I gained a lot of weight after my insurance denied my weight loss medications. I was very tired and sluggish all the time. I met Adam and started working with him. He helped me a lot to get back on track with my weight loss. He is very professional and easy to work with . He helped me achieved my goal. I just to say what a pleasure it has been working with Jersey shore TRT. Dr. Tjiones has been extremely helpful and informative in helping with this treatment. Night and day difference. I had a list of issues before going to see Dr. Nelson. Some things are never easy to talk about until you meet the right doctor who knows understands exactly what you need. Dr. Nelson helped improve my energy levels, my blood work came back better, and he gave me back that energy I was lacking as I got older. I couldnt be happier.

Ive been working with Adam for 6 months and I cant say enough about his professionalism and the level of care I receive from him. My GP spends a grand total of about 20 minutes a year with me but Adam keeps in contact with me every week and is constantly monitoring my progress and making helpful suggestions to continue on the right path to overall health and wellness.
