Staff was beautifully splendid, amazing service, I was nervous going in but everyone there made me feel welcome

I was really nervous going into my appointment. Lavonya was amazing she made me comfortable, made me laugh and took my mind off of the procedure. Amazing experience! Emily was very professional and was super nice, made sure I was taken care of and also made me feel comfortable. Lyrik helped as well! Wonderful staff 10/10!

My boyfriend and I came here, and the staff was absolutely wonderful and fast. Not sure what happened with the reviewer down below, but we had no problems. The facilities are clean, and the waiting room is really nice. The staff is super friendly, and made us feel welcome to be there. We booked our appointments at the end of the day, on a non-busy day, so we were in and out pretty quick. The clinician was great as well. All-in-all, we had no problems, and the experience was honestly very nice.

Had an appointment on 1/14/22, I actually almost went to my appointment until I saw that the building was closed. I didn’t get any notification or request to cancel my appointment! Good thing I didn’t waste 45 minutes driving up to Dover just to find out it suddenly closed without my knowledge. Just wish I received a call or email at best to let me know ahead of time!

After going to a previous clinic where I was extremely uncomfortable, I decided to go to PP. They were extremely professional, caring, and informative. From the moment I walked in I felt calm. I was prepared to be in the office all day and they got me in and out within about an 1hr and 30mins. They even took me before my scheduled time. I would highly recommend. Thank you!

Communication is their downfall.Not only did I not get a call back for appointment questions 3 weeks ago. When I eventually got a call it was a Friday before a Monday appointment saying I needed a referral or I might be charged for it.I try and fail to get one as I dont have a current PCP and then I show up and got told no referral means no use of insurance that itll be entirely out of pocket. If they had said that I wouldve canceled and figured it before wasting my time and gas to get told in person.

I have been told that my appointment would be at 8:50 and it 1:30 now and Im still in the waiting room. They told me it doesnt take so long so idk what there problem is. They even had other people that came before me and they are just now getting seen I dont recommend coming to this planned parenthood . The are slow and do not go by who comes first.they gave me meds to help sedate me and by the time Im getting the abortion Ill feel everything. This is rediculous.

Went to schedule a follow-up, and after a long wait period (which I commonly have whenever I call this place; I almost never get a hold of anyone unless I call back-to-back roughly three or more times), I was just hung up on without a leave message option. I called back immediately, and heard two people chattering to each other - a man and a woman - before the woman instructed the man to just hang up on me, which he did. I was trying to talk to them the whole time they were whispering to each other, and this was well before the clinic was set to close. Not sure that this clinic should have trifling employees in their ranks like whoever these two were.

I was 15 years old and afraid when I was brought here. This was 27 years ago. I did not know what to expect. I was awake during the entire abortion procedure and it was EXTREMELY painful but,nothing compared to the heaviness I felt in my heart for years afterwards. After the abortion, I saw my baby twisted up, pieces in a bucket! I immediately began to breakdown. The nurse asked why I was crying? I replied that I wanted to keep my baby but was told because Im a minor, I didnt have a choice. Had I spoke up, Id still have my baby.

I had just moved to town and had trouble getting an appointment at any of the other local ob/gyn places for routine care. I got an appointment almost immediately and the doctor was super nice and helpful, and asked a lot of good questions my other previous doctors hadnt bothered to ask. I really appreciated it.

My friend Kay was recommended to PPDE in Wilmington for an abortion on her 12 week fetus.She was unsure to have the abortion and scared. The doc that day never counseled her for 2nd opinion.The doc at the time was Zoe Barnes.While Kay was scared on the table, the doc ordered lunch on phone right in front of her! Very rude and unprofessional.After the abortion Kay couldnt stop bleeding next day she went to Hospital and nearly bled to death-turns out an ultrasound at the hospital ER revealed mostly all parts of baby were still left inside her!She nearly died! Kay was only 18, single at the time and had 2 very young ones at home. She is a good mom. Loves her kids!PPDE has gone through 2 more docs after Zoe Barnes, Larry Glazerman (Obg/gyn), Martha Simmons, a GP.But NOW who knows what doctor if any is doing abortions.In Delaware, a Nurse practitioner can do abortions!It may be legal, but it doesnt appear safe. I recommend researching your doctors history.Patients have rights! PP Dover has clients drive to ER - no ambulance was ever called when 2 girls were seriously injured in 2017. (One spent 4 days in ICU!).She thought the procedure was safe too.

Extremely horrid experience everytime Ive gone to this place. You have to wait so long even if you have an appointment. They are under staffed. I came for my follow up appointment and the nurse told me to wait for a doctor to come speak to me and I waited for 30 minutes and when I didnt hear anything I opened the door and all the lights were out. They had locked me in the building and went home. They didnt see me walk out the front door, yet turned off lights and locked the door and went home. I was completely devasted. Then I came for a second follow up and the front desk told me the technician went home early and Id have to drive back tomorrow and I live an hour away. This place is horrible. Complete nightmare. Go anywhere else but this place.

People are very helpful. Ive had a few issues here, but Ive gotten free birth control and low cost care. Thats what really matters. I stand with PP.

Planned Parenthood Delaware nearly killed my friend K. Her 12 week fetus was Left inside of her. She almost bled to death. I also know two other women who had to go to the emergency room a block away in their own car. This place is not safe.

If you came here or any of these Facilities for that “one “👶🚫service. Don’t let them do anything extra such as a ultra sound after you already paid because they will charge you $900 for it and send letters to your house. Get what you came there for and go

I had issues making the appointment but the front office squeezed me in. The nurse was super profesional and the doctor I spoke with made me feel at ease. :)

Horrible experience, Employees rude. Waited over 20+ minutes. They refused to give me birth control. I will never ever be coming back here.
