Staff were all very kind and helpful. The building itself was filthy and had visible mold growing in multiple spots. The three photos are in our exam room- mold growing on the air vent and floors that haven’t been cleaned in a very long time. The waiting room air vents were also covered with mold.

Jailyn is a very polite and knowledgeable person, she seems to take pride in her job and possess a very positive attitude. I enjoyed my interaction with her. 🙂👌Julia took my vitals, she is also pleasant and shows concern for her patients. I really appreciate Chris as my NP he was very concerned with my medical issues and how to help get me the necessary medication and furthering my treatment I am so glad that I went to American Family Care and plan to use them as my primary care in the future.🙂👍

I was charged a copay of $50 after informing the lady at the front desk that we dont have a copay because our deductible was met and we pay nothing out of pocket. I paid it anyways because otherwise they wouldnt have seem me. Before I left I grabbed the billing dept number and called them 5 days later to request a refund. I spoke with our insurance and HR at work and we have no copay. They said it wasnt a copay (even though thats what the girl told me that took my payment and its on my receipt) it was a charge for coinsurance, which again is something we dont even have on our policy because our deductible was met for the year due to a previous car accident. I spent almost an hour trying to get our money refunded and transferred 3 times. We will see in 2-5 days if I get it back.Facility:Filthy! Ive never seen a doctors office so dirty, black floors, walls look terrible.The care I received:No care was provided, I was told to go to the ER so I did. The ER staff literally laughed and rolled their eyes at the fact that I was told they wouldnt see me because I needed to go to the ER. I had bronchitis. No need whatsoever to go to the ER and spend the rest of my day there.Conclusion:We will see if I get my $50 back from a non existing copay/coinsurance and zero care provided.Save your money, time and cleanliness. Go to another urgent care.

Super kind and friendly. They did a great job with being quick with taking me back to see a doctor even though they were busy. I arrived at closing time but you would have thought i was the first patient of the day. Greeted me with a smile and so sweet.

Tamala was so understanding and absolutely sweet. Came pretty late with 4 kids needing physicals. She helped me get everything done.Christina was extremely sweet, let the kids be involved ,you could tell she enjoys her job. Handled my 4 crazy kiddos with ease. Charles made everything quick and easy. This is a great place to come to whether it’s for emergency or simple things.

I highly recommend this place I was in town and one of my kids had an emergency. The MA Christina was a huge help while taking good care of my sick child. She also managed to help me with my other kids whom were not behaving properly. She did it all with so much kindness and I highly recommend this location of Family Urgent Care.

This place was amazing! We recently moved here and I ran out of my Thyroid medicine- well first of all , you must get blood work done for your this medication every 3 months. I have not found a drs office yet that could get me in before November, and you are not supposed to go off and on this medicine! Well they got me in, they gave me lab work right on the spot and the very knowledgeable kind, and honest Dr., sent in a 90 day supply of my medication! And told me I could come back on Thursday and get a copy of the results! Everyone there was Amazing!!!!!!! Highly Recommend!!!!! Thank you !!!!!!

It was very easy to save your spot in line and reschedule if needed. Wait times were average, but when we got back to the room, we were seen quickly and discharged very shortly after the consultation.Christina, Chris, and the medical receptionist were all very empathetic and listened to our concerns. Their bedside manner was incredible and I plan on coming to this clinic, if I ever need to, in the future; a truly great experience all around.

Despite there being a little bit of a wait, Christina was SO sweet and friendly. Due to her offering me water and asking if there was anything else she could help me with, it felt so considerate of her especially since she did have other patients to attend to. It was super easy to talk to her and truly she has such a kind soul that brightens the room. Although i don’t wish that you have to go to urgent care, i hope that if you do you’re able to encounter Christina.

I had to get a drug screening for a job and Tamala at the front desk was very friendly and made sure I had everything in order and got me taken care of quickly. Christina was the one who did my drug screening and she was very personable and friendly as well. Christina got me taken care of and got my results right there for me before I left. Overall, both ladies made my time there enjoyable and easy going! This is my second time going there to get a drug screening for a job and I will always go there for that because the results are instant and they are always so friendly and caring.

Tamala and Christina are amazing! Quick service, welcoming environment. Take care of these ladies, as a GM of a large company, we all need friemdly staffing like this.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. I didnt have to wait. Even though I went in just before closing, I was treated very respectfully and not rushed. The person helping me register went beyond without me asking, to help me with an insurance situation. Christina treated me like her first patient of the day and the NP Chris came in and sat down, looked at me when I was talking, and listened to my concerns. I was never rushed or hurried.

This review is for the office staff exclusively. The medical professionals were extremely helpful. However, despite sharing my updated contact information both online and on paper prior to my visit, American Family Care Madison Street Commons sent my after care information to the old phone number on file.When I called to resolve the issue, I received extremely poor customer service. Rather than simply changing the phone number on file, I was talked over and it took over 12 minutes to make a basic change in the system.Ill continue visiting because AFC offers same day appointments and the medical staff is great. If I was able to review them separately, they would receive 4 or 5 stars.

This place really cares about their patients. I picked up on that within the first few minutes of being there. The staff is very professional and they make you feel heard and listened to. I dont usually leave reviews on establishments, but I had to leave a review for this office. Would recommend this Healthcare facility to anybody. If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would.

I arrived at open on a Sunday as a walk in. I was in and out in 30 minutes with the problem solved! The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful and the nurse/nurse practitioner were thorough and professional. Excellent service, I will return for any other issues.

Everyone was very nice, Tamala was at the front desk and she was super friendly and helpful. The doctor (wish I could remember the name, it was my first time going) was able to prescribe me with medicine (so far seems to be doing well) and help me with referrals for further care. All staff present today were efficient and the wait wasnt bad at all. Appointment was very easy to set up. It was a clean environment, I saw a nurse cleaning a chair that had been previously sat in, and just overall it seemed well maintained. Will be going back if needed, but hopefully I wont need to.

Has a wonderful interaction with the receptionist, nurse, and doctor. They were very quick to get me in and be seen. And they asked all the necessary questions to help my daughter with her throat. I will definitely be going back if I need care again!

I was in the office this evening and received exceptional care by Christina, Tamala, Charles, and Chris. They were all very friendly and compassionate. My evaluation and treatment plan were thoroughly analyzed and explained. Service was fast and efficient. This makes my second visit to this location, and I will continue to seek medical care here as the need arises.

I brought my daughter Daisy in a few weeks ago Which is usually scared to go to any doctor office, but Ms./Mrs. Christina and her blessed personality and gift with children made it all an absolute joy and pleasure. Her energy was everything a toddler needs and wants. Her level of communication and awareness, while making each process exciting, was beyond expectation. Now I am pregnant and hands down I wanted her to be my nurse, doctor, midwife, doula, and all of the things after that that visit. When you go, just ask for Ms./Mrs. Christina. Thank me later

From the moment you walk in Afc staff greets you with a smile and helps you check in! Dr. Spanos took excellent care of me and was very interested in what I had to say. He maintained eye contact the whole time while talking to me. It was refreshing because so many other walk ins rarely make eye contact with you when they ask whats going on! Christina was the ma who took my vitals and was very friendly to talk to! The whole thing was a very smooth and enjoyable experience!

Jessica, Tamala, and Christina were all wonderful. They got us in really fast and were super nice once we were taken back. Super convenient location. The nurses and doctors are all very down to earth and willing to work with you for whatever it is you need.

Julia was very patient and polite with my 94 year old mother, who was needing her ears cleaned due to wax buildup. Then, Chris, NP, couldn’t have been any nicer. You would have thought he was treating his own Grandmother. He, too, was extra patient and kind. He even joked with her. It was a very good experience. The wait time was not long either…another plus!

Arrived shortly after opening and was seen very quickly. Staff was kind and helpful. Tamala was so sweet and great to talk to. Made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Spanos took time to hear my issues and recommended a clear plan for treatment. He called in a prescription immediately . Was pleasantly surprised with my visit overall.

Had a recent visit to AFC on Madison St and had a great experience. The young woman Jailyn at the front desk was very welcoming and informative. All the staff there were great as well. I highly recommend AFC!

It was our first time coming here. The clinic is very clean, feels welcoming and had a good first impression. The male nurse was awesome with my kids and Dr. Christopher Garen made me and my children comfortable. It was easy booking an appointment and the wait was decent. We will be back!!! Christina, Tamala, Chris, and Jaylin were a wonderful team. Came in shortly before close (I felt guilty enough for that) and they were prompt, thorough, friendly, and optimistic. They helped me manage/mitigate my symptoms while in the clinic and gave me instructions on staying well once I got home. They all were in good spirits, which makes a world of difference when you’re already not feeling well.

All the nurses are loveable but Mrs. Tamala is the sweetest, funny, lovely, patience and kind nurse that we ever met. Loved how they treated my kids and myself. They made us feel so comfortable🥰Love the AFC!

First time at this location. The front desk lady jessica tamala christina has been helpful to assist me in getting my drug screen.

Christy was my admissions nurse and she was such a sweetheart. They were super busy but I used the save my spot and even with them being nonstop busy, I was only about 15 min fast my estimated time. She kept apologizing for the wait but 15 mins at an urgent care is nothing! Haha. My doctor listened well to my concerns and explained my treatment thoroughly to me.

The staff displayed professionalism and provided great customer service. Christina took my sons vitals and thoroughly explained his treatment plan makinge him comfortable. Thanks Christina for making our experience less stressful and seemingless. Christina is a true professional.

I have been to this location a couple of times in the past. As a VA patient it is nice to know that I have a medical office this close to home and with good professional and knowledgeable staff. The few times that I have visited have resulted in a very time efficient and problem solving cure for the little aches and pains of life.

All the employees were professional and very polite. My son was in and out in right under an hour. I appreciate the employees talking to my son about the importance of understanding his health issues and knowing the medication he is on.

Just went to Madison Street Commons location in Clarksville, TN and just so impressed with the service. Nurse Julia was especially so nice and caring and helpful. Truly the entire staff and the provider were all very sweet and provided great care and service. We will be back here when needed.

The staff here is amazing. Christina was so pleasant and personable and the doctor took his time to understand my pain and was very knowledgeable. The entire staff really made this a great walk in experience from check in to check out.

Aeriel is probably the best nurse I’ve ever worked with. Her care was timely, professional, but still caring. She and the doctor had good communication between them so I wasn’t repeating myself. Really great care from the team!

Check in was pretty simple; the healthcare specialist was excellent in terms of mindfulness and kindness; the doctor was not eligible, caring and concise. I had to bring a sweater in due to how cool it was inside.

Great job, felt very comfortable the moment I walk through the door. Front desk Mrs Tamala had me smiling the whole time while I was waiting. Been having a bad day and she made me felt welcome . Definitely recommend here

My experiences there have always been good. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and usually a short wait time. I found out today that they accept appointments, which I didn’t have , so I waited longer than usual but it wasn’t for too long. I recommend them for those occasions where an emergency room would not be deemed necessary and you cant get in to see your PCP.

Stopped in without an appointment for TB test for my employment. Tamala smiled and greeted me. Then helped me through the sign in process and payment. She was very friendly and helpful. Nice facility and I over heard the manager verbally appreciating her staff. They may be sticking a needle in my arm but Tamala put a smile on My face. Stop by for fast, friendly, and efficient care.

Was not feeling well and could not get in to see my primary care physician due to it being a Sunday. The staff was prompt, very courteous, and I did not have a long wait time to be seen. I will definitely go back if need be.

I got here and just needed a simple check up on my throat because it’s been hurting for a few weeks. I did everything and filled out the paperwork and was second in line. I was assisted once for the height and blood pressure then told I’ll be assisted shortly. It’s been an hour. Matter of fact, I’m still waiting. The people on the other side of the door just standing there yapping about what they’re going to have for lunch and cracking jokes all while I’m still waiting for assistance. I’m hungry too tf?? Wasn’t even busy. Nonsense.

Having a bad time with pink eye and sinus infection. It was really quick from the time I walked in until the time I was called back. Everyone was super nice and very professional. I had an overall good experience!

I been doing my DOT medical for few years now and they are very helpful and understanding. It the best place in town. I highly recommend them and Jailyn at the front desk is very friendly and helpful as well. My love to my American Family Care crew.

Overall the visit wasn’t terrible. The doctor was kind, understanding, and thorough. Check in was smooth and the ability to save my spot online was helpful to minimize wait times, however, I specifically went to the urgent care location to get imaging for my daughter (which is stated as an option on the website, and I’ve had X-rays done here before) and was told they couldn’t do any.The website needs to be updated so this doesn’t happen to other families.

We have always received good care at AFC, but today was exceptional. Check-in was efficient, and it was nice to have an online queue that let us know how many patients needed to be seen before us. The staff was kind and friendly, and the nurse practitioner we saw was very kind to my son. Overall, it was a great experience!

The service from the Dr is always pleasant. However, the black girl at the front desk with braids should NOT work with the public. She should work in a window-less office ALONE. Her attitude is disrespectful, difficult and disgusting. I had to ask her if she was ok VRC she was ranting about me utilizing the walk-in option and not having an appointment. There wasn’t ANY patients there, just me and she was bothered that I was there. I will be contacting them directly to discuss this further.

Jailyn at front desk was so helpful and Lisa the nurse was professional and kind. Everyone there was so wonderful! The doctor did an excellent job evaluating me and was very satisfied with the treatment plan which was thoughly explained to me.

Christina is the best. She understood what I’m going through, encouraged me to keep going and celebrated the little achievements I’ve gotten. Everyone is wonderful here but the 5 stars are definitely because of her.

Got us in as fast as they could. Dr. Hardy was amazing! We got meds, picked them up in 10 min, and almost instantaneously our son stopped crying from the ear pain. Huge blessing that we were able to get in and out, because the wait time would’ve been much longer at any other facility in the area. Front desk - she heard my son crying and crying with my husband, saw my exhaustion and panic, and she tried to help me in every way possible get through the paperwork. I mean, she literally helped me when I lost the consent forms to sign on my phone. That’s hiring people with big hearts and we need that in todays world.We suffered a misdiagnosis from a different urgent care up the street, a year ago, for our son. St Thomas Urgent Care gave him eye drops for pink eye, when he actually had an ear infection. Rude staff, hours and hours wait time with a toddler, and a Nurse Practitioner who misdiagnosed our son.We were honestly worried to go to another urgent care after that scary experience. This was our first time here, and our son’s pediatrician office was closed. So should we, or our son, have an emergency - We now have an urgent care in Clarksville we can trust! Thank you again, Dr. Hardy! Our son is happily napping right now. 🙏❤️🙏

I LOVE this place. I had no idea what was going on with my body. I didnt like Doctors because of past experiences. Christina, Chris,Tamaia and other employees has changed my mind. I Greatly appreciate the comfort.

When I called to make my son’s appointment for a school physical, I was told I needed to bring his shot records with me. I drove across town and back to get the records, just for the doctor/nurse to not even ask for them. Then my son needed blood work done and they clearly did not want to draw blood from a child, so they referred me to LabCorp for the following day saying he would only need a finger prick. When we get to LabCorp we are told he still has to get blood drawn, it’s not just a finger prick. We have a large family, and limited time to get these things done before my son starts school. I’m very disappointed and displeased that so much of my family’s time has been wasted during our visit to AFC.

Everyone at the clinic was courteous, friendly, helpful, and efficient. The doctor was respectful, listened to my complaints, asked questions, examined me thoroughly regarding my symptoms, diagnosed & began treatment prior to my leaving and called in prescriptions to my pharmacy. I could not have had a better experience, especially feeling as bad as I was. I definitely would recommend this clinic to anyone.

Highly recommend less than 10 min wait time on a walk in which I checked the wait time online before going in. Very nice and concerned doctor determined the cause of my visit and called in meds. The whole visit was less than 45 mins. Very satisfied

Tamala did great once I got back to her. It was efficient for the amount of work I needed for my physical.The reason it isnt 5 stars is because it took over an hour to get called to be seen. Again, this review should not been seen as negative on Tamala, just that it took too long to get taken back to be seen.

The staff was very friendly and everything was very clean and neat. The doctor was great and explained to me how to take my meds and was very clear. I didnt feel rushed by him and he was also very friendly.

I recently was seen at American family care by Dr. Misra. He was efficient , courteous, and knowledgeable. After the visit I had some paperwork that needed to be filled out and Jailyn and Tamala were extremely persistent and professional in their efforts to assure that I got what I needed.

Had a very great visit, Tamala was very caring. She has a friendly face & tone. Very heloful. Nice clean facility, friendly staff

The providers and administration were very kind and polite. I’ve come multiple times to this location, however the wait time is outrageous. Two different occasions I’ve waited over 3 hours.

Probably the best urgent care I’ve been to. Jailyn was supper helpful even helping me fill out the form due to problems with my writing hand. She made my experience 10 times better!

I’m not the type to write reviews but I’m appalled that I was turned away for not having my VA card on me. I’ve never been required to have it at any other facility, including the VA, Vanderbilt, and Tenova. There is always another way to verify me. The manager (who hid behind a door and never actually made any attempt to address me) and both receptionists said they would not see me and would not call the VA Optum community care line for verification even though they said they were aware of the service. They just said “we will not see you”. Meanwhile I’m sweating and non stop coughing. They had ZERO compassion and ZERO customer service skills. They should be ashamed to admit they work in healthCARE because they didn’t care at all.Thankfully I went to Acsension St Thomas down the road and they were kind and pleasant and had no problems getting me seen under the VA community care system.

I understand why they charge you before your seen cause you would never pay otherwise. They can’t diagnose anything I know of. The tenova er by exit 11 is much better. The clinic next to food lion on Madison is better too. Go anywhere else if you can or your just wasting time.

She was very sweet and nice and made my test feel like it wasn’t even a TEST!! Definitely asking for her the next time I come in!! Christina G!

The atmosphere in the office is great. Friendly staff who do what they can to help you. Ellissa and Tamala were especially helpful. Will return in the future!!

Only use this place for company random drug testing. Been there 2 times. First time they screwed all the paperwork up. Had to go back. Came in this time and I find out they messed it up again. Most incompetent medical clinic Ive been to. I would never use their services.

Great service but the wait time is very long. Long time in the waiting room, long time in the patient room, long time waiting for test results… be prepared to wait.

AFC treated my severe asthma attack saving me a trip to the ER. That is one of many visits I have been to and even when the office is busy I have been treated with respect and in a timely manner. Thank you AFC -SR

Nurse Christina, Nurse Chris, and Nurse Eylisa provided excellent care. Missed Jaylen today at the front desk. I dont mind providing my info and showing my cards every time I come but I dont want to take pictures and submit electronically every time; thats excessive to me and something I feel staff needs to do.

AMFC is where I go for primary care and they are the sweetest most attentive professionals I’ve ever known. I brought my husband here today because he’s sick and we have had an overall wonderful experience. Tamala is amazing and very professional.

Went in one day last week, and was trying to be seen, due to me having out of state insurance I was unable to see a provider; but one of the workers Tamala or Tamela I can’t remember, helped me with information, which got me in the right direction I needed to. Very much appreciated.

Christina is one of the best nurses at the afc location on Madison. She always make sure even tho your in pain, you never leave the building without a smile. The care team at afc is superb. If you need quick answers and a care team that’s going to make sure you’re okay. This is the place to go

Just had a great experience at American Family Care in Clarksville Tennessee. I was treated fairly and promptly by the staff there; I’d like to give a huge thank you to Julia for making me feel safe and comfortable during my visit. I definitely made some new friends during my visit and yall are doing FABULOUS!!! Definitely recommend this place to anyone needing urgent medical care. I brought my daughter to this clinic for an urgent care visit. I was told that they accept Tricare for insurance. I received a bill today and was told by their billing department that they dont submit the claim to Tricare as an urgent care visit. I am now left with a bill because they get to choose how they submit their claim. This is unethical.To make me even more upset over this situation, they misdiagnosed my daughter and I had to have her seen at another clinic anyway. Also, the clinic was dirty. There was what looked like dried blood on the floor around the legs of the exam table.Horrible practice.

I had an appointment at 1:00 i sat in the waiting room for an hour and then had to wait in the other room for another hour the staff themselves were pleasant though.

Tamala at the front desk was very nice and helpful, the young lady Angelica was very kind and comforting. And Dr. Spanos took care of my needs quickly.

They were very nice and the wait time was not terrible. The nurse Tamala was also extremely nice.

Ms. Tamela and Mrs. Elizabeth are truly amazing! This is my favorite Urgent Care to come to because the staff is always friendly & helpful. American Family Care on Madison street is 10/10! I have never left this office on a bad note.

I have never walked out of a clinic before, but the office staff at this location is so incredibly rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. I cannot imagine doing business with them after the interaction I just had.

The staff was excellent and was seen at rapid pace. Provider was great. The manager Ellissa went above and beyond.

The nurses and the young lady that checked me in were very nice and professional. Doctor Misra was great. He didnt have a problem explaining things when I had questions and he was very nice. He truly cares about his patients.

Waited hours to be seen and then was brushed off by a very pushy, rude doctor who would not take no as an answer. Tried to force testing on my 7 year old daughter and told her she was lying about her symptoms, or lack thereof. Ended up having to leave without a school note, because after 3 hours, I could not force my hungry children to sit there for another hour while we waited on tests, that were initially declined in the first place. Nurses and front desk ladies are all very nice, good bedside manner. The doctor, however, had horrible bedside manner. We switched from a different urgent care to this one, because usually they are very fast, and all the previous doctors were nice. I guess we will be switching back to the other urgent care though. Pushing tests on someone who said no, is an insurance scam.

Nurse and doctor were sweet and nice, very helpful! receptionist, rude with a bad attitude. maybe working with the public is not her strong suit..

I’ve been to this establishment twice for myself and once for my daughter and they have been amazing all three times! They listened and was very proactive and we got in and out pretty quickly as well! I would definitely take the initiative to go to their online page and reserve a time and pre-fill all of the paperwork out, it’s not a must to do this, but it saves time and hassle and the process is very smooth once you get there. The doctor himself called to check in with us about my daughter the next day after we took her in to see how she was doing. I am in healthcare and can honestly say that doesn’t happen very often at all, which also made us feel very comfortable with them as a whole. I recommend this place to my patients to avoid going to the emergency room for cases where the emergency room isn’t quite necessary but they do need to be seen quicker than their PCP can see them and would recommend it to my own family as well!

Just had my first appointment here and I am very displeased. The Dr that was seeing me gave me the vibe that she didnt want to do her job. She was practically done before even entering the room. We spoke for maybe 3 minutes and she was standing at the door pretty much the whole time. I feel like this had to be one of the worst if not the worst Drs appointment Ive ever had, even over being seen by the VA and thats pretty hard to do. Shes requesting for me to get some x-rays done for some of my injuries but everything else I mentioned she just blew it off. Calling CCN to try and find another primary care provider because I definitely wont be coming back the way I felt like I was treated here. Its sad that Drs can treat patients this way and still retain their license to continue to practice when they quite frankly dont even care.

Visited for pre-employment tests and my company didn’t have the paperwork correct, the staff were helpful in assisting to resolve the issue! Highly recommend and will continue to use them in the future!

Went in for a swollen jaw. The provider came into the room asked what was going on. Explained the pain started as a tooth ache (this was on a weekend so my dentist was not open) he did a quick exam, dismissed my concern of a bad tooth. Said I had a blocked salivary gland then turned on YouTube to explain about the stone. Then says “okay. You’re good to go.” No further explanation or treatment plan given. My swelling became worse and more painful. Went to the ER, given antibiotics. Called my dentist the next day (Monday) who found I had a broken tooth a bad one. Unfortunately the tooth had to be removed. 24 hours later my jaw is 99% back to normal, and no longer in pain. I do realize that the provider at the Clinic isn’t a dentist and I didn’t expect him to fix my tooth however, I felt like he was rushing and that my complaint was not important enough to be addressed.

Jailyn was so helpful. She went above and beyond. She was kind and wasnt bothered that I had several questions. The best urgent care in Clarksville TN ❤️

Very nice and carrying staff waiting was a little long but thats fine call to make an appointment and was able to get seen the same day the nurses were so kind and caring one of them were so jolly,put a smile on my face even though I had to get three shots in the Caboose LOL 🤣🤣 got a tick bite that turned out to be a nasty one got infected real bad

Came here for fast service and Christina was very nice and took great care of me! It’s always nice to have kind people in health care.

What kind of operation are they running here? It took THREE WEEKS and half a dozen phone calls just to get the staff here to send a referral. Thats it. Literally all they had to do was fax a referral and it took them almost a month. If you actually care about your health and need more than a note to get out of work, STAY AWAY!

This is my second time using AFC on Madison St. My husband is retired military and this is SO much easier, and quicker, than going to the ER for something that really doesn’t need an ER. The nurses and Dr I’ve seen here have great bedside manners and they listen to you. Highly recommend!

Our nurse Aeriel was phenomenal. She brought suckers for my kids while we waiting on test results and when getting the test she was comforting and patient with my daughter who didn’t want to get the test and also comforted my son who thought he was the one getting the test. To say she made our experience amazing is an understatement.

The doctors were good and helpful and it was good not to wait 3 hours to be seen with my daughter.The only complaint I have is that, I almost left without knowing my daughter was sick, they told me all test were negative. Well, as I was getting ready to leave the nurse or MA was like all her test are not negative, she had strep throat.I heard that and I turned around and went and asked, my daughter had strep throat? The nurse practitioner apologized about the mix up and then gave me new paperwork and meds and I left.Great nurses or MA. It does not take all day or even hours, I will gladly come back. It was a Monday and Monday are rough for everyone. It was just a one off day, I hope.I will say the only thing that brother me, is almost leaving thinking my baby was fine than finding out she wasn’t

Super efficient and quickly done to accomplish the purpose of my visit after I stepped in at 5:43 pm when they close at 6 pm. Using a tablet and my cellphone to register for a check in process was smoother than I thought. Overall good experience,keep up, and thank you.

Had a 9am appointment but wasn’t seen till 945 or so. They’re getting 5 stars because of the amazing customer service provided by everyone but especially Aeriel. She was friendly helpful and made the experience very painless free. I’d come back to this facility for future tests.

They will check you in and you have to wait for ever, if you need some urgent care you will definitely look for some other place! My son had an ear infection and he was crying in pain and we had to wait at least 1.5 hrs to see doctor, when I informed they said they have just one doctor to see patients, horrible place!

NP Garen was very concerned; Ellissa the CA was training a new hire and immediately took me in and had everything taken care. Her bedside matter today was awesome. 5⭐️ this is from visit Monday 8/26/24.
