Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care

The only walkin our entire family including kids use now. Each staff does her/his job well, and the clinic is fully equipped even has their own x-ray, and it’s very helpful to determine what kind of treatment the patient needs right away. The CVS next door is also very convenient for fast prescription pickup.

Second time I use this particular office and it will be my go to for urgent care. My latest visit was just before closing time on a Friday evening, despite the most inconvenient time for any staff, I wouldn’t have known it. From the front desk staff, medical assist staff and physician herself, I couldn’t have been more grateful for their professionalism and care. Going in feeling so sickly, and having been helped the way they did is priceless. Thank you!

The front desk person could have been more professional. She was talking to me while I was seated versus asking me to come to the desk. Almost like she didnt want me at the desk. She said she sent me a link to complete check-in, but I mentioned that I already did it online at home. I told her that it didnt accept my insurance pictures and the app told me its ok we will take care of it in the office. If I was physically there why am I complete the same form. My name was spelled wrong also after providing my insurance id and driver’s license. Otherwise, the medical care was excellent.

I was seen today and I encountered a customer being extremely rude to the woman who was at the front desk. The person working who was yelled at, was covering for an absent employee. I felt she did an amazing job manning both the front and the back office and did not deserve to be spoken to like that! I am a medical assistant myself and have had to cover coworkers shifts before too, and know how demanding of a job that can be.The customer was extremely rude to the woman at the front desk but she handled it gracefully and took me back to be seen urgently when she could see I was unwell. She was great and deserves all the best.The NP Walaa was also really kind.

Nurse Yen was wonderful! She provided me with everything I needed and answered all the questions and concerns I had. She truly cared for my well being and I greatly appreciate that!

All the nurses, the doctor, and Cray specialist did a good job. They deserve more than 10! They were gentle, and very professional.

Everyone was fairly nice. There were a couple of things i did not appreciate though.I ended up as a walking in around 7:25pm and checked in. They were pretty quick with everything which was nice. One of the employees was fairly loud and having a personal phone call while on speaker. I didn’t think it was very professional of them to do that but I figured I would only be there for a short time. I really just wanted a quick visit to make sure I was okay. My mother had came with me and waited in the waiting area. While I was in the patient room with the doctor I overheard the same employee complain quite loudly “who would even think to come in here 30 minutes before we close”. That just didn’t sit right with me. Especially since she said that right in front of my mother while she was waiting for me. I do understand that everyone would like to close everything and head home early but it was the only time in my schedule that I would be able to do any sort of clinical check up. Either way, I appreciate them allowing me to come in and be attended while I was there, but their professionalism could improve. They have either scheduled hours of operation for a reason. :(

Whenever I get sick I always like to go to my family dr. I didnt like urgent care and first patient. But I have been going to urgent care since it belongs w INOVA. Omg after being treated t UTI then vertigo and now Covid im very impressed w Inova Urgent Care. I told my families and friends to go to Inova urgent care NOT First Patient. I hate First Patient.

They were all very kind and thoughtful. The most pleasant medical facility I’ve ever visited.

Terrible service. I came in with a dislocated elbow yesterday. Receptionist Paula moved with no sense of urgency and kept giving very conflicting answers. After 20 minutes of this receptionist giving me the run around and watching several patients who came in after me get seen before me, I Finally had enough and had to travel 20 minutes to inova urgent care in Tyson’s where I was able to get the answers and care needed. Avoid going to this location.

I had a severe allergic reaction that resulted in a bad skin rash all over my body. I scheduled an appointment with urgent care and was treated with oral steroid and pepcid on the spot. I was prescribed a 5 day prednisone and pepcid. My rash has gotten much better. Thank you NP-Yen Tang!

They are kind . A dotor was so nice! Sports physical only 25$. It is cheaper than other clinics!!! I recommend here!!!

I had a very good experience with the Inova GoHealth Urgent Care in Fairfax. As always, Inova facilities provide me with excellent care. Quick service, friendly, patient, caring and professional staff. Thank you very much.

I was content with this place. It is relatively new in the Greenbriar shopping center. I was seen quickly (although it was morning on a Friday at 8:30am), I reckon those are probably good times to go. The medical assistant was nice and friendly at the front. And the nurse practictioner (I am a big fan of NP’s), was a wonderful lady. I think her name was Candace. I have trauma from past experiences at doctors and hospitals. I felt comfortable here despite my past trauma. :). No judgment here.

This clinic was efficient at signing in but the signing in system seems not the easiest.... you use a tablet to get started then they send you a text ...when they call you up to sign in they imput the info again manually and ask you to see the text.... they verify bervally DOB, wich seems unsafe to do so as enyone in the waiting lobby can hear this.....once you are in the doctor see you fast. I had to pay my copayment of $100....they do not have xray machines... so if you think you will need an xray better go to a place that has it in house or they will send you to the ER with a referal for the xray that way you dont have to get sign in at the ER. I found this add...miigth as well just have gone to the ER. and here I would have had to pay another $100 copayment, I was told I needed to see a specialist who could have the xray machine ,they provided me a referal for the specialist, but the specialist didnt accept my insurance..... they specialist office offered me to pay out of pocket.... so I had to reschedule with a different specialist to be seen..... another $100....over all convinient ...maybe.but not worth it.

Trust the Inova name, and tried it out. I had an early appointment, and no one at the front desk. The Doctor told me to have a seat. Finally, the staff comes out (one of them through the front door with donuts), coughing and complaining of maybe getting sick. It was such a weird vibe and very unprofessional. The doctor we saw, Ester was knowledgeable but seems to care less that we were there and was in a hurry to get us out (even though no one was in the lobby). Then I get a bill with the wrong doctor on the bill and it was such a mess. If youre going to charge me $300 for a 5 minute visit... do better.

They’re not doing X-rays but do not have that posted on their website.Took 1.5 hours to be seen even with an appointment and pre filled/signed paperwork.

I brought my 4 year old here (she had an inner and outer ear infection). The staff were so incredible with her. That is not always the case in an urgent care that treats all ages. They were so kind and engaging, and it really helped soothe my daughter’s anxiety when she was in so much pain. This will now be our go-to urgent care.

The nurse practitioner who saw me was wonderful, and accurate. No judgement on my foot injury (holiday party too much wine) she confirmed it wasnt broke was just a sprain and she was correct. Walking on it just fine only embarrassed from the event!

Nice, brand new facility and conveniently located between two pharmacies. I made my appointment online the night before and filled out all paperwork online so when I checked in I just had a short wait. Walk-ins are also available.

I thought it was kind of shady that they want my credit card info to keep on file but could not tell me a dollar amount. No thanks have a good day.
