The front desk staff was very friendly, the healthcare staff was very helpful and accommodating. The nurse was easy to speak with regarding my symptoms and very attentive. I recommend this healthcare facility

As someone whos had awful experiences at walk in clinics, I can honestly say this was by far the best experience Ive had. Front desk staff is pleasant, the medical assistant was patient and thorough, and Christina (APRN) was knowledgable and had great bedside manner. I was in and out very quickly. I will definitely go back if the need arises.

Everything went very smoothly. My vital signs were checked by the attendant and she was very helpful. The PA was very thorough and down to earth. Overall experience was good

The whole staff is so warm, inviting, and attentive! The doctors and nurses are so thorough and kind, truly have never been so impressed with an urgent care! My new go-to and top recommendation!

I called the Derby location to ask if they remove sutures. The rep said yes and that they werent busy atm and closed at 8pm. I went to get my 3 stitches removed that I received while out of town.When i arrived, i was asked if i got the stitches at that same office with the same provider. When i said no, i was THEN informed that I would have to pay $50 out of pocket since i did not receive the stitches from them specifically.Why wasnt i told this when i first called? Surely Im not the first person to have had this issue! Also, to add insult to injury (pun intended), my husband is a 20yr Hartford Healthcare employee. I was told that despite this, that, this urgent care center wasnt owned by HHC, even though HHC is on the sign out front! Furthermore, the employee seemed just as frustrated by the policy as I was.Long story short, I had to wait until the next day to visit the real HHC clinic in Shelton, where I received excellent care.Please note that my experience with this clinic until this time has been excellent. I was disheartened to have had this recent experience.

The team was compassionate & efficient.They did an excellent job with daughter’s stitches. We are very grateful for their care.

Place deserves zero stars. Did all the online work and forms and made an appointment to get to this location and a big permanently closed sign on the front door. If your bussiness is permanently closed stop accepting appointments there and maybe change your hours online to closed. Joke of a walk in that just waste your time.

As always I am very very grateful for the very attentive care I received at your health centre. It never fails. The doctors and nurses kept updating me on what next theyll be doing and I do appreciate their professional care. Thanks again

The visit was prompt and thorough, and I feel if I was really sick, I would be in better hands than the usual spot the Valley uses.Also very close to home.

Went here a week post ER visit. Tiji George, PA-C did a lyme test but failed to inform that insurance may not cover it. $560 bill later. That should be something that is mentioned to a patient. She also told me I was anxious and should seek behavioral health services. After an MRI and MRV that my GP requested it the results were abnormal and I actually have a rare brain disease. How about that ? Do better.

I found my new walk-in! Excellent service from the front desk staff to start. The provider listened to my needs and was very attentive to them. A+

Outstanding experience! From the moment we walked in, to the moment we left!! Carly greeted us, and quickly registered my husband. Cynthia showed us to the exam room and graciously took my husband vitals, three times at my request (wasnt a fan of his B/P). Dr Saniee is the kindest, most forth coming doctor I think I have ever met! Everyone was kind and efficient! My husband is feeling 100% better!! We highly recommend this Urgent Care and will likely use it again in the future!!

Administrative staff and nurse were great! The doctor was terrible. He told me to trust my husbands opinion and observations over my own experiences with symptoms when I had clearly told him I had not been around my husband when I had symptoms. He also told me it was anxiety causing me to feel short of breathe over the last 2 weeks right after having a respiratory illness. I will not be returning to this location in Derby

Best urgent care I have ever gone to. The nurse and doctor were both extremely kind and caring. I have gone to a few urgent cares where they lacked in that department. The place also extremely well kept and beautiful! 10/10 experience will be using this place again.

Not good. They specify the hours to be 8am to 8pm on weekdays, however, when I or a loved one goes there, they are always closed. They really need to abide by the times they specify. We went on a Wednesday at 6pm, door is locked, no one is there. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have to leave a credit or debit card on file just incase they need to charge you extra fees that can automatically be taken out !!

Waited 50 minutes to get in at 9am on a Saturday and I was the second one here! Then had to wait more when they finally called me back. 3 people walked out because they couldn’t believe the wait and no one explaining why.

Making an appointment online was easy, just register first. As stated, the facility was nice, clean, and modern. The staff was attentive and professional. I experienced little to no wait time. The office is convenient location right next to BigY.

I really like it, first is close to my house and has a good parking but the most important is the service the lady I front is very nice the wait time is less in 5 min, the NP who check my daughter was nice and take time with her did a lot of questions and suggestions, prescribe medication and was open to we can call back if we need it and he said “I will be here for the next 3 days from open to close time” my girl was happy y comment he is nice she is 12.Really recommended 100%
