. I truly could not have kept moving forward without such kind and hopeful people working with me.

My husband and I have been on our fertility journey for 4 years and were previously with a different fertility specialist in our area. After 3 failed IVF transfers and various tests, we heard about Dr. Ahlering from a friend and decided to look into him. Our experience so far has been absolutely wonderful and really feel Dr. Ahlering is a blessing to us. He is very thorough in his conversations with you (especially if you have had a failed transfer) and he makes plenty of time for you to answer all of your questions in depth. The staff at MCRM are so kind, caring, and make you feel like you are a priority with their prompt responses to your questions. One major positive change for us was their use of technology and seeing patients that are out of town. I realize technology isn’t always the most important thing, but their patient portal is so helpful in communication with Dr. Ahlering and his nurses and makes it very easy throughout the day. It is awesome that we only have to travel up there one time during the cycle and everything else is done here in town. Everything from having your own fertility coach to Dr. Ahlering’s constant research and desire to learn more about how to help you achieve a successful pregnancy all set him far above other fertility doctors.

Dr. Peter Ahlering and all of the staff at MCRM is outstanding! After MANY struggles with infertility, we went to see Dr. Ahlering feeling a little hopeless. Wed tried so many things with other doctors and never had success. We were feeling very discouraged and trying to cope with the fact that being parents just may not be in the cards for us.From the first minute I called Dr. Ahlerings office, I immediately felt a sense of relief and hope! They were all so accommodating and truly sincere. Were now 28 weeks pregnant with a baby girl and we could not have done this without the help of Dr. Ahlering and the staff at MCRM.

Very clean, inviting office and friendly staff. The doctors are very compassionate and have great bedside manner. I was under their care for a little over a year. The nursing staff/coordinators seemed a little overworked and during my first round of IVF there were a few miscommunications with my coordinator. The second round was much better. Overall it was a good experience.

I am happy to say that my story was a successful one with MCRM Fertility as I delivered a healthy baby boy in June. I came to Dr. Aubuchon after moving from across the country where I started my fertility journey. When she took me on as a patient, I was in the stages to prep for an IVF transfer as I did my egg retrieval in Arizona. From my first meeting with her to my last ultrasound, I experienced nothing but kindness, reassurance, and positivity. This clinic truly puts the patient first and everyone working here does an amazing job making you feel important and individualized. My IVF transfer visit was an unforgettable one (exactly one year ago yesterday) and I have MCRM to thank. Dr. Ahlering is the absolute best! He not only is kind, easy to talk to, honest and transparent, but he also does everything he can to make you feel comfortable. He has successfully given us b/g twins and I am now pregnant with our third child, a boy. I got pregnant on both tries- both were successful pregnancies.I love that he offered us the extra genetic testing on the embryos which I know created two successful transfers back to back.You cannot go wrong with choosing Dr. Ahlering and his staff to guide you through this journey!

MCRM is a great place for infertility treatment. My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Alhering for almost 2 years. In this period of time we have had many ups and downs but the staff at MCRM has been there with us the whole time. Everyone has treated us with respect and has always answered any and all questions we may have had. In the 2 years we have known MCRM they have made leaps and bounds in their treatments and technologies that they use for infertility. Also in this time they have made every attempt to make the journey easier and less expensive on traveling from Oklahoma. My biggest complaint is they are not located in Oklahoma which is a small complaint with all they do for their patients and spouses.All I can say is if you are looking for a great place to take the infertility journey with I would highly recommend MCRM.

MCRM was incredible and friendly throughout our entire process. The whole staff was great and answered any questions and helped with our journey. We got pregnant on our 2nd IUI attempt.

Dr. Ahlering is a very knowledgable and compassionate doctor. He spends a lot of time with patients. We traveled 5 hours to see him after disappointments closer to home. Totally worth traveling for the best! He uses the newest technology and spends a lot of time explaining everything. We had many long talks in the office and over the phone. We are expecting our miracle baby thanks to his expertise. Even though I have been released to my regular OB, we still keep in contact about my pregnancy. I will be forever grateful!

My husband and I were patients here at the MCRM fertility clinic in Tulsa, OK. I seriously can not say enough of this place. It is the best fertility clinic around and the friendliest people! My husband and I dealt with fertility issues for about 3 years and finally decided to find fertility clinic. If we wouldve known how great this clinic was and the issues we had fertility wise, we wouldve came to them way sooner then we did. They make you feel so welcomed on your first visit, and every single visit after. Prices are reasonable too. We enjoyed every visit during the IUI process/ultrasounds and especially talking to 2 of the girls. Leslie and Allison are my 2 favorite people there. I will miss them dearly!! This clinic cares so much for your needs/wants. They will try to do everything in their power to get you pregnant if your dealing with infertility! We never got to physically meet Dr Ahlering, just a phone chat to tell us we didnt need IVF but weve heard nothing but great things about him too!! I never thought it was possible for us. And then on our 3rd IUI cycle, it finally took! :) :) We cant be more happy and excited for our future! Please dont hesitate to go see them cuz you wont be disappointed! I cant be more positive about MCRM. I would highly reccomend calling today if you have any questions about your fertility, uncertainty about if its too soon or too late to call or just want someone to take the time to treat you like a person. I have so much trust in the care of the MCRM team! Not only is Dr. Ahlering professional and amazing at his job, but hes compassionate and takes the time you need and deserve. Beyond the doc, the staff there is nothing shy of impeccable. I feel respected and welcome in a very unknown future. You will not be disappointed. And on a positive note, its in a great area near food and shopping to help cheer you up if you need a little boost. You wont get better care anywhere else!

This has been a really enlightening experience. I had all my kids naturally and without any problems. Now that I am doing a surrogacy for someone I see all the details that need to be perfectly in place to be able to conceive and have a baby. This place and their staff manages everyones cycles and keeps in communication with me through phone calls, emails, and the patient portal. They are all very nice there. I had one failed transfer but they said it was most likely a bad embryo. Im looking forward to another transfer soon and the main goal of course is for the IP to have a healthy baby after all of this. Its been a really fun adventure so far and I get to come to St Louis and have fun after all of my visits so thats a plus. MCRM is recommended highly.

Im an acupuncturist who hears feedback on all the IVF clinics in STL from my clients, and I always hear good things from them about MCRM. Their IVF coordinators are wonderful to work with, and will help guide you through your fertility journey.

MCRM has the most supportive group of people I’ve ever met. Everyone goes above and beyond with everything they do. Beyond thankful for everyone who had a part in helping make our little family! Sad to be switching over to a regular OB soon.

Where do I start... I live in FL and was going to give up on our fertility journey due to 4 years and multiple dead ends or unexplained infertility. My sister researched the best fertility clinics in the US and one of which was MCRM. I said what the heck. Well after NUMEROUS rounds of tests, blood draws, and phone calls Dr. Aubuchon found TWO reasons we were unable to conceive. And I am OVER THE MOON to say we are pregnant with our baby girl and have two embryos frozen :) So, if you are looking for an INCREDIBLE clinic they are worth the drive or the flight and the money.Also, the clinic staff (EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM) are INCREDIBLE!!!

My doctor recommended IVF after several procedures and miscarriages. We met with Dr. Ahlering and he was very thorough and honest with us. He told us that I wasn’t a good candidate for IVF because he thought we could get pregnant and stay pregnant on our own. He performed a follow up procedure (one my doctor had done as well) and later that same month, we were pregnant. We had our son 3 weeks ago and I couldn’t be more thankful to Dr. Ahlering for his honesty. He could have very easily done IVF with us and we would’ve found some way to pay for it because we were desperate. Instead of easily making money off of our hope, he did what was medically necessary and was honest with us. I’m so thankful for his integrity and his knowledge.

Dr. Alhering and the MCRM staff have been nothing short of amazing and have been such a blessing to my husband and I. He is able to explain things, takes his time and truly knows his patients. Each staff member I have come into contact with has made me a priority. Dr. Alhering has the most up to date technologies and wants the best outcomes for his patients. I would not blink an eye to drive 24hrs, if I needed to. I have diminished ovarian reserve and my amh is .24. Many doctors wouldnt even be willing to take me on, but not Dr. Alhering. He has faith in this process and is willing to do what he can to make it happen. He is the BEST there is!!!

Not only did we get the end result that we hoped for because of MCRM Fertility, but they made the process as smooth as possible. There are endless reasons why I hold MCRM in the highest regard. While coming with cutting edge successful best practices with regards to infertility they provide an all around top-notch approach to caring for their patients. Im so grateful I came here first.

If you’re reading this review, it means that you’re fighting one of the hardest battles of your life. This journey is tough. But let me tell you, MCRM gets it. They have been my biggest cheerleaders and supporters. Dr. Ahlering is my 5th (and final) doctor on this journey, and we are beyond blessed to be in his care. Everyone at MCRM goes above and beyond to make sure our questions are answered (and I ask a lot of questions!!!) and that we are armed with everything we need to fight this battle. Don’t give up.

There was always miscommunication. They use a website portal to send messages, you can’t reply to the messages they send. The front desk staff was rude, I was always told by my coordinator when to come back, but never what all would be done, the front desk staff never knew why I was there. I had to make sure their Med dosing was correct because the calculations they gave & I double checked were inaccurate. I was correct in my dosing, but they wanted me to take the amount they told me. Dr Ahlering was very nice, but immediately wanted me to get IVF & when it didn’t work, he suggested egg donation. I have since received a 2nd opinion & hisboffice will not send my records to the new physician. The coordinator was great, she kept me informed & was always there for questions. Once I had a failed IVF, I was treated more like a number than a patient. No one followed up, I was told I’d have to wait to have my questions answered because they were doing the next months cycles. I had to request a genetic counselor to review my embryo results, which should have been an automatic referral after the IVF failed. Instead I had to google the info I was given before they suggested I speak to genetic counselors. All around an unpleasant experience. I felt like they were in it to get your money

We have had two unsuccessful IVF cycles at this office. After our second failed attempt the doctor recommended we try a test on our embryos and one other test neither was covered by insurance but at this point we were desperate and would try anything. After getting two different quotes from the finance manager Dena I was aggravated that we never received consistent information about costs and what would or would not be covered by insurance. I answered her email letting her know I was very bothered by not only the lack of proper communication but misleading information I was being told by her every time we spoke and with very vague details. The following business day the office manager contacted me about my email and then proceeded to inform me that insurance was not covering two of our visits from our first cycle and Dena had neglected to inform me. I told her to put everything for our third cycle on hold until this issue was resolved. I had an appointment the following week which I thought I had canceled but received a phone call from our coordinator about missing it. I called her back but like every other time I have called I did not get an answer (yet another problem with this office no one ever answers their phone or returns calls) I left a message informing her of the issue and that I would not continue treatment until it was solved. Since then despite my many attempts of trying to reach her and many other messages including calling the office manager i have yet to hear from her (that was over a month ago)! I called insurance to inquire as to why they were not covering and the rep informed me because the finance manager Dena not turning in proper paperwork to my insurance two of my appointments were not going to be covered. Insurance told me she missed the deadline to appeal and they are not allowed to bill and tried calling but no answer. Not 30 min after our conversation with insurance the finance manager Dena calls and threatens to send our bill we are paying on to collections if we do not pay it off in full in 90 days which my husband and I knew she could not do. We did not deserve to be threatened and she continued to tell me she had a year to appeal and we would have to pay. I informed her i was just telling her what insurance told me and she continued to be completely unprofessional and rude so I hung up the phone call after telling her to never call me again. Since then my amazing insurance has informed me that she is trying to appeal but it wont go through since they missed the deadline and they are sending out a legal notice to them they then have 30 days to try to contact me about it and after that the legal team with my insurance will be in contact with them establishing a boundary. It should never have gotten this far we are voluntary patients that hoped he would make our dream come true it is hard enough to not be able to do this one our own but no one should go through this as well. Dena is horrible we have since then emailed Dr. Ahlering to let him know what was happening in his office and if he is any kind of doctor at all he will do something about it. My husband and I went in to his office on good faith we would get treated right it was bad enough to go through this physical and emotional struggle twice with NO success but to have to deal with this on top of it is ridiculous. I do not recommend this office to any one! No one cares about you there and I have yet to receive a phone call apologizing for any of this or trying to make it right as if they just wrote us off. Ever since they found out i was not going through with our third cycle they have not been in contact with me as if I am no longer a priority.

I don’t know where to begin. Our experience was short and UNSWEET. Walked in to a condescending front desk, walked thru the hallway to do an ultrasound and talk to dr a, and the nurses just glared at us. They asked us to bring test results from the hospital, we did. It wasn’t good enough, so they decided the needed their own. Almost 400 for a sperm analysts I have later learned from another clinic is outrageous!!!!! After dr a told us we had 100% chance of conceiving with ivf, after leaving I emailed and called SEVERAL times with absolutely no response, to see what steps were needed. The only response was one from jenn, saying how shocked she was we hadn’t gotten a response. What a big shocker right? We used their service that one time in February 2016. Did not hear anything until receiving a random email in July 2017 saying we owed $500 all of a sudden? Now they had a lawyer send us paperwork, (a lawyer I’m sure cost more than $500, just to show they’re petty ness) because I said I would not be paying until I was sent documentation as to what we owed. A lawyer.... for people who are experiencing something so heartbreaking! STAY AWAY FROM MCRMWe have done one iui in Columbia with a different clinic and will be doing ivf. The atmosphere and experience are night and day.MCRM You are awful!!!!!!! Way to take advantage of people!!!!!!!!!! Wrongful billing, no communication, condescending staff.

Heard good things and it is a nice facility. Doc never discussed any options or our results. Instantly said IVF. Pushed us to the financial folks who kindly informed us that insurance was not an option, then got into the cost. Didnt feel like they cared about us at all, just separating money from my wallet on the 1 in 4 chance it results in a kid. Wouldnt recommend.

Dr. Ahlering and staff are so great! They are kind, patient and supportive through the whole process. A few minor things kept the rating from being 5-stars, but it has been overall a very good experience for my wife and I.

Great doctor, but unfortunately the staff was rude and we decided to use another facility that made me feel more comfortable. IVF is a life changing and emotional process. I encourage all to not rush into this decision and find the absolute best fit for you! Please do not choose this facility out of desperation. I promise you there are more supportive, friendly, and understanding alternatives!!!

Feeling like deer in headlights.. Going through this journey is both exciting and terrifying....Dr. Ahlering along with the staff at MCRM has been nothing but wonderful. The staff is always available and no question is too little.

Dr. Ahlering takes his time with you and makes sure that you have all of your questions answered. He truly makes it a personal experience for you. Your treatment is based on your needs and is anything but cookie cutter. I cant recommend him and his staff enough!

Absolute worst experience ever. Horrible communication. Tell you results from tests that arent even yours. They totally push IVF with all the up-sells under the sun. We felt like we were dealing with a used car salesman. We were told our test results would be a good shot for IUI by the doctor himself. So we scheduled an appointment with the doctor and the nurse practitioner. NP got preapproval from our insurance for IUI and wanted to set my wife up with all the drugs needed for IUI and appointments for procedures.We both took off work. Get to office. And doctor gave us 10 min conversation doing a 360 on what he told us before. Now he wants to push IVF and would be the only way. Totally wasted both our time and money from work and for nothing.We got a 2nd opinion from another Doctor and our results are a good shot for IUI so we are going that route.This office is nothing but after your money. Very poor communication. Total sales tactics and scam. DO RESEARCH.IVF only has a realistic 20% working each time. This office doesnt post or track live births. The only ones who benefit is the doctor and clinic at your expense. $20,000 a try, why wouldnt they push IVF, it lines their pockets.Unfortunately, along with fertility, IVF success rates decline as women get older. Across all clinics, the highest success rates are for women under 30, who have around a 26% chance of taking home a baby after each fresh cycle. Women over 40 only have around a 6% chance.If that’s not bad enough, only 50% of “clinical pregnancies” for women in the over-40 age bracket will result in a “live birth”.So when you look at clinic websites and you see the “pregnancy rate” displayed as opposed to the “live birth rate”, take note, especially if you’re over 40. While the industry may view pregnancy rates as a marker of success, the women who lost their babies may not.I highly recommend you try a more reputable fertility clinic that has your best interest and not your wallet in their cross hairs.

Your office is incompetent. Shawnie told me my hcg was zero on my IVF when I was pregnant and it was 12. I found out because I get all copies of my blood work sent to me. When I called you all, you had me come in the next day and said it was a mistake and did an ultrasound. I had stopped taking all of my pills because I was told I didnt need to. It ended in an ectopic and I had to be hospitalized.When Shawnie called me to discuss embryo donation, she asked me how those babies were. My IVF was unsuccessful....what babies was she talking about? Of course I cried when I got off the phone. She also kept telling me I had 2 embryos frozen. According to the emails I have from you all I had 3 take. 2 were implanted and I have a picture of that. That means I should have had 1 frozen. So, how was she saying I had 2? The math doesnt work. When I questioned her about this, she said the papers said 2 but she would check with the embryologist and get back to me. She said I had 2.I have been dealing with their billing department for almost a year. After being told numerous times by Shawnie I wouldnt have to pay my storage fee if I donated my embryo, they sent me to collections. Of course I have called and emailed them about this every time I got a bill prior to this and was always reassured it would be taken care of. Someone needs to look into their deceptive billing practices and I will be looking at my options since I have copies of everything.

Amazing!!! Dont go anywhere else! Best bed side manner. So happy we decided to leave our last clinic and come here! Dr. A is amazing he wont leave the exam room until hes satisfied that hes answered all of your questions.

I can not thank Dr A and his staff for everything that they have done on making my family complete. They have all went above and beyond what other Doctors office have.
