I truly cannot articulate how thankful and grateful I am for Dr. Werner and her staff. Before I made my initial call to RMA, I was nervous and anxious. After meeting Dr. Werner, I instantly felt taken care of and that I was in the best hands. She is incredible at what she does. She is kind, compassionate, honest, and she and her staff are incredibly efficient. Dr. Werner is truly an angel: she listens to you, and she becomes a part of your journey, explaining every step to you with care and transparency. Going to RMA changed my life. Thank you, Dr. Werner and staff, for everything.

As challenging as this process is, we had a great experience at RMA. The wait times were short for morning monitoring, and each staff member treated you with kindness from the front desk, to the phlebotomists, to the doctors. Our doctor, Dr Werner is incredibly kind and caring, and is quick to put you at ease. My nurse, Erin, was phenomenal. She communicated quickly and effectively every step of the way. I am very grateful to the whole RMA Eatontown team!

I became connected with RMA through Sloan Kettering after my diagnosis with stage four cancer. They worked quickly and with care to help me with fertility preservation. When I got the all clear to get pregnant, they once again worked in a way to make me feel like I was their only patient but with the knowledge and smoothness of an organization that has done this a thousand times (which they have). Now, at almost three years into remission I am ten weeks pregnant and so thankful for the whole staff to help give me my first child. Everyone with fertility challenges needs RMA in their corner.

I cannot recommend RMA enough! From the physicians, PAs, nurses, financial coordinators, patient coordinators, to the front desk, every person I have encountered was kind and provided so much information and support throughout our journey. Having the ability to speak to my nurse whenever I had questions or concerns, eased my mind and made me feel so comfortable and in great hands. I’m so grateful for their help!

Dr Molinaro is truly the best. He listens and cares and provides guidance and advice that makes you feel comfortable with the decisions that are made. His dedication and compassion and are unmatched. I feel lucky and blessed to have been a patient of his.

Excellent team. Very thoughtful and thorough. Wonderful doctors, nurses, sono techs, phlebotomists. Everyone was very lovely. Dr Molinaro and my nurse Lauren was excellent and ontop of everything. Very happy with the outcome. 10/10 recommend! Thank you for everything.

RMA so far, is one of the best medically run and staffed facility. My team is so wonderful and attentive to our timeline and ability for the different tests and path we are on. I cannot wait to continue with them through the next few years to grow our family. I wouldn’t recommend anyone or anywhere else other than RMA !

My husband and I consulted with Dr. Werner after 2 years of trying to conceive. We had the best experience right from our initial consultation. We started our fertility journey on Christmas Day of last year. The physicians, nurses, financial advisors, phlebotomists and the rest of the staff at RMA were always so welcoming and patient. Our review and assessment was very thorough and all of our potential treatment options were discussed from the very beginning. Thankfully, after one cycle of IUI we now have a beautiful and healthy 2 month old daughter. I could not be more thankful for RMA, Dr. Werner, her team and our experience!

Wasted my husbands time! I made an appt for him to have an analysis done & NO ONE mentioned anything to me about him needing a referral for it. If its their policy that a script is needed for every analysis, then why wasnt anything mentioned to me over the phone at the time of making the appt?? The supervisor guy I just spoke with was incompetent, basically calling me a liar, as if he was present when the appt was made. He was clueless. Im sure he knew they screwed up, but he was too proud to admit it. No one mentioned needing a script to me, at all, ever. I even confirmed with my OBGYN a few days ago if my husband needed a script to do this & he said no! My husband has been here before, for the same exact thing, why is this such a hassle? What a waste of time this place is. I called the Eatontown office, but I kept getting people from the Freehold or Basking Ridge location, which was weird. Even when I tried to call & make the appt to begin with, I was asked to hold before getting hung up on after 2 mins...twice. No one answered during normal business hours for my 3rd attempt, so I left a message with the answering service that Id like to make an appt. Almost 2 weeks later I had to chase them down again to make this appt...Just a waste of time all around. I asked my OBGYN to please never send us to RMA again, my sister in law even warned me against this place. She said they charged her insurance for procedures that were never done, & that she was even double charged for something. I can see why she warned me against this place now. What a headache. People who are having trouble with conception dont have the time or the mentality for the games that RMA is playing.

I cannot recommend RMA Eatontown more highly. My husband and I have been there since 2017, and my two beautiful children, and another one on the way, are direct results of the care, compassion, knowledge, and professionalism of Dr. Werner and the rest of the incredible staff. Dr. Werner is an actual angel on Earth. She is kind, has wonderful bedside manner, and is extremely intelligent. She saved my life when she found what ended up being a borderline tumor on my ovary, and is the reason I am here today with my family! I could go on all day… if you are in the difficult and isolating journey that is infertility, look no further than RMA of Eatontown!

Dr. Werner, Erin, and the staff were all so on top of everything and compassionate through our whole journey to get pregnant. I’m so grateful we switched to them from our previous clinic. Worlds of difference in level of care and thoroughness.

RMA has been absolutely amazing! They are knowledgeable, kind-hearted, and took time to explain things thoroughly.

Dr. Molinaro was absolutely amazing. After trying to get pregnant for almost two years and one miscarriage, Dr. Molinaro took extra measures to monitor me throughout the entire process. The staff was wonderful and made the experience so comforting. Even the nurse practitioners were amazing and made the whole experience stress free. After vocalizing that I was extremely nervous during my ultrasound appointments, the staff made it a point to quickly assure me everything was okay while looking at the scans. I was also taken in for regular blood work which put my mind at ease. The office was friendly and welcoming. I wish I could use them as my obgyn for my entire pregnancy! If I could give 10 stars I would.

Dr. Molinaro and all the staff here are amazing! I had the best experience, after leaving a different fertility clinic, i was recommended to come here and it was the best decision i ever made! The attention to detail every step of the way, frequent blood work and ultrasounds, and ability to promptly communicate through email is truly amazing and something most doctors don’t offer and what everyone going through infertility needs! I never thought i was going to get pregnant until coming here , they really take care of you and give the you the best chances , i got pregnant on my first cycle here after several failed attempts at other places that didn’t care and now have my beautiful baby girl! Words can’t express how thankful i am to your facility and staff!

RMA gave me hope when I had none left! They gave me my beautiful first baby boy and blessed again with another great one. Our family dreams came true because of everyone from RMA who made this possible. Dr. Werner we could never express how grateful we are for you and your team!

There are no words to describe Dr. Molinaro’s expertise, dedication, and sensitivity. I truly felt that he was fully part of our journey; supporting us through the many downs, and celebrating with us when we had our miracle baby. He had endless patience, was always available to answer our many questions, and never failed to research any option that could be of help in our unusual situation, even going so far to refer us out of his care when there was a helpful procedure that was available elsewhere. He is humble despite his many successful and grateful patients and never fails to acknowledge that G-d is the true doctor. I have referred family and friends because I trust him implicitly! If all doctors would be like Dr. Molinaro, our world would be a better place!

Dr Molinaro and his team (Remi, Katja +) were fantastic. My husband and I were trying to have children for 4 years. We went to RMA in July 2022. the 1st embryo transfer did not work but the 2nd did. I am forever grateful. The entire team is so positive and friendly. They respond when you need them. It was such a long journey for us, but has a great ending now.

This one star is for Maureen on the finance team at RMA.I was told by her that I did not have IUI coverage and had to pay $3500 out of pocket which I did. I then found out on my own by calling my insurance company that I had IUI coverage and that RMA put a claim in for my services and was paid out. My insurance company was alarmed as this is insurance fraud and sent a letter to RMA.I made many phone calls to Maureen explaining the situation to her and she kept telling me they were not paid out and she was waiting on the insurance company and to call back at another time. After MONTHS of checking in, I made a last and final phone call I demanded answers and she said she can refund me $600 but not the full $3500, (mind you she should have been proactive and reimbursed me any amount the minute they were paid out instead of me hounding her!) I said I will not accept this and my insurance company is now getting further involved, she said “have a good day ma’am” & CLICK hung up on me!!!! I am so appalled that she can take advantage of a girl going through fertility trouble and also treat someone this way.My insurance company has been helpful and even has intervened and is contacting her on my behalf now. It is just appalling !!!!!!

Staff was amazing and so knowledgeable. Dr Werner always made me feel comfortable and explained everything thoroughly. I had Nurse Jessica and any time I had questions or concerns she was always right there to answer me. Thanks to this wonderful team I am now expecting my first baby this June!

This place is all about money and how much your insurance can pay. Dr. Molinaro ignored all my symptoms and kept pushing for IVF at every visit. I had a very painful endometrioma cyst and fibroid. I spoke to him about having surgery before proceeding to do IVF. I asked him if the cyst and the location of the fibroid would cause complications during my pregnancy, and he reassured me that they would not affect my pregnancy.I made the decision myself to have the surgery to remove the cyst because I was in a lot of pain. Im glad that I went through with the surgery because the doctor who did the surgery told me that I needed to have another surgery to remove the fibroid because where it was located would cause complications during pregnancy and I should not get pregnant.I had a follow-up appointment after my surgery to see Dr. Molinaro about my next step. I told him what the surgeon said about not getting pregnant until I have the fibroid removed. He tried to take credit for having the surgery done when in fact he didnt even recommend it.He told me that he would have done a procedure to see the location of the fibroid before doing the IVF, he never mentioned this me during any of appointments with him. It was just all about money and he didnt care to take the time to look into my situation more seriously. I got pregnant before the surgery without IVF, and he said my pregnancy was a fluke. He said I can only get pregnant with IVF.Being a black woman, I was not treated like I should have been. Its hard enough going through this and not having a doctor who truly cares about what youre experiencing.

This facility is top notch when it comes to reproductive medicine. They don’t even compare to the other locations in our area (trust me I’ve been to them all). Each doctor is friendly , optimistic and knowledgeable which is what all patients need during a time like this . The nurses are all dedicated to their patients and phone calls are always returned promptly. I experienced a failed transfer followed by a positive one . Don’t waste your time and health at other facilities, choose RMA :)

I would give more than 5 stars if possible! Dr. Werner and all the other doctors were awesome. They are caring and compassionate. My nurse Jessica and all the other nurses were awesome too. RMA really takes care of their patients.

Extremely professional, nurses and doctors were all very friendly and responsive. My husband and I were so impressed with how organized and well run the facility is especially considering how busy they are. Most doctors offices would leave you waiting for hours but we were in and out each time. I mainly visited the RMA Freehold location for monitoring, but also made several visits to the Eatontown and Basking Ridge locations and was equally impressed.And the best part... this is now our 2nd successful implantation with IVF and now have a happy, healthy 3yo boy and a girl on the way :) I highly recommend them - best of luck to you!

The best decision I ever made was to switch from my original doctor to RMA. After 3 failed attempts at a different office. Doctor Warner changed my whole routine and we are at the end of our first trimester on our first try. I couldn’t Gloat about this office enough

This place is great! We were taken right inside within minutes of arriving and saw the doctor right away. Everyone was very nice. Dr. Werner was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They are very thorough with their information and next steps and are with you every step of the way in the whole process. They are also very transparent with financials and what you do and do not need to do depending on where you are at in your fertility journey.

Dr. Molinaro goes above and beyond. He was thorough and clearly followed the most up to date medical guidelines. His team was responsive, compassionate, and always happy to help in any way they could.

Doctor Molinaro and the entire team at RMA are amazing! The speed in which emails and questions are answered is beyond anything I’ve seen with any doctors office. They truly care about their patients and they are the best at what they do!

I would say one of the..but it is THE WORST experience I have ever had with a medical unit. So sad to say that such a delicate already stressful situation is only made unbearable with their internal nursing, financial, billing and front desk departments Their communication system is non existent and they offer a different rep for each hair on ur head. Then when ur done verifying ur account for 5 minutes at each stop they transfer you to a different department to only be passed around a minimum of three times..When one is out they direct you to a POC who is not equipped to answer the same type of questioning so you end up talking to 4-5 different people before u get to another self entitled does no wrong rep who acts like they have no idea why you are even calling. They instruct you to call a nurse aid for all questions then no she cant answer a nurse question then nurse cant answer a blood work billing question and then the financial person only deals with procedures and ins and another for blood work and..Is this msg confusing? That is how my head is spinning after trying to get in touch with them over a week. By the time you hang up you have spoken to a stacey Pamela Trisha kiera and so on and not had anything resolved 🤦‍♀️ Definitely dont make the process any smoother or easier to manage. So many people that do what one Type A personality can get done probably more effectively. They tell you to schedule and then change the requirements its a circus..the one star is given to the doctor who was pleasant and knowledgeable and gave me a sense of comfort to go through the process. Too bad its the one been INS chose to work with.. 🙄😔😔😔

Dr. Werner & my nurse Kira are absolutely wonderful!!! This whole journey has been very stressful and overwhelming but they take the time to go over everything in detail, answer all my questions and they don’t rush you! Highly recommend!!!

Dr. Werner is incredible! She made me feel heard and supported throughout the entire process and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend!
