Any Lab Test Now

I went in earlier today and the lady sitting up at the desk was very nice and professional. She answered any questions I had and was a huge help so I want to thank her for her amazing service. I didn’t get a chance to get her name but thank you so much for the kindness. 🫶🏼

They close at 5pm however they stop testing at 4pm. No where does it say they stop testing at 4. Drove all the way there got there at 4:15 and they told me that they dont test after 4. Would be nice if this was posted on their website so people dont waste an hour of driving for nothing.

Sherry and Mario were very patient and so nice. Answered all questions and had me in and out in no time! Very simple place and very clean!

Really nice and super quick. I had a lot of trouble with some of the other testing places in town and this one just blew me away with how kind and efficient they are.

I have been here twice now for many reasons and Sherry and Cindy were amazing! They are helpful. They make every process smooth and understanding. They are professional and caring to the people that are there for whatever reason. I will be coming back monthly for my B12 shot because of these two amazing ladies!!

I have been here a handful of times! I need to have a membership @ this point.I highly recommend this place compared to all the other lab testing sites near here. Mondays & Tuesdays & lunch times are the busiest. I always end up here when its dead. The staff are educational, respectful, & efficient! The other places I have been to get a U/A test done were slow, staff slow, waiting times horrible. Keep your vehicle keys, DL, & paper on you if possible. Leave everything like a jacket, hat, drinks, foods, cell phone in vehicle. Otherwise, you’re taking them off & placing it in a 1 hanger & security box. You hand them your paper & DL. They give you back your DL. You sign your initials & date of today twice on a band for a U/A. Then go to the 3rd door on your L. No handwashing or flushing before or after you get your clean catch U/A sample in a cup. Then you place the U/A cup on their white chuck on their counter. You can proceed to wash your hands, gather your stuff, & go back up to the front desk. They will then have you sign their pad to their computer. Then give you a copy. That’s it!

Sherry and Cindy were great. I was trying to find a location to do a random drug screening for my job. I had went to several locations with no luck. These two ladies were able to take care of all my needs in a quick professional manner. THANKS and I recommend this location for work related drug screenings.

I frequent this location at least twice a month personally for B-12 injection (highly suggest!) and anytime my employer sends me for a random drug test. It is always a quick and easy visit. Sherry and Cindy are always friendly and efficient . In and out anytime I happen to drive on Wilma Rudolph.They are 1st come 1st served but there aren’t usually more than 3 people on the busiest visits. If your there for a drug test, drink your water before and while your wait so I don’t have to wait on your stalling. You most likely drove yourself there, walk in when you think you can go but not where you can’t wait. You can do it! 👍

Cindy was drop dead amazing she was so personable and nice ! I would recommend her to everyone !!! Go see Cindy you guess !

Cindy and Sherry were very professional, friendly, and efficient. I had to go for drug screening and blood work for a new job and they had me in and out very quickly. The site was very clean and organized. Definitely recommend coming here for any needs.

Mario and Cynthia are so awesome! Love their greetings every time I come in! Place is clean and always smells good. I go for a b-12 shot every 2 weeks and Im always in and out!

I had an appointment this morning and the ladies were professional and super friendly! I don’t think I was in there 20 minutes and was done. Definitely will go back again if I need too! My doctor actually referred me to go to them and I’m glad she did!

Mario Garcia CMA provided poor customer service and was unable to help. Found out that closing time of 5p does not mean the end of service. This information was not conveyed on the phone. When I showed up at 402p Mario said he could not help me because I’m 2 minutes late. I was the only person there and Mario was sitting at his desk apparently with nothing to do.Update: returned to complete labs, it took 10 minutes. Packaged and ready to go. I don’t believe the 2 minutes past 4pm would have strained Mario. But it took another hour from me for a return trip plus fuel expenses. Not impressed with Mario’s passion for patient care or consideration for other people.Thanks for your response below: in regards to automated messages, 1st they are terrible at baseline (I think we all can agree). 2nd yours says you close at 5pm before any useful information is given. This is misleading at best. You should looks at this and save others time a gas.

Have went here every month for my drug tests since November 2021 and have always experienced fast and friendly service. Its usually Mario and Cindy inside, and theyre always great to work with, and very helpful.

Horrible customer service! Just wasted my money on a drug screening test because of my sample not being the correct temperature and they wouldn’t allow me sit and take a new sample.

Called ahead of time to see about getting a test done, was told I could be there before 430 and they would do it. I drove from an hour away and arrived at 415. I was very rudely told they stop the tests at 4. No “I’m sorry that our employee misinformed you”, nothing. Very unprofessional and clearly the employees are not properly trained.

It was quick and easy process!! In and out in under 10 minutes. Sherry and Cindy were amazing and super helpful. They made the test and paperwork seamless and painless. Definitely recommend this location.

Latonya Green was so nice and very polite! She was funny and truly made my day! She didn’t know what kind of day I was having but she truly brightened it up! We need more people like her when dealing with the public!

I went in Saturday and had some blood tests done, Cindy was very professional, and I didnt even fill the needle stick. Great job! I highly recommend this lab.

I have been coming here for years for B12 shots. Sherry is awesome and love seeing her when I come in for a visit! Excellent staff! Love this place.

Mario is the best, he is very friendly, very helpful and there is no pain when he gives you a vitamin shot in the arm. Love, love, love when I walk in and see him behind the desk.

This is the second time I’ve used this location and both times I have made an appointment in advance. Each time I’ve arrived prior to my appointment only to be told I would have to wait for 45 minutes. I’m really not sure what the point of taking appointments if they are not going to honor them.

Recently took a drug test for employment. The process was quick and simple. However, I wasn’t aware they tested offsite and they had to actually have someone come collect the sample for testing. Long story short, I tested on Monday and didn’t get results until Friday. The results were that the test was inconclusive because the time it took them to get it offsite to another location to be tested it was 4 days later and the sample was useless. This in turn caused my background check to fail since I didn’t pass the drug screening. So.. one big headache. Staff were great but I unfortunately will not be using them again.

Fast, skilled, and so much less expensive than going through my MD office. Actually, it was my MD that suggested I have my labs run here! I will be back.

Horrible experience lady at front dest today tried to tell me that I was not allowed to speak like I was a child when I was speaking to the person I came into the establishment with then had to give the lady the faxing number 4 times… DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
