Front office was very nice. However I had been given a confirmed appt through Wellness Mart text and when I got here they didn’t have me in the schedule. Very disappointing. And I never received the email I was told I would receive.

I visited the clinic yesterday. The frontlady staff was friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions and did a thorough job with assisting me with all paperwork necessary with procedures.The lady who worked in the procedure room, the employee who actually handled the procedural work was the highlight of my visit. She was kind, professional and went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable and understood the tests. My only mistake was not asking what her name was. Thank you.

Absolutely great customer service!! Ive been to a lot of the urgent care/walk in clinics in OC and hands down wellness Mart is head and shoulders above the rest. Very professional while also providing the feeling of talking to a friend. No time was wasted and every opportunity to get things moving in a forward direction was taken. Thank you helpful lady who was working the front desk today even though we dont remember your name we will remember your help and kindness. Your boss should know that employees like you are rare and he should give you money and incentives to continue being a kind caring empathetic person.

I used 2 different bank accounts to pay and I was charged for the service 3x for one credit card, and 2x on my debit card, and 3x on my credit card on my Chase Bank and I am not happy with that. HOPE all the money can be reimburse ASAP

This is my second time at the Wellness Mart. My experience has been the best, Kathy has been such a joy and very welcoming throughout the whole process. She is very approachable, funny, sweet, and just a blast to be around. Kathy is awesome!!!

Kathy is awesome - made my experience smooth, was thorough with my paperwork, and was very gentle with my TB test. She’s awesome and this is my second time here and it’s always super easy!

I had a customer experience at Wellnessmart MD located at West Chapman Ave Orange CA on 11/16/2023 late afternoon that left me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable at first with an employee that I would not name. I don’t mind when she didn’t even say Hi but Instead, she seemed to yell and with what I understood to stand behind the counter, which was confusing and off-putting. When I stepped back, she pointed angrily with one finger to a tablet behind me, instructing me to sign in. This unpleasant encounter occurred within 10 seconds of entering the clinic which I travelled for 45 mins.The moment I was there she was on her cellphone taking personal call, making it difficult for me to ignore her personal conversations as the space was so small. It was only when another patient/customer arrived that she finally ended her personal call. It was very awkward listening to someone else’s conversation.Thankfully, other employees, such as Jennifer and Nicole, were very courteous and welcoming. Jennifer, in particular, was professional and took over, providing clear explanations of procedures and what to expect.I would suggest that this employee undergo retraining in customer service basics and cellphone etiquette to improve the overall customer experience at Wellnessmart MD Orange CA. I changed the 3 stars to 5 stars because other employees such as Jennifer and Nicole did a good job! I thought of not giving this review but I don’t want anyone to have the same experience. Everything can be re-learned. This is just my experience, I don’t intend harm but improvement both for customer and business

Second time visiting this clinic and nurse HEAVEN went above and beyond! EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! She was professional and friendly in her communication at every step of the way. THANK YOU! I couldn’t be happier! -Cristina

A clinic may be tiny, but staff is extremely kind and thorough! Heaven helped me with everything I needed to do and she was so kind and helpful! I would definitely come here again should I need to.

Arrived at my appointment time of 4:40, “we close at 5 come back tomorrow morning,” why is it even possible to schedule that time online then? (went to Orange location, took max 10 minutes). come here if you have tons of extra time you need to waste.

I saw Hayley for my very for Live Scan and I had no clue what I was doing. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. Very kind, quick and CLEAN. Definitely took the nervous jitters away and anytime I need one in the future I will try to schedule with Hayley:)

Needed to get a mask fit and wasn’t sure if it was going to work since I tried walk-in since it was such short notice, but was seen right away and the process was super quick and easy! Nurse Hayley was very helpful and explained the whole process very clearly.

Great service. Nicole was very nice and efficient! I was able to make a same day appointment very easy.

I had a TB test done and needed to return a couple of days later for the results. They post on their door they are closed for lunch from 12:30 to 1pm. I made the mistake of trying to get the results on my lunch hour. I stood around until 1:45 before I got so mad I left. I hope someone gets fired cuz I probably will.

Nicole was an amazing nurse got me in and out. I don’t like needles but she was awesome taking blood out didn’t feel any pain

This place was so easy! I got a TB test and did livescan all in like 20 minutes and the nurse was very nice. i will definitely come back if I need anything else. As for the price, all the things they offer have a standard sort of price so shopping around wont save you much.

Heaven is super professional as well as a positive vibe throughout the whole experience. She put a smile on my face!

As an earlier reviewer stated, one person does everything - receptionist and nurse. They answer busy phones, schedule appointments, takes care of patients in the lobby, performs the tests, etc. Its a one person operation posing as a medical facility. Expect lots of waiting, interruptions, and very poor service overall.

Heaven did a fantastic job overseeing my job requirements and ensuring that everything that was required from me was done in a professional and timely manner.

Im not sure who runs these places but places but they expect 1 nurse to multi task and do everything, including answering busy phones, while people people wait in the lobby. Another example of corporate greed, putting all the tasks and responsibilities on to one person to pay less salary.

Although on google maps says it open until 630 pm. Theyve been closed all because they dont have a nurse. So if youre trying to go here call first to see if they actually have a nurse since they dont notify anyone when they have no nurse.
