DLO Edmond Patient Service Center

I brought my mom here on Saturday, September 14 and had a good experience. The line was fairly long outside when we got there so we were a little concerned, because shes been fasting. But staff opened a little before 9:00 and started seeing people right away. People could check themselves in on 2 self-serve kiosks. We got in and out in about 40 minutes. Carla was the lady who drew her blood. She was very nice and good at her job. Would recommend this lab.

I came here on a Saturday 8/24/24 got here before 12 and the door is locked. I checked my phone and its now 1159.I could see a lady inside so I knocked on the window and they wouldnt look back at the door. Another gentleman came running up to the door at 11:59 and couldnt believe the door was locked. He too knocked on the window and still she wouldnt look back to the door. I did not like this place. I would not recommend it. I had to go for a drug test for an employer. I am 60 years old, and the young woman that served me was very unfriendly. Treated me like I was testing for a court order or being processed into jail. I asked for some water because I could not go, she said no, I cant give you water. Then she said I only had 4 minutes in the bathroom to go. I had a few drug testing done for other employers in my lifetime, and I never experienced anything like it. I will never go back there, or even have my regular blood work done there.

Visited this place 30Sep2020 for drug test.Staff is attentive and customer friendly.Very less waiting time. I have waited 10 mins.The test has been conducted in 10 mins.This lab is having partnership with Quest as printed donor copy had Quest name on upper right partner of the paper. This lab moderately big.

Quick! Didn’t have an appointment, so I was a walk-in. Checked in at the kiosk and had to wait less than 10 min to be seen. Phlebotomist was kind!

Been here 3 or 4 times and I think it’s great! Parking & accessibility is often very good. Storefront sign in process works, especially if you have an appt(easy to make online). Staff kind & friendly &, importantly, skilled!

Super fast with very little wait time. I had my results by email the following Monday and considering I went on Good Friday, I was not disappointed in that turnaround.

I did not have an appointment and still waited less than 10 minutes to be seen even though the waiting room was quite full. The check in process was quite easy using their computer kiosk. The woman that drew my blood sample was an expert! She was friendly and the procedure was over quite quickly with NO discomfort. I wish I had her name to give her props! All in all a great experience.

Took older Mum for fasting blood test arriving 8:30 am weekday. Nice building, plenty parking, masks required, touch screen check-in made it easy for me. I found out you can make an appointment online beforehand to reduce wait time to 5 minutes, they said. Have option of waiting in lobby or outside and receiving a text when they are ready for you. Inside lobby has TV with next 4 patient initials and wait times you could watch if so inclined. With no appointment we waited about 35 minutes this morning, with touchscreen under-estimating 20 minute wait. Mum said considerate staff. Supervisor was aware, jumped in to help with the stick, as well as fielding front desk assistance for slower clients. Professional. Would use again.

They have you check in YET they left my husband until the end of the people that was there - someone came after my husband and he went in first - one of the sign in things doesn’t work, and it looked like it has not been cleaned in a while you can see all the finger prints on the screen -

This DLO location is closed and has moved. I attempted to fix in google maps, but it was unable to.

Took my 4-year-old daughter today (4/28/21) and the 3 ladies there were absolutely the SWEETEST and made the process so relaxing and fun (as fun as a blood draw can be haha). They helped her be so brave and it was quick and easy which we appreciated. My daughter was smiling and giggling the whole time. They are really great with kids!

I had blood taken here, and it was completely painless. If it was like that every time I would not have a problem with needles. Carla was my nurse.

Amazing experience. The staff is the heart of this location. My daughter needed blood work done and never had it drawn before, the nurse made the experience some she will never forget. I appreciate all she did for my daughter.

Everyone is polite. The wait is usually quite short, under 10 minutes. The phlebotomy techs are quite good.The reason that it didnt get five stars is if theres a chance that your insurance may not cover everything, they require a credit card that they can pre authorize charges against. And they leave that authorization open for roughly a month until they determine if your insurance is going to pay it or not.

Wish I’d caught the name of the phlebotomist who drew blood on my toddler! She was calm and confident, spoke gently to my daughter, and instructed me on how to hold her arm. It was over in minutes with minimal crying and only ONE poke! Better than our blood draw experience at a hospital lab.

Have always had a nice, quick experience here.The critics who want to be pampered with luxury service should instead go pay luxury prices at a different facility. They accomplish everything you pay for. All tests have been cheap and soon returned.

I had to have a lot of blood drawn, the blood draw was relatively painless but I ended up passing out for the first time ever. The ladies that helped me were absolute ANGELS and stayed with me till I felt better. If I lived in Edmond still I hands down would come here for any bloodwork I needed done.

Always professional and efficient! This DLO is much better in their new location. Great employees, like Sydney, are the norm and not the exception!

Was sent here by my newborn’s pediatrician. Awful experience. The technician couldn’t do her job properly and had poke my newborn 3 times when it should only haven taken one. She insisted they needed two samples worth when the doctor only took one at his office, for the same test, the day before. These people are not trained to work with infants. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE!

Good lord. These ladies are kind of rude and very unprofessional. Nobody wants to hear about your love life issues while another one gives her advice. This is a professional setting. Act like it. I guess theyre also too busy to properly explain how the entire glucose process works, because they didnt tell me Id have to wait around for 30 some minutes until I asked what was going on. She had an attitude, too. This is the kind of service I would expect in the hood, not in Edmond.

Cherry was excellent in performing her job. She is so very proficient and skilled in doing job.

I hope youre not there for something PRIVATE!When I first went in I couldnt help but notice and hear the fumbling receptionist. She was LOUD and UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least. I heard her argue with a couple over a cash payment that was taken weeks before...she blew them off with well I dunno, we dont take cash here and i dont know who would have done that.... She didnt bother to find out or care.I went in for a sensative test Ive been waiting pins and needles in. It was a PRIVATE matter. I even prepared myself and made an apointment online so all I would have to do is SIGN IN. I did that, sat down and 15 min later was called up to the counter. The waiting room is small and was filled. She bullhorns what you hear for???? I quietly said bloodwork...she then said LOUDLY what kind of bloodwork??? Embarrased I quietly told her just to have her ANNOUNCE IT. With that she told me to take a seat. I could have cried.What everyone did not know before I entered that offce was that I was going through a very emotional miscarriage. I was hoping to get some blood work done quickly and submitted to my dr. as I was on my hour lunch.No privacy, no care, no customer skill, no excuse for her behavior and QUEST should be ashamed of what they hire.This lady has no buisness running any front desk unless its at a BBQ counter!If youre curious...she did the same to everyone else.

Im not a fan of needle sticks of any kind so finding a skilled lab is very important to me. DLO Edmond far exceeded my expectations. The check-in process was simple and the staff member who drew my blood was extremely kind and very gentle. I highly, highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs lab work. I always receive the best care at this DLO.Carla has always been amazing. This time, I met Trina and she was wonderful! This is not my favorite place to be, but I’m thankful for these people when I have to be there!

I came in on my lunch break to try to get my labs drawn Ive been sitting here for 10 minutes now the time clock says my weight was 3 minutes when I walked in no one has addressed me talk to me told me well be right with you nothing theyre arguing about whos hungry and whos not right now all I want is my freaking laps drawn. I dont understand their lack of customer service I am the customer they work for me.

Trina treated me like I was at a spa. I’m not kidding. I told her I tend to pass out when getting blood drawn and she made sure that I did not! She was so sweet and kind and for the first time ever it did not hurt to get blood drawn.

I took my 85 year old mother here today with no appointment. We were seen in less than 5 minutes and completed within 10 minutes.

They were most worthy. I have very bad veins.They hit me once only. Everytime. It was clean & everyone was nice.

Deirda, the desk lady, was infuriatingly incompetent. Couldnt talk with proper grammar or in clear English, instead using slurred speech. Didnt listen to my answers, repeating herself multiple times, and couldnt use the computer system to save her life, drug testing tech had to guide her through EVERY step of the process. She should be fired, immediately!

Quick and easy. Great staff I was very impressed with the lady who drew the blood. She was fast and very kind. Very impressed with the facility.

Check in was much better than other locations. Still virtual but they have someone up front to verify. Everything went fast and was nice and professional.

Checked in quick. I was nervous but nurse was friendly knowledgeable fast.

Waited over 30 minutes while I could hear 4 lady’s sitting in the back chatting it up.

The lady at the front desk was very professional and went above and beyond to assist with my request. I highly recommend this DLO location.

Are all DLO labs training facilities? ALL locations are so bad. Hands down the worst customer service. Please do not give this place business!

Usually not a long wait and the staff and nurses are always very nice!

Make sure to check billing!! They will try and double charge you on bills that have been paid!!!
