AFC Urgent Care Englewood

I took my elderly mom who only speaks Spanish and from the front desk to the medical assistant Kevin, they were all great. Kevin did a great job translating, being caring and patient with my mother. The place was clean, not crowded. We got a Covid test and chest XRays. Everything great. Prescriptions were sent on time and later doctor called with results.

I had a great visit. I was taken back to the exam room and seen by the doctor very quickly. I got a quick exam and medication refilled so easily! Very happy with my experience overall.

I recently visited AFC Urgent Care in Englewood due to a severe allergic reaction, and I can’t express enough how grateful I am for the care I received. Despite the stressful situation, Alicia was incredibly helpful and attentive. From the moment I walked in, she focused on how I was feeling and made sure I was receiving everything I needed to overcome my allergic reaction. She handled everything in a timely manner, ensuring that my health and well-being were the top priority. The entire staff was professional and efficient, but Alicia’s kindness and dedication truly stood out. I highly recommend AFC Urgent Care in Englewood for anyone in need of urgent medical attention.

I had to visit this urgent care center earlier this week after cutting my thumb. Ive never been to an urgent care center before and usually avoid going to any doctor because the whole process (booking, waiting, billing, etc.) always seems more complicated than necessary. However, this experience was fantastic!Karina at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful while cleaning up my wound. Alicia, who did my stitches, was equally wonderful. I was in and out quickly, and they took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything in a very friendly manner. Highly recommend this place!

I went in because I thought I tore my rotator cuff and potentially had a partial dislocation. Everyone from the front desk to the MAs were awesome and made it a really easy experience. Kevin was especially helpful and even fitted my sling for me. Also wanted to mention Karina for her help with my X Ray and the front desk lady Ashely who made the process super simple and stress free. Thank AFC Urgent Care.

Abbey Amanda and Blair’s were amazing all the way from coming in all the way to leaving. Made me feel very comfortable throughout my whole process. Highly recommend this office.

The office was near and cleanThe staff were very courteous I was in and out quickly. I was given information and instructions about the medication i was being prescribed. I would recommend AFC Urgent Care to anyone needing care quickly.

Went in to get my ears cleaned. The staff was friendly. They took great care of me. Made sure I was comfortable. Caitlin did a wonderful job of cleaning out my ears. I was surprised at how much wax was built up. Would definitely recommend. Thank you AFC staff.

I just had an amazing experience with AFC. The extremely competent staff of Abby, Karina and Angel did a fantastic job of treating my ongoing dizziness. Very very professional. They are the absolute best!!!!

I went in with excruciating right foot pain that has been worsening over the past several days to the point that I cannot bear weight or even have any pressure put on my foot. The nurse practitioner took an X-ray after doing little to no exam and didn’t even read or look at it and sent me away and told me to follow up with my primary care doctor even after having been told that the primary told me that they cannot see me for a week and to go to the urgent care center. AFC did not help me determine what was wrong or help with my pain. It was a waste of my time and energy and I now have to go to the ER to have a doctor see me to figure out what is wrong and how to treat it.

I’ve come to this urgent care often since it’s near my house. The staff today was amazing from Ashley in the front to Amanda and Karina being so helpful and compassionate as well as the PA Alicia who took care of me. Overall best experience here.

Left feeling like a new man!!! Had some wax build up in my ear. So much discomfort. But Faith!!! Faith took her time and removed so much wax from my ear. I felt great afterwards. Not just Faith the front desk was so welcoming and the PA was also amazing. Do yourself a favor and go take care of yourself here!!! In and out. Was seen in minutes. Wonderful experience.

Such great and speedy service here! I came in with the weirdest symptoms and they figured it out for me. Faith, Angel, & Abby are incredible at their jobs. Very caring, personal, & knew how to laugh. Thank you so much!

Kevin and Alicia were great during my visit for an EKG and chest x-ray. Answered all of my questions and concerns with ease and were able to provide excellent advice on future endeavors, very knowledgeable staff. Thanks Yall!

This was an easy process. I set an appt online, filled out paperwork online, checked in with Mary (who was great). Jeff and Sloan listened to my symptoms sincerely. They both have great bedside manner. I was diagnosed, given scripts and out in an hour.

AFC urgent care fills a gap when we have to drop in outside of our PCP. Every experience we’ve had with the folks over there is wonderful. Abby, Faith, Angel and Cortney always provide care efficiently, sufficiently and with a smile that makes you feel better just being around their wonderful vibes. Whether it be running a variety of tests(strep, Covid, flu, etc), helping with injuries or dealing with infections, the services provided are always of the best quality with the patients comfort in mind. Thanks for all you do. Keep up the good work!

I went to ,urgent care,to have my ears, unclogged. Blaine, did a great Job, Letting me know, every he was doing. Kevin Was easily to listen to,also.

Great experience, faith at the front desk was great. My nurse Abby was able to get my vein on her first try, and Dr.annette was amazing and informative.

Kevin and Caitlin were the most comforting staff ever! Kevin is a great medical assistant and makes sure you feel comfortable and at ease!

My experience with this office has been amazing. I first went in for a workers compensation claim for a broken finger. From the desk to the fantastic MA Karina and very nice PA Brannick and PA Sloan my care was wonderful. However, today when I went in for some paperwork that I have been having trouble getting filled out, Landon was superb. He took the time to read though all of the notes. Landon even called his boss to try and get information to help me. After 20-25 minutes he took me to the back and completely explained what needed to be done. He kindly asked if he keep the paperwork and notes to get them filled out. Thank you Landon for making my day. You are an amazing young man who deserves whatever comes your way.

Excellent treatment provided at AFC which is normal anytime myself or my kids have to get treated there. Walked in and Im guessing because of my voice that Yasmine already knew who I was. She got me checked in promptly. Sat in the lobby for maybe 2 minutes and immediately went back where PA Sloan provided me with excellent care. Both of them did! I was in and out in no time. Thank you

I was able to make an appointment within half an hour and enter all my info online which sped the whole process up! Yasmine and Deanna quickly got me checked in. Rory was great and helped me get all set up. Robert was the PA who saw me and was so great. Everyone was so friendly and I was out of there within twenty minutes!

10/10 would definitely recommend if you are feeling bad and need a quick visit to a doctor. Ive been a few times when I felt bad and couldnt get in fast enough with my PCP. Everyone is kind, professional, and super attentive. Special shoutout to the MA Angel, Xray tech Faith, and front office baddie Abby. ❤️

I had a great experience here today! I live in walking distance but this was my first time dropping in. I got in within 10 minutes on a Saturday afternoon in flu season, which was awesome. All the ladies here, from the front desk, to the PA Kaitlyn, the X-ray tech and the doctor herself were extremely kind, professional, and put my anxious mind at ease. Highly recommend!

This clinic is AWESOME!!!! They were respectful of my time and showed genuine interest. I would tell others, skip the ER and go to AFC.

I can’t say enough about Yasmine, Rory and Sloan at this location!!! They went above and beyond to help my young son when he broke his wrist yesterday. They were so helpful, fast and thorough. I needed an x-ray after a knee injury. I went in the same day and within 20 min, spoke with a very professional and thorough physicians assistant and had x-rays taken. Within an hour, a radiologist had taken a look at the x-rays, and the PA called me with the results. She also put in a referral for me to an orthopedic office. Both my husband and I were very impressed with this urgent care and all of Its staff.

AFC Englewood is great! If you need quick medical care this is the place. Especially Faith Angel Abby and Rhonda. Great care, very friendly and professional.

I rolled in just before close to this facility and Caitlin greeted me with a “no problem, we can help” attitude, which I really needed after a 10-hour work day of mine own. She was super efficient and very down-to-earth. The PA was also incredibly efficient and directly communicated the steps in my care, both in the moment and post-visit, and called me the next day ensuring me that the prescription recommended was on point. I had came to Urgant care because I had not been feeling good for a few day. I had the pleasure of having Faith as my nurse. She had done an amazing job. Super nice lady with awesome smile. 10/10 I would recommend her every time

I am from out of town visiting my son Kevin my MA did a great job getting my vitals and asking questions. Sloan my PA was great also. Definitely would go back

I rarely write reviews, however, my visit this morning to AFC definitely deserves one. First off, Im a frequent flyer of this Urgent Care, and have never had a bad visit. The front office ladies Always greet me with a welcoming smile, fit me in, even when I show up at 4hrs early for my reserved appointment time and are kind and efficient. Didnt have to wait long. I was then called back by Will, he was also a pleasure to be greeted and roomed by. However, the reason for the review is Melanie. She absolutely was the best practitioner Ive had there! She was very professional and at the same time connected. Melanie made my feel very comfortable, listened, and heard my concerns. She didnt waste my time, was thorough, yet fast and efficient. I felt confident that she treated me appropriately, I was in and out! Crazy to say, but Melanie and the whole team made an Urgent Care visit an unexpectedly delightful experience! If you ever are in need of an UC visit, this is the place to go!

My daughter has been to Boulder and Englewood locations for strep, numerous times. The antibiotics were not working. She finally got into see her actual Primary Care Doctor and was told that the antibiotics AFC were prescribing were not in fact for strep throat and that AFC is sketchy and known for just handing out prescriptions like this. Now her immune system is completely shot from taking so many antibiotics that did not kill the bacteria. We will NEVER send her to AFC again, EVER and wed used them for several years. So disappointed. If I could give you zero stars, I would!!!!

The nurse Deanna was amazing!! The nicest nurse I’ve ever been to. Super helpful, quickly answered all of my questions and brought really good energy into the room. 10/10 nurse. DEFINITELY going to be my go to urgent care from now on!

I needed to visit AFC on the weekend. The staff was amazing. They were efficient and timely and my visit was short and I was well cared for.. I would definitely visit this facility again.

The folks over at AFC are amazing and so helpful. They listen to you and work with you. Landen, Mary, and Faith were so friendly and made my Wife super comfortable. She came in with some flu like symptoms during her first trimester and calmed her nerves talking over everything that’s been going on and sharing some of their own life experiences. They made sure before we left the office that she knew exactly what was going on and the steps to take. I highly recommend coming here if you are sick.

Deanna the MA was amazing! So nice and helpful. She made sure to check on me throughout my visit and made me feel seen and heard. 10 stars if I could. Thank you for your services !!!

Been here a few times and they’ve always been helpful, easy to work with and easy intake/insurance process. Highly recommended for urgent care needs. They even cleaned out my ears when they were clogged for weeks

Went in on a Sunday looking to get IV fluids from being so sick and was handled very well by all the staff including the secretary, PA and medical assistant Angel; who truly was an angel dealing with me being ill. I would recommend this place to others.

My experience today was pleasant and quick. I had been here the night before for COVID/Flu testing and unfortunately needed to come back in for an additional test the facility I was visiting was now requiring. However, Faith came back into the patient waiting room and let me know they were one step ahead of my employer and had already tested me the night before for the additional test my employer was now requiring. So Faith and Abby sent me on my way with my test results and refunded me for the additional visit I had paid for. Both Faith and Abby were super pleasant and got me in out. Turned what could have been a waste of time into something more memorable.

Jeff, Rory, Korina and Yosef were very helpful and listened to my complaint I was having. Ensured that they did everything they could to get me out of pain.

I have had many great experiences at this urgent care location. They were able to get me in quickly for a work injury and all subsequent follow ups. The wait time is great compared to other urgent cares. The staff is very helpful as well, especially great working with Blaire and Deanna. The only improvement recommendation I have is installing a text or email appointment reminder system. Staff is great. Thanks guys!

Mary at the front desk went above and beyond for me to work with my insurance company. The whole experience was very good.

Got in quickly even though in my not feeling well I set the appointment at the wrong location the switched no problem. They were all really nice but even though I had flu symptoms and I did have a fever they wanted to do a flu/ covid test and send me home and call me with results. Even though I told them over the counter stuff was not helping. Thats all they wanted me to take in the past they gave a prescription to get better.

Online says they can work with my insurance then they couldnt figure out how to take my insurance then they refused to see me when I wanted to pay on my own because they wanted a mystery amount of money from me before they would even try to treat my back.

Monday 6-22-24 I went in for a dog bite on my finger. They charged me my $100 co pay just to bring me in the back for 2 minutes and tell me that I need go to the ER. Not a fan of this practice, dont waste your time here. Go elsewhere

Everyone was very nice. I felt terrible & everyone at the clinic made me feel comfortable. I was in& out in 45 minutes. I received my diagnosis very quickly.

I was surprised masks were not asked for with patients who were coughing. I had my own k95 as I had tested positive at home for covid. Great service. Loved the pa Kaitlyn and the blood taker Rory. Never felt a thing. Would definitely recommend this location.

Although I would prefer not to be sick enough to have to go to urgent care, the staff here was wonderful. The medical assistant Will was amazing. He made us feel comfortable and had a great sense of humor. The PA Kaitlyn was wonderful as well and very efficient. Overall it was a great staff who made for a good experience despite being sick.

Very convenient urgent care clinic. The staff was very friendly. The check in process was fairly quick and efficient. The provider came to the room fairly quickly and had asked me good questions. She seemed to care and gave good advice. I’m confident my issue will be resolved soon!

Ive come into this urgent care for years now. Every other time around was great! This time was awful, the new doctor there Kylie was what made my experience horrible. Everyone else there is kind, understanding and helpful. You can tell she is annoyed by the sigh that came out when I was trying to remember how many days my sickness had been. Every other time I had come in with the same illness I left with a perception for antibiotics. Her words are condescending, had an extreme lack of empathy and her overall presence led me to believe she hates her job. Hoping she is just filling in, over the holidays. I miss the old doctors that where there. Hope someone in charge sees this and can set her in a more positive direction, so that no other client has to feel the way I did. Thank you.

I came as a walk-in Wednesday night for what ended up being a kidney infection. I thought my wait time would be at least an hour, but I spent less than 10 minutes in the waiting room. I explained that my new insurance hadn’t kicked in yet and the staff did such a great job of explaining every step of the way what they wanted to do and how it would affect my final bill (which was less than a third of what I thought I would pay). Deanna, Maria, and Abby were absolutely amazing. The staff here is so compassionate and helpful, I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone needing an urgent care visit!

My experience overall was great at AFC Urgent Care in Englewood! I was able get seen quickly and efficiently. I filled out my paperwork through the online portal that made it super convenient to come in and just check in. I had two excellent people help me Blair and Faith. Blair was super friendly and knowledgeable. Blair made me feel comfortable the whole time. Kaitlyn also made me feel very heard and answered all my questions. Overall would rate my experience a solid 10/10.

Overall decent experience. I did not like the new mobile check in where you have to use your phone to check in, as my phone wasnt able to take photos, but the front desk lady eventually checked me in the way they used to and scanned my ID/Insurance card and I was taken back quickly. The nurse/tech who took Me back seemed like he didnt want to be there and was very impassive and aloof throughout the initial intake and the xrays, which wasnt necessarily a problem, but made for an awkward experience. The doc who saw me was very nice, thorough, listened carefully and gave me good advice for after care.

They were fast in seeing me I made an appointment at 6:00 for 6:40 and they saw me at 6:45. My PCP is isn’t that fast and I pay them more than the $175 it cost me. I’m an out of towner

My partner and I were seen on a Saturday morning and got in very quickly. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially Landen and Sabrina. Thank you for making our experience quick and easy, and helping to get us on the road to feeling better!

Blair and Kaitlyn were awesome to deal with on this visit! Blaire was super nice and friendly and made the overall experience way more comfortable and Kaitlyn was helpful and knowledgeable about the concerns for which the visit was needed. Overall a great experience for one who gets nervous with doctors! I Would definitely recommend this facility to others in need!

I’ve never been shamed about goin to the doctor before goin to this location. Stomach pain for over 3 days with aching joints and feeling lethargic. I was laughed at and talked down to about why I even came in. Her final solution was take more gas X. All after talking for a grand total of 6 minutes.

Visited them for a possible broken foot to be told to “do my ABC’s with the foot” and they did not offer an X-ray. Found out months later it was fractured, grew a spur and required surgery

I wish I was leaving this review under better circumstances. I’ve been here multiple times and had mixed experiences. However, most recently I had some issues that required laboratory testing. I never received results. Instead, I received multiple bills for the service. I called the office several times, and was told that they had lost my sample, were looking into the issue, and that I could expect to receive a call back. I never did. Even after this, I tried to call back and was told that they would look into it and would call me back. At this point, it’s been almost three months… I don’t think I’m getting a call back…

People were nice overall. I was frustrated with the PA who looked at my hand after a car accident. They were so disconnected I didn’t even feel like they were talking to me as a person. They said they didn’t see any issues in my xray and referred me out. But they just left and didn’t give me any time to process or ask questions. They provide zero advice at all no advil every X hour, no use hot or cold compresses, nothing like that. They gave me a cheap hand splint and sent me on my way. I sat around doing nothing for way too long to have these level of care. I certainly won’t be back.

I went to this location feeling nervous and unsure but the staff was absolutely amazing. Ben and Wendy at the front desk were so friendly and helpful they eased any tension I felt right away while also explaining answers to any questions I had. Kristen helped check me in and take a couple vitals she was very personable and professional. Rory and Rachel were also friendly and supportive. Amazing staff, overall highly recommend this location. :)

Shocked by the lack of professionalism and unethical behavior. I called 35 min before closing, was told my child would be seen, RUSHED over, and they called to say the provider changed their mind. I explained that I was in the parking lot. They said it didnt matter. It was 25 min before they closing and they refused to see my child after telling me they would. So unprofessional and unethical. Now I know better than to trust them with my childs care. ETA: Very telling that the owner responds to positive reviews yet doesnt respond to a complaint about unethical behavior by staff.

UPDATE: Not to take away how friendly yall are. I still felt very at home and comfortable. But I literally was diagnosed with an ear infection when I didnt have one. I had ear wax buildup which is literally why I came in. I was prescribed amoxicillin for an infection I didnt have. As a result I had to see a specialist to do what I came to this hospital for. So not only now am I paying for two bills for the same treatment I needed originally. I was also sick for over 20 hours because of the medication I didnt need. Doctors really got to stop throwing pills at everything!

I went to this urgent care at 6 pm on a Tuesday 12/19The services and people were nice. But after almost a month later I receive an additional charge from this appointment. This additional charge being that my appointment was later in the day, after “typically hours”. The charge was $42 on top of my $30 co pay. I was informed that this charge doesn’t even include the flu, COVID, or strep test that I received, it was just because of the time I came in. I was never made aware that there was an additionally fee for after “typical hours”. And I was not even given an explanation for the charge, I had to call in for them to explain it. Honestly, what the point of an urgent care if you are going to go during regular hours? I have gone to 2 other urgent cares around the area, both I went to on the weekends, was NEVER charged for coming in not during “typical hours”.

Abby, Sabrina, Will, and Kaitlyn were very professional and awesome! went to this location specifically because i’ve been several times before and each time I get in and out quickly and painlessly. Will definitely be back if I need their services in the future.

Update 12/07: Will and Abby and all the staff at this urgent care are kind, quick, and compassionate. I have the best experience with this urgent care!There’s nothing worse than having to wait forever when you’re not feeling well but it’s always quick and easy when you preregister. The PA Caitlyn (I believe) was very nice and efficient. Kristen was gentle with some swabs I needed done and also very nice and quick. The facilities are always clean. I come here because it’s close to my house but also because everyone is nice and quick.

If I could give them 10 Stars I would. The staff here was incredibly kind to me during a very difficult time. They treated me with the utmost respect and kindness that is rarely seen. I was touched by how much I could tell the staff cared from every interaction I had with them. Thank you for helping me in such a tough time and making it even a little more tolerable. A+++

Will was so kind and personable and Kaitlyn took the time to explain my illness and how it can escalate and what to look out for. Overall they were fantastic and very helpful when I wasn’t feeling well.

I had a recent visit to the urgent care, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. Nurse Canden stood out with her excellent care and attentiveness. He not only addressed my medical needs promptly but also made me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout the process. His professionalism and friendly demeanor truly made a difference during my time there. Im grateful for the high level of care provided by Nurse Canden and the entire urgent care staff. Landen made sure I knew the test he was about to provide and what it was going to be like. So there was no surprise. The check in was also so fast! Everyone was awesome!

Every person at this location was super friendly and checked me in in a timely manner. I accidentally made an appointment at a different location, but they just let me walk in and saw me quickly! I personally worked with Jordon, Will and Melanie and there were all fantastic!

First the Patient access person was rude and didn’t even like tell me what to do to check in… then the first MA was also rude didn’t interact didn’t introduce herself she just sat and clicked her pen over and over and over again! The PA was nice enough but prescribed meds under my dead name so my insurance wouldn’t cover them even though I NEVER checked in under that name it isn’t even my legal name anymore…. Overall I will NOT BE BACK no matter how close they are to home

My visit was pleasant. I did not have to wait long to see the PA. Laura had a great personality, was very thorough in explaining things, and answering any of my questions. This clinic appears to be well run and efficient.

It ran smoothly. My problem was a no-brainer and easily diagnosed and a script was called in. Also an X-ray was ordered but had to be completed at another site because of a lack of tech. A CD was provided but directions to open it was not. I am a Physician and would have liked to view the films myself. I phoned for help but the call was not returned. I did get the Radiologists summary, however.

Abby Melanie and Landen Blair were amazing, thoughtful, and understanding. This AFC is my #1 choice always. The wait is always extremely short (I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes past my appointment, and am usually brought back before my appointment even begins), service is amazing, all of the staff is so kind, and I always feel extremely comfortable. Thank you AFC!

Injured my ankle and wanted to make sure, based on past injuries, it wasnt anything more than a bad sprain. Thought my visit would be great based on all the reviews. Started off really well. The front desk was very friendly, and Will who took me back for vitals was also friendly and informative. Thats where the great experience ended. Got x-rays done, Im not sure if the x-ray tech was just having an off day, but there was very little communication and he looked less than thrilled to be there. After x-ray, Melanie came in, asked very few questions, barely looked at my ankle, and moved it in one direction (toes pushed up), I winched and thatcwas the end of her interaction with me. Didnt see her again, x-ray tech gave me an aircast, with no direction, had me sign a form for the insurance to be billed for the aircast, then gave me my discharge papers and told me I was good to go. Still have no idea what the outcome of my x-rays are because they hadnt heard back from the radiologist before discharging me. I was given no instruction on how long to wear the aircast, and no other verbal discussion on when to come back if swelling/pain dont get better by... luckily the paperwork handed to me upon leaving at least addresses the return in 3 days if... My diagnosis is simply sprain in unspecified ligament in left ankle... pretty sure the ligament would have had a possibility of being specified if the doctor had bothered to look at/feel my ankle.

Our visits to AFC urgent care was great. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. Weve had the pleasure of being assisted by Dee on several occasions and she always brings a light to our day! If you need care and want to feel seen and heard you should go to AFC Urgent Care!

American Family Care is my go to urgent care from here on out. Rory, Dee, and Julia were rockstars! Super professional, very courteous, and very friendly. They went over and beyond on helping me with my chest pain. They even provided me with a gift card. Highly recommend coming to this urgent care before others.

This location has been the absolute saver to many visits. I have been coming here for myself an my son for many years. The wait time is ideal , keep in mind could be a very busy place due to the convenience of the location but you will be in the right hands. They have the most courteous staff , whom is friendly personable a treat you like family. P.A Teresa is amazing an always goes into detail to help you understand your diagnosis and what to do next for your proper after care leaving your visit. She has the best team to assist. Rory, the X Ray tech at this location is AMAZING. I was so happy he took my X-rays and made it so easy and comfortable. Originally, I went to the Bellview location and the PA dismissed it as if it were nothing after not even accessing it, but we insisted on an xray and Rory, at the Englewood location, did such a great job and showed me the X-rays afterward. Felt like he really cared. Wonderful xray tech.

The front desk was friendly enough. the gentleman that took me back for my consultation seemed like he hated his job, was pretty cold and unfriendly, which made me super uncomfortable. the doctor that came in to check me out was very nice however. whole process was speedy and i got my results within an hour.

I had a really great experience here. Blair & Kaitlyn were really kind, funny, and patient when I came in with my sliced finger. The care was quick and easy and I was out in under an hour! Loved them.

Everyone was super helpful and nice. The whole process didn’t take long either! Landen and Faith were super friendly and answered a lot of my questions. Faith was even eager to get started! Would go again but hopefully I don’t need to.

Rory, Will, Gabby and Kaihun made my visit at this practice very efficient and as painless as possible. Went in on a holiday weekend with getting me in and in a timely manner, .Id recommend family and friends for future reference.

Fast check-in, and to be honest, it was easier than some trips to the bank. Staff was really friendly, and was in/out in less than 30 min. Was given my prescription for strep, and went on my way to the pharmacy after.Not to mention, it cost me waaaay less than I thought it would (uninsured).

I came in with a dislocated finger and it took them an hour to get to me and then they took x-rays only to tell me that I needed to go to a walk-in clinic at Swedish because they didn’t want to reset it. When I got there The doctor tried to look at the x-ray cd disk that they gave me from this urgent care, and the disk was completely empty so I had to have x-rays redone. Wasted two hours of my time which was two hours more of my finger being out of place than it needed to be. The specialist at Swedish also said it was a bit ridiculous and weird that they didn’t reset it for me there. 5 hours later, my finger is finally back in place but truly, this urgent care was nothing but a waste of time and money.

I have made two visits to this location in the last month. Once for my child and once for me. Their sense of urgency is nice because they are fairly quick at getting you in and out. The compassion of the staff is always nice when youre not feeling well. Kylie saw me today and she was fantastic. Will definitely be returning in the future when needing urgent care.

I’ve came here before and it was not a good visit. Today the tall young man that took my daughters vitals and all was very nice and kind. He made the experience great!! The Dr was very good too

I have been to this location several times this was by far the best time. The front desk staff was so friendly. The MA that took care of me was Maria and she was so kind and friendly. Doctor Yosef was amazing and really cares about his patients. Thank you to this staff for the excellent care

This place is awful. The provider was nice, but everyone else was so rude. They literally said to me “so are we doing this or not?” With attitude. “I asked you like 10 minutes ago and you didn’t say anything”. I didn’t even hear her say anything to me, it sounded like she was talking to the other front desk person. It also was very pricy for urgent care and I have good insurance. I’ve never had to pay up front, they always bill it. But they made it clear I couldn’t be taken back until I paid. You also do the entire registration on your phone. You have to like scan your ID and insurance cards and fill out all the information for your insurance, etc. What happened to the front desk people doing that? What do they do then? The visit it self was fast, but I got an antibiotic prescribed and didn’t hear anything night of, called first thing in AM and they never received the rx order 😑 I called them and they said they sent it, but will send again, pharmacy still never received it. Turns out, they sent it over with the wrong birthday. Very bad. I asked if I should stay home from work since I was contagious and was going to ask for a note, the MA acted like I was stupid and said “wash your hands, don’t share drinks, act like an adult????” with a big profound dumbfounded smile on her face, and again with an attitude. I work with cancer patients, so I don’t think it’s a good idea.. Even said that! Hence why I asked for a note. They didn’t even know if insurance will cover the other half of the bill…maybe check that before you see me ??? I don’t know I’m so disappointed and this really made me loose faith in Colorado urgent care. I will never go back and neither will anyone I know.

The staff were responsive and kept things very positive. My daughter really enjoyed working with them, and Faith made her strep test quick and easy.

Doctor was very disinterested in her exam due to fear of getting sick , poor bedside manner and i had to fight with her to get an inhaler rx because she believed it wouldn’t be covered. it was. please stop arguing with patients and making a stressful time more stressful. nurses and everyone else was amazing.

I got exactly what I went there for in a very timely manner. And when I am sick that is very important! Thank you very much!!! I absolutely could not get an appt with my doctor for another week. Except they didnt or or couldnt tell me what they saw in my exrays. They sent them away and I still havent heard. Over-all feeling alot better.

The front office staff was friendly, Abby, Deanna and Kayla were super sweet. I thought it would be a long wait but I was in and out so quick! The office and rooms were clean and the entire staff was really caring and genuinely wanted to help me.

Ben, Dee, Kara, Roy, and Wendy ensured I was well taken care of from the moment I called the office. I knew I was in excellent hands when Ben recognized my voice and reassured me I would get the answers I needed the same day. The previous AFC I visited earlier that day could not find a vein for bloodwork and sent me to another lab, but Roy and Dee said it would not be a problem for them, and they were right. PA Kara listened to my concerns and put my nerves at ease. As I left, Wendy and Ben gave me the biggest smiles and heart signs. I thank them for everything, and if services are needed again, I will return to their location!

Today was a Monday, definitely didn’t go as planned. Ended up at the ER, with an unfortunate accident. I definitely wanted leave a review to the amazing staff, starting from the receptionist. Tonight was my second time visiting this urgent care when I was sick (last time in October). Both times the staff was so kind and made me feel like my health was a priority. It’s nice to know when you’re sick that there are people who are ready to get you on the mend. I cant speak highly enough of this place! Im so grateful they exist because my primary couldnt fit me in for a while but I was dealing with some extremely uncomfortable minor issues. Not only did they get me back on track to feeling healthy again, but theyre all so lovely, patient, & kind. Every single person I spoke to was genuinely friendly. I have horrible anxiety in general, but one test/procedure we needed to do makes me especially anxious due to past trauma and my doctor was incredibly gentle about all of it. She walked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable the whole time and it means the absolute world to me. It didnt feel like she was ever annoyed either. I felt genuinely cared about as a patient and listened to. Absolutely the best urgent care Ive ever been to! Id drive to them even if I moved further away! 🖤 Thank you all so much!

I checked into Urgent care thinking it would be a long wait however I was seen by MA Rory and provider Melanie with a short wait time. I recommend this urgent care for all your needs! They all go above and beyond for there patients.

I was in town on what was supposed to be a romantic weekend and got really sick. So feeling miserable picked a random urgent care facility at 4pm on a Saturday and I’m so glad I did…everyone from reception to PA and dr were so warm and friendly and helpful and minimal wait, I was seen promptly. Have gone to this urgent care a couple times and they are always kind and as fast as possible.

I walked in this place with a chest pain on 1/8/2023, they had me wait 20 mins, finally a health provider brought me in a room and told me they could not do anything with my chest pain, I need to go to an ER but they did not refer me to any ER, just charged me $75 copay and then I had to find ER myself. 5 months after, I received a $432 dollars bill. I dont know what they have done to charge me this much. I tried to call their billing office for more than 3 months, never had any response. August, their billing officer got back to me and told me I can file an appeal with my insurance company, then they sent my bill to the collection company right away. So the next call I received was from the collection company. Just be careful when you walk in this place, once your feet touch their lobby floor, they will bill you.

Easy in and out stitches for my work-related cut. Called in right after the accident, they saw me right away and a week later took the stitches back out. Very easy and affordable when paying with card. Crystal, Yvette, Rory, Liz and Laura made the visit easy and pleasant.

Both Faith and my PA were both great! Check in was smooth and everyone was friendly. Makes a huge difference when you dont feel good.

The doctor was very unfriendly. I went in because my grandson had an ear infection and a sore throat. She looked at his ears didnt tell me yes he has an ear infection or no he does not have an ear infection didnt tell me that his throat look like he had strep, and did a strep test and a covid test on him. Then told me I should have the results in about an hour by phone call and I had to call at 5:00 p.m. after being seen at 9:00 a.m. to get those results. I am not very happy with this location at all and probably will not be going back.

I went in for some testing, the process was very quick and efficient. Will and Kaitlyn were nice and explained everything to me. I was in and out within an hour. The site is also very clean.

I was seen the same day as I made the appointment and all of the staff was helpful, friendly, kind, and understanding. There was almost no wait and I got my prescriptions within an hour of the end of my appointment! I sincerely appreciated this clinics staff.

Yvette at check in was very welcoming and helpful. It’s really hard to come in with pain and injury and feel like your mind is right. She was quick to set us up and answered questions about insurance efficiently. Mostly she had a caring demeanor which was so reassuring.

When they werent able to gain insurance verification on the weekend, due to the insurance system not being available, AFCs staff went above and beyond to dig in to get verification, and called me back to come in the same day. In addition, as always, their care staff was attentive, thorough and caring.

I went into urgent care after being exposed to COVID and developing symptoms that persisted despite at home OTC medications. Fernando was my MA and he was excellent. He is very personable and super nice and efficient with my testing. Alexandra was my PA and she was very knowledgeable and saw that I got all the testing that I needed done. They also got me in 35 minutes earlier than the expected time!

Theresa Shich is fabulous!!!! She is the PA that saw my son. We went in for an infected hang nail. They were prompt and very caring. Dr. Shich educated my son on how to take care of his wound and even sent him home with a few extra supplies to help him heal. His scripts were called into our pharmacy right away. I just cant say enough good things about this place and the people that work here. Definitely our new preferred urgent care when you want to avoid the ER!

Great visit to urgent care today. The ladies Deanne, Sam, Casie and Marie were all very sweet and helpful. I was in an out which was very helpful! They were sensitive to that I wasn’t feeling well and it was very appreciated.

I visited this urgent care a couple weeks ago to get some stitches on a deep cut on my finger. I was treated very kindly and promptly by the front desk folks (Angie and Alina), and waited less than 10 minutes to be seen. In the back, I was seen quickly by the provider Kara, who ended up administering the stitches. Lucas and Kellie in the back were awesome in cleaning the wound and bandaging me up after the stitches. As a side note, I was a bit lightheaded during the proceedings, and Lucas was kind enough to track down some sugar and water for me so I didnt pass out. Lucas also removed the stitches a week later when I came back in. Thanks to everyone for the great care and service; this will be my go-to urgent care moving forward.

Awesome experience. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. Front staff were very helpful and efficient. Liz was absolutely amazing, super comforting and ensuring. Most people hate going to the doctors because it’s time consuming, scary, and/or judgmental. Liz and all of the staff made sure to disregard any of those feelings!

Andrea was so warm and made me feel comfortable right away and Yosef was quick and efficient with my visit. I always get great care at AFC!
