I had to visit the med express with my daughter for a quick visit. Shes only ever been seen by her pediatrician so I was nervous on what to expect. The doctor who treated her was incredibly kind and great with children. She made my daughter comfortable and all anxiety was gone. The visit was quick and everything i needed was taken care of. The ladies up front are also very very kind and great with children, they gave stickers at check out. I hope the staff there always has a wonderful day because they deserve it.

Janelle was excellent. She treated my family member for a respiratory infection and my relative is all better. My nephew (who is normally in robust health) has the same sickness and was treated differently elsewhere. He has gotten sicker. I am referring him to your clinic and hope Janelle will be on staff. Im sure he will begin to recover with her medical expertise. The desk staff was pleasant and helpful too.

These facilities are a blessing. There is one in my hometown and one practically next to my office building. I go to them more than my primary care because my doctor is always booked out for months. Even if I elect to see one of the other practitioners at my primary care’s office, it takes days to weeks for an appointment. Thanks to GoHealth Urgent Care I’m able to get seen right away, even if I don’t make an online appointment ahead of time. I hardly ever have to wait more than half an hour if I don’t make an appointment online. The staff is always courteous and helpful too. The previous urgent care at this location (MedExpress) wasn’t the best, but now that Christina Care took over, it’s incredible.

I hate to say how great this place is because I don’t want to let out the secret. What a great location and what a fantastic staff. The check-in process was seamless everybody greets you with a smile and the staff is so friendly. I was in and out in under 25 minutes. Can’t want to be sick again!

Johnita provided me with excellent service regarding my health concerns. She spent time really looking at my situation, and was very caring and kind. I left feeling much better than when I went in!

Dr Valerie Goodman was exceptionally helpful and patient. She was readily accepting of my description of allergy systems and how bad they are. No flu, no COVID, thank God! But a bad case of allergic rhinitis. The symptoms are starting to ease with her choice of meds. The only thing better would be a very heavy rain to get rid of the pollen in the hair as this year is really bad. Thanks, Doc.

The wait time was short seen the nurse for vitals and taking to get x-rays was quick and I responded was quick and advised me what to do next that enough prof manner way

The staff displayed poor communication skills, with a dismissive attitude towards me and my concerns. Whenever I asked questions, I was met with vague responses citing company policy without any further explanation, leaving me feeling belittled and unheard. Additionally, the doctor did not take the time to speak with me at all, adding to the horrible experience. I would not recommend this facility to anyone seeking respectful and attentive medical care.

Took my 4 year old daughter to this urgent care tonight arrived at 7:37, they are scheduled to close at 8pm. One person in the waiting room and the lady at the desk told me they’re not seeing anyone. I asked why and was told there is 2 people in the back. So we left and went to Christiana care in Dover. Arrived at 7:52, and they are scheduled to close at 8pm also. Took us in no problem, great fast service. I would recommend Christina Care and avoid this location.

Never been to an urgent care facility with daily Slots for care. All the other ones my family and I have visited are first-come-first-served. I am not surprised this facility is closing. Next we will receive word that our information has been compromised due to the move.

I returned here after 2 years.Great visit as I remembered. Very clean facility... Knowledgeable staff! They are there to do what they are supposed to do. 👍👍👍👍👍

Medexpress is an excellent place to go to especially during weekends. I went in without an appointment and they took care of me right away. I showed the doctor my problem and she gave me the medication I needed. Once I took the medication I could really feel the difference by night time. Thank you all for your help. I recommend this place if for any reason you cant see your doctor or a specialist. Because lets face it, most times there is a at least a couple of days before they can see you.Jennifer

I went to the clinic today like 5pm, three hours before they close and there is like 2 people waiting and looks like they are together too. I went to the front limping because I am in pain (my hip). I am a military with a referral and the lady in the front desk was so quick to say that, “we can not accommodate you because there is no more spots. Just come back tomorrow at 8-10 AM.I would understand if it was like 30 minutes or less and they will turn me down. Bad is thing is that my referral is on that specific clinic and too late to change it. No so Med EXPRESS!!! at all.

Had a sinus infection and I wasn’t able to get an appointment at my doctor’s office for several days due to a long weekend holiday. Fortunately I could sign in at MedExpress, answer some screening questions online, and had a virtual appointment with a doctor later that same morning and had a script for medication called into my pharmacy and ready for pick up that afternoon. Very convenient and I am glad I could be seen so quickly.

Today I went to this location of Medexpress. As I walked in I could see there was only one person in the waiting area. I thought good I should not have to wait to long. As I am walking up I see the woman at the counter are laughing and joking. I though great everyone is in a good mood. As I get to the counter the woman gestors for me to wait just one minute. Ok I will wait while you finish socializing. When she is done talking, she turns to me and asks, do you have an appointment. I said no and she then audibly sighs, looks at her screen and says, I have a time slot for 2:45. What? Like I am literally one of two people in the waiting area. Aside from them laughing and socializing you can hear a pin drop, but you want me to wait three hours? Absolutely not! I hate to be the one to point this out, but you are med Express Its literally in your name that you are medical care in an express fashion. The sign on the door said walk in or appointment. Yet I was expected to wait three hours for an appointment? I have zero intentions on going back to a med express. What once was a business built on non-energy medical care provided fast is now apparently too busy to provide anything express.

I havent been to MedExpress in years, but it will be my go to moving forward. The nurse and doctor were super engaged, asked all the right questions, seemed to genuinely care. I felt like I was talking to my PCP. The wait wasnt long, and it was easy to schedule online. Great care, great service.

How do you guys not have providers today. “Only doing drug testing today”, 05/11/2024 . People depend on you to do the duties that you offer . I tried to stop by when I got the time too. Now I have to replan my day to head to the next closest MedExpress.

Dr. Goodman was great. I wish she could be my regular doctor. This state has lazy doctors, taking no new patients, cancelling appointments that I have had for over a month and that I waited a month to get. Dr. Goodman is a great doctor. I trust her.

I booked an appointment regarding something sensitive following a traumatic event and was treated with a lot of compassion by the front desk, triage, as well as the doctor. It is currently cold/flu/RSV season so there was some additional wait time, but I was anticipating that! As far as urgent care facilities go, I don’t think i could have chosen a better place to go, considering my reason for visiting and sensitivity of the matter.

I was seen last week for pneumonia. I waited only about an hour. The staff and doctor were great. I went back tonight because I was not getting better. My wait time was only 10 minutes. They got me in very quickly. I had radiographs taken and within a few minutes Dr Goodman came in. She was the best doctor I have seen in years! She gave a new treatment plan so hopefully I will start to improve soon. The staff was great too.

My wife had to use MedExpress Walk-In Care to get a Covid-19 test prior to traveling.The staff was very helpful and nice.We had to call to set everything up from the parking lot. When her appointment time came they call her in for the test.

Dr Goodman saw me twice in 3 days because I could not get in with my primary. The meds she prescribed me needed to be upped. She went above and beyond and ran extra tests to put my mind at ease and did not come off annoyed that I had returned. Her bedside manner is also great! Highly recommend her!

The receptionist at the front was very nice. I was not able to be seen because they didn’t have a radiology tech in at the time. She made me an appointment for the next morning. I was able to be seen somewhere else. I tried to cancel the appointment and they make it ridiculously hard too. I’ve called several times and can’t leave a voicemail. I’ve been on hold forever, tried to login to the patient portal and can’t cancel there either. It’s ridiculous. It shouldn’t be that hard.

Boy if I could could give 0 stars I would. My husband took my little girl to this location tonight for pink eye and they got there about 7:40pm (closed at 8:00pm). My husband and child were turned away and told that they were not accepting any more patients at 7:40pm!! A whole 20 minutes before they were set to close. How the heck do you turn away a child with 20 minutes before you close?? My husband rushed over to ChristianaCare about 10 minutes away and they seen my daughter 5 minutes before closing. I will never visit the location again and will be calling everyone that I possibly can to complain. Please take you and your family somewhere else. I’ve never had a pleasant experience here.

Had an appointment, but unfortunately still had to wait an hour. The staff is nice and the doctor was wonderful! Made it worth the wait.

It was very convenient to be able to get your x-ray at your visit instead of running around to several places. Dr. Ogden was very thorough and was absolutely wonderful! The staff was very kind and kept you moving through the processes in a consistent manner.

I went in for a routine pre-employment drug screening at 5:45pm and the girl at the front desk acted like it was the largest inconvenience in the world. She said We dont have any spots left for today and I showed her the paperwork that says complete test immediately. No one else was waiting in the lobby. She huffed and puffed and said Ill have to double book you on someones spot, maybe they wont come in for their appointment. It was all done in a tone like she was attempting to make me feel guilty for coming in for a test that takes maybe 10 minutes. Once I got back to do my test with a different person, that person was straight to the point and got the test done and was kind and talkative while she was doing all the formalities so thats why I didnt give them a 1 star.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve been seen multiple times at this location with my out of state medicaid and never had any issues or any bills it processes every time and covers all cost. Today I went to be seen and the staff at the front desk and manager on duty Lisa were rude and told me they don’t take out of state medicaid. They did not care to look into the situation as to why they have taken my insurance back in June 2023 at a in person visit and a virtual visit November 2023. I’ve also used the same insurance multiple other times in person at this facility. They tried to make me pay out of pocket instead of running my insurance how they normally do. Their customer service department even said they should have seen me. I’ve filed a complaint with the BBB because this is ridiculous. They need to be fired for not doing their job correctly and turning people away who have been there before.

Went in for a walk in visit and was immediately told that they next walk in appt was at 4pm. Not to mention the lobby was empty. Last time I checked walk in and appointment were two different things. Dont advertise yourself as a walk in urgent care if youre not going to honor that. Was of my gas and time.

The wait was a bit long to be seen, close to two hours. However, once I was triaged by the nurse and placed in the room Dr Goodman appeared within minutes to take care of me. She is kind friendly listens and an excellent provider. I could not be more grateful for her and the care she provided me today. I wish I could make her my primary doctor. Your are truly amazing Dr Goodman! Thank you and thank you med express for having such an outstanding Dr available to assist patients in need.

I was hoping to have a good experience here. As a military member, I highly value the services of medical professionals; however, I arrived at the clinic at opening time (8am) today along with several other patients (two with kids) who were told by the front desk rep that no medical providers had arrived or were yet available. After waiting for far too long just for someone to arrive, I left to go to another facility.People are in need of help and quality medical care and it is a shame that medical “professionals” at this location chose to not even show up on time and be servants to people that need it in this community. I hope they decide to choose another profession that doesn’t involve helping people that are sick and vulnerable. Shame on this place.

Great experience! Very impressed with Dr. Goodman. Once I was checked in it was a matter of minutes before she came in to evaluate me. She was friendly and knowledgeable. I called about my lab results and she got on the phone to speak to me personally. Would definitely go back!

I was seen promptly. I do feel rushed as I know they are busy. They are in a hurry and it shows. Overall, I am very grateful and appreciate them being there for me.

My doctor was so sweet and kind and genuinely cared about how I was. She took the time to make sure I was okay with being diagnosed and answered every question I had. I had Dr. Valerie Goodman and she was truly the best!

Medical Staff was amazing! Only reason I knocked off 2 stars was due to saying walk-ins welcome but you still have to book an appointment online or in person regardless. This urgent care should have dedicated walk-in section if not just say appointment only and dont advertise walk-in at all.

Went in with upper respiratory issues. Apprehensive as I had never visited this location, and it was a Saturday no less. To my surprise registration was simple; my wait time was less than 20 minutes and the bedside manner of Dr. Goodman far exceeded my expectations. She was personable, had a sense of humor and keep things direct and to the point. Wish she had her own practice!

The staff was very professional and courteous. The Doctor was GREAT and explained all my symptoms so I could understand them. Overall it was a good experience and will go there again vs the hospital.

My first visit at MedExpresswas wonderful. I was super sick and my PCP wouldnt even see me. The staff at MedExpress was kind, professional and just took care of me. I couldnt have asked for more. Thank you!!

Doctor was very personalable, friendly, understanding and seemed to care about my childs well-being.

I’ll start by saying this was at least my 4th time here before however, this experience was different. The woman up front who checked me in was fine but, when I got in the back the lady seemed very cold, stand offish as if she didn’t want to be there. She did not explain things very well to me. I believe her name is Blessing. I had to get the actual Doctor to assist me. This experience was different and annoying. None like my other experiences.

Their center should be labeled as a personal care provider center. It is NOT an urgent care center. I took my 7yr daughter there for uncontrollable nose bleeding which lasted 1.5hrs and was told at 1830 to go to the ER because they were FULL with APPOINTMENTS. If I can make an appointment, then your establishment should NOT be labeled as an Walk in or Urgent care center. Ima tell everyone that I know to not waste their time and go there.That was my second time needing URGENT care and they were FULL from appointments.

I made an appointment and got seen right away! The physician and the whole staff was extremely polite and comforting and they helped figure out what was wrong with me!

My son had a severe sports injury. We are from out of town. We drove to this “urgent care” which requires an APPOINTMENT. There were none available that day. We called to explain our situation and nobody answered the phone; just a message on repeat to schedule an appointment on their website.

Doctor LISTENED to me. While I would have seen my own GP, can never get a timely appointment for a “sick” visit. Very grateful for Med Express.

Definitely NOT a walk in clinic. We were turned away because there were not “available appts”. I asked why did we need an appointment for a walk in clinic and was told that’s what they do. This was an absolute waste of time and gas. The woman at the front desk told me that we could always go to Smyrna ER! SMH I honestly think they didn’t want to take us because it was 20 mins before closing. Don’t waste your time!

The service that I received in 10/25/2023 was above and beyond. All the staff were friendly, had patience, positive environment and were knowledgable with information on other sites. The doctor on staff this was phenomenal. I will return for future services. Job well done by all staff that worked.

I went into med express for my daughter and the front desk lady TRESSA was so rude. Maybe she needs a mental health evaluation if you can’t answer a simple question without getting upset and flustered. She got upset because she kept cutting my husband and I off instead of answering a question about something we were concerned about. She kept storming off and saying she didn’t care and she can’t do this. Tanya came up to assist and she was awesome. She deescalated the situation. Then here comes tressa with a whole bunch of “you can report me I’ll give you my name I don’t cares and I’m not going back and forth with you. “Customer service / front desk is not for her at all. The triage nurse was amazing as well. They just need someone else at the front.

Thank you Dr Goodman, you took really good care of me. Sent my prescriptions in immediately which is always a blessing. Clean office, pleasant receptionist, very professional, I recommend this office. Was taken not to long after I arrive, that’s always the best. Very satisfied 🙏🏾

I had a FANTASTIC experience! It was great and very fast! All the people there were very nice. And my Doctor Dr. Goodman was the best doctor I have ever had!! Highly recommend to be seen by her and go to the urgent care.

Says walk ins, but they turned me away and said make an appointment. So just sit in pain till the next day I guess. Also, they have messed up my insurance 3 times and can not seem to correct it. So every time I go, a month later Im calling for them to fix my insurance.I just go to Camden walk in now.

Dr. Goodman and her whole team was amazing. #GIRLPOWER From being greeted with a smile at the door, to the physical part. I walked out of there feeling better than I did when I came in.. I will be back with any business I have!

Had bad head cold 🥶 and sinus infection . Walked in and was waited on immediately at window . The lady was very nice to me her name was Tressa .The nurse and the doctor were all nice to me .I was prescribed antibiotic and was out the door . Don’t believe all the negative reviews ….they were mad when they came in door . If you come and it’s crowded common sense dictates it will take longer

I was there 12/20/23 Wednesday for a employment screening. I came from New Jersey, I jus wanna say Blessing was professional and kind.we had a nice conversation for she had to do my labs as well. Blessing did a very good job with the stick, I thx yu for being kind n gentle.be blessed

The customer service is deplorable. I’ve had two bad experiences at this location due to the staff always seeming like they don’t want to do their job.

I was in and out quickly - the receptionist was efficient and when I had to call back twice due to my pharmacy being closed she was very accommodating and I was able to get my prescription the same day.

The entire staff was professional and friendly! Facility was extremely clean. I was seen promptly for my Pre-employment Drug Screening, even though I didnt have an appointment.

This is not a walk in clinic. Basically you need an appointment to be seen. I went and they had one person at the window and no one in the waiting room. They told me to come back. It was 630pm and they closed at 8pm. Do not recommend unless you make a online appointment.

Had a virtual visit yesterday, they told me to come in because of medical history they rather take.vitals etc. Get there this morning ( mind u I’m sick as a dog) they take both insurance cards but because I don’t have a credit card she gonna tell me that they won’t see me!!! Like really. So I left went to urgent care gave them the same info and got called back in 3 minutes….. everybody don’t use credit cards ……. With BCBS & AMERIIHEALTH they shouldn’t have asked for nothing else!!!!!!

The nurse was very cheerful even though she had a busy day. I was seen quickly and my appointment was processed quickly.

All the staff was professional and friendly. Not a long wait time to be seen. No complaints will visit again if needed.

Worst place to go if your trying to get checked out and cant make an appointment. Says just walk-in in bold letters but then tell you it will be several hours before you can be seen. By far worst experience Ive had you will have better luck at kent general hospital. Never coming here again.

I was lucky that I only had a short wait. The staff moved professionally and swiftly in ruling out the Flu and identifying that I had Covid. I left with printed easy to read instructions. My prescriptions were being filled as I reached the pharmacy counter.

Great experience! I was in so much pain NP Latanya Keyes was very attentive, understanding and compassionate. She immediately understood my symptoms and took care the issue immediately. Thank you to all the staff. They are very detailed and I appreciated that!

How can you call yourself a urgent care or walk-in clinic when you only take appointments. You walk in and they have an empty waiting room but their next available appointment is 5 hours from the current time. That is not urgent care, nor walk-in care. Cant say much else as my issue is urgent and I dont have 5 hours to wait around. If you need urgent care this is not the place for you.

Dr.Martin was phenomenal! The triage nurse was amazing!An all around fantastic experience for my 7yr old. Thank you Dr.Martin for your kindness and patience.

So I came here because I needed a sports physical for my daughter. There were only 2 other people in the waiting room. The lady at the front desk got me checked in for the physical which didnt taken long. Once she was done she told me insert my card and I was confused because I have insurance. Well apparently they dont take insurance for certain services and a sports physical is one of those services. It only cost 50 and she needed it but a heads up would have been nice. We sat for 45 minutes before being seen. James took vitals and was amazing with my daughter super friendly and professional. Afterward we saw Dr. Goodman and she was just a ray sunshine. Very nice and upbeat and funny. My daughter is a comedian and deff gave her a show for her time spent with us. Wasnt rushed and THOROUGHLY went through the entire physical to make sure everything was fine and she was good for sports. Thank you so much!

Bad experience on Oct 31st and Nov. 1, 2022. Visited this walk in for a fell that day. The sign posted on the door says call from your vehicle to register. I did that. I explained to the ME Express Worker that I fell and needed a X-Ray. She said she didnt have one . I said thank you and hung up.The next morning I returned t 8 15 and called to register. She told me to hold please. I did that for 18 minutes. Then I went inside the Walk in waited again to speak to the women at the desk. When she finally asked me what I needed I explained that I was in my car 18 minutes holding waiting to register to be seen by a Urgent Cares Doctor. She informed me at she was working alone.I then returned to my car and was still on hold. About a few minutes later she calls me. I explained the reason for my visit and she told me that they dont X-rays there.I told her I was there the night before and was told that they didnt have a X-Ray person on. She now said that she was pretty sure she told me thatNow I wasted 30 MINUTES.I was in so much pain.Why didnt she just tell me that they dont do X-rays the night before.

My wife took my 3 year old daughter in yesterday. She was experiencing fatigue and had a fever of 100.4. When she got there she had to wait 2.5 hours to be seen which is fine, as there were 2 emergency’s that walked in within a 15 minute span (which was shared with her by the front nurse) and other express care and also her pediatrician office had the same wait time. Once she was put into a room my daughter started breathing fast as if she just got done running around. My wife got very concerned as she was also acting lethargic and began shaking. She then opened the door and asked one of the nurses in the hall if someone was available to get vitals on her. The nurse rolled her eyes smacked her lips and in a sarcastic tone replied “yeah” my wife shut the door and proceeded to wait 15-20 minutes. Another nurse who was very sweet came in apologetic and my wife explained her understanding and proceed to tell the nurse her concerns with our daughter and asked her to get vitals. She checked her temp which went down to 99.5 but when she got the Pulse ox reader, her heart rate read 171 and her oxygen level was 93%… the nurse got my daughter a pop tart and gold fish and her heart rate began to slowly lower…. That’s 15-30 minutes where my daughter could have been getting treated as the nurse in the hall was having a conversation about her personal life with another nurse… very disappointed. But thankful for the nurse that took care of my daughter and the doctor that she saw.

Thanks for taking care of me during a very stressful time. I had been sick for 2 days prior to being seen so I had to make a decision. Im glad I finally went formedical attention. Even though I had to wait a long time in the waiting room (which is unavoidable) once I was finally seen the staff was very professional and proficient in their duties from the ultrasound to my cat scan. Dr Seleski was very thorough and made sure everything was covered to find out why I was in such pain. Once I received my IV Bag and my shot I felt so much relief. I have been getting stronger each day. And will follow up with my family doctor. Being in Delaware from Ohio I was a little nervous but the staff made me feel at ease. Thank you all again!Johnny R

Their sign says they close at 8:00, but really whenever they want. We were there at 7:30 and were rudely turned away. If you go there, be sure you get sick earlier in the day. Recommend you find an urgent care who cares about patients.

I liked the timing I was waited on and treatment I received today!

I don’t know why they call themselves a walk-in clinic, because they’re not one. I was feeling sick I came there around 1:00 the waiting room was completely empty. The heffa at the front desk with the stank attitude told me they can see me at 7:00.

Check in was good. The person was very helpful. She explained the wait and why so I knew what to expect. The nurse was efficient and pleasant. The doctor listened to me and was very good too.

Both the front desk staff and the physician were lovely. I waited a short amount to be seen. I loved the online scheduling.

Website says open Sundays 8am to 8pm but apparently they closed on Sunday’s a few months ago. That didn’t stop them from scheduling a nurse who was there waiting for her boss to show up only to be told the above. I think it’s well past due to update the website!!Update 1/6/23Thank you for updating the hours on your website. This was not the case when I needed a doctor though. ‘Too little too late’ is the saying. Your response is making out like I didn’t check the website before I went, I assure you I did. The hours of operation should have been changed immediately after the session to close on Sundays. You are a healthcare facility, act like it! Someone dropped the ball on that. I also believe you owe that nurse a full days salary for showing up on time as she was scheduled for her inconvenience.

I had a great experience Saturday when I needed stitches in my hand. I called and waited about 30 minutes before I was called in. The nurses were very pleasant and transparent throughout the process. The nurse who actually did my stitches made sure I was comfortable and aware of everything about to happen. This was my first go around with stitches and I was a bit nervous. If I ever needed stitches I would definitely request her again. I was in and out within an hour and a half. This was probably the best experience Ive had a Medexpress.

Typically, I don’t really write reviews, but I just had a really great experience here. Times are so difficult right now with Covid, wait times, low patience etc., but all of the staff & specifically the doctor was very sweet & understanding. I felt like they actually cared about my well-being and listened to me. That’s hard to come by at some other offices. They’re doing great work in some really difficult times & I’m sure they feel like all they hear is negativity. Just wanted to share some positivity on here!

I normally don’t leave reviews, but My first experience here tonight was great. I was dreading going to any urgent care because of how crazy the weight times are right now. I guess I happened to get there after the busy time was over. I only had to wait 30-40 mins to get a room which I thought was fast.My one year old was feeling miserable and the Doctor and nurse were both great. So patient with her and we were in and out of the room within 20 mins. Very thankful we were able to get her some meds.

My last visit for which I had an appointment was good once I waited for 45 mins past rhe set time.

Today I went to get my TB check and a physical and had the pleasure of being assisted by Dr. V. Goodman. She was amazing through the whole process so patient and kind even apologetic for the long wait. Everyone in Dover is short staffed so it was expected. Keep up the amazing work.

I absolutely love this office. Dr.V. Goodman has helped me so much. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. The nurses and registration are all friendly and professional. Even while wearing masks you can still see their smile. I will continue to trust them with my care.

Sign on door says open 8am-8pm, then a sign below says call to register! Stood outside on hold for 20 minutes to be told they arnt taking anymore appointments today because theyre short staffed. Came back the following day since this is the location my employer picked for simple drug test, no one was answering the phone at all, walked in & checked in. so far been waiting for an hour and 40 minutes now and now the staff are telling walk-ins and callers theyre temporarily closed, try later no longer accepting appointments due to short of staff and too many people waiting. Its only 12pm...Be prepared to wait 2+ hours if you come here, until they get their staffing situation handled. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant but you could tell shes overwhelmed by doing everything. Once taken back I was done in 4 minutes.

Did not have a long wait even though there was only one doctor for Saturday. Everyone was very nice and efficient. I have had consistently good care from this facility.

The clinic is busy but they get you in and out fast. Also, doctor Goodman is great. She made sure I prompt and precise care.

I visited yesterday for extreme tooth pain. The wait to get in was a bit long, however once I finally did get in, the staff was quick and efficient and effective. They were very friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable. They prescribed me antibiotics and ibuprofen and a numbing gel. Thank you for your help in relieving the pain until my dentist appointment

From my greeting, check in, doctor and X-ray all were very helpful, pleasure to talk to, informative. Will use this location if I need assistance with any medical problems in the future!

All the staff was great especially James and Dr.Goodman. I’m so pleased with my visit. she made my daughter feel very welcomed, even made her some popsicle sticker sticks. Overall this was a great and quick visit.

Today 12/28/21 I arrived at 7:30am started calling at 7:45 After 120 calls unanswered by 8:33am finally someone picked up heard my reason for being my daughter and myself to this facility to just be told that they are at a 6 hour wait and we cannot be seen. I want to say that around me are about 10 cars around me that came after I did. I understand the times we live in are unpredictable however how do you have 1 physician staffed??? This is sad for the patient/children and the medical staff that I’m sure are burnt out. However, the process in it self is unacceptable instead of allowing us to line up and be able to be seen we are told to call???? How is that fair for the people sitting in there car with a sick patient for an hour or more before your office open to then be told 30 minutes after your open that you have no slots available.

I went into the Medexpress on 5/22, the only negative thing I would of said was I had to wait a little over 2 hours however, I won’t even hold that against them because once I got called in I realized as many places they are super understaffed. Once the care begun it was amazing the staff was friendly, & knowledgeable. Definitely one of the better MedExpress I’ve been to

Don’t be fooled. This place is by appointment only! A completely empty waiting room and I was turned away because they were “booked”. Disgusting care for patients and very poor customer service.

Dr. Goodman - EXCEPTIONAL DOCTOR. This was my first time and Dr. Goodman was very knowledgeable and took her time listening to me . She sent me to get an X-ray and said she would call me with the results … I didn’t believe it !! However, it’s a Friday night almost 8pm and I got a call from her with my results of my X-ray .

Kind, professional, prompt. I had a good experience. Seems to only take one patient at a time, with an average wait time of 30 minutes per patient. The sign on the door has instructions on joining the wait list. You wait in your car and text the phone number. If its serious, just go inside. The web site did not function well, so a secretary came outside to tell me I could just call the phone number to finish giving my info. I went in for a strep test. Nurse, doctor, and secretary all did their jobs well, in my opinion. Just had to update my contact phone number, which was something I should have called about right at the start; it would have expedited things. Arrived at 8am, was second in line, was done before 10am.

Correct your opening time on here and your website. I had my VA appointment at 8am, arrived 15 minutes early and waited till 8am. Doors are still closed and no one on the phone.UPDATE: 0851 and theyre still not open. Several cars here waiting.. coming and going.

Terrible terrible. i went into this urgent care WALK IN and they told me they weren’t taking walk ins…. Uhmmm am i confused?? When it clearly says on the sign and on their website WALK INS WELCOME ANYTIME. Nice urgent care services.

DO NOT GO THERE! The front desk staff is completely unprofessional. They did not show up on time and then when they did they would not receive you in the order of when you showed up because have to call and then wait in your car until you are told to come in. When confronted about it she just walked away. With gas being $5 a gallon I am not going to sit in my car with the AC running because it’s too hot and humid outside. This place is absolutely ridiculous and I will not be going there again.

Came in with a bad ear infection. Very kind staff. I’m from Missouri just here for a month. Dr. Lisa Martin was great. I highly recommend this team, and Dr.Martin.

**Edited in response to the response I got from management on my original review: Nobody can fault you on being busy. That is not the issue here. The issue here is that you guys have very little regard or empathy for your customers who are only there for lab tests ordered by their employers. You make them wait in the line that everyone waits in who needs to see the nurse practitioner. These people do not have to see the nurse practitioner. They only need to see the lab tech. There is no assessment or vitals or anything else that needs to be done for them besides a simple blood draw. It is very inconsiderate to the portion of your customers who come there only for a simple lab test, requiring absolutely no attention from the PA or NP to make them wait for 3 + hours, as if they are waiting to see the NP.Was sent to Med Express in Dover by my employer for a lab test. I was told that I would have to wait 3 or 4 hours because I am in line behind all of the people that need to see the nurse practitioner. I do not need to see the nurse practitioner and was told that I will not see him/her, only the lab tech, but that I still have to wait behind the people who are seeing the nurse practitioner. How is this efficient? This is very poor treatment of customers by Med Express.

We live just down the road from the two Camden walkins, neither of which are particularly pleasant to deal with. I got really bad sun poisoning and my GF insisted that we visit this one instead. We called and made it in about 20 minutes before close. I hate being that person that comes in just before closing time but it looked pretty serious so we made the drive over.Every person I dealt with was kind and respectful. We only waited in the lobby for a few minutes and went through the process with a few different people. They wrote me a script for a medicated cream and sent me on my way just past closing time.Should I ever need to visit a walk in again, I will be driving to this one regardless of the distance. Every member of the staff was pleasant to deal with and they even left a courtesy call just now to see how I was doing (much better, thank you!). THIS is what an emergency services experience should be like and how such a facility should operate. They deserve all 5 stars and then some.

I always have a great experience at Medexpress! The nurses and doctors are always very kind and understanding. They are always very good at listening as well! If you are able to, see Valerie Goodman!! She was extremely helpful and kind. Better than any doctor I’ve been seen by!

Had to do my annual bus physical. They were fast and friendly. I was in and out within an hour. I definitely recommend if you are unable to get into your primary care or have an injury. All the staff I encountered and the doctor were super friendly.

First off, the receptionist was RUDE. She ate food the entire 2 hours I sat in the waiting area (yes, I said 2 hours). She then proceeded to braid the other receptionist’s hair while customers were walking in. I came for a pre-employment screening and she trash-talked the employer who sent me there because she was annoyed. She also was extremely rude to all of the other people who came in that day, even causing some of them to turn around and walk out. The only reason I am giving a 2-star rating is because of the lady who drew my blood/ gave me my shots. She was absolutely amazing, kind, and respectful. I have never wrote a negative review in my life, but this was honesty just awful and unacceptable. It is not that hard just to be kind especially when you are working at a front desk who is the first representation of a business.

If you dont have to come here, avoid it. Patient care is not their highest priority by any means. I was standing at the front door doing their check in by phone only text, in obvious distress with a possible broken ankle when they informed me that they were unable to do an x-ray. No offer to send me some where else until i asked and then she wasnt even sure if that. Why would you put on your website that you do x-rays when you only do them when you have staffing? Perhaps you should state that on your website or update it daily so people dont expect to come there for care.

Be sure to make an appointment because you’ll walk in and be made to make one. Then wait once it’s your appointment time. Doctor at this location is always wonderful though.

I went in today 6-14-2022, overall great service. I was probably there for about 45 minutes max. MedExpress were the only place that was willing to help me with my circumstances. So I am grateful, and happy for the time I was there!

On 07/11/23 I was seen at med Express in dover Delaware by Dr. Valerie Goodman I must admit upon entering the exam room I was kinda iffy and not comfortable, as I was greeted by her absolutely making me feel super comfortable with her appearance and I just loved my whole experience with her!!.. very nice comforting Dr. I highly recommend her for any female❤️

I went to Med Express yesterday and they said they couldn’t take me due to not enough staff. Up and ready to go, I called again this morning and asked them if they were seeing patients and I’m on my way. They said yes they were seeing patients and I could come. Immediately I came in, about, not even a 5 minute drive, I went in there and they told me they weren’t taking patients due to a staff shortage. Really??? I just called and you told me I could come in.What’s sad is I originally wanted to go to them because of the kindness of the staff. Haven’t been there in a while and this is what I get.

Dr Goodman is a wonderful woman, very down to earth. She was able to talk to me and explain in a way that helped me calm my nerves. Shes very good at what she does. I highly recommend her. Everyone there is very nice she had a great helper who took her time with me. Couldnt of asked for better care.

The ladys I dealt with when I went for my ear issue were very friendly and helpful. I was in and out within an hour and they fixed my ear issue. Fast efficient and very friendly. I was gonna go to a ear specialist but they couldnt see me for another month and it would have been much more expensive.

Very helpful and friendly. They found out I had the flu after a couple of tests. They prescribe me medication and gave me a note for work. Exactly everything I needed because my doctor is so busy she couldn’t squeeze me in.

This was the first and last visit to this office. I called earlier in the day asking if I needed an apt for a sports physical and was told no, just call when I’m in the parking lot. When we arrived the door was locked with a sign that said to call. We sat in the parking lot for an hour with no one answering the line. Two other people came up to the door and when they couldn’t get in waited outside the door and I could see them calling from their phones too. Then a labcorp van pulled up, banged on the door and also sat waiting for no one to ever open the door and answer the phone. God only knows had I been there for something serious. 10 mins before they close someone finally answers the phone and says they close in 10 mins and taking no more patients for the night. What the??? How convenient. Do your research before going to this unprofessional and questionable walk in.

Dr V. Goodman was extremely professional and patient . She listened to the problem excesses it and formulated a plan of treatment . She was very personable and kind most of all she recommend treatment that made me feel better. Thank you Dr. Valerie Goodman and assistant.

Casey gave me a tb shoot when I say she is the best I’ve have given me a tb shot in my 50 yrs. We need more ppl like her

This is the worst walk in possible. Ive been 2 times over the last 2 years and both times the prescription I was written could not be picked up for 2 to 3 days because of clerical errors.Dealing with the desk people the next day to get it fixed is even worse. Writing prescriptions is the main function of a walk in clinic. If they cannot do that correctly with consistency, I cant imagine they can competently do anything.

We waited for thirty minute before check in. Then we waited thirty minutes to be seen in the back. Med asst are rude and lie about what they have done to doctors. Makes me wish I called my family doctor for a visit. I wound of be seen the next day if not that day with meds in hand. Overall visit three hour start to finish. Company call this fast service for walk in. I call this lazy people just want money not to service people that are sick. Then sent home with script to fill one week out for help I need. Does this make sense?

The care I received at MedExpress in Dover was incredible! I was struggling with an URI for a few days and had a hard time breathing. The treatment the NP gave me had me on the road to recovery that day. The waiting time was not bad at all for a holiday weekend, and once I was called back I was seen by the NP within 5 minutes. I was VERY impressed with the care I received while in the office.

Staff was respectful but did not provide services on the hours on the door. If you’re claiming you’re open 8am-8pm then you should actually be helping people within those hours instead of telling them to leave when your supposedly open for another hour and 20 minutes.

Thank you... “owner” for your dismissive and generic response.* Original complaint -I went to Med express today per my doctor’s advice since her office was booked. I had my daughter with me and was refused treatment because I had a child and per the rude receptionist med express policy is children cannot be with their patent unless they are a patient. Very disappointing and I would not recommend using this company. Based on previous reviews of this DOVER office rudeness and disregard to customer service I will take the to the BBB to be investigated. NO ONE SHOULD BE REFUSED CARE. You have no idea what people are facing and just your ignorance is appalling. Hire qualified receptionist to be caring to patients and change your policy to accommodate single parents that don’t have family near by in an emergency situation.

I only waited about 45 minutes to see a doctor. The staff was very nice and helpful. I saw Alice Nguyen, PA-C, who listened carefully and after 3 weeks of fighting sinusitis and not being prescribed what I needed, I felt relief the next day!! Thank you and I would definitely use again!!

I returned for the annual CDL Exam. The staff is excellent, attentive and prompt to provide services.

I can in today to get some medical forms filled out. I had my primary health care provider fax over some forms they needed. So I walked out waited and came back in and the lady at the front desk had an attitude when I said I need these filled out. Kept saying i needed an appointment when the very helpful guy said oh yeah u can just get the records faxed over and we can get them filled out. Also sounded like they had no doctor in today. Looks like I won’t be coming here anymore even though they are right down the street from my college

Horrible experience.. I am writing this as i am still waiting in the waiting room. I was told by an office person to come in at 8 am to get out quicker. I came in at 8 am and now it’s 9 am and I am just waiting to take pre employment screening. Also the provider was late and just strolled in and has not seen one patient since I have been waiting. The service here is horrible. I wish I went to a different place. If you come here hope you are willing to wait over an hour even if it is for something simple..

I am a Veteran referred for Community care. Medical staff were professional and polite. Very clean facility and, a short wait time. The visit was great!

I called to see if they accepted my insurance before I came in, but the person on the phone answered, I cant tell until you come in with your card. So, needless to say, I wont be coming in. Its not an efficient use of my time to drive around to different walk-ins to figure out which one accepts my insurance. I have an extra star because she was polite, but my experience was not at all helpful.

I called and got put on hold for about 20 minutes which wasnt a big deal because I was getting ready to leave the house. Then they answer and ask what do I need. I proceeded to tell them everything I needed to say and as soon as I stop speaking I can hear the lady having a whole different conversation with her co worker and then I guess she realized she wasnt muted and said Hold on one more minute I just hung up. This is very unprofessional and upsetting to know I wasnt even being listened to.

Worse place ever !!! Second issue I had with these people...They knew I had my 3yr sitting in the parking lot for 2 hours for a covid test . Waited until I got called in to tell me I couldnt be seen because they arent allowed to have two people to go in at the same time when I tested there before that wasnt a rule ... if they change rules they should let people know this before being put on a list and making you wait for two hours to not even get seen and denied Me services !! Couldnt even apologize and just give me my test outside since I had my kid which the mistake was on their end and miscommunication! Ive never dealt with an unprofessional staff in my life!!!

They are very nice. They get you in and get you out within about an hour. Theres no waiting a long line theres no waiting for the doctor very long. As soon as you get in a room within 10 minutes the doctor is in there. I love going there and taking my kids there. I would definitely recommend them

Just tried to walk in @ 7:50 they don’t close till 8 any other walk in never turns walk-in away 10 min before closing but some white lady with wash out blonde hair said I couldn’t be seen due to not have an appointment for a WALK-IN urgent care

I came in at 6 they close at 8, i tried calling multiple times and never got an answer i walked in around 6:09 and she told me she couldn’t take me, it was one person in the waiting room….it was a waste of time and gas and why close at 8 if your going to stop seeing people at 6…..just go to the urgent care one, WAY BETTER

Terrible wait time…!! I waited in my car for 4 hours for a rapid Covid test.. when called in the building getting me to my room and nose swab on took 10mins and still had to wait another hour and twenty minutes for the results !Staff was nice but the wait was suffering and uncomfortable

Wow never in my life have I been to a Healthcare facility that made you feel so belittled!! The woman Ursula at the front desk was very rude pretty much shunned me and my kids for telling her we needed to be tested for covid because my husband was positive.. she then told me that management told her that I couldnt bring my kids in with me that I could only do one child at a time, that is old have to run the others home and keep coming back and forth to bring one child. Also told me someone else could bring them I told her nobody could that their father is home sick and positive with corona, I asked to please speak with management and then all of a sudden there is no management available today. Im so upset I work in Healthcare and that is no way to treat a patient!!

Went here a while back with chronic sinusitis. I have a lot of drug allergies and of course they think everyone that asks for anything for pain is looking to get high and I’m so tired of it. I come in damn near in tears one side of my face swollen the dr said I can see the irritation in your nose and throat and the mucous in your ear.Tylenol is about the only regular thing I can take which at this point wasn’t working. She looked at me and said “I don’t even want to start down that road with you”. So I went and sat at home for 3 days in pain swollen face couldn’t even go to work.Honestly after that experience I stopped going to drs because if you are dying in pain they are to scared to help.

I always love going here. Normal hospitals take forever to see you, and overall are just crowded and noisy. I always feel at home here though. They helped me get my hand stitched up and everyone working there was great. Everyone is always so friendly.

The Dove location place is the worst! My sister needed to be retested for Covid bc results coming back as not sufficient sample. She called spoke to Grace who told her to come get retested but call when you are in parking lot so she can do registration over phone then let her in. We get there call her and she tells us that they are on a pause for 3 hours and to check back then. At what point when my sister first called did you not realize that you were behind 3 hours?’! I will never recommend anyone to this place! 🤬

Just left, hoping to get some assistance for a sinus infection I have been fighting for the last couple weeks. I arrive and you must register via telephone. So I ask the lady at the desk. She says theyre not accepting registrations because its after 8 so this means you have to register before 8 am? Im assuming because theres no clear instructions as to a deadline. Mean while its now 3. All she had to say was, I can call you an ambulance. What a joke for whats supposed to be health clinic.

Its difficult to understand when to go to the emergency room, when to schedule a visit with your primary care physician, and when to go to a MedExpress location. I recommend calling ahead to get their opinion on whether you should stop in or not. When utilized properly MedExpress can be a great place to get temporary relief between the time a problem occurs and when you can schedule a doctors appointment.The times I have been here the wait times have been about 15-20 minutes and the staff have all been very friendly.

My doctor was very unprofessional. Walked in looking like he just came from a jog instead of coming to work. Stumbled over his word and made it seem like he couldn’t find the words to what he was trying to say. The doctors Made me wait in a room for 15-20 min without anyone to check and see if I was ok. Came back in and didn’t even apologize for the wait. Said I didn’t have the flu or strep throat. Basically they didn’t know what I had going on and in the middle of explaining he just walked out. The dude, gave me medicine without explaining what he was prescribe or anything. Very unprofessional.

Arrived at 830 am, out at 930 am. Antibiotics for an ear infection and I was on my way. Why wait for my doctors office to call me back with an appointment...2 weeks later. The staff was too rate and efficient in everything they did. I love this place

If you can get your employer to drug treat you literally anywhere else but here I recommend that. An hour and half wait to simply pee in a couple is far longer than anything I feel like anyone should wait for such a task. So again not worth the wait when your only going to be there for 5 mins

Called right before driving to med express and was told they are open till 8 . Got there about 6:10 to be turned away cause the slots were filled . Would have been nice to be told this before coming in . I only live like 15 minutes away.

These folks never answer their telephones! I even tried using the doctors and hospital, extension #3, and they still do not answer!Such a very poor way of conducting business. I cannot get my sons medical report! I will never use them again!

The phlebotomy staff at this establishment is terrible!! They couldnt even draw from my central vein because they couldnt find it. Its a great large vein easily found with palpating!! Then after 3 different tries the Phlebotomist never cleaned or bandaged my different attempted entry points!! Very unprofessional and no talent or skill what do ever!!

Clean, spacious waiting area. Even though theres no guarantee that a female Dr. Or Pa. Would be on site or available always. I requested one at check in for religious reasons. The clerk said, tell them when I get to Triage. Um, its 2019 why wasnt she able to type in my request as NOTES for them to read as she was able to type in my insurance information?? Besides that PA. J. Lehman was knowledgeable and easy to talk with and too. It was the first time Ive ever visited an ME. Thanks for being there JL.

Everytime I take my child here for doctors need to wait at least 2 hours or longer, the front desk always tell us there is emergency patient ahead of us we need to behind them, call them but always on hold, are they only have one doctor available? Wasting time and gas to get there, we will never go to them again!

Was seen on July 4th for a foot injury. Diagnosed 2min after seeing nurse practitioner with foot infection and given antibiotics. 2 weeks later still experienced pain got a 2nd opinion after x-ray told foot was broken. I was walking around for 2 weeks with a broken foot . I will not recommend this ace for anyone to visit for a non emergency

This is a walk-in clinic. I went there and was told they could not take me because they had appointments for the rest of the day. This was at 2:30 pm and they are open until 8:00 pm. Dont waste your time, they obviously dont take walk-ins.

Just got a DOT physical Med Express was fast quick and efficient Dr.Goodman was amazing

Sat here for hours in clear sight of the receptionist after telling her I was waiting for my appointment, then got marked as a no-show. What a joke, I guess they don’t offer vision services here.

Let me tell you I flipped out. SORRY. I was in pain from a rash and couldnt get logged in online. The receptionist came outside to help. I was taken in in good time. Seen by S. Childs ,who was awesome. A day later I am already starting to feel better.

Everyone was rude. The nurse practitioner and even the people at the front desk. They were obnoxiously talking about patients as people walked away from the window. Loud and laughing. It was truly unbelievable. Get you in and get you out, is exactly what they do because they rush you. I smirked at one of the ladies in the back and she did not even smile in return... instead she cut her eyes at me. Where is the decency? I wish I was overreacting. The nurses who take vitals in the beginning rush and do not make a patient feel comfortable at all. Moved to the next room, waiting for the np she came in and made a smart remark about how I do something... that is not what I came there for nor is it her job to make a patient feel uncomfortable either. I will not be returning there. I would much rather go to the ER. Sad that you have to deal with people who act that way.

To be honest I felt like I was walking on egg shells trying to get information out of the lady over the phone. I can only imagine what her attitude would be like walking in. Is this how you train your employees?…. Guess I’ll be searching somewhere else.

No such thing as walk in. Called and was told to come anytime. When I got to the clinic I was told to go to my car call again and be put on a 2&1/2 hour waiting list. I only need 3 stitches that they put in removed. Because it happened at work I must go here! Horrible!!

Definitely not a walk in clinic! Went there this morning at 0900, got a 1130 appointment. Doctor very nice and thorough.

Was on hold for 15 min… the girl was so rude & told me to get in line & call back,we’ll then talk to you & tell you where you are in line ( this is for their walk-in service) Long wait & NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!! I would give them no stars if I could! Trying to reach a manager/ director. Maybe they can call & see the rudeness!

Unbelievable that I had to sign in on my phone then waited 20 minutes in my car to find out that I was not signed in So the clerk called me and I gave her all my information and she accuses me of getting rude with her! When I stated that I did not she still insist that I was hostile I told her I was frustrated and I am here because I am sick in no way did I get rude or hostile, Very unprofessional.

Big sign out front says walk in care. When you walk in they won’t see you if you don’t have an appointment. How ridiculous is that

This place is absolutely ridiculous. Waiting over an hour and a half to be seen. The waiting room was empty when I walked in. I only needed to get a TB shot done. Every person who walked in after me was seen before me. This was after I paid!!! I will never go here again and I strongly suggest no one come to this place again. I only came here because the one in Smyrna was $20 more expensive. I should’ve went there.

Took my daughter there and we were in and out within a half an hour! We were even able to get her prescription filled there! Highly recommend this place wish I could make them my primary

I went the other day and the waiting room was full, but I was still seen and treated within 2 hours. All of the staff was very friendly, and the facility was clean.

For a Saturday am the employees were very friendly and nice! Not too long of a wait in and out within 1hr15min. First time there will go back again! Thank you for taking care of us!

Was told to go to kent general to get tested for the flu because they are only testing patients they feel are most important! They should tell you that before you pay for service. Now we have to go to the ER and spend $150 to be treated! Ridiculously unhappy!

I was very pleased with my experience. The entire staff was very nice, helpful, efficient and friendly. I was only there for an hour total and they helped me a lot. It was wonderful. I am here from out of state and am so grateful for their expertise and help

Outstanding service! The entire staff were helpful and insightful. For my first time being there, they made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Service was excellent, was seen very fast and they even call to check up on you! Great place!

For my first time taking my child there it was a great experience. Friendly staff and we did not have to wait long at all. Very professional....now I’m going back for myself.

I’m not sure how the medical service is but the flow of patients is horrible. Been waiting in the lobby for over 2 hours. People that got here after me have already gone back and have been seen. If you’re military, go to the base clinic. Way better.

Very clean, nice welcoming waiting area, super nice staff, in and out very quickly! The only reason I didnt rate 5 stars was they have a pharmacy there and I was told the prescriptions I had could be filled there for $30 I declined and went to rite aid and got them for $18 not sure why the price difference

Absolutely do NOT recommend. Had to wait 2 days before someone was here to do a pre employment drug test. Now I have been waiting over an hour and a half with no end in sight.

Ive gone several times to MedExpress when my kids were sick on the weekend and theyve always been so kind and helpful.

You all were wonderful! The wait wasn’t too long at all and you were very kind, compassionate and wonderful to deal with. Thank you for your services !

I come here for everything. thankfully i dont get sick enough to come too often but when i do i pick medexpress. the staff are all very friendly and the doctors are sympathetic. They are fast, and help you out better than most places. I recommend medexpress.

This location was extremely unprofessional. There is no consideration when it pertains to getting you in and out. I would recommend finding a different location. I spent hours trying to get a physical and ultimately ended my day without getting it. A complete day wasted.

I love coming to med express because they are usually quick, but this time around not so much i literally got there at 7:30am kept calling could not get through to anyone, they tell me its 2 hr wait turns into a 5 hr wait literally waited 7 hrs just for a covid test, and not to mention the staff was very rude this time around, i dont what happened to the old staff.

Got to the parking lot at 7:45 am when they open at 8. When they did open I repeatedly called for over 20 minutes and kept getting the busy dial tone. When I went inside and requested to be checked in because I was unable to get through on the phone I was told that I just had to keep calling even though people who pulled in after me were able to get through.

Sat in waiting room for an hour sat in room for an hour had work in three hours I just need them to get me on some antibiotic told I had to wait for the three people who came in after I did when I even made an appointment they don’t even check in on the patients or just let the patient know when it’s gonna be a longer wait time

Dr. Goodman took the time to hear my concerns. She has a wonderful bedside manner.

I needed a Covid test. They gave me both a rapid test and a more in depth test where the results take longer to come back. That was exactly what I needed- to be absolutely sure I dont have it

I waited over an hour to be called back. Then once I was called back the nurse that treated me was far from pleasant. Dirty looks, rushed service, the whole 9 yards. I would not recommend.

2.5 hour PLUS wait for preemployment drug screen and PPD. Unacceptable I wouldn’t recommend this walk in ever. How can you have EXPRESS in your business name and be the slowest place in the industry.

This place is horrible. Followed Dr.s orders. Saw/Felt no change. They dont provide a follow up or allow you to reschedule with the Dr you saw originally. Worst part is the manager at the front desk is laughing at people that are in pain.
