We now have a wonderful 7-year-old son because of Dr. Muasher. We had been trying with another fertility doctor for a year and a half without success. He has more effective, advanced methods than many fertility doctors and underneath a superficially brusque exterior, we found his care and consideration really exceptional (including getting us through an ovarian torsion early) every step of the way. We could not have a warmer appreciation for the care he gave us.

I came in to discuss my prior history and my options go forward. Dr Muasher did not seem to have read my OBGYNs notes, nor were my records from a previous clinic sent over. He was asking me specific questions re: lab tests, etc that doctors notes and records would answer much more clearly and definitively than I ever could. Many questions were vague and not directive. I also had to repeat my self several times over, as he could not hear my answers. Almost immediately I felt we were getting nowhere, and this practice was not a good fit, so I decided it was not worth discussing any further. The overall meeting came off as unprepared, which is as a patient is extremely frustrating. I was then called out in the doctors notes as agitated and upset, and (falsely) claimed that I refused to discuss my medical history. Of all the clinics, a fertility clinic should be one where the patient is made to feel comfortable, and engaged conversations can take place. This is not one of those places.
