Dr. Alexander was wonderful! She was so kind and compassionate during our entire process. From the first day we met with her, she had a plan, and I really appreciated that she was familiar enough with my medical history each time that she always knew how to proceed. She made myself & my husband feel very involved in our care while she provided the guidance we needed. I did not know much about fertility treatments, and honestly had low expectations, but she took the time to explain everything, and set the bar sooo high for the rest of my care team. We ultimately got our happy ending, and I am so grateful for Dr. Alexander and her team at MCRM!!

I am so lucky to have found Dr. Alexander! She prepares you for everything prior to staring any cycle. Her replies to messages are quick and she will thoroughly answer any questions. Dr. Alexander is simply THE BEST!! She is the most caring, compassionate & intelligent doctor I have come across, most definitely a major asset for any fertility practice. She takes the time to explain every step along the way which I truly appreciate, detailing the pros and cons of every procedure, medication, etc. I could not have made it through the tough IVF process without her guidance and I feel so thankful to have had her in my corner the whole way!

Dr. Alexander is a wonderful physician. Her bedside manner and overall knowledge of the field was truly impressive. She is up to date with her research and pursued new and improved treatment options after our first transfer unfortunately failed. She immediately had a new plan of action and our second transfer was successful and we have now graduated from the fertility clinic. I came into this IVF journey because of a rare hereditary cancer gene and Dr. Alexander did everything she could to understand my disease and how it would impact our course of action. Couldn’t recommend her and her team more!

Dr. Alexander is absolutely amazing! We would not be where we are today without her! She is so compassionate, caring, approachable and understanding. She reviewed our case individually with us and provided all of the information for us to make educated decisions. She truly made us comfortable with our care and was never pressuring. My husband and I have been using Dr. Alexander for almost a year. MCRM was recommended to us after finding out we would need some fertility help, and a push for our dream baby. Upon finding out we were going to need help; it naturally caused some fear and worry of will this ever happen for us? We did not need to worry, because from the moment we had our consultation call with Dr. Alexander, we instantly felt reassured. Her expertise and ability to educate you on the who, what, when, where, and why of fertility is stellar, and that was our experience… stellar! We are expecting our first baby this fall, and we cannot thank the staff at MCRM and Dr. Alexander enough.

Dr. Alexander was my fertility doctor for multiple rounds IVF/FETs. She is hands-down one of the kindest doctors I have ever worked with. She listens to your concerns and genuinely wants to find the best treatment plan for her patients. IVF is an emotional process, and she is incredibly kind throughout the highs and lows. Her medical knowledge is top-notch, she is incredibly responsive, and her bedside manner is second to none. I cannot recommend Dr. Alexander enough!

My husband and I had a great experience with Dr. Alexander at MCRM. She really helped ease a lot of our qualms going into IVF for the first time and helped guide us in the direction that ultimately got us pregnant on our first try. We are extremely grateful for what MCRM has given our family.

We love MCRM Fertility because we felt so supported through the whole process. It is scary to not know why you aren’t getting pregnant and Dr. Alexander and Jen were there to walk us through every step and answer any question (no matter how small). They calmed our nerves and made us feel as comfortable as we could be during the process of multiple IUI’s and into IVF. They were our cheerleaders when we got pregnant and continue to celebrate with us. They are amazing during an unknown time. I especially loved the communication tool on the app to be able to send a quick question and get a response back quickly.

Dr. Alexander exceeded our expectations in every way. She was thorough, kind, responsive, and caring during every step of our process. She never rushed us through any of our questions or concerns. She eased my anxiety during parts of the process, and always made me feel sure of our process. She knows her stuff and has a wonderful bedside manner that really made our experience perfect. We cannot thank her enough! She is the doctor for you if you want success and a little hand holding along the way.

Went to another clinic and wasnt having that much success . Decided to do a consultation with Dr. Alexander. . I was very impressed with the information she gave me and the knowledge that she had. . Gave the information to my old clinic and they told me it wasnt necessary . After a couple of tries at the old clinic, I decided to transfer to. Mcrm . And it was the best decision I made... truly thank you for letting our family grow. if I could give her 10 stars, I would.
