The lady in green was so rude checking me in. I guess they switched to checking in electronically on our phones and she got so upset that I could not do that and that she had to manually check me in. She rolled her eyes, kept interrupting me, and saying its fine as she purposely knocked and moved things over to get to her computer as if i inconvenienecd her. She rushed through my check-in and then quickly closed the window and told me to have a seat. They lose a star for this. Miss Julia is really kind though. Each time i see her she is always nice, patient, professional, listens, and treats me with respect.

I had a wonderful experience here. It was my first time at a P.P I was very nervous but the staff was kind, thoughtful, reassuring, and very professional. I will be back! Thank you guys! 🫶

Ive been here several times and each time, my experience has been wonderful. They dont judge you and want to help you. At one point, I did not have insurance and they were able to help cover my cost! I started my hormones here with Julia and she has always been so excited and supportive of my transition. She answers my questions whether it be via phone or the patient portal. You dont get that very often from doctor offices, especially straight from the provider. I hope she stays with Planned Parenthood.

They were amazing! I had an issue in December and since my tubes are tied I have had a hard time being seen again to make sure the problem was taken care of since I still had symptoms. They had no problem seeing me and diagnosed me same day. I am waiting on results for some but have already began treatment! The nurse, Amy, was absolutely great. Very welcoming and accepting. I am so thankful for this organization! If you ever need escorts, give me a call!!

Provider Julia Vang refused to add the HSV2 IgG antibody test to my full-panel STI testing. I asked if I could request it, as it is my body and I would like to have it done (and covered by insurance, as opposed to paying $300+ to self order). She refused, stating that the CDC does not recommend it unless there is an active outbreak, because of the chance of a false positive. I told her that I was very aware of the chance of that, and also aware that if it came back positive I could send another blood sample to have the Herpes Simplex Western Blot done for confirmation. She still refused, saying it was provider preference and up to her and her alone. I told her that I understood the risk, that they were taking my blood and testing it anyway, so can she please just add it. She would not.Recently I contracted HSV1 because of the same issue. My boyfriend got a full-panel screening, but they refused the IgG antibody test, as he didnt have active lesions. I now have to disclose to every partner I have, for the rest of my life, that I have HSV1. That could have been prevented, had they ran that test. I have been adamant about getting that test since then, as I do not want that happening to anyone else nor to contract HSV2 as well.I have never had another provider refuse to add it, and I definitely have never had a provider refuse to listen to what I want done to protect MY BODY and my partners. I was shut down and given zero say in the matter, simply because she did not feel like adding it or care at all about what I, as the patient, wanted.I highly, highly recommend going to the OKC location or finding a different provider entirely if you want to be listened to or have any say at all in what happens. It is appalling that a place that touts themselves as respecting of personal autonomy would allow a provider to treat a patient this way.

Dr Julia Vang is evil! Stay away from here if youre in transition the staff is incompetent the record-keeping is false and untrustworthy. Stay away and do not contact me regarding this review

The provider is really kind and listens. I dont know if the nurses or receptionist are aware but i can hear them swearing/yelling from the lobby and while waiting in my room. That is not professional. Aside from that, they are nice.

I love the new location and the staff was amazing, very caring to my situation. I was checked in promptly and the nurse that did my intake was polite and funny. I didn’t feel rushed with the doctor either!

I have a great experience here every time I go. The facility is nice. The staff are polite & very helpful. The nurse Amy is wonderful at providing answers to any questions you have. They also do well on giving refills. Dont knock this location before you it. Theyre great 👍

It really pains me to give such a low rating to Planned Parenthood, as I am usually a big supporter of the overall organization. This specific Planned Parenthood is absolutely horrible though. The receptionist was incredibly rude, as was the nurse. The only saving grace was how sweet and caring the actual doctor was. When asked for a urine sample, I was basically shoved into the bathroom without any direction, and was left to wander around the back to find my nurse to tell her I was finished. I found her sitting and gossiping with the receptionist while playing on her phone. Completely unprofessional and a horrible experience. When asked about previous conditions, the nurse refused to believe me about what a previous gynecologist had told me. I will not be going to this clinic again unless the staff is properly trained and friendly, and I will be telling all of my friends and family as well. Its already stressful enough going to a doctor, this horrible environment didnt help.

They refused to refill my important prescription despite the fact that I already had set up an appointment with them in a few days. No warning that they were going to cut me off. I figured I’d just go to the appointment and they’d at least refill it then. Nope! They wanted to run bloodwork first!And then something went wrong and they took too long to run my bloodwork so the results got messed up, which took them over a week to tell me despite the fact that I could see my lab results in the Quest Diagnostics app after only a couple of days and that I called and left them messages. So then I had to get my bloodwork done again. They said they’d pay for it, but when I went to get it done, it wasn’t until after it was drawn that I found out I had to pay.Then I waited almost two weeks to hear back from them after calling and leaving several voicemails, again, despite the fact that, again, I could SEE my results after only a couple of days. And then I realized... they hadn’t even ordered the right test to be done on my blood, either time! And then I got a bill for the first (botched) blood draw in the mail! Even though at the appointment I was told I wouldnt owe anything more!I’ve called and left a message (they never actually answer their phone so all you can do is leave messages) telling them they need to at least pay for that (never mind the appointment or second useless blood draw cost) but of course, it’s been almost two weeks and no one’s called me back.I paid so much money and spent so much time dealing with these people and I’m done. I ended up getting one refill on my prescription, over a month and a half late. Unacceptable. Every day without it was excruciating for my mental health. I am NEVER going here again. I don’t think I’ve ever been this angry in my life.TL;DR This place is awful, incompetent and won’t even talk to you and it’ll cost you financially and mentally.Edit: I also just noticed they changed how often I’m supposed to take my prescription and didn’t bother to tell me about it and DEFINITELY didn’t tell me why 🙃

Stephanie is absolutely amazing. She only had to stick me once. Ive never had someone get my veins on the first try. An absolutely lovely human!

Have been going to planned parenthood for over 4 years, and as a teen it’s hard to do certain appointments due to not having a parents consent. i’ve had birth control and multiple issues with them. i’ve changed many times. and i have the implant and went to get it removed seen it was also causing problems. i have to leave state for a few weeks and i was trying to get it removed. well i called this location BEFORE driving 45 minutes to get there, and confirmed i could pay for the removal myself. and when i got there, i was refused service, very rudely. said i had to have consent and called me a liar when i told her i confirmed before going to the location. will be going to a different location. and won’t be using planned parenthood anymore.

I went in for a pap and concern of UTI and they only tested for STI’s and completely ignored my concern. My STI test came clean, so I asked if I could get something for the UTI now that we ruled it out. They told me I’d have to come in again to get tested for UTI, since they didn’t run that test, which means I’d have to wait another 2-5 days. That’s not considering tomorrow is a weekend. I am very disappointed

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here! They treat everyone with dignity and respect. They also offer a large range of services for very cheap, which was especially helpful when I didn’t have insurance. I wish there were more locations in our area, but the two that we have are great.

Canceled my appointment twice with no explanation, once right before the appointment and then canceled the rescheduled appointment immediately. Would not recommend this clinic for any LGBTQ+ services as they appear to be discriminatory or at least the person dealing with my appointment was.

I arrived at 5:34, appt at 5:50! Didn’t leave until 7:15. I will never go back! Very disappointed in their customer service. Not professional at all.

The lady at the front desk was sweet as can be, but when the dr came in, she was very rude. Wont go there again.

Trying to schedule an appointment is like pulling teeth the lady on the other end always hangs up and its very frustrating going to go to the 23rd one instead certainly don t need to trust my health and wellbeing to people who obviously dont care about what they do
