My wife and I used to see Brittany and the care we received from Brittany and her nurse were amazing and by far the best care weve received. My wife saw the new PA yesterday and felt like she was being rushed and taking up too much of the providers time. When she asked the providers nurse today about it she was told well thats because we have more patients then Brittany and we are a better provider. That should have NOT been the response when my wife was asking why the cellulitis wasnt looked at in her legs and when my wife is telling her that the plan of care the provider is suggesting is something weve done before that didnt work and is trying to explain what does work... Shes being rushed off the phone with the nurse telling her she has six more patients to call and if she doesnt like it she can wait another two and half weeks to be seen again after waiting three weeks for the appointment yesterday. Brittany was ALWAYS kind and courteous no matter what. And we NEVER had to wait three weeks to be seen. What happened to the girl that was at the front desk? She was also the best but now when you call youre met with attitude. I dont know what happened to this office, it went from being where I told everyone thats where they needed to go to now I feel like I should be telling people to stay the ef away from here. Its such a shame!!! I wish I knew where Brittany went!

The medical side of Metro is the worst, and if you are trans stay far far away (try Dr. Lighter, his staff is actually empathetic). A revolving door of doctors, policies that dont help the patient, and staff who still dont seem to understand what transgender even means after all these years. The Tampa practice was abruptly shut down, and their new locations dont all have doctors, which means no trans care since the new laws passed.

I have never had a HIV TEST ever. I went here with a real scared fear and I passed as Neg and I want to thank the woman for being kind and supportive. She said we were there for you no matter what the outcome if the test would be. Get tested. Dont be afraid. I WAS AFRAID of what the results may have been. I had a great blessing and so will you. This is a terrific Clinic! Clean and professional!!

Worst practice I have ever been to. The staff never followed thru on getting referrals or scripts sent in on time and correctly. Waited over two weeks to get lab results after leaving 6 messages. Arrogant rude receptionist at Clearwater. Do put your health and safety in their hands they will let you suffer and not get the proper treatment you need.

Very clean office!!! The staff is amazing always smiling and greeting me! Patricia Evans my PA is a rockstar she always answers my millions of questions. Im really glad I found her when I moved to Florida! Im very thankful!
