Ive struggled with unexplained infertility for 13 years. Dr Sarhan was the last and BEST fertility endocrinologist who took care of me. She is very wise and knowledgeable, compassionate, kind, attentive, amongst many other qualities. She listens to understand and tailor a fair plan based on current needs and desires. After a long journey, and 2 hard losses, I decided to take a break, which she was always supportive of. Today I can say that we will be welcoming our miracle baby on April 2024. I’m a current patient of Dr. Sarhan’s at GIVF and have received excellent care. Unfortunately our journey hasn’t been easy (we are in our 5th cycle right now), but every step of the way we have felt supported and encouraged (with scientific evidence to back the encouragement).Dr. Sarhan is smart, realistic, kind, patient, and compassionate. Her bedside manner is also incredible, which is unique in this field (and I interviewed 6 other REs). She’s perfectly optimistic while also not inflating your hope. An example, I was excited by a baseline number and she said “it’s good, better than I thought it would be, but I’m not excited until I see them stimulate.”I highly recommend her and GIVF no matter what your diagnosis, but especially if you’ve got DOR or are over 38!

Dr. Sarhan is amazing! This review is way overdo but with Dr. Sarhan’s help I now have a 3 year old to keep up with. After 3 years of trying (2 unassisted and 1 in treatment), we welcomed our son. Being diagnosed with diminished ovarian reserve at 31, was a huge blow but Dr. Sarhan was empathetic and optimistic while being realistic. She always explained our treatment options throughly and never forced her recommendations on us. She made us feel like we were her only patients. Dr. Sarhan is such a knowledgeable, kind, compassionate doctor. She walked me through a very difficult period in my life; infertility issues cause lots of anxiety and heartache. Having a doctor who understands that and knows how to ease those fears and show compassion is priceless. At the same time, she was knowledgeable about treatment options, she made sure to explain every single thing that was happening, and she kept us informed every step of the way. She went above and beyond to answer my questions, abs make sure that I was comfortable, even after hours. She even helped clarify insurance protocol, which is not part of her job as a doctor. She goes above and beyond. I would whole heartedly recommend Dr. Sarhan and would add that I was lucky to be treated by her. I am confident that I would not have gotten through my infertility issues with such ease and comfort with Dr. Sarhan. She is one of a kind.

GIVF has the best staff, nurses and docs! I am so grateful for their group getting me through a really tough year! Dr. Sarhan and the GIVF team are simply amazing. They have been such a supportive group of doctors, nurses and staff. This was a great experience overall. I always knew that I was supposed to do and someone was always available to help me when I had questions. Dr. Sarhan is an excellent communicator and always took the time to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend GIVF for your fertility needs.

Dr. Sarhan has three key elements that make her excellent: she listens thoroughly, she thinks about you as an individual not another hormonal protocol, and she is compassionate. She explained things to me elegantly and simply- even the largest and fanciest of offices lack the humanism that she displayed in medicine.

While going through fertility treatment can be a stressful process for anyone, Dr. Sarhan, Vencia and staff at Columbia Fertility are beyond stellar and make it as smooth and easy as possible.They are so supportive and understanding. They take their time to explain everything and never make you feel rushed or like you are anything other than their uttmost priority.What I have found to be so comforting and really wonderful about Columbia Fertility is the consistency of care. Whether it is calling in, having bloodwork or seeing the doctor I have been receiving outstanding patient care. I highly recommend them 😊

Emergency line staff was very rude and not knowledgable at all for fertility related things. She just want spend her weekend issue free. Dont go here
