Three Peaks Urgent Care - Englewood

This place is amazing! Called to see if I could come in and the deck admin Beth was so helpful and friendly. She directed me to fill out the forms online before I came in to speed up the process, which were easy to do on my phone. I had no wait time once I got in and both Neil and Edward were very kind and knowledgeable while taking care of me. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for an urgent care office!

Everyone here is hands down the best! Beth was the sweetest most caring person I have ever spoke with, she helped me navigate insurance issues, both doctors we met with had the best bedside manner and helped ease my little one’s nerves - they answered all our questions and made this whole process very smooth!! Will always suggest this office for everyone amazing, hands down the BEST experience!!!

The staff here are incredible. The PA student was very patient and asked a lot of great questions. The PA actually took the time to listen to concerns and throughly explained what they thought was happening, why it was happening, and what to do about it.Wait time was minimal and the woman at the front desk was really nice and super helpful getting checked in.Easily the best Urgent Care visit I’ve had and would definitely recommend this place if you actually want to be heard and respected!

Dr. Pat, Sam & Beth have all been so amazing and truly care about your needs.I’ve have only amazing things to talk about them all to friends and family in my recovery after a MVA.Time-wise they are very respectful of your time and I’ve been there 4 time this month. I’m usually seen without a long wait and seen with direct instructions on what’s next.The atmosphere is wonderful and while hurting all over my body— they do a wonderful job making me feel heard, understood and supported.Thank you to this wonderful team

Beth, Alex, Pat, and Edward have been amazing over the past few months. My primary doc kept getting changed every few months (I’ve had some health issues this year) so I’ve had no consistency or familiarity with professionals until I started with them.They actually listen and care. Most importantly they’re not just looking to pass you off to another doctor or specialist. They really are awesome

I have had some poor experiences at other urgent care places in Englewood. I felt the advice was good and the care I received was compassionate and kind. And did I mention, they gave me a follow up call! Who does that these days? Not even my own Dr. does that. I am extremely grateful to have found Three Peaks.

It was a really great experience! I pre-registered online and I was the only person there. They were super quick (an assessment and x-ray of my thumb took 30 mins from start to end) and nice. And they’re open 8am-8pm. I will be coming here from now on for all my urgent care needs.

I have visited the Englewood location twice in the past month for different issues, and both times I received very quick, affordable, and high quality care. Dennis is great and has been nothing short of a miracle worker for two completely different issues. Both times I was seen rapidly and paid a lot less than I expected to. I am very happy with the service here.

Dr. Edward gave me genuine care and empathy. He took the time to listen to my concerns without ever making me feel rushed. He is professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and a thorough healthcare provider. Because of him I received the uniquely specific medications I needed and will recuperate quickly. Thank you.

The care that Edward showed me and my wife was just incredible!!! Edward was extremely helpful with getting us all signed in and answered all our questions with patience and compassion. The digital paperwork was pretty easy even after I messed up and canceled our appointment, Edward just sent another link and I finished everything in 5 minutes while sitting in our car. The place is really clean, bright and welcoming. Also Edward has a great personality so those normal going to the doctors nerves dont exist at all as he is super friendly and knowledgeable! Nobody wants to be sick or inquired and need to go to urgent care, but if you do need one, Id definitely say going to see Edward at Three Peaks Urgent Care Englewood is the way to go!!!!

I have only great things to say about Three Peaks. I wrote an initial review about my experience at the Lakewood location (which was excellent!) and had to visit Englewood after I rebroke my foot. I worked with Edward twice and he’s the absolute best! He was so kind and really helped me understand my healing timeline and how to care for my injury. He even sent me my X-rays so I could see my progress. Hopefully this will be my last visit to urgent care for a while but it’s nice to know where to go if needed.

From the moment I entered the office and was greeted by Beth to the moment I received the call from Edward about the results of my test, I felt understood and was treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. I appreciate that when I visit a healthcare office. It was a great experience for me, a visitor to Denver.

The staff were caring, considerate, thorough, very timely and professional all at the same time. I may not live close but if I need care and am in town, I will definitely return to Three Peaks. I do have a number of friends in the area and will share my excellent experience with them also.

Came here twice for 2 different conditions. I wish I knew about this place earlier! I usually frequent AFC which are very good too but the pricing here cant be beat! The two people Ive seen here listen to your concerns and suggestions! If you are a cash pay customer like me, look no further and come here. They deserve their 5 star raring! Had to have 3 staples in my head! No fun! Especially without insurance! But Im so glad I accidentally landed at this Urgent Care over the other that I was trying to find. Not only did this place cost considerably less than the other Urgent Cares, but the quality of care was so much better as well!! Edward was the absolute best!! He went above and beyond as far as consideration, empathy, care and just overall kindness. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing medical attention!! I know I wont go anywhere else, going forward. I was beyond impressed. Im so grateful that I stumbled across this place. A 10 for sure! Excellent care. Much appreciated. My husband and I were both seen and treated with care and expeditiously. We are full time RVers and depend on Urgent Care centers for most of our immediate and sudden medical needs.

I had to visit Three Peaks yesterday while feeling awful with Covid to see about getting an rx for Paxlovid. Tyrell, the medical assistant, was incredibly helpful over the phone and then again in person. He was compassionate to my state of being. Dr. Edward was so down to earth and listened to my needs based on my personal medical history. I genuinely enjoyed meeting the two of them. They got me in and out of the office in under 30 minutes. Overall I highly recommend this urgent care location. By far my best experience with urgent care ever.

5,000 stars. I wish I remembered the name of the man who helped me, but I do remember Teddy. I was pretty worse for wear.I can not speak more highly of my experience at this urgent care. I dont know that Ive ever felt more assisted. I was in from out of town, being pregnant, sick and away from home is the worst. Unfortunately there wasnt much that could be done but what was done was absolutely helpful and at least I was able to stabilize enough to get home.It wasnt just the care, it was you and your compassion!

I came in wanting a cyst drain. The appointment itself was three minutes and all I was given was an antibiotic that was ineffective. I wasn’t going to go back here again. Ended up having to go to a different urgent care.Then I got the bill. They billed me under a different urgent care name (South Metro Urgent Care) that’s out of network. To be clear, Three Peaks was in network for me, but their billing department billed my insurance as a different name for no reason. Why can’t you use the name of the urgent care correctly?The lady on the billing department line pretended not to know what South Metro urgent care was when I inquired. I had to look it up myself to find that South Metro urgent care actually means three peaks! Shady and scammy because I certainly can’t be the first to have had this happen to me.

Huge Thanks to Tyrell and Edward for such great care during my visit yesterday. Having strep is no fun, but i was quickly seen and assisted with diagnosis and getting the right meds to help me get well. Thank you!

I had an amazing experience despite being sick. The clinic was clean and welcoming, the Doctor was very accommodating and Kind. The service was very very quick! He sent my prescription immediately, which is so rare for other places that I’ve been. I would definitely recommend this clinic!

I was a nurse for 25 years.i.icant say enough how great they areFrom the second you walk in they are very efficient and quick to check you in.they really listen and take excellent care of you.Anytime my family has an immediate health issue I send them there. They are so kind and compassionate (which can be hard to find these days.) I highly recommend three peaks!!!

Never had an urgent care visit go this well in my life lol. I got there, waited less than a minute and was seen, talked through my symptoms, and the prescriptions were immediately called over immediately. If I could give this more than 5 stars I would!

This was the best experience that I’ve ever had at an urgent care in my whole life in Colorado. They were pleasant. They were prompt and they were informational.

Got right in for a painful cyst, they handled it quick.. the entire staff was awesome and the PA Edward was awesome and called and followed up

I had a great time visiting this place!. I came in with pain and Edward take good care of me!. Checked out what causing the pain and explained very well how to treat it to release the pain… now few days after and i can i say that most of the pain is gone!. Although I was sick, I had a wonderful experience. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Britney checked me in quickly and I was brought back to a room immediately. Edward the provider who examined me was kind, empathetic, efficient and very knowledgeable. I was diagnosed immediately and it was delivered in a professional, friendly and educational way. Within a short period of time Britney had me hooked up to an IV and by the end of my visit I was feeling so much better then when I walked in. My prescriptions were called to my pharmacy by the time I even left. Definitely recommending this urgent care to my friends/family!

This urgent care deserves way more then 5 stars Beth and D briant helped my wife today shes had tooth pain last 3 weeks and couldnt get into her doctor today there team did great I recommend this place they checked her mouth looked for fever infection symptoms I would go here again good job everyone

How can I give them 50 stars? Lol. These people are amazing...Talk about quality care... Diane, Pat and the team you guys are AWESOME !!!!!! How do you turn an accident into such a happy experience. Well be talking about this for years. You guys are the best of the best seriously. My best friend is a surgeon I called him last night raving about you...It was pushing closing time and they even called the pharmacy where I had to go for meds to make sure that they would stay behind and fill the prescription... It is so rare to see this level of care in todays world... I hope I dont have to go back there for an accident but I will certainly go back there to stick my head in to say hello...P. S. Even the one year old furry security guard, who sits patiently in the hall was nice...

They got me right in, I set up an online appt and I was able to get the treatment I needed to mend my coughing & wheezing. Thank you! Great service. Nice place. Easy access between Denver & Englewood. My Rx was ready within an hour at a nearby Safeway.

Had to get a quick test done. Called to confirm they could help me out. They were so polite and eager to help. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with exactly what I needed. If I ever need a quick visit this is where I will go.
