Absolutely Best Fertility Clinic Ever! I have struggled with irregular periods, heavy painful periods, weight issues, all the things. In my late 20s I was told by my OB all the symptoms plus ultrasound on my ovaries I had PCOS. Fast forward few years, my husband and I decided we were ready for our own little family. Well with having PCOS I then started seeing the fertility struggles and it was so depressing always getting a negative pregnancy test after trying. Well after talking with my OB, he recommended we see a fertility specialist.A really close friend of mine highly recommended Dr. Zarek. We were then told she had moved to Chesterfield Mo and was no longer in Columbia. We live 2 hours away from her clinic (one way), but that didnt matter to us. This was the BEST decision we ever made. Dr. Zarek truly cares about your well-being and will go above and beyond to help you. Whether you talk to her or her staff on the phone, virtual, or in person they are always smiling & accommodating. After talking with her and her team we decided on a plan for my husband an Is fertility journey. Our plan would be 3 IUIs. Knowing my cycles were not regular, there was a chance that our first attempt may not workout. (which it didnt) but that was okay because we truly have complete faith and trust in Dr. Zarek. We went through our second round of IUI &.... It was a SUCCESS!!! Because of Dr. Zarek and her amazing team of nurses my husband and I finally got the news that the bloodwork showed a positive pregnancy and we got to see our first (of many I took :) ) Positive Pregnancy at home test!!! I cant explain to you the tears of Joy!Few weeks later we went in for our ultrasound and could finally see the little peanut & hear the heartbeat. (Tears of JOY again!) That is the moment it really hit us this worked and its all because of this amazing clinic.If you or you know someone struggling with any kind of fertility issues, I HIGHLY recommend you give Dr. Zarek at OMA Fertility a call, you wont regret it I promise you!My husband uses the words (they are like family now) not just our Doctor & staff. They are always there to help answer any questions day / night.Im so thankful we chose them! I dont feel like I have told them enough of how truly thankful we are for them! We have been with Dr. Zarek since the beginning of our journey - our testing/diagnosis, IUIs, and the round of IVF that brought us our little girl. She’s the best at what she does and we could not imagine doing this again without her. So it was a no brainer to us to follow when she moved, and we have no regrets! The entire team is incredible - all great at what they do, but also very kind and thoughtful to the small things. I also really appreciate that they keep things light and fun because infertility is heavy enough. 🖤

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Zarek and everyone at Oma Stl. Infertility is not something anyone wants to go through, but if you do have to I highly recommend Oma! They do such a good job at being available at any time and supporting you thru everything. Them being so organized and detail oriented made things so easy and stress free! 11/10 from me!

I have nothing but nice things to say about this amazing team. I havent felt like a bother with all of my questions, they take fantastic care of their patients from beginning to end. I may not be done with my fertility journey, but I feel like I am in the best hands. I highly recommend OMA Fertility ❤️ love them!

Dr. Zarek and her team are the best! She took her time with us, got to know us, and ultimately helped us to our dream! At a time when we felt helpless, they were there to guide and help us. I knew I could always contact anyone at OMA and they would find a way to help us, including me asking a million questions. Emily, our nurse, went above and beyond. She would check in on me every month, just always knowing the right time to see how I was doing. She always reassured me and helped me in anyway I needed. We are truly grateful for Dr. Zarek, Emily, and everyone else at OMA. We are excited to be expecting a baby girl in May!

Buyer beware!!Full disclosure, our treatment was not a success. but this review is not about the failure of the treatment. this review is about this companys dishonest billing practice.this is an expensive procedure. i think all said and done we paid between $12-15,000.00 up front.this company advertises on their website that they will work with your insurance company to submit claims for you, to be reimbursed by your insurance company.this is not what has happened.Oma fertility submitted their claim for reimbursement, this is true, but their claim submission was for the monies to be issued to Oma fertility and now they are refusing to send this money to us.We have had numerous back and forth emails with this clinic with nothing but deflection and a complete lack of ownership for the problem. They have no interest in making this right. All over $1,700. this company has raised over $37,000,000 in capital from investors but they cannot be bothered to write a check to their customer for a sliver of a fraction of what this company earns.If you are scraping money together to pay for this service upfront and expecting any money to be reimbursed to you, look elsewhere.if money is no object and you do not care about doctor offices stealing money from you, then by all means.And if the owner happens to read this and wants to make it right, I’ll be happy to delete this review. All we have been asking for is what was promised and advertised by this company.Fyi -  It is illegal for a business of any type or size—solopreneur, small business, large corporation, non-profit—to purposefully publish an ad that is false or contains untrue, misleading, or otherwise deceptive statements or claims.

I absolutely loved this clinic, the nurses, the ultrasound technician, and Dr. Zarek. I had the best experience here and they make pricing so much more affordable and so easy to understand. I was never left guessing about anything. Communication was great and they always listened to my previous experiences and thoughts on my treatment.

Had the best experience at Oma! I cannot say enough good things about the staff. The nurses and ultrasound tech were top notch and I wouldn’t be 11 weeks pregnant without them!

We have worked with Dr. Zarek for years and absolutely adore her. She offers the best care with sincerity and grace. I cant say enough wonderful things about her.

As far as a doctor nurses go I have no problems with but the paperwork I try to fill it out put card information wont let it go through $25 just so I can find out on how much I can get for the loan so that way me and my husband can have more children were hoping to get this process done soon been waiting over 4 years to have a pregnancy

Dr. Zarek is knowledgeable, kind, and caring. She is the best in her field & we would highly recommend her!! We wouldn’t go anywhere else.
