Just moved into the area. We needed a pediatrician for my son. Saw Dr Johnston today. He was absolutely wonderful!! Very kind, attentive and thorough. He was patient and listened to all our concerns. The entire staff was wonderful as well. We loved Jessica’s bubbly personality that made us feel welcomed from the beginning. Being a nurse for over 30 years I would highly recommend this physician and group.

I’ve been calling for 5 days, putting in requests for the Dr to reach out, sent a message from the portal, sent several urgent requests and a request to speak to a supervisor and still have not heard anything. Every time I call I am told something different each time. The only thing that’s consistent is them telling me someone will be in contact with me within 24-48 hrs and here we are going on 168 hrs later and still no response from a Dr, anyone in office, no reply on the portal and still nothing from a supervisor. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Dr. J. Korivi is truly an amazing doctor! She took the time to actually hear me and works with me to achieve my health goals! It’s the honesty, professionalism and the down to earth dialog between us that will keep me coming back AND recommending her to anyone who asks!!!!!

I have received great care from here. I havent had any major issues with care or service. I want to get that out of the way first. They do have a predatory billing gimmick that everyone should be aware of. If you go in for an annual wellness visit and you mention anything wrong they will stop billing insurance for the wellness visit. You will get billed for a treatment visit if you havent met your deductible.I say this is predatory because they dont tell you that the billing will change. They dont tell you when you leave or before. You will just get a surprise $$$$ bill for the treatment you received. I went in for a wellness visit and mentioned that I had a cough and I was then tested and treated for a cough. Which means I got a test and nothing else happened, which is why I use quotes around treated. I then got a bill 2 months later for $300. Mind you, I also finished the annual wellness visit.Again the staff are nice and the care is fine, but watch out because this place will find a way to get more money. If you schedule an annual wellness visit DO NOT mention that anything else is wrong or you WILL be billed some ridiculous amount!

I had an absolute great experience at my appointment on 9/9/2024 with my Dr. Dr J Korivi is so very professional and always very helpful in all my appointments. I thank you for hiring her all those years ago. I will tell all my friends and family about her and if they are looking for a doctor she would be the one I would suggest to them to go to if she is taking new patients.

My parents have gone through several doctors. But nothing like the doctor they have at premier medical. She is always patience, kind and caring. She always does her best to make sure my parents are taken care of. My parents want to thank you J. Korivi for the care you have given them this past year and the years going forward. My primary care doctor is J Korivi and her assistant Latoyna.They both are the best. They are very caring on how Im feeling when I arrive. Korivi makes sure that Im getting the best care. She is very passionate and listen to my problems and make sure I get the best care. I wouldnt want no other doctor than her.

So far Ive had a decent experience here, Im terrified of doctors, and Im having some weird temple headaches and stabbing/pinching pains in my legs, as well as little circular red spots popping up everywhere, so I went to their same day clinic. The nurses and doctors there were so kind and amazing, although they said due to time limits, they could only focus on one problem at a time. None of what weve tried worked but hey, sometimes thats how it goes. Its been like 2 weeks since they ran labs on my blood and I havent gotten any results back yet so Im pretty frustrated about that as I have severe crippling anxiety over these kinds of things, but have an appointment soon so hopefully theyll have answers for me then. Over all pretty decent, kind, very clean and a decent, roomy waiting area in the walk in same day clinic. Just hope to get my labs back soon 🤣😭

Ive been going to Premier for years now; specifically, Dr. J. Korivi for at least 12-15 years. She is very knowledgeable and such a joy to interact with. Dr. Korivi is very supportive and friendly. Ive never had any issues with any of the staff at Premier and everyone exudes professionalism.

I am new to this area and needed a primary care physician. I could have not have found a better physician than Dr. J. Korivi. She makes you feel at ease, answers all of your questions throughly without making you feel as if she is rushing through your visit, she is very knowledgeable and cares about the wellbeing of her patients. If anyone is looking for an outstanding physician you will be wise to choose Dr.J.Korivi.

My sister only has good things to say about the nurses, RNs, technicians, and the rest of the staff here (some were wonderful), but the doctors are something else. Particularly her last one, Christine Beyke, and the chair of Family medicine George Lu.As we read some of the negative reviews here, weve realized that her experience seems to be the norm at Premier medical group, Clarksville.The doctor simply wants you to go on medication. If you can manage your condition through lifestyle changes (diet and exercise), without prescription drugs, you may find your doctor look disappointed, cancel scheduled appointments last minute, refuse to see you, make testing requests disappear, and in general, be petty and vindictive.They do not tolerate patients who wish to actively participate in their healthcare, and expect unquestioning compliance (please advocate for yourself no matter what healthcare provider you choose). If you attempt to present facts and logic, or question their decisions, you can be summarily dismissed as a patient, from the entire group not just one doctors practice.The primary concern for this group of doctors seems not to be optimum health of people who trust them, but on pushing drugs and maximizing insurance claims. This is not a healthcare provider you can trust with your familys well-being.

I’ve had an absolutely horrible experience with doctor Sonia Jackson and will not be returning to her care. She was my doctor through a miscarriage at the beginning of the year, during which she asked me on several occasions why I seemed upset and just generally lacked empathy for my situation. I only stuck with her for my early care for this pregnancy because she knew my medical history with trying to conceive and I was planning to switch to a midwife anyway so I figured her job was easy. Well today I had my first ultrasound with this pregnancy which was supposed to be to see the baby and hear the heartbeat. It was a transvaginal ultrasound which I said are very uncomfortable and painful for me and she talked over the entire time we were supposed to be getting to listen to our baby’s heartbeat, asking me why I seemed so uncomfortable and if sex was painful. Then she rushed out of the room before I had the opportunity to ask questions and when I had her come back she seemed curt and annoyed and told me the time for questions was in four more weeks at my next appointment. When I finally gave up and grabbed my things to go, she tried to ask me why I was so nervous, even knowing that I had a miscarriage before, just completely invalidating my feelings. She also tried to hug me which I refused, and then she had the nerve to ask my husband why I was so worked up after being treated so poorly. Will never ever recommend her and will warn anyone against seeing her. She completely lacks empathy and bedside manner and she ruined what was supposed to be an exciting experience hearing and seeing our baby.

Highly recommend Crystal N. Vernon, MD. My son was having minor concerns and Crystal truly went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure everything was ok with him and thank God she did because there was an issue that she identified that needed treated immediately. We were referred to a Specialist and because of this we were able to get our son the care he needed and everything is now resolved. By the Grace of God and Crystals caring and attentiveness our little boy is now ok and all better. If she would not have identified the issue it could have been extremely bad left untreated. In addition Crystal continued to check in with us throughout the weeks to check progress. She was extremely caring and sometimes even messaged us outside normal business hours to ensure she answered all our questions and concerns. She is truly an amazing doctor and I cannot express how grateful we were to be connected to such an incredible doctor!!! She could have ignored these minor issues as prior doctors had but she took them very serious and we will forever be grateful. Again, highly recommend Crystal N. Vernon, MD.

I waited 6 months for an initial provider appointment. The day for my appointment finally came. I showed up 20 min early , as requested. I then waited an hour while multiple people who came in after me were called. I notified the front desk, and they then spoke with the doctor. I was then told I needed to reschedule for 3 months in the future. Horrible first impression. The only good thing was that the ladies at the checkout desk were nice and helpful. Well see how it goes next appointment.-UpdateI was able to get in on my next appointment. My doctor was great, and I have not had any other problems.

Dr. Frimpong, is amazing! I just have to extend the biggest thank you to him! Today, was difficult and I cried on the poor gentleman, but he was a human first and met me with so much kindness and empathy. He went through the medications I had concerns with and symptoms and did not force anything on me. He listened and took time to hear what I had to say. Sometimes we just can not fathom the impact that a few minutes has on someone. Thank you for helping me today! Your kindness and amazing bedside manners should not got unnoticed.

Wouldn’t refill my medications, the doctor just said to make a new appointment when I’m almost out. What if I can’t get one until after I run out of my medications? I waited weeks for this appointment. Plus, don’t bother trying to get them to prescribe birth control, they’ll make you go to a specialist for that. Meaning a huge bill depending on your insurance. Truly a waste of time and money.

I have been a patient at Premier Medical Group since October of 2019, when we first moved to Clarksville, Tennessee.There are so many reasons I chose Premier for my primary medical needs. Premier has almost everything under one roof; primary care, pediatric care, imaging, laboratory, and their walk in clinic is absolutely fabulous, with the ability to save a spot and not have to wait all day to be seen. (a time that works for you) Love this!One of my favorite things they offer is their patient portal, with an app for my phone. I can contact my primary doctor via the portal to ask a simple medical question, check the status of my lab work, or imaging, and even ask for refills on my medication.I really like their separate waiting areas for sick patients, and regular waiting areas for your primary care team. I’ve never had to wait more 10minutes for my appointments.As a military family, we have been to many doctors across the US (and even Guam). The people that work at Premier are some of the best health care workers I’ve ever come across. My doctor takes time to listen to my concerns and questions. He and his staff are so welcoming, kind and very professional.I am very happy with Premier and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the Clarksville area.

Both family medicine and womens health have been dismissive and condescending, also giving misinformation. I work in Healthcare management, partnering with providers every day, and have patient experiences to back my speculation. Itll be fun when I end up dx at vanderbilt instead, with something serious that will drastically impact my health, that the doctors at PMG shouldve cared to catch, and itll have been their fault for dismissing a laundry list of very clear physical symptoms while chocking it up to anxiety. Sad. I feel sad for the patients who dont know better and take the word of these providers as law. Off to find another facility that will listen, care, and actually investigate.

Id make it a zero if i could. this place only cares about your money and nothing else. ive gone here my entire life. they know i struggle with mental health and they dont care. theyll schedule my appointments around my doctors vacation times so that i run out of medications then make me believe im crazy for being upset, and the receptionists will treat you as nothing more or less than a nuisance for calling to ask for a refill on medications that KEEP YOU ALIVE.if i update this review, itll be a suicide note naming names. otherwise, dont go here if you have a choice because i sure dont.

The care at premier medical is hit or miss.Expect to spend at least 10 minutes on hold for any kind of assistance, whether that be scheduling appointments, calling to get in contact with your primary doctors office, or what have you.As far as pediatric care goes, Dr. Genevieve Febrarro is amazing, always spot on with my children’s care and takes a realistic approach. There are other providers in the pediatric area I’ve seen when the children’s PCP is not available, who are less than thorough.The OBGYN doctors are hit or miss as well. I have had subpar care from the OBGYN department, and also great care from a doctor who unfortunately no longer is practicing (Dr. K. Sawyer).Billing is okay to deal with. Nothing special to rave or rant about.

Dr. J. Korivi and Latonya make a great team. I always feel comfortable when I’m there getting my check ups. I can ask for or talk about anything and know that my feelings matter. Everything is taken care of and addressed in a prompt matter which, is greatly appreciated.

This review is solely on Dr. Manning. She doesnt care about you and is a joke. Everyone else is wonderful, but her. I seen her for 7 years and she made me feel like I didnt matter. Never sounded like she cared one bit. Just kept shoving pills to me. My last visit was when I went to see if I had pneumonia or something. My pcp wasnt available at the time so I saw a NP. They stated I had an enlarged heart. When I saw Dr. Manning, she brushed it off and said its anxiety. Didnt bother getting me a cardiologist until I voiced my concern. I asked eventually weeks later to her nurse on how can I find a different doctor, which she gave me directions on how. I guess that nurse told the doctor because I became blacklisted from this clinic. I couldnt go to any other doctor because of her which made it difficult to find a new doctor because my insurance is very limited in the surrounding area. I think she is prejudice, hateful, and doesnt know anything about being a doctor. In response to the reply below, I did. They stated their was nothing they could do.

Our first experience with this obgyn wasnt bad for our first child, this second time though apparently they dont allow you to bring babies that you already have in with you, meaning I had to take the day off to bring my wife here to her first appointment and now I have to sit out here in the hallway with our one year old and I cant even be with her to see the first ultrasound, but dont worry we can Skype and I can watch on the phone screen, not exactly patient friendly. No explanation either as to why they dont allow kids in, I guess they just dont like kids that much or something. So if you have a job and it would be burdensome for your family and costly to have to take days off all the time for these appointments you should probably look for a different place for prenatal care.

MY Doctor is Dr. G. Manning.. She is professional. She cares about me when comes your understanding and my health. I LOVE HER!!

I have been a patient of Dr. J Korivi since 2015 and I could never ask for a better, more caring physician than she has been to me. We have been through a lot together caring for me. I say we because we both make decisions about my medical, mental and physical care. Not only is she a great listener but she makes sure that you completely understand what she has said and that you agree with how we will proceed. She really cares! I cannot say enough about the care I receive with J Korivi. If she were Bat Woman, Latonya is her Robin. She is a great assistant!

Awful. Would not recommend. They dont really care about your health. If they did they wouldnt terminate patients for cancelling too many appointments. Completely absurd. I work at a company that frequently messes with scheduling, so Ive had to cancel some appointments. Ive never just no-showed. Ive always called as soon as I could to cancel and they still terminated me for cancelling too many appointments.Now, Im with a new, better doctor at a different place and they wanted to send me to premier for lab work since they dont have a lab of their own, and Premier declined to see me because of my termination. Im in so much pain and just need to figure out whats going on with my body, but they wont see me to help even at another doctors request from a completely different company.Completely rediculous, and unacceptable. If I could give 0 stars I would.

One star specifically for my experience with OBGYN nurse Sheryl Campbell-Ellis. I just needed a routine appointment and also wanted to address a concern I was having. As soon as she asked if I was having an issues/concerns, I told her what I had been dealing with. She proceeded to blankly stare at me and then offer little to no assistance on trying to resolve the issue. She even stated, “I’m not trying to be rude, it’s just people usually have an explanation for why they’re dealing with that”…which to me IS rude and why ask if I’m having any issues if you expect ME to know why/already know how to solve them. Overall I just found her rude and she didn’t seem to care or want to establish any type of individualized care or even express concern for me as a patient. Highly disappointed by her care.

I had an appointment regarding a very worrisome concern and the service that was provided by the entire team (from front desk, to the nurse, to the doctor, to checking out) was excellent! I would recommend this place and definitely go back myself.

After a very bad experience at Queen City Women’s Health, I am very thankful to find Premier. They were super professional. I called and was seen less than a week later for ultrasound, bloodwork, and got to see a NP all in the same day! I cannot remember my NP but she was super sweet. The front staff as well as phone nurses and schedulers showed a great deal of professionalism and nice!

Excellent place for all your family medical needs. Labs, xray all under one roof. Great convenience. Both Dr Hellums, for me, and Dr Vernon, for my children, are excellent, very caring physicians. If I could rate them higher than a 10 I would.

I have been coming up Premier to see Dr J Korivi for over a decade its been so long but I absolutely love her! I would never switch her as being my PCP unless she retired or moved out of state and I had to change. Latonya is also amazing along with the rest of the staff here! My great niece goes to their pediatric building and even the staff there is amazing! I didnt want her going anywhere else! They are always so helpful, kind, they care about my well-being and ensure I am receiving the best care that they are for my health! Premier is my home! 😁🙏💯💕

Dr Lance Shirley, with my complex medical history, has extensive medical knowledge and has patience with my disabilities. With brain surgery, I can hard to understand.When you arrive, you can either check in early on your phone, the one I love the best, or in the office.I love that it is clean and contained to have everything you need from X-rays, walk in clinic, having my blood drawn. I believe the longest wait I had was 15 minutes. All staff are compassionate, spend as much time as they need with you, and not rush.I still love Premier Medical and, without a doubt , have the top doctor in my eyes. He really spends his time with you and listens.I have the best! I can not think of any other place I would go to find a doctor.Dr. Sherley, I have had for the last 5 years to present, really cares. His work ethic is way beyond his medical duties.After his appointments, he calls to speak to my husband to understand the issue, explain the options, or any concernI see a lot of names recommend doctors here at Premier Medical, I can tell you, Dr. Shirley is the best!!!

Dr. J. Korivi is the best. Myself and my daughters have been a patient of hers for at least 10 years. Ive never had to wait long to be seen when I have an appointment. She is always friendly and attentive. She most definitely puts quality over quantity.

Dr. J. Korivi is a very wonderful physician. She takes time to listen to your issue(s). She is concerned about you as a person and about your health. She is very careful with what is best for your situation. She has a great personality and smiles when she enters the room to make the patient feel at ease. It is a pleasure to see her when you need her. She tries to accommodate any situation if possible. Premier is very lucky to have such a caring physician.

Beware. This place has a couple of good doctors, specifically in pediatrics. But this place in general can’t get it together. They confirm your pharmacy three times during your appointment and still manage to send your prescriptions to the wrong place. They have some horrible doctors and when you try to change they deny you every two weeks and you have to resubmit. After two months I found somewhere else to go thank goodness. Much better than premier.

I want to take a minute to give my acknowledgment to my amazing physician at premier medical physician. Dr. J Korivi has been my doctor for several years. Every time I come for a visit she welcomes me. She and her nurse Latonya make me feel like I’m important. My doctor listens to every single concern I may have and addresses it immediately. Her care is outstanding. Whether I need a in person or virtual visit she does what she needs to do to make sure I am well when I feel sick. She keeps up with my well visits to make sure I am healthy. I appreciate her so much and she deserve to be Recognized. Thank you for all you do.

Dr. J Korivi and Premier Medical Group is one of the best primary care doctors I know. I’ve been seeing her for over a year now and she’s always listened to me and made sure to give the best care she can. Making an appointment is easy on the website and if Dr. J isn’t available it’s nice that I can see another doctor in the practice if I need to. Check in is also a really easy process. You can tell that everyone there cares about you. I highly recommend working with Dr. J. Korivi!

They dropped me because I didn’t like Dr. Jorif, I feel like she’s never there and when she is she’s not professional She’s young and childish but, her husband who works there is way way more professional than her. I just didn’t feel secure with this lady at all, her or her little big nurse, they suck at professionalism with ppl of color. That why I never went back to her. But the one person I did enjoy going to they are taking her away or trying cause of Dr. jorif but it cool thought. Meharry college shouldn’t be an accredited institution for ppl that’s gonna be ghetto all their lives with a degree and don’t know how to be professional, Before administration make an executive decision, go in the rooms with permission to see how your physicians really operating , they will change it up, but you can’t take the hood out of them two .. I personally didn’t trust her or her little nurse that say she helped her with some type illness to stop me from complaining. It didn’t work. I still made a complaint but listen ppl if yall complain they will cut you from coming there lol it’s crazy I know !!

The front desk employees (Ms. Sandy, Ms. Vicki and Tristin) are always so sweet and welcoming when checking in and out for appointments.Dr. Anderson is always very informative and takes his time to make sure he answers any questions I have each visit. He takes the time to listen to any concerns I have and makes me feel like I am heard! I would recommend this office and provider to anyone searching.

Visit was with Dr J. Korivi was a very pleasent and knowlegeble visit she answered all my questions and seemed like she really care about you will visit anytime she is my regular doctor

I have had Dr. J. Korivi for many years and have always had a very good experience with her. She really cares about you. Latonya is a very good nurse also, she takes her time with you and does what you need done. She makes sure that your records are up to date.

Today I made a walk in appt at premier I saw Dr Korivi. After waiting 45min the doctor finally came to see me and found me collapsed over on the ground and laughed and said I needed to put on my mask. Then he continued to lecture me on wearing a mask even though he had one on. I told him I was having a hard time breathing, he didnt care and told me to still put it on. And then during the appointment to find out why I came in he laughed the whole time I explained why I was there and how I was feeling. He didnt care at all about what I was saying. He said he couldnt give me anything to help with my pain or nausea So after the Dr did nothing for me. As I was leaving the office I collapsed against the wall and the doctor just stared and laughed. Never offered a wheelchair or any help at all. Worst experience I had at premier medical and I would definitely not recommend this doctor to anyone. I plan on reaching out to corporate about this matter.this Dr should have his license removed. Ive never wrote a review but this Dr needs to know you didnt treat people who are sick like this

Arrived at 840am for a 900am appointment. It’s now 940am as I am just being called to be seen. This place does not seem to care to make people wait, or care about your own personal schedule. When I went up to Occupational Medicine front desk worker Maggie to let her know I had somewhere to be ideally by 10, and she implied that it was my fault because I had to get my paperwork out before I was seen, although I could not turn in my completed paperwork in for 10 minutes because she was speaking to another patient. Not a a good intake system for occupational medicine. Expect your appointments to take a while here.Edit:It’s now 1030 and I’m just now being seen for my physical. I had the time while waiting to call and speak to a supervisor who came to talk to me In the room I was waiting in on site regarding this issue.

Called around 4:40 a little early after getting off work to make an appointment before they closed at 5. First they kept the phone ringing for minutes until it was 4:50, then when a guy answered he told me I’d have to call back in the morning so I asked if it was somebody he could transfer me to before they closed and he said he would check, which sounded like complete bull then at 4:58 some girl name Hope picked up and acted like he couldn’t hear anything before hanging up on me… First and Foremost people in this world are just weird, if y’all get a call, answer / take it, we have nothing to do with your day being almost over, I specially tried to get off work in time to make this appointment because I work and lunch the same hours as them M-F. It’s disappointing I can’t even call a doctors office and have a decent experience, these are the people they hired.

Have an appointment for a physical that has already been rescheduled once by premier. You get a text confirming the appointment. You get to check in and are told you have no appointment. No call no nothing what a joke.

Avoid at all costs. Dr Paul Darke is an absolute clown of a doctor and should have his license pulled for endangering children. Contact me or post under this review for more details.

Dr.J.Korivi was not taking on new patients at the time, but she decided to take me. I am so glad she did. I have not had a bad experience since that day. She looks at you as she talks to you and always shares a laugh. You are not a file on a screen but an actual person. It does get busy and on those days I may have to wait a bit longer but it never affects my care. The Laytonya and the staff are friendly and caring. Always apologizing if they think something they are doing causes discomfort. She knows the healthcare system is flawed but has never pushed me into doing anything. She recommends, explains why. I hope to stay her patient going forward. I give Dr. J. Korivi and Laytonya 5 stars.

Dr. Jyotsna Korivi has been a blessing to my family. Her compassion and medical knowledge has proven to be above and beyond from any of our experiences. She ensures her patients are comfortable and well aware of what she is treating them for. She will cover all grounds to ensure proper treatment. I couldn’t recommend her enough. Everyone is always so nice and welcoming when I go to my appointments. Dr.Sonia Jackson does a very awesome job at responding all of my questions and making sure I am informed about everything in my pregnancy. I feel very comfortable and welcomed every time I go by the front desk staff. They constantly cancel appoints even when they are made months to a whole YEAR in advance due to “unforeseen circumstances”. My gyno appointments are constantly being rescheduled and just recently my regular physical and bloodwork with a different doctor was cancelled. Then when they reschedule, it’s several months out. People on the Clarksville FB page have complained regularly about this. I don’t know what’s going on here, but if you’re looking to see an actual doctor in a timely manner WITH a scheduled appointment, this isn’t the place to go. Get it together because I see nothing “premier” about y’all.

Both Drs Korivi are the best! My family has been a patient with Premier for over a decade. The professionalism of the entire staff is always at the highest level. The efficiency allows me to rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen after arrival.To be able to slip away from work to attend an appointment is never a concern with fearing returning late. A huge plus.Thank you for you genuine caring attitude.

I love all the staff at Premier medical group. I see Dr J. Korivi and she has been amazing. Every time she comes in she takes the time to answer all my questions and listens to my concerns. I never feel rushed and I feel like she truly cares for her patients.

My experience with my providers are great but Imaging, INADEQUATE. I know it’s against the law to deny patient services if they cannot pay, but you sure have. I’m a healthcare professional for well over 20 yrs and this is highly unprofessional. Do not ask me to contact a manager for the concern because this should not be happening to patients. CEO has been informed, the state has letters and the Insurance company as well. You should have a higher standard for your staff. They’re the first impression. I’m convinced this place & the state of Tn will aid in the early demise of Patients. This is disappointing. You should know, some patients know who to call and speak with to get your business in order.

Ive been going here for years for primary care and I can say for sure this place is nice! Ive recently started seeing doctor J. Korivi for medication to help with my anxiety and theyve been super helpful in finding what works best for me. All their other doctors seem just as nice and helpful as well as the nurses and other staff on hand. Would definitely recommend this place if youre looking for a primary care provider!

Im surprised to see so many positive reviews for this place. To me, it feels more like a cattle call than a trip to the doctor. Huge complex, cold impersonal building, the waiting room is more like a DMV than a healthcare facility. Youre shuttled from place to place, primarily ensuring your insurance is good and theyll get their money, then youre sent to sit and wait. And wait. And wait.At every point in the process I felt like a number, not a patient.This is a profit center, not a healthcare facility. They are under staffed and over booked. Youre reminded constantly to arrive early to not miss your time with the doctor, then they park you in an exam room and theyll get to you when they get to you.Ive been to this place twice, Ill be finding a new primary care doctor that isnt part of this mega-corp that prioritizes profits by providing the least amount of care to the most amount of people possible.

Doctor patient relationship is important as well as quality professional services. I was excited to be a new patient as I thought I discovered what I was looking for in medical care. After four months, I learned this is not a good fit; however, I was holding on to await my reading of reports. I have yet to receive. When I asked Beth about it, she had an attitude and quoted they had 30 days as they wait for previous readings. I expressed my concern with waiting on out of state readings from 3 years ago and Beth was inconsiderate with an I dont care attitude.The staff in the imaging lab center are unprofessional, rude, incompetent, inconsiderate and lack customer service skills. I called several days prior to my scheduled appointment and left a detailed voice message to reschedule. I never received a return call. A week went by and I had to attend another appointment in the imaging department. Upon me checking in, I inquired about the lack of communication and it was shared that there is a shortage of staff. The worker never had eye contact with me nor smiled. It was obvious that she was not having a good day. I shared that I had pre checked in, including updating my insurance info and she still wanted me to complete paper work without explaining.I was finally called back for my procedure. Beth was unprofessional and rude as she did not introduce herself and was not friendly at all. I only learned of her name at the end when I asked her name. I went back to the front to inquire about the procedure. She came to the front as I was talking with the front desk, she was rude and started talking to me in front of everyone present about my inquiry with attitude. I asked to talk with her in private.On a different occasion, I experienced inadequate communication and. messages, unprofessional office behavior wherein workers were in the back talking extremely loud about patient information and their personal experiences. Additionally, inadequate messages were shared with other workers regarding my request to go to a D.O. VS a MD.Overall, if you want better care, compassion, timely follow-up calls, correct billing, listening, professional ism...Premier is not the place.Premier Medical Group, no thanks! I have communicated with the manager, did my due diligence, expressed my concerns as to the experience I had and everything I shared was reversed on me. I am a professional with professional expectations, did not receive quality services or communication and unfortunately the way I was treated and the level of unprofessionalism of the staff, I will not recommend anyone to seek services. Dr. J Korivi is a wonderful doctor! She is very helpful, always nice and polite, very caring, and even pretty funny! She makes sure all my questions are answered. I think she is great at her job!

Great staff who are professional, quick and friendly. Dr Bruss is amazing for my child!

We are always treated so nice. My kids enjoy going to the dr because of how friendly everyone is! After we are checked in we were moved too a special well feeling waiting room and the nurse came and got us from there within just a few minutes. My kids Dr. isn’t pushy about anything and she is down to earth and will talk to you on your level. I wouldn’t want to take my children anywhere else! I will say though, during sick months, it can be near impossible to get them in. I believe this is because everyone loves this office so much that their are just too many patients all at once.

I have been seeing Dr. Jyotsna Korivi for many years and think the world of her. She never makes me feel rushed, takes time to listen to me and explains all her treatment plans. She has a kind bedside manner and always answers any questions I may have. I would highly recommend her to all my family, friends, or anyone looking for a provider. Today was my first experience @ Premier Medical group ! I have to say it’s they best experience I’ve had hands down ! The nurse or Dr assistant they came got me ( Latoya Rice ) was so sweet to me made me feel comfortable at the establishment ! She listened to my needs of my health and helped me understand how much they care for patients ! Dr Gas well all I can say is I’m in good hands “ rite away he order blood work set up appointment for me to help solve my issue that was going on with my health! Most doctors in past ask few normal questions and then hurry you on your way ! But NO DR .Gas was on top of questions and asking for my input to why I was there! I appreciate everything done for me today by this Great Group of staff! Look forward to future of my health and knowing that I have such great people to help me along the way ! Thanks again

Dr.J Korivi and Latonya are always caring, understanding. Always providing the best care. As well as her nurses, they all are great. Always respectful and helpful. I wouldn’t want any one else. They all make every visit comfortable and answering any questions or concerns you may have.

Got right in and right out with an appointment. On site services for blood work along with X-ray, MRI, cat scan, etc. Makes it handier. The only problem I had was getting out of the parking lot!

I’m giving one star not because of Premier itself but the person I had my appointment with today. My actual doctor, Byke, is amazing. Unfortunately she’s out on leave so I had the pleasure of seeing “Doctor” Pam Lassiter. First off, I tried to ask for a full blood panel so I can see what my levels are, hormones and the such. She kept questioning me why and what panel. My thought process of a full blood panel is hormones, vitamin, and even cortisol levels. But she refused to put one in for me. Basically arguing the fact with me what I WANT done. Then I brought up that my actual doctor would want me to get a blood test done for something. She then said she didn’t see it in the notes and then refused to put one in. Next thing, she asked if anything was bothering me. I told her my hip and told her my S&S of my issue. She didn’t acknowledge it, examine me for my issue, no imagery put in, not a word. So my impression is she didn’t care at all. One thing she seemed very adamant about for my health was the flu vaccine. I did not want one. And she was so adamant about it, she started getting condescending with me. Or at least that’s how she made me feel. Out of the whole appointment, all the concerns I had and issues I wanted to get addressed, all that were in my post appointment notes were “flu vaccine denied”. This wasn’t even a general health appointment or a flu vaccine one. It was for a very specific thing and none of my concerns about MY health and well being were addressed. I don’t know if she was having a bad day, didn’t like me because I was brown, or just doesn’t have any interpersonal skills or just lack of empathy/sympathy. But I suggest no one sees this individual if you want your voice to be heard about YOUR body/healthy.

J. Korivi, my primary care physician. I enjoy seeing her. she is respectful. she is patient. She tells what I should be doing for my health. She encourages me to get all the health screenings and tests I am supposed to get. When I tell her, I do not want a specific screening or test, she respectfully accepts my wishes. she always explains things to me and listens when I ask questions. I would refer to anyone.

Dr. J. Korivi is the best. She takes time to listen to what your problem is to find the best treatment.

Take your children elsewhere. We have had so many issues with premier. It is incredibly difficult to get appointments with my child’s assigned doctor as they are booked out months in advance. In the past six months we have had appointments canceled without explanation FOUR TIMES. As a parent I already have to move things around to make these appointments work for our schedule but the patient experience seems to be a pretty low priority for them. Last year I also had issues with getting specialist referrals put in despite multiple requests and “re-checks” with the doctor.

They will schedule free “wellness” visits with your insurance for school notes and charge you for a different type of visit without informing you.

I had the pleasure of visiting Premier Med today for my yearly Medicare checkup. As usual , I received excellent care by Dr. J. Korivi and her nurse Latonya. I’ve had Dr. Korivi as my PCP for 10 plus years. If you are new in town or looking for a new doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Korivi and Latonya as your medical team. They are friendly and willing to listens to my questions and any concerns I have about my health.

We transferred to this pediatric office because we were not satisfied with care we were receiving from our previous office. As a new mom with a 1 month old baby, Premier made it so easy to transfer and trust them with making sure my son was seen and treated properly. All of our concerns are taken seriously and the staff from the front office to the nurses to the doctors are all professional and friendly. The rooms are clean and decorated for children. We LOVE Dr. Guerra. She is new to the practice and we are so thankful she was parked with us on intake. She is patient and kind. She LISTENS to all of our concerns as first time parents and she truly cares about our son and his health. We could not be happier with the level of care we receive from her! The only complaint we have is the after hours phone nurse that screened our call one time, Paula. She was pretty rude and didn’t take our concerns seriously. Other than that, we love premier and would recommend Dr. Guerra to any parent/ child seeking a new pediatric doctor!

We love Premier Pediatrics! We also have positive visits every time we go, whether for scheduled check-ups or emergent same-day visits. The ladies at the reception desks always greet us with warm smiles and make us feel comfortable immediately! My son’s doctor and nurse are always so kind, warm, and attentive to our needs, and most importantly, really care about my son, his development, and his health! The couple of times we’ve come for same-day visits have also been extremely helpful, and I always leave with all my questions answered and relief knowing my son was in amazing hands!

Dr. J. Korivi has been my PCP for many years. I am highly satisfied with her medical advice, honesty, and diligence in providing proper treatment. She and nurse Latonya are the absolute best! I can always count on excellent care and superior service!

I gave one star because you have to. I’m appalled at the way I’ve been treated. I’m a patient of Dr. Mannings and I recently moved out of state. The moment I requested a transfer of my medical records I was shut out of my online access to the portal. I called before Christmas to ask if she could please refill a medication I must have- not a narcotic- and I was given the run around. The dr was out of town for Christmas and was scheduled to return. On January 2. I called again and spoke to a Jennifer who was rude. I pleaded with her to please speak with the dr and that I cannot be out of this med. She went on and on how they can treat me out of state and can’t send meds across state lines. This is not true because they did it before. Jennifer insisted she was right and I was wrong. She told me my request was on the medical directors desk for review. I even said I would do a telemedicine visit but I desperately needed my medicine. I was told “we don’t treat people out of state”. I explained in great detail I only had a weeks worth of med left and my new pcp appointment was February 3. I asked for the medical directors name and Jennifer refused to provide the name. Told me someone would call me. She told me I should go to urgent care. Meanwhile I received a letter from the practice stating they would help me until I was established in my new place. WRONG. They don’t care about you or your needs. Don’t waste your time with this practice. I sit here on 1/4. No phone call no info no medicine. I have no medical insurance until and yet Dr Mannings office and this so called medical director could care less.

I just wanna say that if you need a pediatrician I recommend this place we got Dr.Febraro and my family and I love her! She definitely heard our needs and concern when we had them. It has been such a long time since I’ve even seen a doctor so caring and nice. I am so sad we have to stop coming.

Dr. J Korivi is my primary since 2016. From day one she still the number one in my book. Any questions I’ve had she answers professionally. Even if it’s not what I want to hear. Her nurse Latonya is awesome over and above. They both address your concerns at anytime. The response to emails is timely.

Today I had a visit with Sherly Campbelle-Ellis.At the beginning of the visit she came in and everything seemed normal, as soon as I described my symptoms she immediately dismissed what I was saying. Telling me that what I was experiencing was impossible or incorrect. When I asked her if there was another explanation or if we could explore what my symptoms could mean, I was dismissed yet again.At this point she made me feel like I wasnt heard, as though I was an inconvenience. She DID offer to do a vaginal exam, but at this point she made me feel so uncomfortable that I no longer felt comfortable with her performing it.As a medical professional I would never treat one of my patients the way she treated me.This is the reason people dont trust medical personnel, because they make us feel as if we are beneath them.I would not recommend premier OBGYN to anybody who wants proper care.

Waiting times are always very short to see Dr. J Korivi. She always listens to what I have to say and ask questions so she can give diagnosis of my problem. Has always been caring and patient. Very clean environment for complete facility. I would highly recommend!

I have been a patient at premier since I was a child, and have typically had a positive experience with them. My PCP was Dr. Collier, and I really enjoyed her. I think she takes the time to really try to figure out what is going on to help as best she can. However, her MA on the other hand, not so much. On more than one occasion she was rude to me, as if I should know protocol for them. This past phone call with her was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I waited over an hour on a video telehealth call, I eventually called the office to tell them I would need to reschedule. Athenia, Dr. Collier’s MA called later that evening to touch base about my follow up. She was rude, and that’s the nicest way I can put it. Numerous times I explained the situation over and over to her, I had done all that I was supposed to, dropped off records from an office they had referred me to (which backed up everything I said), and she persisted to argue instead of find a solution. I asked her more than once to coordinate care with the other office or give me a solution. Her poor attitude and patient care would be what would make me change physicians, but Premier beat me to that. I complained to a clinical manager about the behavior of their staff member, and in return I was the one discharged from the practice for being “abusive and disruptive”. In retrospect, next time you should probably investigate further, because this isn’t the first time I’ve seen a complaint about this specific employee.

Dr.Korivi has been my Dr. for so long and I love her. She’s a good listener and is very concerned about my health. She listens to my health greveinces and takes quick actions to my concerns/complaints. And Latonya is so attentive to my needs and has a very good personality. She makes me laugh. I think she’s her nurse.

I have lived in 5 different states, worked as an RN in all of them also. I have NEVER in my life had such a hard time getting an appointment to establish care. Insurance works, I was put through so many hoops and even after doing everything they required I still was on hold for 45 minutes and then being told their system didn’t reflect the change in pcp. I have a copy of the change and electronically a card. Ridiculous I will find another place to obtain careAnd I don’t want the pat answer you give to all derogatory remarks. I’m not going to call that main number and hold for 30 minutes. If you really want to resolve something you will contact people not require the reverse.

I have been a Premier Medical Group patient for more than 20 years. My family’s doctor recently retired and I established with Dr G. Korivi, he and his staff have been wonderful. They great you with a smile and are so pleasant to speak to. Dr. Korivi was thorough and efficient. Today, I had a physical I haven’t had one this detailed ever. It has been a pleasure to get a fresh look at me and my health. It was a great experience.

My son needed a sports physical, and we scheduled a wellness visit. My overall experience was fantastic. I completed pre-check steps online prior to my arrival, which made the check-in process very efficient. I was greeted with enthusiasm and positive energy upon arrival, and there was very little wait time. Dr. Johnston and his nurse were efficient and very thorough. I liked Dr. Johnston’s approach to my son’s overall wellness, physical and social. Well done!

The office of premier medical is one of the best doctors office I’ve gone to here in Tennessee. The nurses, doctors are always friendly. Dr J Korivi takes time to listen to me, she explains all my questions that I have to me very well.

I got a Saturday appointment for a 4 year well check up for my daughter. I was so happy because I didn’t have to cancel work! We saw my daughters’ primary care physician, Dr Walker, whom I highly recommend.She is great at explaining the exam, in detail, as she proceeds. My daughter had previously been feeling anxious about getting shots and feared being hurt by the regular body checks. Dr Walker calmed her and proceeded patiently until my daughter trusted her.At the end of the visit my daughter repeated, “the shots weren’t bad “. She told everyone who would listen !!

I always feel valued and well cared for by Dr. George Lu. He is a great example of how powerful it can be to have a long term primary care physician that knows your medical history well and takes time to help you make informed decisions. His staff is caring, as well. Latoyia was helpful, kind and so personable. At my visit today, lab work was ordered. I love that Premier has on campus labs, as it was so easy and convenient to have lab work done on my way out. The entire experience was positive and efficient.

Dr. Korivi is nice, kind, caring, and friendly. Dr. Korivi puts the patients needs first and she is very thorough. She has been my doctor and my daughters doctor for more than 12 years. Dr. Korivi and her nurse Latonya make you feel so well-cared for.

Sheryl Campbell-Ellis is GREAT. she made sure i was comfortable with my well woman exam and also made sure i was aware with everything going on.Premier medical is a great facility to say the least my entire family uses their doctors and we have zero complaints!

Most of Office ladies are unpleasant, those that schedule appointments were incompetent- several times my daughter’s & my appointments were rescheduled, there are 2 medical assistants in the lab that draw blood very racist & disrespectful, and the overall function of what a doctor may do in one visit is a financial scam. In Minnesota we never had to schedule another appointment for a quick office procedure that should’ve been included in the appointment. How lovely & wonderful my Doctor is and she is well that is irrelevant. I need quality care that is thorough. Does TN have any quality medical care?

I visited the Dr today for medicine refills. Dr. J. Korivi is always so nice she remembers what we previously talked about. Today we talked about my weight loss journey, I have recently gained some weight and she assured me that I lost it before I can do it again! I won’t see any other Dr when I go!

Dr. Patterson is very kind and listened to everything I had to say and ask. She takes her time and doesnt rush her visit with you. I really also loved her nurse Audrey so sweet and also listens to my concerns for the doctor. 10 out of 10 recommend!

My Doctor Dr. Manning has been my primary care doctor since the mid 2000s. She has always been a caring, truthful but totally honest with me doctor who holds me accountable to for my positive and negative actions. My interactions with support staff has been positive by making sure my needs are met. So I would encourage patients who considering coming to Premier to ASK QUESTIONS, people can not read your mind, if you dont understand a process or need for a test ASK.

Dr. Sonia Jackson and her team has become like family to us seeing as how two of our three children, she and her team welcomed via scheduled C-section.Throughout the entire process of each pregnancy, she was knowledgeable and transparent about the risk and reward of having multiple C-sections so close together; nonetheless, never made a visit seem overwhelming or scary. She always has a positive attitude and hopeful outlook while giving you the facts.Dr. Jackson goes above and beyond the call of her duty and is exemplary when it comes to #FullCircleCare.I cannot speak highly enough of her honesty and genuine character and would recommend any expecting family to seek her and her team out!We love you Dr. Jackson and all of your nurses in office as well!!!! 🌻

Giriprasadarao Korivi is the dismissive Dr I ever seen. Had some Cancer concerns and was brought up by my dentist so thought I would go to the Dr to get checked. I was in and out in 10 minutes. He did ask about family history, many symptoms at all, looked in my mouth for 2 seconds and immediately said it was just a sore throat that my dentist probably didnt see anything and was done.Not the first time Ive seen him. Before I had any answer he was shaking his head as if he already knew what I was going to say and that it wasnt a big deal it didnt take my concerns seriously. I will definitely not be seeing him anymore and will just wait two week to be seen by my dentist again. Ridiculous.

I have the best experience with premier medical when I come to see my Dr. J Korivi. Always the most welcome and pleasant environment. Her assistant Ms Latoya is Great. Always warm and welcoming with a smile.

I am a Patient of Dr. J. Korivi. I saw her today, and as always she is truly amazing. She is never in a hurry, seems to genuinely care.She takes her time,explaining everything in Detail. I absolutely would recommend her for anyone looking for a Dr.

While the quality of care is great, since the walk-in moved to same day appointments, I can never seem to get my children in when they are ill. There never seem to be any open appointments by the time I am able to get off work. While I understand the need for same day appointments, I also think it is important to have the option for walk-in care when a child has current symptoms of illness. My children have a lengthy history of ear infections and the sooner I can get them in when symptoms start, the better. That wasn’t a problem until the clinic changed.

I was charged for appointments but care was never given. I had covid and a test was needed. doctor insisted someone would call me Friday to schedule me a covid test but no one did, when I called to follow up no calls were returned, receptionist said I could not just go in for a test I had to be scheduled. 3 days later on Monday 1 hour before a nurse called and said come in any time. I was not able to get there in time and a test would not matter at this point as the time frame had stretched out too far. I feel like my care was not a priority but billing me is top priority. I reached out to multiple people and departments for help and have not been able to get a call back yet.

Ive seen Dr J. Korivi for some years now. I’ve always felt comfortable speaking about all my concerns and most importantly she listens. Her nurse also is very caring and sets the tone for the appointment.

Premier OBGYN has horrible patient care service. A Single mom shows up with her two birthing coaches for information on induction that will happen the next day and the office staff is more concerned with the fact that she has two people with her then with the fact that all this is new to her and the fact that she is doing this all alone. I’m very disappointed in the manner of care they provide their patients with. 😡

I saw PAM LASSITER and her nurse Erica. I visit the primary care site once every six months approximately and have been doing so for years the care that I get there’s always been top notch and coming from 40 years in an era. The medical profession, my standard is hi Pam always is a professional. It makes you feel like she’s a family member Erica met today for the first time, and she fell right in stride with what I would expect. The entire staff takes time to explain things that may seem difficult to other people. The admission staff do a great job. Pam is extremely knowledgeable. Her experience in her profession clearly shows up in her patient care diagnosis and long-term care. I will continue to see Pam and medical advice and treatment as well as Premier medical as my location.

The doctors are good. The office is terrible. The delivery form for FMLA was processed by some company from Asia. My personal information was sent to them for me to provide the form for my employer! Really???!!!On top of that I paid for each form. After paying thousands dollars for the delivery, I am charged for office work that Premier does not want to do, lol.Will they start charging for calls and their electricity soon too??? Wow

The doctor visit was great, but a week and a half after my daughters appointment her prescription still had not been sent to the pharmacy. I called their office and was told that the doctor would be spoken to, and a few days later they tried calling (I found out it was them after the fact) and I was not able to pick up. No voicemail was left and when I called back about a week later to see what was going on, they claimed that they tried to call me and put the blame on me for them not making more than one lousy phone call to get a hold of me. When I asked why, no voicemail was left the woman on the phone had nothing to say. It took them so long to send the prescription to the pharmacy and by then we had lost our benefits. I complained, and was able to speak with the manager who promised that she would apply a credit towards my daughters bill. Fast forward a month later when we finally receive our bill and it is for the full amount. So I call AGAIN, and waste 17 mins getting transferred around, told that there are no notes on my account, but no managers are available, and that according to their system I owe the full balance.Update: I received a call back, there were notes, but the previous person that I spoke to you did not know where to locate them. I will say that all the stuff that I spoke to have been very kind and I appreciated that they got back to me so quickly.

I have Dr. Sonia Jackson, and I’m so thankful to have her. She is honestly one of the best doctors I’ve had, especially OB/GYN related. She is very thorough and straightforward, making sure you have nothing to worry about. She plans ahead and gives you all the details. It’s hard to find someone in professional care that you can actually say, they care. Her nurses are amazing and kind, I feel welcomed every time I have an appointment. Dr. Jackson delivered my baby girl, and with her help through my pregnancy, she made sure my baby was going to be healthy! Great delivery, great bonding, and overall great experience. Definitely recommend having her, she’s a keeper!!

Was able to get an emergency walk-in appointment very quickly via their online portal. My PCP (Dr. Lance Shirley) is very nice, professional & explains himself in a way that is easily understood. I like the fact that I dont have to repeat myself over & over, as my medical records are completely digital. I can correct any errors via the online portal. Very convenient.

Klarissa J. has been my nurse the past two visits and she’s been PHENOMENAL. she answers all my questions in a professional manner. she always makes me feel comfortable and walks me through the process of how the visit will go before the doctor comes in. I highly suggest visiting Dr. Bunge for primary care, it’s so refreshing coming into a doctors appointment and being listened to and have a common goal for plan of care. premier has been wonderful to visit.

My five star review is for Millie Burke, Dr. Vander Veen’s NP. I’ve seen Dr. Vander Veen maybe twice the 6-7 years I’ve been going to premier (he was great when I did see him,) however, Millie has been nothing short of amazing to me! She seems to genuinely care about her patients and takes the time to talk to me about any concerns I may have. She has never made me feel anything short of cared for. Thank you for all that you do, Millie! :)

Very nice staff, but definitely is a hard OB office to work with, since they dont work with us (patients) & they do not take into consideration that us Mothers may have other children that we are 100% responsible for.They refused me for my appointment this AM since I HAD to bring my 3y/o with me, I had no other option or help with watching him.This is a military town, you’d think there wouldn’t be such strict protocols when a lot of us are here without the support system of family members or friends.

I recommend Dr. J Korivi to anyone. She takes care of her patients with care and concern. She is one of the best doctors at Premier Medical Group. Me and my husband are happy to be with her.

Our 1 year old had a very high fever and concern for an inner ear infection last week. We called that morning and not only did they give us a same day appointment, we were able to get a walk in window within the hour. We were seen promptly and the staff that works with Dr. Schwartz was kind, efficient and amazing with my daughter. She was able to rule out any type of bacterial infection or serious illness, made us feel better and got us home quickly. I have been there many times and am always impressed by their professionalism. Would recommend for any reason.

Id have to say Dr. J Korivi is the best doctor Ive had in my entire adult life. She cares about whats going on in your life and genuinely tries to help. I recommend her to everyone i know looking for a doctor.

This has been my Primary Care Clinic for several years. Dr. J. Korivi has been absolutely wonderful. Latonya has been great! Its been very rare that that there is anything less than a 4-5 star experience at the clinic.

I use this group for my Gynecologist and loved it! I decided to go them for primary care as well in march. Their soonest available appointment was June 19th. They called that my appointment was cancelled because the doctor couldn’t come in, and now I have to wait again until September 18th. Unbelievable, now I have to wait a total of 7 months for my new patient appointment. I highly recommend the OBGYN wing, but the primary care I would recommend anywhere else. When I spoke up about the wait time all I got was “sorry, have a great day!”. Super disappointed. Even phone calls take forever, not even worth it to call to discuss this further!EDIT: After leaving this review I was called back and rescheduled immediately. There seems to be some miscommunication within the building that I was told would be addressed immediately. Once in the building though, the experience was amazing! I’m not surprised because Premier has great staff at the OBGYN wing as well. Getting a foot in the door was hard but once you get in its worth it. If you’re having trouble with rescheduling I would suggest asking for a higher up to resolve it quicker! Thanks for helping me out Premier!!

I have been going to premier since I was a kid and let me tell you, I am surprised it has taken me this long (I am 33) to decide to get out.I had my PCP look into a severe muscle cramp issue for me that Ive had since I was 16, and the final diagnosis? It is a nuisance. I could have told him that. I thought maybe it was just the doctor but I switched doctors and the next doctor ordered a battery of tests and gave me the final diagnosis of it being muscle cramps and that he could refer me to a neurosurgeon to get quarterly injections of Botox in the muscle to kill the nerves and prevent it from cramping. This didnt sit well either because its not just one muscle that cramps.Other issues I have had have also come up with no answers even after tons of different tests and a lot of money spent.I recommend noone go here as they dont treat patients as people, they treat them as a bottom line. If we leave and hit them where it hurts, perhaps they will hire legitamate doctors and not the quacks they have there currently who need to get through each patient in 15 min so they can get to the next one.My ex used to work here too and she handled the scheduling for doctors. The doctors are overbooked and a lot of them like to overcharge you for your appointment by coding it differently to make it more expensive. You never see the codes so you wouldnt ever know.Final note: please dont believe the owners response to this or any other post. It is a blanket reponse and is not in any way concerned with patient care. If you care about patients, how about read and respond on an individual basis instead of using a form letter to respond and say you missed the mark

Very professional, fast and friendly. The nurse Xavier had was super friendly I didnt get her name but she made sure to make Xavier feel comfortable. And Dr bruss spoke directly to him as well as myself. Other than the shots he said he really enjoyed his visit!!

We have been seeing Dr. Pegram for several years now and she is very thorough and communication is great! She explains everything to us and my children are always excited to go see her. Her treatment for our children has always been 💯 whether it’s for a yearly check up or an illness. We have all of our trust in her. Thank you so much for all that you do!

The new walk-in clinic system is amazing! I was able to get a same day pediatric appointment. When we arrived, there were only two other patients in the big waiting room which allowed us to spread out, and we were in and out of the building within 30 minutes! Much better than the 3 hours we waited before this new system began. I

My doctor and nurses show great interest with my health concerns. Latoyia was my nurse today and she is so friendly and listens to all I have to say. Dr. Lu is a great doctor who has helped me so much. I am very pleased having them as my healthcare providers.

J. Korivi is my primary care physician. She has been my doctor for years and is always kind and caring. Going to the doctors is never a great time but Doctor J Korivi makes it much better and her head nurse is very NICE! Thank you!

We recently moved to the area and have had to utilize the Pediatric walk-in clinic several times. We appreciate the ability to be seen the same day and had great care each time. All the staff including reception, nurses, and providers are very friendly. Dr. Febrarro is their primary care doctor on the well visit side and we are extremely happy with her as well. We are so glad we chose Premier.

Nothing like losing your home and getting a certified letter 7 days letter telling you they dropped your kids because you missed an appointment. Get over yourself. When are kids were sick the drs brushed us off anyway! Our kids ended up in the er with Covid after they brushed us off. I would give zero stars if I could.

Great experience with Dr. Pegram and her staff. We never felt rushed and she took time to listen to our questions and was very thorough. Her nurse, Brooke, was very pleasant and attentive and followed up with us the next day to answer questions.

This place does not care about its patients. This is a people mill designed to write scripts and make money as fast as possible. Every experience with this office left us wanting. Absurdly long wait times for appointments. An abusive receptionist you will surely remember, as she will take out her own frustrations from her poor live choices on you. You will leave there questioning if you should just work out and take vitamins so you never have to experience the vitriol again. Don’t expect to build a relationship with your doctor as they do not want that at premier medical group.

I personally would not recommend Dr. Sonia Jackson’s services. It was my experience while a patient of hers that she lacks empathy, compassion, understanding, bedside manner, and most of all tact. I am considered a high risk pregnancy. Because of this my husband came with me to my first appointment. While going over things he was asking questions as to how best help me and our baby remain healthy for the duration of the pregnancy. While asking questions to Dr. Jackson, she was very rude and short with him and it appeared that she even nearly rolled her eyes at him. After two appointments, I withdrew myself as her patient and would not recommend her to anyone based on my experience in her care.

Dr J Korivi was very professional and took her time in her examination of me and making sure I had all the tests I needed ordered. Latonya her assistant was very helpful in making the appointment go smoothly and quickly.

Premier Medical Group is a wonderful place to be treated for your health care. Theyre compassionate, caring, and concerned for their patients well being.

This was my first time using the same day clinc. It was very convenient for me to make an appointment when my PCP is not available. I seen Aaron Pitts, NP. He was kind and was able to explain what was going on. However his CMA was very reluctant to swab my nostrils and throat due to my symptoms. I understand that not wanting to get sick, BUT PPE is provided for a reason and this is apaet of your job duties.Other strep, COVID, and flu swabs I have gotten with my PCP and his staff have always been wet/ moist. These were bone dry. I believe my test results are inconclusive and I do have one of the 3. I will go back to the same day clinic if needed but PREFERABLY my PCP at PMG.

Our provider was prompt, polite, and willing to ensure our understanding of my childs diagnosis, medication, etc. She communicated with me and my child, which I very much appreciated. As a previous nurse, I would recommend her to family and friends. So far, 10/10!

The front office staff are always absolutely wonderful! They are inviting, kind, and generous. They also are able to answer any questions or swiftly get you to someone who can! The billing official is the same way and VERY informative. The doctors and nurses are attentive to detail and personal wishes and go above and beyond to make patients feel heard, comfortable, and safe! Ive always had an amazing experience at Premier OBGYN! It is always sad when pregnancy comes to an end and my time spent here lessons. The people are that wonderful!

I’ve never had a bad experience at premier in the 7 years we’ve been coming. They always excel at helping my children. The nurses are friendly and make my children feel comfortable. The doctors are professional and look at them thoroughly to find out the diagnosis to whatever problem they’re having. Definitely recommend!

Horrible wait times. My last few appointments have just been for med refill, which before this appointment today they told me I had to be seen in person! Today was a telehealth appointment with the wait time just as long. I waited over an hour and half for my dr to come “into the room” for 2 min and then asked me if my medication was still doing good. Then stated she would refill and that was it. Before that she asked me what was the purpose of my appointment, so they not have notes or anything in the charts? Or the reason for the appointment in the chart? I understand she’s busy but I feel like practice or at least Dr. collier is concerned more with production than actual medicine. They constantly have you wait over an hour to be seen so it’s clear your time is not valuable to them.

This office has just gone completely down. Our Doctor and a lot of the nursing staff is stellar however it is just not what it used to be. If you can get passed a complete mess surrounding these offices then some of the doctors can be wonderful, but the policy’s that are in place through management really creates unnecessary chaos for patients.

I’ve been with doctor J Korivi since April of last year . She’s an amazing doctor . Great listener and will go above and beyond to help any way she can . She’s honest trustworthy and reliable . Also a great person to come to in the time of need .

My family and I have been patients of this medical group for over ten years. Lately we notice a lot of negative changes. It is important to note that the group is privately owned and it means that they make their own rules. The cost of treatment is quite expensive, and the doctors have the authority to determine their own fees. In some cases, they schedule unnecessary tests or procedures solely to increase their own income.Message-to the doctor option with follow-up questions is very tricky. On one hand they are saying that you can ask as many follow up questions as you need , but it is actually up to their doctors to decide the amount of questions you can post. The doctor can actually complain about you asking too many follow up questions.My last doctor was Mallory Jorif. I would not recommend her to people who value being active participants in their own healthcare and have a preference for a collaborative approach, to people who can think for themselves, because everything mentioned above is not tolerated at her office.It is recommended to keep copies of all payment receipts, as there have been instances of payments being applied to the wrong accounts and then later demanding additional payment. They even send me to collections after I provided them with the check number. Later when they were able to locate the payment they apologized.Furthermore, any doctor within the group has the power to terminate a patient without cause. If this occurs, the patient will be given the opportunity to appeal the decision, which involves writing a letter to the same doctor asking for forgiveness. This practice can seem intimidating and unjust.

The doctors and nurses at Premier are the best , they care and make you feel like family in how they care for you, special recognition to Dr. Daniel Miller and his nurse Carrie also his PA Pam Lassiter and also in the research department nurse Emily is an absolute pleasure to be with . The new Same-Day clinic runs so fast and smooth compared to the prior walk in clinic. First time using the same day clinic yesterday and we were in and out within 30min. We were listened to and heard by the provider and would 100% recommend Premier Medical and all that they have to offer.

Dr. Lu is a phenomenal doctor who seeks only the best and safest treatments of his patients.My assigned nurse, Miss Latoyia, is very conversational and personable. The best doctor-nurse duo I’ve ever experienced!!

I had to switch from my previous doctor very suddenly and was able to schedule with Dr. Frimpong. I’m sure he’s perfectly fine with his straight/cisgender patients, but I felt extremely uncomfortable and invalidated during every appointment, to the point where I had a pretty severe panic attack in the observation room. Had to correct him several times on my pronouns, he refused to give me gender affirming care, and also threatened to take my ADHD medication away. I don’t pretend to be a medical professional, but when I am telling you about my own body, how can I trust you to treat me when everything I tell you is responded to with doubt and condescension?I think physicians should have the confidence to let their patients know if they are a good fit or not. I do not care if you don’t want to recognize my identity, but at least do me the courtesy of telling me that I should probably seek out a more LGBTQ+ friendly doctor so I don’t waste my time and energy giving you the benefit of the doubt.

My experience here has always been great. Dr. S. Matthew, has been the Dr. for my grandson since birth. 15 plus years and counting. She was also, his mothers Dr., We love seeing her and having her as our familys Pediatrician.

Front staff and nurses are unhelpful, unreasonable, and unresponsive. I called for three weeks straight about a prescription that I take twice a day, but the nurses were only responding via their portal. I was not subscribed to the portal so I didn’t get any notifications that messages were available. When I finally spoke with a nurse, she told me I needed to have an office visit before they could fix my prescription. I still had 8 30-day refills. My insurance would only pay for the drug written in a 90 day prescription. The nurse did NOT acknowledge the fact that I had refills available, she just kept saying I needed to be seen. Had my insurance continued to pay for 30 days fills, I wouldn’t have had to call at all! But now I have to come in and PAY for an office visit for access to a COPD inhaler I already have refills on! A supervisor contacted me and wrote the 90day fills, but I also received a letter that I was being released as a patient. SCAM!

I got my sons involved with this doctors office because they accepted our insurance. I had done this a month ago and done all the new patient stuff. But today when I called back I was told I need to get my sons a new pediatrician. I don’t understand honestly. The lady on the phone was condensing. I told her my sons were already in the system and she said they still needed to see a new provider somewhere else. I am extremely disappointed with this location.

I just love Dr. Jyotsna Korivi, I’ve been seeing her over 10 years. She has healed all af my illnesses and so very easy to talk to. I gave her five stars because she diffidently deserves it.

The staff is very bad,too much discrimination in this doctor office!! Im praying for everyone that are working as a staff and as nurses, they treated my kids horribly.GOD treat them bad and everyone can see bad things come and never see any happiness in themselves lifes. We waited one year for the doctor visit and they are always changing, and today 21st Dec 2022 my daughters visit confirmed; but they said your today doctor visit canceled. I showed them the email; They do not listen. And adding onto it, while I was trying to get just one minute to talk to the doctor, the other staff lady started laughing. They said to leave or they are calling the cops, so the cops were called and so she was a nice lady, but the doctors office they basically banned me from the office. When I tried to write a bad review on my account, they blocked me.

Not only are they professional, they also have the ability to put patients at ease. Dr Kosinski and his staff really take time to listen to me. Gladys was on top of her game today! I feel valued and cared for at Premier.

Candace the front desk receptionist was Extraordinary!! My daughter in law is a brand new mom. She went I. Before me and who ever helped her did not give much info. So I went to the front desk and was assisted by a very professional, outgoing and helpful agent ,Ms.Candace!She was on top of getting me full and precise information and instructions! We came in as a walk in ,the 1st agent had made an app for later in the afternoon she was able to get us worked in so much sooner. My granddaughter wasn’t even a month old at the time and we really were in need of some help!I just want to thank her and premier for hiring such a useful help especially in these trying times!

I love my PCP Dr Lu and Latoya R, they take great care of me every time I have an appointment. Fast , easy check in and refills completed in no time. Great customer service.

I have to get B12 shots. I love that I dont have to have an appointment. Just come in and tell them what Im there for.Im not charged for an office visit. Whats even better is that Aureonya Glenn is great at giving shots. I never know when shes doing it. It never hurts, and I appreciate that! Thank you Aureonya.

We love Premier Pediatrics. Everything from location, hours, cleanliness, and wonderful design of the pediatric dept and up to the friendly and helpful staff. Our first much loved MD retired but we are just as happy with our current MD. To have had two of this quality speaks to the quality of physicians being the best at Premier.

Been a 20+ yr patient here. Guess its time to move on. My old Dr retired last yr (loved him) Today, I waited 2 hrs for my appointment. Dr was pleasant. However, the scripts she had faxed over to the pharmacy havent been sent. Been sitting at this pharmacy for hours. Was told by a nurse, Ill try to get it over there before close. WHAT?! I really needed this blood pressure medication. I told them I live an hour away. I cant just go home and wait. Ive since called premier twice...Been sitting at this pharmacy over 3 hours. #irritated

I just got love Dr J Korivi she truly cares about her patients. I was in there today without appointment and she fit me in right away. She’s my doc forever 🥰

Dr Vernon is a wonderful doctor! She takes the time to listen and helps each patient. She is especially good with special needs children. I have taken my kids to her since they was 8 months old and they are now 14 years old. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Brought my sick child into the walk-in center and you always dread the wait times that come with that. But this particular day the line was long, but the wait wasn’t long at all!!! Heather was pleasant at check-in especially while standing with a sick child! Nurse Ashley came and got us and promptly got testing done to see what was going on with my child, not even five mins later the NP Lindsay was back to see us. I was really shocked how fast the visit was but so relieved that it was quick and my child was taken care of.

Dr. Korivi, Jyotsna has been my doctor for years. She is a wonderful doctor who listens and cares about her patients. I plan to stick with Dr. Korivi, J. Until she retires.

Okay I normally don’t do this… my time so far with this office has been more negative than positive. I am 36 wks pregnant with my first and i am not very fond of this office. The front desk woman (older white lady) who schedules the appointments is rude as hell. I’ve had my appointment booked in the afternoon my entire pregnancy, then suddenly one week she can’t book the appointment for the afternoon, yet somehow managed to do it after going back and forth with her for a while. She has no clue what I have going on outside of my doctors apts. I am high risk, traveling back and forth to Nashville every week, on top of coming into premier once a week as well, on top of working full time. She decided to put her two cents in on my situation, making smart remarks about what she THOUGHT I had going on rather than scheduling my damn appointment and going along with her day. It was twice I had to put her in her place. Completely unprofessional. My ob is doctor Jackson, I have had one hiccup with her pertaining to her care. I would give her 4 stars as a physician because my issues have been more so with this front desk lady than anything. I was having issues with the patient portal also due to the same reception lady misspelling “iCloud” at the end of my email, and then blaming me because I couldn’t log into the website, causing multiple miscommunications between me an my ob. Other than that, all of the other receptionist have been sweet, the nurses are amazing.

I was bit by a recluse spider and area concerned me where I was bit - I saw Lindsey Bailey and she was awesome! She was very caring and took care of the area and explained everything thoroughly! One of the best!! My primary Dr Sherley is amazing also!

So this happened i called the office to bring my daughter so be seen for some weird rash so i decided to make an appointment for her and then i got a call that my appointment has been canceled.... so i did rhe walk in and they told me the wait would be 2 hours so i went to the pharmacy to buy over the counter ointment and all i did was leave this bad mark on her skin due to them not seen my daughter

The new same day appointment walk in clinic is amazing, so fast and easy. Definitely the way to go with a sick kiddo. We saw the doctor within minutes of getting there, we were in and out with in twenty minutes, usually a little longer if strep/flu/COVID testing is required. Had a school note ready for me before I could even ask for it, which is amazing because I usually forget, lol.

Everytime I go to Premier Medical I always get the best care my Doctor is Dr. Jyotsna Korivi she is a wonderful Doctor! She make sure you understand everything before you leave and she care about your opinions and she always listen to your concerns and try to make sure shes giving you the accurate care provided to you..she stays accurate with all your yearly well being appointments and monitor every decision thats made for your well being care she even makes you feel very comfortable talking to her which I just love that about her.. when I go get blood work done all the nurses are so nice..

We were disappointed that we couldnt get an earlier appointment through walk-in. In my opinion, walk in urgent care is not walk in if you have to have an appointment. When we realized we had an urgent need, there were no appointments available for a concerning insect bite that my daughter had that was infected and getting worse by the hour. After waiting an additional 18 hours, she was seeing finally. Thankfully the care was adequate at that time. Please seek ways to improve access to care over the weekend for urgent needs. I always love the team at Premier! My oldest had an appointment at 8:45, my youngest woke up as we were leaving showing the same symptoms. There was only 11:30 spots open by that time but they accommodated us and saw both at once! Wasn’t how I wanted to down my day off but they made it just a little better and that is huge to me! 💜

I’ve been going here for about three years and I’ve never had any complaints. Dr. Ashley Hunt is so kind and informative during all of my visits. Procedures can be scary and a little painful but Dr. Ashley talks me through it every time. I feel so safe going there! The entire staff has always been kind and communicative. I would definitely recommend going here for all your OBGYN needs!!!

I truly give this practice a 5 stars because of the honest care, compassion and love for their patients I have seen and been a part of for the last 11+ years. I moved to TN in 2009 with my 4mo old daughter (at the time) and needed healthcare right away, especially for her. I chose Premier because of the reviews and recommendations and have yet to regret it one bit. Although we have seen a few different Drs...my kids PCP is Dr. Shultz and we wouldnt change her for the world. She started out as just my daughters provider (she is now 14) but is now also my sons...which has been since his delivery (2014) and they love her to pieces. Even the few others weve had to see when Dr. Shultz was not there, we have no complaints about. I would recommend Premier Adult/Peds to anyone without a doubt 😊

J.Korivi she is by far the best dr I have ever had . You can tell she really cares about you and your health . I recommend her to all my family and friends !
