Sadikah Behbehani, MD

Dr. Behbehani was a crucial part of my journey with endometriosis. I found information about Dr Behbehani through nancys nook (endometriosis) group on facebook and in their curated list of approved doctors, she was on the list. I had surgery in March to remove a large endometrioma and throughout that process, Dr. Behbehani was calm and informative, very reassuring. Recovery has been smooth and it has been a relief to have the endometriosis removed. The laparoscopic incisions are tiny and she made sure to follow up with me with the results. Thank you Dr. Behbehani for your skilled work and for your comforting presence.

Dr.B has been the best fertility doctor I have seen. She is very attentive and is always available to ask questions. We are so grateful for this process and our first transfer was successful and we plan to do more transfers in the future with Dr.B.

I feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to have my first time IVF experience with Dr. Behbehani. From the egg retrieval to both my transfers she made such stressful situations peaceful. With the roller coaster events of IVF she remained postive and hopeful for me. Her bed side manners, fast communication and medical recommendations gave me peace of mind that I have someone knowledgeable watching over me. I’m currently pregnant and I can’t say enough how grateful we are to have cross paths with Dr. Bebehani.

I had endometriosis excision surgery with Dr B in December and am so grateful for her for her care, attention to detail and follow-up. I’ve never had a doctor explain things the way she does while still having such a kind bedside manner. Also, my bloodwork and AMH improved from the surgery, giving us hope and positive prognosis for future fertility treatments. Thanks to her care, I am now very optimistic about becoming pregnant for the first time at age 43.

Dr. Behbehani is an amazing doctor! She guide my husband and I through the entire IVF process and we both really felt that she cared and was there for us. She was always available to answer questions and was always positive even when things didnt look so great she would motivate us to keep going. We think the world of her!

Dr. Behbehani is fabulous! She is new to the clinic, but I had worked with her before for my endo surgery. I specifically wanted to work with her instead of someone else because the research to practice gap is real. I wanted 1. A woman and 2. Someone younger who would only ask me to do what was evidence and research based, and not do a bunch extra stuff that doesnt impact success. She explained everything she did in all procedures and the rationale for the choices she made. I highly recommend Dr. B because she is caring, smart, dedicated, and makes the the right calls for treatment, even if it takes a little longer.

Words cant express how grateful my wife and I are for Dr. Sadikahs remarkable care. Shes not just the best fertility physician; shes a true angel. From the very first meeting, she showed so much compassion, professionalism, and genuine passion for helping people fulfill their dreams of having a family. We had almost given up hope, but Dr. Sadikahs support and expertise made all the difference. Today, we have a beautiful, healthy baby girl, and it wouldnt have been possible without her. I had heard that Dr. Behbehani was an awesome provider, and she definitely lived up to the hype. She is compassionate, takes her time to listen and get to know you as an individual, and she never makes you feel rushed or unimportant. Dr. Sadikah Behbehani has been so wonderful every time I have come in contact with her. Going through years of pain and not being listened to can be extremely frustrating but at my very first appointment with her she understood what I was going through. After just one appointment I knew I wanted her to perform my surgery. The morning of surgery she came and talked to me and made sure I didn’t have any concerns and after my surgery she came and discussed what she found and what she did. I even got a from her the morning after surgery just to see how I was doing. Overall, I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Behbehani. I also have to say that the staff in the office have all been wonderful as well.

This review is on behalf of my mother:I couldnt be happier about going to the doctors, like I was going to doctor Sadikah Behbehani and thats for many reasons:She responds incredibly fast to her patients, not making you wait out weeks to get an apt. Shell work around your preferences, and if youre worried or uncomfortable shell accommodate you in any way possible. Shes extremely patient and very well organized with every work, starting from her paperwork to her apt times and just everything. I had an emergency hysterectomy done and felt very anxious about it, she comforted me and explained every step of the way like I was a student learning the procedure. Im about to hit a week after my surgery, and she responds to my questions through the app almost instantly. Shes even called and had her students call to check up on me multiple times. I couldnt recommend a better doctor both knowledge wise and comfortability. Im blessed to have had her as my surgeon.

I was diagnosed with Fibroids initially when I first visited her. She explained us about everything that comes and goes with Fibroids. She gave us options and also told us all the pros and cons of the treatment regimen that she suggested. She informed us everything about my health and care.Me and my husband agreed to the myomectomy robotic laproscopy process. When she went in for the surgery, she actually found a lot more than only fibroids like endometrosis etc. The surgery became quiet difficult but her magical hands fixed everything inside me.I am so happy to have her as my OB GYN. She was in continous touch with me pre and post surgery. She did follow ups on regular basis.The services that I have received from her and her team was excellent.She is an incredibly amazing doctor, very soft spoken but vocal about important things. She is very kind, helpful, patient and helped me throught out the process. Other than these she has an investigative mind and the ability to connect and that makes her a brilliant doctor. To me, it is important to know the source and fix the problem from the root. She is good at it.She is a pro and super knowledgeable in her field.I highly recommend her, if you need any OBGYN. Dr. Behbehani is amazing, I have had 3 appointments with her so far and excited about an upcoming surgery! She was highly recommended from Nancy’sNook.com. What makes her standout from other doctors is she takes the time to get to really get know you and really tries to get a a clear understanding of your medical chart. She’s created options that are safe and most importantly she is highly educated and has many years of experience. She’s very compassionate about her career and a rare find.Update: I had what doctors considered a complex surgery and she did phenomenal work. I’m almost a week post-op and I can’t thank her enough for getting me to where I didn’t anticipate to be so soon as a result of a very successful surgery. It was all very organized pre and post surgery. I have no words to express how excited I am to gain my quality of life back soon.

Amazing provider! Hands down the best, although the appointment was a Telehealth visit we were impressed with the way the appointment was handled. Her personality and way of caring about what is important to the patient is key for this provider. Although the scheduling process is not the most efficient and the representatives on the phones are not the most pleasant ones, the people at the office are amazing!

Dr Bebehani is down to earth, very professional with great attention to detail. She takes the time to listen to you and her desire to ensure your health issues are resolved is second to none. Even with her busy schedule, she would respond to my messages when I had questions. I would definitely continue to see her. I highly recommend her for any woman who wants excellent services.

I am not a patient person. The receptionist was incredibly patient and did call me back when she said she would I was surprised.. now to be honest the people who work here have been extremely professional. Waiting for something to work is oftentimes frustrating in the right now but hopefully it will work, be better than one could hope. Dr Behbehani has an ability to explain things, and is more than qualified in helping woman find the root cause of a problem in order to bring a betterment to their health and life.

I am 2 weeks post op with Dr. Behbehani, and I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience with her and her clinic. From the start Dr. Behbehani was empathetic and listened and really heard me. I was booked for excision surgery within a week, and underwent the operation within a month of my initial consult. The whole process was so easy and well communicated by the staff, I never felt concerned or confused...they truly care for their patients and you can tell they want you to have the best experience possible. The facility and staff are always amazing. So communicative and respectful and genuinely kind. Dr. Behbehani has stayed in regular contact since my surgery and has made herself available to answer any questions or concerns at any time, and has been quick to offer solutions to any issues Ive experienced. Im feeling a little better and stronger every day, and the constant stabbing pain that Ive lived with every day for the past 9 months is GONE! Dr Behbehani is an amazing, compassionate and understanding provider. She listened and was knowledgeable on my rare condition and gave me HOPE that my future expectations are just one last surgery away. After a nearly 3 hr surgery, I left the hospital without needing so much as a Tylenol, and still havent 2 weeks postoperatively. l had no bruising from the robotic surgery either! I cannot begin to sing this woman the praises she deserves. All this coming from someone who has had extensive GYN surgery! I owe her so much!

Dr. Behbehani is one of the most patient, caring, and intentional doctors I have EVER had. And I have seen too many doctors for my age. Before surgery, she sat down, leaned over the bed railing and said “So, what questions did you have?”. During an appointment, no matter how behind they are, she gives you the time you need. You never feel as if you’re being rushed. The only downside from this is waiting in the waiting room for quite some time before your appointment. However, it is worth the genuine and helpful time you’ll have with Dr. Behbehani.

After a very long process to get Dr. Behbehani, I was so excited to have her own my team and grateful she took on my case. The office staff were very nice and got me in. My nurse Maria was a sweetheart 💕 and was very sympathetic to my condition. I never had someone say that they were sorry for everything I was going through and all the pain I was suffering from. Then she asked if I was OK with having a medical student see me and ask me questions. Which I was totally fine with as ucr is a medical school and my case is a great teaching opportunity for them. Then after the med student also gets my history and is very sweet, dr. Behbehani comes in. She was very calm, sensitive and also sympathetic. First thing she says is she is sorry for all my pain and suffering. It took me back again, and took everything in me not to break down and cry. Here I had these wonderful women who actually understand in their own way what Ive been dealing with and actually care. She went into detail about each of my conditions and what she recommends. For the past 20 years Ive never felt more informed where someone took that kind of time with me and just having an overall understanding how hard it been for me emotionally. There is a huge issue with the emotional side of treatment to patients and its all business and not a moment to talk or deal with what being ill means emotionally to patients. Most my old doctors demeanor was an issue. Ive had plenty of doctors not even look at me when they are speaking to me. Just chart and ok bye. Ive been callously told from day one that I have to get my uterus out and its ok cause Ive had kids right??. Ummm no!! And what??!! That was even before I got a diagnosis. Like hi Dr. 👋.. and leaving in tears dealing with whats just been said. So having a Dr. That is has a great cod effect ethics was wonderful. She is an expert in what she does medically so my trust in her expetise was an easy YES!. Its the way she took her time with me and her demeanor that was a refreshing surprise and sooo appreciated. Im looking forward with working with her and having her on my team! ThNk you Dr. Bebehani and ladies for making me feel like a women who matters. 💕

Very prompt, my appointment was on time, the doctor did not leave me waiting in the exam room, she took her time reviewing my previous test results, heard my concerns, talked me through my options for treatment. Clearly explained the next steps moving forward. She was positive, but direct and realistic, which I greatly appreciated.

Absolutely loved Dr Behbehani, she is very nice and actually listened to all my concerns. She ordered every test to try and find answers for me. She is an amazing Dr and her staff is very nice, helpful and fast.

She is very kind and pays close attention to what you are saying and your concerns. You can tell she is there to help you, not just to try to get the appointment over so that she can go to the next patient. She actually wants to get to the root of the issue you are having instead of throwing birth control pills at you and then leaving (which I have had before)

Dr. Behbehani performed my first pap smear. I was really nervous and embarrassed, but she made feel comfortable and talked me through the whole procedure. She was so nice and kind.

The first doctor who took the time to listen to my concerns!!!! She never made me feel like my concerns were silly and didn’t scold me for not addressing my health issues sooner. She is kind, caring, compassionate and a wonderful doctor.

Will update more when can. Only 4 days out from surgery for diagnosis and excision of endometriosis, total hysterectomy (testing for adenomyosis) with bilateral salpingectomy, and cystoscopy. She is absolutely amazing. Go to her and you will have no regrets.
