I absolutely loved my experience with RAD they held my hand every step of the way so I never felt alone! Unfortunately I suffered a miscarriage last year but there were alternatives, and I was able to get pregnant with my miracle baby a few months later thanks to RAD, their patience, and options available for me! They tailored my care to what was best for me and thoroughly explained each step of each procedure and process I had to endure! RAD will forever be my family!! I highly recommend RAD. Everyone there was so kind and empathetic. Going through infertility is such a hard lonely battle to fight but it felt like everyone there was on my side and rooting for me. Everyone makes you feel welcome and less alone. I never had a single bad experience there. I’m thankful to have had them by my side and helping me during each step of my journey.

My husband and I lived in Annapolis when we first started our IVF journey. We moved to Delaware, and continued our journey with Radfertility. From the beginning, the Rad team worked hard to make our second IVF treatment a success. The doctors and nurses were caring, responsive, so personable and professional. They made a very difficult time easier and it all resulted in a successful pregnancy. We now have a healthy baby boy. We would recommend the Rad team over and over. They did an amazing job and without getting too cliche, made our dreams come true!!!!

I started my fertility journey with Rad fertility in 2019. We had our very first consultation with Dr. McGuirk she is an amazing doctors. With her help and advise we were able to conceive naturally but ended up in a miscarriage. Than we went straight with IVF treatment and Dr. Schilling quickly moved forward with everything we wanted. Every team member and staff at the RAD Fertility was very helpful, understanding and very supportive. I would recommend RAD Fertility to anyone who is struggling with infertility.

The entire team at RAD was amazing through our journey. Dr. Schilling was 100% straight forward with me just like I asked. The team was always engaged and answered all of our questions. They were very caring, through all of our losses they were compassionate, and handled everything as if it was their family. We are happily loving our happy healthy baby boy, because of the amazing care from the team at RAD!!

The infertility journey is not one that I would wish on any person/family. RAD was who I turned to and they were wonderful. It took us a little time, but we welcomed our miracle baby to the world in October 2022. They are friendly, skilled, and truly care about your success. They emailed me to see how our baby was doing a couple months after she was born. I sent back a cute picture, because why not, and I received a beautifully handwritten card and a onsie in a future size for her. I would recommend RAD to anyone that asked about treatment. Thank you for all you do to help our dreams come true!!

This is the best medical office I’ve been to. Hands down. Every single member of the staff is friendly, encouraging, and helpful! The medical staff is knowledgeable and understanding; I alway felt comfortable and that I was in capable hands. We were blessed with our daughter with the help of RAD and will definitely be back when we decide to have more. Thank you, RAD!!

Every single member of the RAD Fertility team was encouraging, patient, supportive, kind, and very knowledgeable. They each helped to make me feel welcome and hopeful and I appreciated everyone’s attentiveness and friendly demeanor. I can’t imagine a better group of physicians, PAs, nurses, lab technicians, and administrative staff that would work so incredibly well as a team and make each patient feel like a part of the family. Fertility struggles and IVF aren’t for the faint of heart. It takes a physical and emotional toll on you no matter how prepared you are. RAD was always helpful and knowledgeable. The staff was always friendly and helpful. I will forever be grateful for the precious life they helped me bring into this world. I would not have been able to do it without them. Would highly recommend :)

The Doctors and nursing staff were amazing and very helpful. I loved the Dover staff. Going through 2 transfers and having the 2nd one stick, my husband and I were blessed with a happy healthy baby boy in Oct of 2022.The only down fall is the billing staff, they are rude and demanding, pay attention to ever charge, I dealt with many mistakes, be your own advocate and dont be afraid to ask for a supervisor. Overall I would recommend this experience to anyone who is having trouble conceiving.

March 16, 2021- my partner and I had our first appointment with RAD to try and figure out why we weren’t successful conceiving on our own. RAD from the start measured very high for us on their professionalism, knowledge, support and compassion. They understood our feelings, listened, while also giving us the knowledge behind what was going on. We ended up going through IVF. Our process officially started December 31, 2021 with medications for stimming, followed by retrieval and lastly our embryos going to the lab. 2022 we transferred one perfectly graded embryo and hoped for the best. Today I am writing this at 6:30AM with my two month old baby boy in my arms! Our first transfer was successful and we couldn’t be happier with what RAD made possible for us. They were there for us every step of the way, even through the scary bits in the beginning of the pregnancy. I was always accommodated with last minute appointments or fitting me in for any issues I was having. Most importantly, they understood our concerns. Never once were we dismissed or felt like we weren’t being heard. 110% recommend and truthfully have already sent people their way!

RAD Fertility’s Dover office was so supportive and important during our IVF treatment. We drove over two hours from our home in Virginia to the Dover office to receive treatment because of their amazing patient care, knowledgeable team of doctors, and all around success. We have been blessed with one beautiful baby girl, and currently have another on the way. This is all thanks to RAD.

Let me start by saying that I cannot say enough about RAD! Short answer, they will always be family. My husband and I started our journey to parenthood in 2013 when we found out he had the congenital absence of vas deferens due to carrying the cystic fibrosis gene. We were referred to a local doctor by the diagnosing urologist and had an awful experience. We saw a second doctor out of state resulting in a lot of spent gas money, failed IVF cycles, and no answers. I decided to trust my gut and decided to schedule a consult with RAD (I almost scheduled with them just before the second doctor). My husband and I left that appointment with a brand new plan that had not been offered elsewhere and a sense of hope. All of the clinicians, nurses, and staff were so kind and caring. We had never felt so embraced by a practice before. We didn’t feel like a number. Instead we were treated like human beings. No one was ever too busy to answer my many questions. No one ever took offense when I advocated for myself by questioning things or asking for more information. I so appreciated the staff for thinking outside the box with every hurdle in our case. The reassurance we received in the fact that they would give it their all to get us pregnant was a breath of fresh air. Although we had our assigned physician, we felt very comfortable to see any of the physicians when ours wasn’t available and had FULL confidence in the other doctors. The Dover office became my home away from home, even fulfilling our cycle monitoring during the pandemic! They kept everything clean and safe. I even enjoyed the artwork in the rooms and halls, and how bright and open the office is. I never felt like I was in a stuffy depressing place. The best part was the wall when leaving the exam rooms as you’re checking out. There are framed photos that once you achieve pregnancy and graduate to your OB, you’re able to add your name to that wall. It was a source of fuel and encouragement for me to keep going until my name was on that wall. Those ladies in that office will always be family to us. Sharonda, thank you for the positive thoughts and encouragement even when I was running on fumes. Dorri, you don’t know how much I needed those chats - you helped my husband and I feel normal when we didn’t always have an understanding support system. Thank you all for the love and support you poured into us and every patient you have. Thanks to your collaborative efforts, Raegan Brielle Trujillo came in this world on the 28th day of April, 2022! If you’re looking for a reproductive specialist that truly values the patient, my husband and I highly recommend RAD. In 2021 I visited RAD again. I was ready to have another baby. I previously used RAD and IVF to conceive my now 12 year of son Avery. My life had a couple of hiccups along the way and I ended up divorced but then remarried. My current husband and I wanted a child of our own. RAD was with us every step of the way. Everyone there is so amazing! There were available for every crazy question we had. And made sure we understood everything to the fullest. In the end we ended up with beautiful twin girls to add to our family. The girls are thriving. Their brother is so smitten with them and daddy is already wrapped around all 20 little fingers. My momma heart is so full. I still try to keep the office updated on all the kids. I can only hope they understand how important all of them are to me as well. I wouldn’t have my beautiful family without them and I will forever be grateful to each and every one of them. ❤️

Staff was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. They work 7 days a week to ensure success. Testing provided us with answers about our infertility. Physician assistants and nurse practitioners perform the IUIs and physicians map out an individualized plan for each patient. I wish I would have sought help from RAD about a year earlier! Our OB/GYN recommended RAD and they are the premier fertility practice in Delaware. The Dover office completed most of my ultrasounds and blood work and had 7 am appointments so I could still get to work. Thank you RAD. Our beautiful baby boy is everything we dreamed about!

Highly recommend RAD. The team of doctors, PAs, nurses are compassionate and knowledgeable. Unlike other fertility places, I did not feel like just another number to them. They are incredibly responsive and provide personalized care.

I highly recommend RADfertility to anyone going through fertility issues! We have been patients there since 2016. In 2017, our daughter was born after our first round of IVF. Our experience was absolutely wonderful and the doctors and staff treat you like family. We are so happy we chose them to help us grow our family!

I used to be a fan of RAD and a patient for 4 years. These past 2 years have been the most terrible experience. There are so many patients and you are just a dollar sign for them. Constant reminders to pay, pay before each and every visit. Theyll call you out in the waiting room if any problems with insurance and how you need to pay and then figure it out yourself with your insurance carrier as in set up the claim etc. And their staff is a revolving door. Those that take your vitals arent that experienced either, Ive had my veins blown out 3 times and so much bruising.

I cannot express enough how grateful we are for RAD Fertility! They have given us the greatest blessing of our lives- our miracle boy!Our journey started 15 years ago and there has been a lot of heartbreak along the way, including countless negative pregnancy tests and 5 devastating losses. My husband and I decided that, as a last ditch effort, we would try one round of IVF before coping with the fact that we would never become parents.I found RAD fertility on Google and called to schedule an appointment. I was unsure and didn’t believe that it was going to work for me. But I’ll never forget the hope that I felt when the woman on the phone said things like “for your first pregnancy appointment” and “when we release you to your OB”. They had so much confidence, I couldn’t help but be excited!After a full workup, we decided to move forward with the retrieval cycle, then the single embryo transfer. I had prepared myself for bad news, but two weeks after our very first transfer, I received the call that I was pregnant! Our dream was coming true!Given my history of multiple losses, I was afraid all of the time. I must have emailed the office every single day for my entire first trimester. They answered every email right away and with patience. They fit me in for appointments to ease my mind anytime I asked, and even when I didn’t. They understood my concern and did whatever they could to comfort me. It felt like I had become friends with the staff because they truly cared and rooted for us the whole way.Now, I get to write this review with my miracle 7 month old boy next to me, and it’s all thanks to RAD. Never in a million years did I think I would ever actually be a mom. But I am now, to the most amazing baby boy!Thanks for beelieving, even when I didn’t 🖤🌈

They are extremely amazing. They make you believe that you are the woman you’re supposed to be, and are always reaching out to see how you are. I ended up pregnant before going through all the treatment and they still reach out to me to congratulate me on the baby and sent me this cute little onesie, and a nice card.

The Physicians and Staff are genuinely caring and compassionate, as well as knowledgeable. They were careful during each step needed for diagnosing and treating, and made me feel 100% comfortable. I like the ease and convenience of communication through their patient portal with same day responses, while knowing I could also pick up the phone to call if needed.

As a veteran patient of RAD, I cant say enough amazing words about this office! From the minute you walk in youre always greeted with a smile and by name. The nurses are so friendly, and instantly become your #1 fans! They know youre nervous, they recognize how difficult the journey is, and they do whatever they can to ease your nerves! I have seen two doctors primarily at RAD; Dr. Kovalesky & Dr. McGuirk. Both doctors have been amazing to our family! Dr Kovalesky helped us conceive our baby boy, and Dr McGuirk is currently helping us with the possibility of baby #2! Both doctors are super knowledgable, have wonderful bedside manner, and treat you like you are one of their own family members. I cant say enough how thankful and grateful I am for this office. After all, they helped me become the greatest title yet of Mom!♡

Without the help from RAD we wouldn’t have our sweet girl!! Not only that they also took my health seriously, and helped me get an endometriosis diagnosis which was life-changing to say the least! Thank you RAD for everything!!

The team at RAD is hands down the best around. They are all so patient, understanding, and really work with everyone to help make their dreams of having a family come true. I took it upon myself to contact them after hearing a radio ad which seemed to mirror all of the problems and thoughts we were experiencing while trying to start a family. That one simple contact set us on a path that was literally life changing. The whole entire staff is truly like a family to us...even 5 years later. They educated us thought every step of the way and we were never left feeling confused or disappointed. They worked out a financial plan that fit our needs and made the whole entire process seamless. If you or anyone you know is suffering while trying to start a family, I encourage them to reach out to the team at RAD. It can simply be life changing.

Not only did we find out I had hypothyroidism, I also had low vitamin D, and a wonky cycle. We were able to conceive a baby through iui with the help of dr schilling, Rhonda, and everyone at both the Dover and Wilmington locations

My husband and I have been going to RAD for 3+ years now and we live in Townsend. When going through fertility treatments and sometimes very frequent appointments, having a second office location to choose from was extremely helpful.

My family is so thankful for RAD especially the Dover office. We have a beautiful health my boy with their help. So kind and helpful. Praying for another with their help soon.

When I was in my early 20s I was diagnosed with adenomyosis and was told that having my own child was something that would never happen. This news was never something that sat right with me. When I was 30 i married an amazing woman and within a year we were talking about starting a family. Now my wife never wanted to carry a child so we decided it was time for a second opinion. We started seeing Dr. Kovalevsky in January 2017 and started testing. I was diagnosed with endometriosis and polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). So now Im feeling defeated and like all odds are against me. On one hand it was nice to finally know why I always struggle to lose weight but on the other I knew that getting pregnant was going to take a lot of prayer and science.In order to start my IUI procedures I needed to be at a healthy BMI which would require me to lose 30 pounds. We did our first IUI in August 2017 but it was unsuccessful. I quickly pulled my emotions together and started a second cycle. One year ago today (September 18, 2017) we did our second IUI and it was successful! Today we get to celebrate our baby boys Creation Day. It was an emotional journey and I owe a lot to the staff of RAD for keeping me going. Rhonda played a huge part in my nutritional journey and shared a lot of tears with me. Mari was an amazing coordinator and became a great friend. Gina was the first smiling face we saw every week at our appointments. When I say that the staff become family, I truly mean it. I could not have imagined my journey with anyone else.

What a terrible experience. Dr. Barbara McGuirk is condescending, judgmental, and does not listen to you as the patient at all. The first session was her rushing to get through her practiced speech, and input from the patient just seems to get in the way. It is her way or the highway - even if she is suggesting things you have already tried and found unhelpful and unsustainable. It seems she found something that worked for her, and the possibility that not everyone is the same is unfathomable to her. Do not work with her if you struggle with weight - she doesnt know how to look beyond a BMI chart and will not help you. She did not care about me - she cared about her agenda. She talked about doing no harm but boy... she just did a lot of long-term harm to me in several ways. STAY AWAY!!!Edit: I want to add that I had to ask her straight up FOUR TIMES if she was not going to help with fertility treatments due to my weight. After repeating the question over and over to be met with excuses and dancing responses she finally responded and confirmed she would not help me because of my weight. The fact that she struggled to give a straight up answer is a big red flag - on top of everything else. I could write paragraphs right now about all of the things that were wrong with this womans approach, what she said to me, and how she treated me. I have heard good things about Delaware Institute of Reproductive Medicine and encourage you to look elsewhere as well.Additional edit: Someone brought to my attention that it is important to note that this was a telehealth session - so she NEVER EVEN SAW MY BODY before making judgements about it. Obesity discrimination is real - it is a human rights issue. Do not support this place.Also, Delaware Institute for Reproductive Technology has been a thousand times better. Save yourself from hard and dont go to rad!

This team and this facility is out of this world! I luckily did not need IUI or IVF but this team still went above and beyond and was incredible through my whole situation. I couldn’t say enough amazing things!

I have never been to a more caring doctors office. We were sad to leave when it was time. So thankful for the kindness, caring staff and many laughs. Thankful that everyone was so determined and grateful for our beautiful little girl that we were blessed with.

The experience from everyone was nothing short of amazing. Everyone is super knowledgeable and friendly. They help our family get our rainbow baby and I could never thank them enough.
