Dr Russel is amazing. I love her demeanor and professionalism and how caring she is! I refer a lot of my friends and others to her. Even if you live outside of DTC, she’s worth th the drive!

Dr. Asela Russell is amazing!! She is so kind, she is extremely intelligent and I am so grateful I stayed with The Center for Woman’s Health after my former provider needed to move out of state. It’s worth the wait for an appointment if you need to!

I have been a patient of Dr Russell for a very long time, and made an appointment for my teenage daughter for her first visit. I received text messages for what I thought was just appointment reminders. When we arrived at the appointment after driving 45 min and calling her out of school, the front desk lady was beyond rude and turned us away because we didn’t have the paperwork filled out. I love Dr Russell, but from one business owner to another, good staff is everything!!

Dr. Rusell is very professional and caring. Takes the time with you and listens. Every advice from her has worked. I have been seeing Dr. Rusell for a year and has changed my life. The staff is friendly, supportive, and mega attentive. Thank you all!

Recently scheduled an appointment several weeks in advance with this office. Received a text message a few days before my appointment letting me know it had to be rescheduled. When I called them, they informed me that they couldn’t see me for another three weeks due to the doctor needing to be in a meeting. Completely oblivious to and inconsiderate of their patient’s time. It’s even more disrespectful due to them having policies in place that result in patients being charged for rescheduling last minute. You’d think respect of time would go both ways. Won’t consider them in the future and ended up scheduling elsewhere.

Dr. Rusell is compassionate and understanding to my needs. I always feel welcomed by the staff. My health is better since getting to this clinic.

I went in due to issues with spotting. I had an ultrasound done and was prescribed medication. My weight was also discussed and I was quoted $400/mo for the weight loss program. When I called to set it up it changed to $600/mo with no explanation of why the doctor told me $400. I had difficulties getting my questions answered and did not feel like I mattered. When I got a second opinion my doctor now saw immediately the polyp that was missed at this office. I have surgery scheduled now. If you have an actual woman issue I highly suggest you go see a gynecologist and get care.

Ive been seeing Dr. Russell for many years and will continue to do so. She is always professional and cares for all my concerns. She is so well knowledge-based in her field and more. Ive the staff and I always feel at home. Great facility! 👍🏾

I have been seeing Dr. Russell for the past 29 years. Since my first year of marriage, 1994. My very first OBGYN and only doctor.Throughout the years I have referred my friends to her, some have had surgeries performed by her. She is very respectful of our beliefs (bloodless treatments and alternative treatment).Dr. Russell is innovative, always advancing her practice to modern medicine. She has proven to be on top of my heath from a young adulthood to womanhood (post menopause).I have not always been a fan of her entire staff but right now things seem to be working well.Kudos to Jess who answers my questions (technical or medical) and is on top of my med refills when I need them.I don’t often get to express my appreciation, but I am so blessed to have this team caring for my health.Thank you!!KJR

Both Dr. Russell and Cathie Warren, NP are phenomenal! They are well educated and very knowledgeable, yet they explain things in a way that is easy to understand. They are very kind, very patient, very gentle, and have fantastic bedside manner. They are the first doctor/NP Ive seen in a very long time that I felt like actually listened to my issues and worked with me to resolve them. I really appreciate the care and attention they have given me and would highly recommend to any woman out there!

Came to this clinic! Do NOT go here if you are just looking for an OBGYN this is a “‘medical spa” they will charge u a ton.Whole place is a walking advertisement and the doctors are sales people. If you want Ozempic and lip filler, go here, if you want actual women’s medical care,Go elsewhere

Dr. Russell is the best doctor I ever had. She really cares about her patients.She makes me very comfortable when I visit her and gives me very good advise about everything I ask. I am very happy to have her as my OB/Gyn.

Appreciated the new patient paperwork being collected online beforehand. I was taken on time, asked if there was any concerns prior to seeing Dr. Russell. Dr. Russell was thoughtful, told me everything she was going to do and explained to me in detail about my care.

I went here because I had a yeast inf prior and the infection was gone but I had ongoing pain. They did a microbe testing and everything was negative and that was it, no further next solutions or steps provided. They suggest after I messaged to try allergy meds and a cream to see if that helps otherwise theyd suggest further testing and biopsy of any lesions found. I tried calling several times with no answer and someone called me back regarding making an appointment but by that time I got in elsewhere. The person on the phone was so rude and insisted there was only one call made. It turns out I have pelvic floor issues and no amount of urine testing would answer that besides trace amounts of blood. I wouldnt refer anyone to go here especially when they dont like to answer how much the lab costs will be before its sent out. Its nice to have extensive testing available but its not worth the unknown prices and lack of follow up.

Dr. Russell has been my physican for the last 18 years. She has always taken excellent care with my health. I always recommend her to family, friends & people I meet in my exercises classes. So many of them are now patients. My mother is a patient too & thinks the world of her.

They work with so many kinds of insurance and Dr. Warren is a blessing. Ive been dealing with feminine issues for almost 20 years and she was the first to ever double check my medical history and do tests to see if they missed anything.

Staff is very friendly and efficient. Dr. Russell is just wonderful. She has great bedside manner and you feel like shes present and really listening to you.

Love this Womens Health Center. Cathie has the best bedside manner I have ever experienced. She is knowledgeable, explains her procedure, and genuinely cares about your treatment. The ultrasound staff are amazing and super friendly. Wonderful place!

I was so impressed with my recent visit with Dr. Asela Russell. She makes one feel immediately at ease and most comfortable. Dr. Russel is very thorough and the office is very efficient, which makes for a great appointment.

This is America. In America youcan call a doctor for a needed pap smear(which is recommended every 3 yrs) and verbalise that you are also experience abnormal bleeding/urine issues, and instead of showing concern or letting you know their soonest available appointment they instead demand you provide CC information in case you miss your appointment. The appointment you haven’t even told me of/when the availability is and they never even asked for my insurance number just the name of the company. For Profit Healthcare. Healthcare in America is a joke! I hung up and I hope anyone that is forced to give a credit card number before they are even given an appointment should run!

Would not Recommend.. The front desk ladies are amazing. Dr. Packard is clearly lacking in the communication field. Sent multiple messages and even went in the office to try and get an answer to a question regarding labs for two weeks. Instead of just responding to the message she scheduled another appointment. Right away she tried to say she didnt have all the information from my previous dr regarding labs, which was a false statement given I had discussed them in person during my first visit. I think this Dr. should not be working with women with fertility issues when time is of the essence. I sent a dr note to my last dr. in Chicago and he responded in less than 24 hrs... Meanwhile it took her two weeks.. Keep in mind thats only after I went into the reception area and spoke with the front desk..not once but twice.

Dr. Russell is a gem. She listens and is always thinking about how to better help you. She’s friendly and calming and just all around wonderful. Her level of knowledge of the body is through the roof.

BEWARE! Absolutely the worst experience I have had at any doctors office. I came in for an annual physical as a new patient. I told Dr. Packard my past medical history. I asked for blood work that all my past doctors and oncologists have done yearly. She completely dismissed my concerns of a past ovarian cancer diagnosis. Told me to do their expensive ($1900) diet pill program and sent me on my way after 30 minutes. The blood work I asked for was never even ordered.Two weeks later I see that they charged my insurance for a annual exam as well as a office visit totaling over $400. They are claiming that since I brought up my past medical history they had to charge me for the annual exam and an additional office appointment. All of this for a 30 minute appointment that she use to try and sell me their $1900 diet pill.I went to another doctor a week later who got my labs and needed ultrasound set up within a day. Was charged one fee and actually felt like my health concerns were addressed.

The staff is always courteous and patient. I cant say enough great things about Dr. Russell. She is gentle and kind, considerate and humorous when prompted or appropriate. I feel I am in competent and understanding hands with a Dr. who can relate!

The entire experience I had with this place was by far the worst experience I have ever had anywhere. The doctors and staff made me feel terrible, and judged. there was no communication, And the entire reason I needed to visit them in the first place never got resolved I basically ran around in circles to end up back where I started before I ever wasted my time visiting this clinic.

Dr. Warren is the best. She’s very friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. She really took the time to listen to my concerns and questions and I never felt rushed. I am so glad I found her.

I started seeing Dr.Packard in November after seeing several other gynecologist that would ignore my symptoms. Dr.Packard was so thoughtful, she immediately took an interest in what I was explaining and started running test and imaging right away. She gave me answers and hope and within six months I was cured of the disease causing my issues. I have never met another doctor like her. She changed my life! I highly recommend this practice.

I decided to come here after issues with my last OBGYN and have not been disappointed! Dr. Packard recommended I get blood work done after seeing my family history (first time I knew this was an option), and I ended up finding out about a medical concern I know to keep an eye out for now. They are very prompt with requests and follow up!

I very rarely leave reviews but felt that I needed to share my experience. I thought I had a good obgyn then I met Dr. Hildner and had to change. She is the absolute best OBGYN I have ever encountered. She listened to everything I needed for my pregnancy and ensured I had the absolute best care available. She has regularly followed up with me to make sure any concern I had was taken care of and a top priority. The staff is extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful. I will be here for the rest of my life.

Dr Asela Russell and the entire office gives the experience that they are well thought out about the patient visit. Super thorough and caring.I thank god Asela Russell hadn’t retired!!

Do not go here. This office is grossly mishandled. It has been nothing short of a nightmare. When making the appointment for a preventative care visit, I requested all codes to verify with insurance and they excluded some which were not covered by insurnace. They did not disclose that lab work is separate from doctor services and the lab work ended up being 1000 dollars. The only lab work i requested was actually inconclusive and mishandled from office to lab. Still unknown what may have happened to me. After working with them for year to understand this bill, it inevitably has fallen on my shoulders and are now blaming insurance company and myself for not checking. How would I have checked if not given all codes to verify coverage with insurnace? it is not the insurnace company, it is the office not providing all codes inorder for myself to check. The healthcare system is flawed and I am just caught up in it.

While i was very happy with dr. russell, your onboarding process was unacceptable! i would not recommend your office for that reason. you REPEATEDLY told me i would be charged if i was late, but you made me wait for 30 minutes! are you going to pay me for my time?

I saw Cathie Warren and she was wonderful took time and listened to all of my concerns and was very sincere with the care plan. I am so happy I found her i have been looking for someone like her for a long time. All of the staff were very pleasant.

I have had test results that NEED to be reviewed with me for an ongoing issue I have been having and it has been 22 days (EDIT OVER 30 DAYS NOW) I have gotten no response from the nurse Cathie Warren since the test results have come through. I have called the office many times asking to have her call me back to discuss them and she has not. I paid way too much money to not have a call back for almost a month after the test results came through regarding an issue I have struggled with all year. I was hoping to come here to find out what has been going on, but this location has not provided me the medical support I need.

The whole office is wonderful! Dr. Packard is so great and explains things wonderfully. I am so glad my friend referred me to the practice because she really like Dr. Russell and I really like Dr. Packard.

I was referred to this office by my mother who is now also looking for another practice. I have never been to a practice where I was treated more rudely. Besides the NP and Dr. Russell, everyone else has been so unfriendly with the attitude that they hate their job and the company they work for. I am a paying customer and I expect to be treated with respect or I will take my business elsewhere.

Always friendly and responsive! Dr Russell listens to my concerns and is always willing to work together to understand what’s best! I really like this group!!

Dr. Kassandra McMillen at the Center for Womens Health in Castle Rock, CO is everything you could want from a doctor in this field. She is super informative helping me understand what and why, calming and cool, and shes really easy to get along with - if youve been to a few different gynos in your life, youll know its hard to come by. The staff was super friendly too! Thank you!

The only negative thing was I waited 50 minutes for the doctor to come in but everyone was super nice. This is the first time i’ve walked out of a doctors office feeling confident that the issue i went in for was getting treated effectively.
