My first pregnancy was handled by St. Anns OBGYN, and I had a horrible experience. So when I got pregnant with my son, my husband wanted us to see WPIO because of the wonderful things he had heard while working as a paramedic in the area. Dr. Crawford was amazing and made my repeat c section so healing for me. She and the rest of the OR staff were top notch. She took all of our concerns seriously and took great care of us. My son is now 4mo old and thriving... 🖤

I have been going to this practice since 2013. I recently had a baby in July 2023 and saw Dr Wajahn for my care throughout my pregnancy. She was AMAZING throughout my pregnancy and during a very difficult labor/delivery and recovery! She made me feel very comfortable and was very kind throughout my whole recovery. I can’t recommend her enough!

My physician was Dr. Gaiser and everything was fine until it really mattered. She was fine during appointments. I did spend anywhere from 45 minutes to 85 minutes waiting for her to show up to the appointments but I understand that appointments run long and that she has other patients to attend to. What really upset me was that I was induced because she was covering that weekend. Once it was time for me to push nurses struggled to get ahold of her and once they finally did she said she was 20-30 minutes away running errands. I continued to work with the nurse pushing and after an hour and 15 minutes of pushing my baby was crowning. At this point the nurse had reached out multiple times and we were told the same thing, that she was 20-30 minutes away running errands. After I was crowning for 30 minutes the nurse gets additional doctors because Dr. Gaiser still isnt there. I am at this point begging for one of those doctors to deliver my baby and they turn off my pitocin and wont redose my epidural. While they are gloved and ready neither doctor helped me. We are forced to wait another 10 minutes until Dr. Gaiser arrived. In total she was notified 2.5 hours before that i was ready to push and was only 20-30 minutes away. For my first baby this experience was traumatic and a friend of mine who works on the floor wrote up the situation so that hopefully no other women on that unit goes through the same thing. We women deserve better than this. Only redeeming factor was that the nurses and staff in the office are so kind.

I first started as a new patient when I was 22 weeks pregnant. I received amazing care. Each of the providers I had visits with were attentive and following the appropriate standard of care. I also was well taken care of post partum and at my well-women examination. I never had difficulty reaching a staff member when I called or had questions through MyChart. Scheduling was as could be expected with a busy practice, and I never had any issues. I highly recommend this practice and it’s fantastic providers!

Dr. Shelly Crawford and all of her staff are incredible. I had my second two children through their office and I have no complaints. I also have seen many of their nurse practitioners and they are all very kind and knowledgeable. I recommend women’s physician in obgyn to all of my family and friends.

Dr. Crawford has cared for me with all 5 of my pregnancies. She is kind, thorough and very pragmatic. I trust her implicitly. She is incredibly knowledgeable and an excellent surgeon as well (she has completed 2 of my 3 c - sections). Highly recommend.

Dr. Gaiser has been my OBGYN for 15 years and she’s the best there is. Kind, a good listener and very very smart. Her nurse is wonderful too. The front desk is always kind and helpful as well.

Dr. Gaiser is an amazing OB!!!! She is attentive, caring, and compassionate. She is very knowledgeable and respected in her field, yet shes very humble and takes her time with you to answer any questions or concerns you have. She responds quickly to online inquiries and even calls after hours if necessar. Even though she has multiple patients she makes you feel like you are the most important one. I could go on and on about her, but you get it.

I moved an hour away and still drive to see Dr. Gaiser and her staff! I love her nurse that calls me back and the NP’s that I’ve seen as well. Her bedside manner is amazing and she is so personal when speaking to you. She delivered my first and now is caring for me for my second. Hands down recommend this practice and especially Dr. Gaiser!

I love this practice and everyone there. I tell everyone that Dr. Beth saved my life. After struggling for over half of my life with pain and other issues, Dr. Beth and the team at WPIOBGYN had a diagnosis and treatment plan in the works within months of my switch to their office. I simply could not believe that they solved the problem that no other doctor in 15+ years could. I continue to receive care at the practice with the NPs, no longer in pain! I feel like I got my life back. Deeply grateful to the entire staff here for always making me feel cared for.

I love this OBGYN office. I’ve been going here since I was 14 and they have never been anything but helpful! They always are so nice to me and quick to returning my calls or messages on mychart. In person visits are always nice and I never feel judged. Dr. Gaiser always takes her time with me and wants what ever is best for me. I really appreciate the kindness I receive at this office!

Went here for prenatal appointments with Dr. Vanek and shes amazing, makes you feel comfortable about any and everything and really listens to your concerns. At delivery when Dr. Vanek wasn’t available, Dr. May took over and was amazing and comforting throughout the whole delivery which made it smooth. All the staff is amazing 10/10 recommend this place to anyone.

I love women’s physicians! I see Dr. Crawford and really appreciate everything she has done for my family and I. She birthed our first baby and is now my DR. for our second as well. She is easy to work with, honest, and caring.The office is clean and never a long wait. All the nurses and everyone I have come into contact with all always going above and beyond to give us great care!Thank you!

Experiencing our third pregnancy, with twins this time and Dr. Gaiser is always a blessing. She is compassionate, thorough, addresses any concerns and is an extremely hard worker. We could not have asked for a better Gyn to deliver our kids. We also experienced Dr. Beth Boyles our first delivery due to her being on call and she was also amazing during that experience.

Ive been seeing Dr. May for years now and cant say enough great things! She delivered my son 4 years ago and it was a great experience. Pregnant with my second currently and this experience has been wonderful as well. Office staff is always friendly and helpful.

This office is amazing!Dr. Crawford started as my GYN about two years ago. I am now pregnant with my first baby and she has been amazing throughout my entire pregnancy. The girls at the front desk are so nice, and the MA’s in the back are also very helpful! I feel like I asked a lot of questions and called the office many times with more. Each time they put me in contact with a nurse and they were so attentive and informative. I really felt like my concerns were being taken seriously. I am now coming up to my due date and there’s no one else I trust more than Dr. Crawford! Thanks for making my pregnancy as easy as possible!

Of the three OBGYN offices I visited, this one so easily became home. All of the staff are so kind, quick to answer any questions or help with scheduling. I delivered with Dr. Michelle Crawford and I seriously LOVE her. She’s thorough, the easiest to talk to and makes you feel heard and doesn’t make you feel like just a patient. She made bringing my boy into the world the best experience!

I have been a long time patient at this practice. Seeing Dr.Paul and then Dr.May took me on when Dr.Paul retired. I have always felt well taken care of for both obstetrics and GYN issues. Dr.May recently delivered my son and it was the best experience! Through all of my care, she has been so supportive and is so easy to talk to about concerns or issues. I love all the docs at this practice and have recommend them to so many of my friends and family!

My first pregnancy was handled here by Dr Crawford, and I could not have asked for a better experience. Appointments were easy to make, the front desk was always polite and professional, and Dr Crawford was simply fantastic. She answered all my questions with no judgment or frustration, even if it made our appointment go a little longer than planned. When I had to call with questions, I would get a call back from the nurse within a couple of hours. My delivery was everything I could have wanted and more. The nurses and Dr Crawford were amazingly helpful and efficient, paying attention to every detail. I highly recommend this office and Dr Crawford!

Pleasant experience, except for one incidence when there was a mixup (phlebotomy staff out on lunch break although receptionist knew an hour ahead the need for a time sensitive blood draw) leading me to redo a test. Dr Gaiser and her nurse, Emily, are wonderful. They respect patient’s wishes and answer all questions promptly, approachable via mychart too.

I have been going here since 2015 and absolutely love the staff, nurse practitioners, doctors. I’m very comfortable that if my nurse practitioner or dr can’t see me I have no hesitation to let another one of the practitioners or drs see me. I’ve had two different doctors deliver my babies (who ever was on call). I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Missy Boyles has been my Dr. Since 2011. Caring, compassionate and an awesome surgeon! Sadly for her patients, she retired on 10/31/22 - wish her all the best and am looking forward to meeting Dr. Crawford at my next visit. The staff are always professional and courteous, as well. Great practice, overall!

I became a new patient of Dr. Wajahn’s in the fall, and I could not be more impressed. Every appointment I have had with her she has been so incredibly patient and thorough with me and always takes the time to answer any questions I have without making me feel like I’m being rushed. She has calmed my nerves and truly has so much empathy and understanding for her patients and what they’re going through. I LOVE this practice. Dr. Gaiser delivered all 3 of my babies. We had a successful version with my first and she always answered questions and took time to make sure I was at ease with all pregnancies. I’ve seen several of the NP who were compassionate and respectful of my inquiries on mental health, self care, and birth control. Highly recommend this practice!

Ive seen several of the providers at this office and have been very pleased with all of my experiences! Everyone I have interacted with has been very friendly. I have always been seen promptly with very little wait time. Each provider has taken time to answer all of my questions and concerns and I have never felt rushed.

This is by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a doctor’s office. I came to this facility because one of my friends recommended it to me. The OBGYN that was assigned to me had to take an emergency leave of absence for a few months. I had no issue with her being gone. This is my first pregnancy. I started having bad pain in my pelvic area around week 12. Since my OBGYN was out, I was seeing CNPs for my prenatal visits. I kept informing them I was still experiencing pain for several weeks. But nothing was done about my pain. None of them took the time to figure out what was wrong with me. I feel like all my appointments were rushed. The only advice they gave me was to try to take Tylenol. Or if my pain is bad enough just go to labor and delivery department at Riverside. I feel like no one cared about my baby or my well being. Finally during week 17 of my pregnancy I gave up on them helping me with my pain. I ended up getting a second opinion about my pain at a different facility. Thankfully I was able to get help with my pain and it wasn’t anything that required a hospital visit.

Dr. Gaiser is THE best. She makes you feel so welcome and listens to any concerns so you can formulate a plan together. I couldn’t ask for a better experience during my pregnancy.

I use to love this office. One of my pregnancies I was with Dr Main who was amazing. When I came back for my 2nd pregnancy at first they said they wouldn’t see me because Dr Main was no longer there talked to the office manager and they let me continue to see the Dr who delivered me Dr Beth she was amazing as well. During both my pregnancies I seen multiple Drs who was all amazing. Dr Beth delivered both of my boys. So now I call them today and guess what Dr Beth is no longer there and now I have to find another Dr they are accepting new patients but someone that has been there for 3 plus years they are making them find new Drs else where well my problem is major and now I can’t even find a Dr excepting my insurance and having to wait months to try and get into one because they decided to drop patients that have been there years for new ones so they can do the same to you. This is insane they would treat patients like this that have been there for years Drs are amazing staff not so much

Dr. May is the absolute best!! Looking forward to (hopefully) future pregnancies just so I can consistently see her again!!! Best doctor I’ve ever had! Several of my friends use this office (and see other doctors) and they all speak highly of each one! I truly don’t think you can go wrong at this practice!

I have been been using this group since 2003. I had my first child in 2013 and my second in 2015. I always felt like they made an effort to prioritize my appointments around my schedule. The average wait time in the waiting room was 5-15 mintues, with the exception of once where I had to wait 40 because my doctor was delayed because she was called into an emergency c-section - which was obviously understandable. The nursing staff was always friendly and remembeed details about me personally which made me feel welcomed. My doctor saw me for every one of my prenatal appointments for both pregnancies and always took the time to answers my questions. It is a wonderful practice and I would recommend it to anyone!

Dr Crawford was amazing my entire pregnancy. with it being my first, she was very tentative at each appt and when it came time to have a c section there was no other Dr I could recommend more! my recovery was seamless, and healing was great because she took the time to make sure it would in the OR. I cant say enough about her! definitely recommend for any FTM. ( hold times are long, but nurses get back to you ASAP and care as well.)

I am patient of this practice for over 7 years and all I can say is good things about them. Firstly Doctor May is the best!!! She has the patience to listen all my questions and concerns and always has an answer for me. She makes you feel comfortable all the time. Also, everyone at the office are nice and friendly.

I felt the need to write a review as I was so checked at the amount of bad reviews. I have been to this office several times and have seen Dr. Alyssa Morris. Every staff member I encountered was extremely friendly and I have never waited to be seen longer than 5-10 minutes, which is unheard of when visiting a doctors office. I appreciate the friendliness, professionalism and the fast pace that they work at. I don’t have hours to spend at the doctors so I love having one that can get me in and out within 30 minutes

Refused to renew my birth control prescription multiple times, causing very stressful situations for me. The third time this happened, I called to ask why my prescription refill had been declined and if I could do something to get it renewed. No one answered, so I left a voicemail and no one ever returned my call. This was incredibly unprofessional of a doctors office, and incredibly dangerous to my health and well-being. Do yourself a favor and get your contraceptives/reproductive health medication online, as they wont deny you access or refuse to return your calls like Women Physicians in OBGYN. Absolutely unacceptable service. I would not recommend this place to any other woman.

Such a nice caring office. No one has ever been rude to me. I am not afraid to call or ask questions. Seriously every Dr. Office should be as nice as they are! Dr. M Boyles is very caring and nice. They also have a great maternal fetal medicine Drs. I am pleased to deliver here. I will recommend.

Amazing experience as usual. I have been with Women Physicians for close to 10 years, I am patient with Dr Melissa Boyles, and she is very nice, and her Nurse Susan is really great. I highly recommend. Overall my experience Women Physicians In OBGYN has been great🥰

Ive been to both locations for the last 17 years. I love the staff at both. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful and they LISTEN. Ive never had an issue that couldnt be fixed by just talking to my doctor or a practitioner!

Dr. Erin May is amazing always kind, spends time talking and listening. The office staff is also very nice and accommodating, very efficient. I have never had to wait long at an appointment.

First I’d like to say Cynthia Vanek is great, she’s been by doctor for all my 4 children. I’ve never had an issue like I’ve read with some other doctors in the practice. However I’m only giving 3 stars because anytime I call it’s at least a 20 minute hold time and the front desk is not very friendly or seem to care you’ve been waiting for a half hour to get through. They need a better phone system because I have to plan at least 30 minutes to contact my doctor to ask a question and that’s just not practical for most days. I picked this office originally because of all the doctors being females and at Riverside, but their reviews are a little concerning as it seems they’re not keeping up with the competition and customer experience. It makes me nervous if I’d ever need one of the other doctors in the practice for any reason, especially in an emergency situation. I’d leave a less public review but I’ve never been asked nor know where to express my experience elsewhere.

Ours entire family comes here now, because that is how amazing these women are! Three babies with me, two from my sister, more coming from another sister, and even had one from my mom! Can’t love this place enough!!! They brought me through a cancer scare, multiple pregnancy and ob issues. I feel comfortable with any of their doctors or nurse practitioners! Dr. Gaiser though will always have a big place on our hearts though!!!! Thank you thank you!!!!

Dr. May delivered all 3 of our kids and we had wonderful experiences each time! We cannot thank her and her team enough for the safe delivery of our babies!

I loved this office when I was going there being pregnant with my son. My Dr was Dr Mains she was pregnant as well so I seen multiple drs during my pregnancy which was still ok because they are wonderful drs. I also had another Dr deliver my son still ok she was amazing. I called in about 2 months ago about my birth control they informed me Dr Mains is no longer there what Dr would I like to continue to see so I infoed them the one that delivered my son. Today I call in to ask a nurse a question and I am told they can no longer see any of Dr Mains patients I said well I was already switched to another Dr been coming to you all for over a year so its not like I am a new patient I am established. The lady refused to acknowledge anything I was saying refused to put the supervisor on the phone this is the worse experience I have had. Before I would have given this office 20 stars but now after speaking with the woman who answered the phone I want to give them negative stars. I am so mad 😠 if this problem is resolved I will update.Update.....as always they fix the issue. I really didnt want to change dra. Now I am happy I get to go back for another pregnancy

My Fiance has been coming here for years and was very happy and comfortable. At a time when we need them most, shes been calling and trying to get a call back for an appointment all week, and absolutely nobody has been available or called back. Extremely disappointing and sad that this review seems like the best way to get a response.

I love this practice! I went here when I had a challenging pregnancy 18 years ago and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They delivered 2 of my kids - maneuvered serious situations during one delivery. They are sensitive, kind and experts in their field. I can’t say enough good things!!!

After having issue after issue with this practice, I have finally decided to find a new OB in the middle of my pregnancy. The front desk staff is beyond rude and unprofessional. There has only been one time (out of dozens, unfortunately) that I have been treated with any kindness by the front desk. I understand being frustrating while answering phones, but these are emotional, sometimes terrified women calling your office. Get it together, Jennifer! Youre rude.The office is almost impossible to reach unless you have time to sit by the phone for an hour during the hours of 8:30-11:30 and 1:00-4:00. Any other time you call, they have either 1.) not turned on the phones yet 2.) turned OFF the phones for LUNCH, who cares what you need? Were eating. 3.) its after hours and youre told by a rude message, sorry, youll just have to go to the ED if you have a simple concern or are having a problem. You can expect to be on hold for at least 15 minutes when dialing the main clinics number.Dr. Gaiser was wonderful when she did my surgery unexpectedly at Riverside. When I later asked if I could make an appoint with her, I was told No, we dont do that. Okay... Even though Im more comfortable with her and shes already been in the OR with me... Got it. This decision to not allow patients to choose their doctor within the practice is a perfect example of awful patient care. Its not about what the patient wants, its about whats fair to the doctor you started with! Didnt like your doc after meeting her for the first time? Sorry for ya, youre established with her now!Dr. Beth Boyles is very sweet. She did, however mistake my healthy pregnancy for a miscarriage/blighted ovum. I spent the night crying before having an ultrasound at Maternal Fetal Medicine to confirm the next day. I dont blame Dr. Beth, but I do blame their subpar ultrasound equipment at their Dublin office. Invest in your practice and your patients!Overall, I am incredibly disappointed with this practice. I had such high hopes, due to being referred to Dr. Beth by a mutual friend. I hold no grudges toward the physicians, but goodness, I hope their staff and management make some huge changes! There are plenty of other practices in Central Ohio that will treat you better. :)

Worst experience In my Life!!! my fiancé Came there from the beginning of 8 weeks being Pregnant. Dr Crawford was the Head Doctor there and was pregnant as well during our first 3 Checkups. Every single symptom and issues we had addressed to her, her response was “Oh it’s okay that’s all normal with pregnancy” we did not get prescribed prenatal Pills for the first 3 Office visits. (4 Weeks apart from each visit) the only time we had been prescribed Prenatal pills was when Dr Crawford Was on leave due to delivering her own Baby and another doctor was available. This new doctor was very Much helpful And addressed all of our concerns and prescribed prenatal finally After 12-14 Weeks. It was then we decided we liked to switch our doctor to the doctor we had because we felt more comfortable. So it begins... next office visit was in another office for the ultrasound 3D and all that. We called to change doctors and the Practice policy is that we must stay with our current doctor or be Discharged completely. Called front desk to tell them we WILL continue to see this DR Crawford. We were told she was to call or email us to discuss what we disliked and NeVER received a call. So one week later we receive a letter saying we are Discharged !!! Had 30 days from the letter for one last appointment. Went to the appointment and They CANCELED it because DR Crawford Was UNCOMFORTABLE That my fiancé was Uncomfortable with her care so she discharged her. Now the front desk was very unprofessional And needs to be looked at. My fiancé was asking questions as to why they couldn’t see her when she had one last scheduled appointment she was due and called in the morning to verify she could be there!! Things got heated as the front desk laughed at her when she started crying saying just want my baby checked out. The front desk Word For Word told me on the phone when I called “ Well we almost Called security But I decided not to” As if a 6Month Pregnant woman was a threat to her. My unborn Daughter and Fiancé needed care and were not provided Comfortable Care and treatment Whatsoever. The entire riverside OBGYN office under DR Crawford is scandalous. Please Please Please Think Before You Come Around this Office.

Dr. Gaiser and her whole staff are absolutely incredible! They are so welcoming and friendly at each appointment and make sure to take the time to answer all questions that my husband and I have. I would highly encourage anyone looking to give them a visit.

I switched to this practice after a bad experience elsewhere and couldn’t be happier. All of the staff and providers have been compassionate and take the time to educate and help. I wish I had found them sooner.

The best practice I have dealt with. Always professional. Dr. Vanek has seen me through the very best of times and the worst. Caring and compassionate through high risk pregnancies and convenient for yearly appointments.

Dr Beth Boyles delivered my baby girl. I absolutely loved her and is one of the best. I HIGHLY recommend her. ❤Fun fact : She delivered me in 1997 and my parents loved her as well.

I started going here when I was 15. I was having periods so bad, my life would be stopped completely. The first time I went in, the nurse was nice and walked me through my options, which due to my high hormone levels and migraines with aura, are very limited. I decided to go with the depo shot and got it then and there. I didn’t think much about it, but looking back on it, I wish I would have pushed for testing. I stopped the shot because I didn’t like keeping track of it and I had missed my shot by about 2 weeks without noticing and i would have had to start all over. I decided to go with no birth control for a little while and ended up having a period that lasted for almost 75 days with heavy bleeding, nausea, fainting, and pain. I was given two options for pills. They only did blood work and a urine sample. They did no other testing. When those pills stopped working, I went in for another visit and they did zero testing again and just put me on the only other option I have. My boyfriend and I are getting engaged soon and we are talking about family planning. I messaged my doctor over MyChart and received a very unsettling response. I have extreme periods (when I have them), a bicornuate uterus, and I have had ovarian cysts since I was 13, so I thought I would ask what steps I need to take to find out what is needed for me to get pregnant and she responded with...most women have successful pregnancies with bicornuate uterus. She would do an ultrasound when I was ready to start trying to get pregnant but that would be it. I feel defeated because no tests have been run to see why I am having these insane issues. I am for the most part healthy other than these issues and my migraines. I want an answer to why I have been experiencing these things for the last 6 years but I keep being brushed off. The doctors and nurses are nice and have great bedside manner but they don’t do as much as they could. I am 18, healthy other than this and migraines, I’m at a healthy weight, and as I’ve gotten older the problems have only gotten worse. I am just hoping that whatever it is that is causing all this, hasn’t damaged anything or gotten to the point of untreatable.

This place is one of the worse obgyns I have ever been to. The staff is so unfriendly, they don’t really care to make a connection with you. I missed one appointment because of personal reasons and they decided that they weren’t going to see me again and took me off there patient list even though I am 38 weeks pregnant down to the last important stage of pregnancy. I do not recommend anyone going here !

All the staff I came in contact with were very polite and friendly. I still go there even when my OBGYN retired. I have been going there since 2015. Highly recommend

From Kathleen Kohler. I had an excellent experience - easy check-in and no wait time. The nurse/breast technician was efficient and made me feel comfortable and at-ease during the procedure.

If I could give zero stars I would. This was the worst experience I have ever had with any sort of doctors office. They skipped prenatal tests and would deny them and say I should have asked for them sooner bc at that time it was too late for said test. They had a very young girl that worked their front desk that had the attitude of a high school student that didnt want to be bothered with anything and messed up all of my insurance info. Because it was improperly filed I was stopped by their office manager after an appointment and accused of insurance fraud in a very confrontational manner. When I had issues with no fetal movement for days at a time they wouldnt see me and the nurse basically yelled at me telling me I was being stupid. The mixed up my blood type with another womans!! I didnt find out until an ER visit where they insisted on drawing my blood again. The ER staff was very upset with that and I never received an apology just treated like it was a normal mishap to be expected. So many things going wrong. I still am working with Ohio Health to get simple things such as regular blood work debts fixed bc insurance was billed improperly and they refused to resend the bill properly. Instead they have given me a discounted rate and want me to just pay it when it was covered in the first place. Once I left their office I sent in a nice letter detailing why I was leaving and I almost think they had no clue how poorly their office was ran. The woman I was in contact with was appalled and very apologetic. I moved on to the midwives at OSU around 28wks and I adore my care with them. My new care providers were shocked that at 28weeks I had never even had my fundal height measured.

I have been going here since my first pap (tmi). My mom went here for both her pregnancies (my sister and I) and still goes for her check ups. Dr. Schnackel (sp) is so friendly, I got transferred to her after my original retired and I got so lucky. I’ve never had a problem with anyone there in the 13yrs I’ve been a patient.

I saw Allyssa, NP when I was there. She was great and very kind. I usually see Kendall, who I really like, but Allyssa was wonderful!

Ive used the Riverside location for over 10 years and cant recommend them enough. I always feel seen/heard when asking questions or expressing concerns. Ive seen several different doctors and NPs over the years and have had no issues.

Dr. Erin May delivered all of our babies and provided such compassionate care during tough times. She’s the best!

Such a wonderful practice! Everyone I have encountered here is caring and professional. Ive been going to them for something like 17 years or so. Im amazed they have any negative reviews. Seriously, couldnt ask for a better OBGYN practice!

I love this practice. My regular doctor is Dr. Crawford but I’ve seen multiple other doctors and nurse practitioners and everyone has been great.

I loved Dr. Boyles but she retired. Also I had a payment due and the billing department only reached out once by phone and sent it to collections

Dr.Crawford and the staff are beyond amazing. They take time to make sure you are comfortable and well informed. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

Dr. Crawford was very nice and I felt she was very thorough. The nurse i saw was very nice and helpful. The woman at the desk was very nice as well.

Went here for my first pregnancy and currently now for my second. Everyone in this practice is so kind and my level of care was/is amazing. Highly recommended :]

Went there today for my first check up and dr. Crawford was very nice and caring so hoping it stays that way throughout the rest of my pregnancy seen some bad reviews so kind of worrying but everything was good today and everyone was super friendly !

The OB office quoted a procedure stating it would be covered by my insurance and then turned around and sent me a bill. The office is trying to have me pay even though they stated it was covered 100% through my insurance. Very frustrating and not satisfied with their customer service.

Busy office but thats because they are the best! Love this office and Dr. Gaiser. Front desk staff is always easy to communicate with as well and very responsive!

I have scheduled my appointment one month back and called office on appointment day as well to see if doctor will be available for the appointment. When I reach hospital they said doctor went for labor and not sure when she will be back and we can either wait with no eta or reschedule it for another week. Very irresponsible response and doesn’t care about patients

I was back in my car 10 mins after my appointment time! I appreciate that it was quick to get in and out and everything was running on time.

Doctors are fine. But the ladies at the front desk are quite rude. I go up to check in for my appointment, and the one says loudly “CAN YOU WAIT A SECOND!?”So I just sat down. Rude much?

Sooo, the office hours state they close at 430...why are the phones shut off at 3-330? Patients can’t even leave a voicemail....that’s very unprofessional when it could be a patient having to emergency cancel an 815 appointment for the following more or if they have a question.

Dr. Gaiser and her staff has always been top notch! They take the time to listen and provide excellent service. Very trustworthy.

Ive been going here for over 30 years and everyone is always so friendly and Im usually in and out when in an hour.

The doctors and staff here really care about their patients. They go above and beyond to hear their patients need and concerns and tend to them as best as they can!

I have been a patient of DR Elaine Paul for almost thirty years. I drive 3 hours to my yearly exam from southern Ohio. Would not choose another location.

Love this team of doctors! I have seen Dr. E Paul and Dr. R Gaiser! Both of them are wonderful! Highly recommend them!

Great experience but I was pushed to try preventive medication whereas my birth plan was first natural remedies.
