Off-site customer service by phone surprisingly poor today. (Lab techs here have always been top-notch at this location -- this isnt about them.) [Later - following up DLOs response to review, called to speak with supervisor; pleasantly surprised to be told that the rep Id reached mishandled an issue that has a particular (very effective) process in place. Action taken, apology accepted. Id not hesitate to call customer service again, should the need arise.]

We got there just a couple minutes before closing (after being turned away from Mercy for not arriving before 4:30 even though they say they’re open until 5…) and the two DLO staff were very kind and friendly, got us directly back and had my child’s blood drawn in no time. I apologized for getting there right before 5 and they looked at me like I was crazy and told me they’re open until 5. The exact opposite of my experience with the Mercy lab across the highway. My son also said the blood draw was hardly painful at all, much less than other times he’s had his blood drawn. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Skylar did my blood work for me and she was the absolute best. Made me feel so comfortable and made the whole thing super easy for me since I’m afraid of needles. Wouldn’t go anywhere else

Today I had a great experience at the DLO lab. They were SUPER busy, by 9 am they had seen more people than the entirety of the prior day and were continuing to roll people through without making them feel rushed or not important. They even bent over backwards to help another lady in the waiting room achieve what she needed. Way to go lab team!

I did not have an appointment, but I was in and out in less than five minutes. The electronic check-in process at the front desk was easy and they promptly called me back to draw blood! I was impressed.

Had to wait 30 minutes to pickup simple need. No one at desk lobby full. This is terrible
