I had a wonderful experience with getting my blood drawn for a kit I had have done for my Dr. The staff is so warm and very friendly. They are funny and treated me with such kindness. And the whole office was very clean as well. I highly recommend going here!

Very friendly. The facility is clean, and everything was explained well. I couldn’t get to my provider for bloodwork for atleast another month, went there and got what I needed. I definitely would go back.

I came in as a walk-in for drug testing for a job. It was a fairly quick, easy, and a clean process. Glory was clear in her directions but very nice compared to another testing place I had visited that day. I recommend this place.

Had a great experience. My veins were very hard to find, and i can only use one forearm for phlebotomy. But the ladies were very skilled and able to get the blood where other phlebotomists wouldn’t have been able to esp since we needed a lot of blood! I really appreciate them trying so hard.

AMAZING. I have a vasovagle response to getting blood drawn and was so nervous but really needed a specific test. Nicole was AMAZING. I haven’t been able to get my blood drawn in years and with her I was able to. She was so beyond kind and professional and competent. So so grateful and amazed. 100 stars.

I was so impressed with the whole process of getting my blood drawn for my tests. The front desk was knowledgeable and personable. The woman who drew my blood was so good I did not even feel the stick or when she changed the tubes to get more samples. Impressive! I would highly recommend this location. And, it is a lot cheaper than LabCorp or Quest for self pay or people who have not met their deductible.

Very helpful and quick. As a family, we pay $1000 a month for high deductible insurance so I was wanting to take charge of trying to on know in advanced (whenever feasible), what I am getting into cost-wise and BCBS had no idea what my lab work was going to cost even though I knew exactly what the doctor was ordering. I liked knowing exactly what to expect here and that they do not charge the high rates that other labs do.

Thank you Any Lab for providing convenient and immediate access to all the blood tests I need. This is much better than having to follow up with the GP with the added doctor’s costs and wait time. The staff here is professional, courteous and friendly. And a special note to the lab tech who took my blood, usually I bruise quite noticeably after a blood draw, however this time not a trace of a bruise! Your steady hands skilled technique are much appreciated. I would definitely use Any Lab services again!

I normally have very unpleasant blood draw experiences, but Jasmine was phenomenal! She got my vein in one try (unusual) with no digging the needle around or other painful antics. I didnt even feel the needle go in! This is now the only place Ill go for blood draws when I have a choice (completely worth the 25-minute drive)!

Had to get last minute labs and I was looking to book an appointment online but did not see any until the following week. I called just to double check and they were nice and helpful explaining to just come in before 5 and they could help. Surely enough I was able to walk in the same day and still was in and out in less than 20 minutes ! Dawn was amazing !

Convenience location. Great customer service and love having the flexibility to get a test without needing a referral from physician. They are very professional!

Our experience with Glory was absolutely incredible! I had an urgent situation with a PCR test that was done elsewhere for my mom. I left a voicemail on a Saturday, thinking I wouldn’t hear from anybody until they opened on Monday. She called me back Sunday morning and made arrangements to provide a test for her. She texted me the negative test results to ease my mind as soon as they were available and sent the email document within 1 hour. I have nicknamed her Glory Hallelujah!

I attempted to schedule my appointment online later in the evening and did not expect a response until the next morning. I was very pleasantly surprised when I received a personal response to my inquiry at 9:30 p.m! I needed to get a pre-employment drug screen performed, and, while they do not accept appointments for this, I was told it generally only takes about 15 minutes.I went the next day after I got off of work and was able to walk in and complete my test within about 5 - 10 minutes. The staff was very courteous, helpful and professional. I would definitely return there to get future tests done if I need to!

I thought this place was really awesome. There was a wide range of tests to choose from and it was cheaper for me to go this route then make a doctors appointment and get a routine blood test. So glad I did. The staff was very professional, very kind and the whole process was done very quickly. No uncomfortableness with the blood draw even though I have terrible veins for doing it. I liked that I had the option to have the results sent to my doctor, emailed or pick up. There was no need for me to do this but I think it would be easy to do the tests if you’re paying cash without using your real name if you wanted anonymity too. My only suggestion would be that there should be an area to talk privately. It’s all one big open space.I could hear what tests people were coming in for. Not everybody is going To want to share the info, if they were coming in for something like an STD test. At least I wouldn’t!

As a chiropractor who works around the corner, I have referred patients here for several years. Today, my parents needed PCR tests within a specific timeframe for their return home to Canada and the process here could not have been simpler! It was beyond easy to schedule an appointment, they were extremely organized upon our arrival, and we received their results sooner than expected. I will continue to recommend ALTN!!

Highly recommend Any Lab Test Now in Durham, especially if you need the RT-PCR COVID test, as my wife and I did for travel purposes. The owner, Glory, was extremely helpful during the entire process and truly goes above and beyond to ensure test results are sent as quickly as possible. We had our tests at 8:30 AM on Wednesday and our results were emailed to us at 1:00 AM Friday morning, so less than 48 hours.

They seriously make this process as easy and painless (pun intended) as possible. I was in and out with paperwork and blood drawn in ten minutes this morning! Lisa, the phlebotomist, was very sweet and clearly knew what she was doing. I typically require blood to be drawn through the top of my hand and she was able to find a viable vein on my arm on the first try. Thank you for not adding anymore stress to an already stressful situation!

This place is absolutely amazing... I went to go get a check up to make sure all is well because I have a fear of getting tests just in case I have something wrong with me so I never actually go. This place was SO friendly, SO understanding, and SO gentle and sweet about everything!! Every place I looked for had super bad reviews and I just was too scared to go. I saw this one was really good and seriously... it was the best. Super quick too!

In the past, when I have given blood, I almost always get sick and have even fainted before. But today Nicole did an amazing job and I didn’t feel even the slightest bit light-headed or nauseous.The process was quick, everyone was professional, I was comfortable, and Nicole talked me through the whole thing.10/10 would recommend to anyone needing blood work done.

The employees at Any Lab Test Now Durham are top notch. The people are so kind and knowledgeable, and the phlebotomists are very good. At one visit, I *barely* felt the needle go in, if at all. When you have to get lab tests done, this is a fantastic place to go!

We use this lab for pre-employment and random screens for employees and applicants. I have greatly appreciated the expertise and efficiency demonstrated. They know exactly what employers need and do it in a way that allows us to onboard our candidates quickly. Theres nothing worse than having work available, having a candidate who wants to work, and being delayed because some lab forgot to send out a sample. Easy to find location in local mall. Lots of parking. Check-in was relatively simple. As soon as paperwork was turned in, I was taken to back cubicle for the blood removal. Phlebotamist was skilled - barely felt the puncture. 18 minutes from the time I stepped through the door and out again!

Great customer service!! I cant recall her name (really wish I could), but shes was a brown skinned lady with box braids. She was very friendly and had a great conversation with me!

I spoke with someone over the phone, and a couple days later they still remembered having a conversation with me. I think she was the owner. It was after hours when I call so I didnt expect an answer. But she was very thorough and the place was nice and clean. The service was prompt. We were in and out.

My insurance does not cover lab work anymore so was happy to find Any lab test now! The staff is great and the price was better than other places I checked on. I went there last year and this year for my lab work for my yearly physical and I will be back next year.

Gloria (or Glory?) is an amazing technician who made a special case for me to get a Covid test when CVS cancelled mine for no reason. Gloria was very fast and friendly to get my test taken, even though she was very busy. In a time where people are apathetic and divided, this woman stood out as someone who cares!!

I received efficient, cost-effective and friendly service at Any Lab Test Now. After doing some comparison, I paid less (without using my insurance), was seen more quickly, and didn’t have to drive as far. I definitely recommend this location to others.

I got a last minute call to work tomorrow and needed a covid test on a Sunday. I called Any Lab Test Now and the owner, Glory Gallucci, answered the phone told me the lab was closed on Sunday. I explained my situation and she agreed to open the lab, just for me, and I got my test. Not only did it save my job for Monday, but my client, a major network news organization, was impressed and relieved that could make it to Fort Bragg for the coverage of President Bidens and First Ladys Thanksgiving with the troops.

I hate getting blood drawn, but I can honestly say i had a good experience here. The staff made me feel at home and the whole experience was over very quickly. I would highly recommend.

I have had lab work done here a few times as its much cheaper than through the doctors office with all the fees and thr lab/hospital fees on top of that. They are always very nice, accommodating, I am in and out, and the results are sent to me and my doctor. No brainer to continue to use them.

I made an appointment on their website. They sent me an email confirmation in which is always good. When I arrived, a very nice lady that wasnt the receptionist ask for my name bc I told her I had an appt. The co-worker whom only to find out was front desk clerk said what test are you here to take so loud the entire building could hear her. I told her I made an appt, my name and showed her the email. So she said well that is a computer generated response. OK well she asked for the test again..I refuse to give it to her bc there is no privacy in this location and furthermore its her job to look for the appt. So now Ive waited 20mins after the fact, got seen by another lady. Afterwards of her taking my blood she says loudly is there anything else for her to the loud front desk clerk. I told her no its not. Im saying this for one reason only. People like privacy furthermore they like the fact when being seen you should have all paperwork so you will not have the ask these types of questions. You have an open space with other customers. I felt so embarrassed for myself and others of the exposure of why their there, then for the loud folks to act like its no big deal. It is. I was in this place for 30mins and knew every test each customer came to take & other issues. They didnt know mine bc I refuse to say.Suggestion since an appt with the info apparently isnt good enough , create a list of test you provide in these forms for your customers to check off. This STOPS the loudness of exposing a private medical testing matter in which your staff doesnt have to recite out loud for others to hear.Love the Great prices!!!

Horrible, horrible experience. Went in for a hair follicle drug test as part of applying for a job position. The company handling the lab testing was Psychemedics. Two women strapped me down and cut chunks out of my hair all across my head. They said this is standard for a hair test. Later I read on the Psychemedics website that they only need 90 strands of hair.... Any Lab Test Now cut out about 1000+ strands of my hair.The collectors were extremely rude and very forceful, especially when I repeatedly asked if this was the correct procedure. It was not, by the way.Please hire some competent people who can read a training manual.

These Donkeys still require chin diapers but do NOT provide them, instead they tell you to go to Sprouts next door to get one for free, typical of these kind of people. Other than that the visit was as expected.

Basic lab place you can get a lot of things tested here how to get to get a quick test walk in simple easy you get the results right there and then the place also serves to do tests for employers and maybe things. The place was nice and clean, people were easy to work with and professional.
