I’m extremely disappointed with my care here. The lack of communication for something that is such an emotional process is unacceptable and I will be finding a new clinic. You have to leave a voicemail for anyone to talk to you, and that’s if they call back. I was scheduled for an HSG that was rescheduled for TWO hours after they called me causing me to have to cancel another appointment. Only to be told my appointment is going to be canceled because they don’t have a urine sample. My husband used his limited PTO for no reason. This should’ve been noticed before the that. I told the nurse no one informed me that I even needed a urine sample and her response was it’s in the paperwork. Everything is videos and paperwork it’s extremely impersonal. I was charged $850 for a canceled appointment and had to wait until Monday for a refund to be issued. They told me I need to see a hematologist but they didn’t send a referral. I tried to ask for one and haven’t been able to speak to anyone.
Only took one try for me to get pregnant. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Dr Benadiva was friendly, knowledgeable, his team of nurses are very helpful. Also the doctors and nurses from OR are very professional, taking time explaining things to me making me feel comfortable in the process.
Intake process not very professional, so far havent seen anyone in person yet just calls over the phone but the first woman who called and asked all the questions was rude and cold. Not a good first impression unfortunately. These types of things are sensitive and hard to deal with so def looking for someone whos understanding and caring
UPDATE:Thank you! 🥰 Our perfect little baby was born and we can not be more happy. She is a dream come true. Thank you for helping us to become parents. We will be back for more!I am so grateful we found CARS. I feel like we got a dream team working with us. Dr. Grow has great knowledge and his nurses were amazing. I need to say Krista was so nice, always on point and returned phonecalls so fast. Financial representative Dawn was always so helpful! We are currently 12 weeks pregnant, after our first ivf cycle and only one transfer 🙏. Thank you ❤️
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Benadiva and his team. From the initial referral to diagnostic testing, and IUI cycles, I was cared for on every level. They had great support with insurance, understanding of procedures, flexibility with appointments, and never rushing through an appointment or procedure. Their receptionists and nurses were so patient, kind, knowledge, and always always helpful. Not one part of my journey with them was negative. They were encouraging when I got unfortunate news and celebratory when things started working out. Starting a family is so stressful, do yourself a favor and pick a team of people who truly care. Pick The Center For Advanced Reproductive Services.
I thank god every day that a friend referred us to Dr. Schmidt for a second opinion after being falsely diagnosed and strung through the mug by another doctor. From the moment we first met him I knew we were in great hands! After quite a struggle I feel so lucky to finally say that I am 21 weeks pregnant and I owe all of that to Dr. Schmidt and the entire CARS team who took great care of us!!!
After starting the IVF process elsewhere and having a terrible experience, we switched to CARS and could not have asked for a better experience. It was like night and day. From staff to clinicians, from the frequent blood draws and ultrasounds to the outpatient operations, it was truly a delight working with them. And despite my rather concerning numbers, I got pregnant on my first implantation and we now have a perfect seven-month-old daughter. Im forever grateful we switched to CARS!
It is with my greatest gratitude and appreciation that I write about my experience at the Farmington, CT Branch of CARS.For a little over a year, I was a patient at the facility. Through many months of infertility struggles, my OBGYN and endocrinologist suggested CARS would be the best place for me and my husband to start our journey towards becoming a family. I was admitted and became a patient of Doctor Grow and his nurse, Krista Traub.Starting last March 2021 – they welcomed me with open arms and talked about the steps of what can be done at The Center, the staff who I’d soon get acquainted with, the types of blood work I’d need to have done and then the various procedures or options that were available. First on my list was an HSG. Dr. Grow and his team thoroughly talked me through the process and answered any questions I may have had. Although the results weren’t as planned, the team reassured me that this is a small bump in the road and that we still had options.Over my months at The Center, the staff there has become a second family to me. They’ve treated me with the utmost respect and kindness during such a challenging time. My husband and I are also battling a few additional medical challenges, so the knowledge the staff has provided to us about our options was thorough and well thought out.Along with Dr. Grow who I’ve spent many a phone call with - the one nurse who stood out the most to me was Krista. Krista also went out of her way to ensure I felt cared for and heard during my time at CARS. She would answer emails, or reply back to phone calls with efficiency. She performed my first IUI, answered and reviewed all of my blood work and when a number would come back out of range, she would speak with Doctor Grow or Lauren Bode to provide the best care possible. Krista would check in on me also knowing that my husband and I had other medical challenges and would reassure me with a phone call and email over the course of my time at the center. Because of the very private and intimate details of IUI and almost IVF – Krista was a comfort to have as a nurse. She felt like family and a friend and when there were times the IUIs didn’t work, and I didn’t want or couldn’t emotionally tell my family and friends – she was there for me the whole way. Providing me with options for a counselor, or acupuncture or even a light laugh. Her bedside manner was incredible and The Center should be very fortunate to have her. This review is simply to highlight parts of our experience that truly stood out to us and to have your team know how truly lucky you are to have them at your group and I would definitely recommend CARS.
I cant say enough great things about CARS. When my OBGYN told me we needed fertility services I was absolutely terrified. It had never crossed my mind wed have difficulty getting pregnant. Our doctor is Dr. Grow and from the very beginning he always was straight forward and had a very calming personality. We determined we needed IVF due to male factor and throughout the terrifying process, Dr. Grow was always there. Once we were ready for our transfer, my nurse Melissa showed she had the patient of a saint when Id continue to call her about all manner of questions or concerns. She never made me feel like I was bothering her or crazy and she always was able to put my mind at ease. Today we just graduated from our clinic with the beginnings of a healthy pregnancy and I would recommend CARS to any person who needed infertility help. They are absolutely amazing, fast to respond, make the entire process smooth and calming and always care about their patients.
The journey of infertility is not always an easy one, but the doctors and nurses at CARS do an excellent job of guiding, supporting and encouraging you every step of the way. I worked with Dr. Schmidt and Jenny throughout the process, and they were absolutely incredible. They were my biggest cheerleaders throughout my infertility journey and I am forever grateful for their compassion and support. I have had such a positive experience during my time at CARS and would absolutely recommend them!
This clinic has been so wonderful throughout my most resent IVF journey! Having a terrible experience elsewhere 3 years ago I was nervous starting the IUI and IVF journey again. The doctors and nurses here are so thorough and caring. It has been such a difference experience from the previous clinic. It is very convenient having locations in Branford, New London and Farmington.
I must say that I would highly recommend this practice for anyone that needs help in starting or continuing a family. It really does help a patient feel confident in their personal treatment plan when you have a specific team of people that are assigned to you and your needs. The staff at the Center was good at answering every single question my husband and I had and were incredible about easing any of the worries that we had. After they figured out the part of our issue with conceiving, they came up with a game plan to make our dreams come true. They were incredibly helpful and we cant thank them enough for taking us as patients and helping us make our dreams a reality!
I had nothing but positive experiences at CARS during a difficult time for my husband and I as we hoped to start a family. Thanks to Dr. Benadiva and his amazing team, we now have 2 beautiful boys. Deb was extremely helpful, on top of everything, quickly returned calls, and kept me informed of everything. I met a lot of staff members in the office for various reasons and everyone was always pleasant and professional. I cannot say enough positive things about this office. They are the best!
I dont know where to really start as my wife and I have very mixed emotions regarding our journey and the eventual outcome. I will start with the good... The nurses in Farmington (Id say all with the exception of a few) were incredible and some of the most caring people weve come across during this process (Laura in particular). Dr. Makhijani was great and always able to explain in great detail what was going on, the next steps, etc... Although we were never informed from the start that she was located in Branford - it made it difficult at times as we only met her in person towards the end of our journey. Appointments were always timely (in comparison to the wait at a normal doctor or OB office). The bad... The financial representative that we dealt with made the first year of this process a living nightmare. I dont know how else to put it.. Sheer incompetence, non responsive, message after message. From tracking down insurance information to calling specialty pharmacies, I believe we gave her in education in her own profession. We did her job for her. This part was beyond horrible and if not for that this would be a 4-5 star review. It was that bad.Lastly, every time we got bad news, blood results or had questions - we dealt with about 10 different nurses. Some familiar with our file, others had no information. This part was also frustrating. Understandably everyone is busy and we cant talk to the Doctor herself or the same nurse every time, but they should be prepared.
I had the pleasure of being on team Nurse Jenny and Dr. Schmidt! What a duo, among all of the other incredible staff; during a pandemic of all times to seek fertility assistance too.I spent five months going through three rounds of IUI and I cant speak any higher of the center and its staff. At every step I felt acknowledged, cared for, and respected. I wound up finding success on my third round. I would recommend CARS for anyone who is looking for compassionate care on their fertility journey
I can only speak for the full IVF experience as my body was physically unable to try an IUI. I was assigned Dr Benediva.First impression was that we were afraid he was just talking this procedure all up and in the end would be a waste of money. However, since insurance covered it (minus deductible) we said wed do one round. Due to my older age, we decided to to PGT testing to determine which embryos were genetically normal, in order to have a better chance of implant. I also had some polypus removed, but after that, the first embryo didnt take (said more polypus arose and I then had to go to the hospital to have them removed-better equipment). However, once that was done, we tried again and I am now 10 weeks pregnant!!His Nurse Helen was wonderful and always kept me in the loop and guided me on what I needed to do at each stage. The financial person Crissy was also on the ball! So I suggest if you dont have great support with the nurse or FA, switch to Dr B and his group!
Everyone seems to leave reviews about their doctors but I would like to leave a special shout-out to the nurses, phlebotomists, and other staff at CARS. My nurse Leah was so genuine and kind during a rough patch and a second loss. Our IVF nurse Helen was so diligent about calling back with every question I had, and helping me through every single step along the way. Our journey was difficult but the staff made it that much easier. It felt like we had a team that was really on our side. On the day of my FET I left the building in tears not because of the process, but I was truly in awe of how people I had never met could be so incredibly kind and caring. It honestly felt like I had family in the room with me, and I will never forget how they all made me feel that day. Happy to report that I am pregnant thanks to CARS ❤️
I cannot say enough amazing things about all of the staff at the center. The impact they all have had on my journey is amazing. I am forever appreciative of the kind words, positivity and support when we needed it most! Dr. Schmidt is literally a true gift to the center, always knowing the right thing to say and my biggest cheerleader on my journey! Peggy who saw every single side of me was always kind and gentle and coached me along the way! Forever greatful for a these people and my time at the center!
I would give a zero if I could. Well I went to see Dr.Grow about a year ago, and what was supposed to be the happiest day ever turn into a heart breaking day. Me and my husband drove to the office and eagerly waited our first appointment. Today’s visit should have consisted off an ultrasounds and exam, My husbands sperm sample, meeting with a nurse and a phlebotomist, financial aid and etc. so a women put me and my husband in a room and did nothing for us! A few minutes later a women came to us and says that we won’t be doing the exam or ultrasound today. And that the doctor wanted to meet in his office. The Doctor (Dr.Grow) made me and my new husband feel bad during his talk. I am was so devastated the day I waited so long for was a nightmare. It was like a dark therapy appointment. We didn’t do anything we where supposed to that I left my insurance card and ID at the facility and had to drive back to get it. ( usually when you meet with financial aid you get it back) but since we never met with her, it was never returned. About 2 weeks later I got a bill in the mail!!! For around $157 dollars! Yes you heard me the apt that was never done was billing me for I don’t know what! So I drive all the way back and demand to talk to the supervisor only for the receptionist to tell me she’s at lunch and to leave my name and number. Here we are 1 year later or almost and they send the bill I refuse to pay for because those services weren’t done! To collections. Sending my beautiful credit score down 58 points. I’ve called and no luck. I am going to find a chairman or someone because this was way out of line and Dr.Grow was out of line professionally.
I received wonderful care at CARS. Dr. Benadiva and Deb R. were informative and supportive through the entire process. Chris in financial services was also very helpful. Everyone at the Center provided excellent care through what can be a stressful journey, especially during a pandemic. We just welcomed a healthy baby boy, thanks to the wonderful care we received at CARS. I would recommend the Center to anyone who needs fertility treatment or assistance.
Dr. Benadiva is an awesome doctor! He stuck with us all the way. He knows what he’s doing and is very knowledgeable! I happy my wife is pregnant now at 8 weeks. It’s truly a blessing and I recommend Dr.Benadiva to anyone . Trust me he will help you
Simply the BEST! These doctors and nurses are Angels! They treat you like you are the only patient there. The kindness and attentiveness can’t be beat. Special thanks to nurse Peggy Demers and nurse Laura Austin. It brings tears to my eyes to think about how much I love them! I couldn’t possibly get through any of this without their support. Peggy is a God sent, always reassuring and positive and right on top of everything when you need something, even just a few kind words telling you it’ll all work out. Laura greets you with a big smile in the procedure room and treats you like you’re her best friend, her first priority is make you happy and comfortable. Dr. Schmidt always has a plan and is ready to do whatever it takes, always prepared with a next step never giving up on you. I tell EVERYONE about The Center. With out them I wouldn’t have my beautiful daughter!Xoxoxox
I had nothing but an excellent experience with Dr. Daniel Grow. I met Dr. Grow back in 2018, he successfully took 10 fibroids out. I took a half year break and went back to do a full check out with my husband. Now we are pregnant! Dr. Daniel Grow is such a wonderful doctor, hes not only experienced, but he is so so kind. He listens to our requests and helped me fully. I also want to mention nurse Shannon, she’s always patiently answer my questions. I will never forget this journey in my life, my husband and I highly recommend Dr. Grow’s team! 👍👍👍
I have had a wonderful experience at the Center. Dr. Schmidt, Jenny, and Peggy are warm and caring. The spa-like music that they added makes your time getting blood drawn or waiting for ultrasound very calming. And the IVF laboratory works wonders. What a wonderful place to help you build your family!
CARS is the second IVF clinic I have used, and I like them SO MUCH BETTER than my previous clinic. My team at CARS (Dr. DiLuigi and nurse Kathy) was caring, supportive, and great with communication. I felt like they truly cared for me and wanted me to succeed. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.
There really are no words to express how grateful I am for the Center and all of the staff, especially Dr. Nulsen and his IVF nurse Erin. We went to the Center for 3 years and through all the ups and downs of fertility treatment, I always felt supported by the staff. Everyone took the time to explain to me procedures, tests results, labs, medications, finances, insurance, and the next steps in growing our family. Dr. Nulsen did everything possible to help us be successful and always listened to my concerns and questions. I would without a doubt recommend the Center to anyone.
We have been working with CARS for about a year and they were able to realize our dream of becoming parents after trying to conceive on our own for about a year and a half. I saw many doctors and nurses while there and they were always helpful, informative, and caring. I felt that every step of my journey when something didnt work, they were eager and responsive to changing the plan to move forward with next steps. Whenever I called with a question (no matter how petty it might have been) they made me feel validated and responded quickly and professionally. The early bloodwork and ultrasound hours are helpful for work and when it came to the process of IVF, they made a very stressful situation seem manageable. We will definitely be back for our next child!
If there were a way to give more stars, I would. From the moment we entered the facility (which we were referred to by a close friend), we were treated with such care, respect, and passion. The entire team was A+ caliber: from the Doctors, to the MAs, Managers techs, finance team, front desk, and CEO. They take the time to understand your fears and concerns, then carefully advise the best courses of action. What CARS did for me and my family is truly a miracle, and I will be forever grateful for them. If you starting a family and have any concerns, I highly recommend you consult with them. You will not be disappointed.
This is a team of very special people! We were made to feel comfortable and safe from our first appointment until our last. Dr. Nulsen and his entire team were so compassionate and helpful. Sonja in the financial department went above and beyond to help us navigate our insurance changes through COVID and job loss. Just incredibly kind humans!
When I decided to build my family and was having fertility issues UConn fertility was my first option. I heard by word of mouth and decided to take that leap of faith with them.I could not be more happy with my decision. Since my first consultation I knew I was in good hands. Everything was explained to me and all my questions were always answered in a quick manner. I felt like they were part of my family because they cared so much for my success and my emotional well being. The financial department helped with all my billing concerns and was able to work with my insurance and then communicate everything with me so I had no surprises. Fertility is more common then one may think and it can take a toll on us mentally. UConn fertility makes sure that all their patients are cared for with their needs and are always available to comfort and reassure of the best direction to take. I am currently 20 weeks through their IVF treatment and I can’t thank them enough for making my dreams come true! Thank you Center For Advanced Reproductive and thank you Dr. Nulsen , Erin and Deb!! I’ll be sending pictures your way!!
From Geya (Dr. Benadivas patient):Dr. Benadiva is a God sent Angel to me. I feel he is a God in disguise and Center is my Temple where my God Resides. I have not had any success with getting pregnant for past many years. My Ob-Gyn recommended to see Dr. Benadiva as I was depressed for not having a baby these many years.Dr. Benadiva is an excellent, kind hearted and greatly skilled expert doctor who evaluated me and my husband and immediately determined the cause for us not having a baby. He is straight to the point and wont sugar coat things. He gave us great and quick counselling and suggested us the best path to have the baby.My husband didnt want me to go through this tough process and after knowing how many injections i have to take in this process, but Dr. Benadiva provided right direction and gave us alternatives to having too many injections and minimized the pain in the IVF process by recommending tablets / creams instead of injections where possible. He is aware of all the process in and out and provided extra care when necessary. With his expertise and research in Phd he also helped me by giving IVF Trigger shots via sub cutaneous injections instead of intra muscular injections which minimized my pain a lot. I was literally panicking by seeing the videos of Intra Muscular injections for IVF trigger shots as they need to be too deep in to muscle and precise. But he managed my trigger shots with SubCutaneous Injections for which i am very much ThankFul to him and his team.I am deeply indebted to him & Center in Framington CT for all the help and emotional support they provided and the care they took in all aspects for not having any horror mixups of babies or other issues as we hear in news every day.I had a good normal vaginal delivery with Baby Boy now by Gods grace and Doctor Benadiva and Teams Skill and Expertise.Center staff was excellent, accomodated appointments as necessary.Nurse - Deb Raboin and the team of nurses there are excellent as well and communicated correctly all the medications and process timings when needed.Last but Not Least, My HeartFelt Thanks! to the Center Team and Staff for staying focussed on their work, taking Risk and working during this worst Pandemic Time and helping People Realize their Dreams with Baby Bundles Of Joy.
This place is amazing. Every doctor was nice, but more importantly smart and educated. They treated us as people and understood where we are, they were determined to help. And they did! Honestly, they just had their sh%t together, always. Every time. There was zero confusion, Zero “I’ll have to call you back”, zero “whoops!” A really, really great experience here :))
Our dreams came true. Dr David Schmit is amazing. He listened to all our worries and concerns, he ran whatever tests needed to be done and most importantly never gave up on us! The nurses are all so sweet and the Tx coordinator helped tremendously with our insurance issues. Weve successfully had 2 beautiful little girls and after seeing other fertility Drs, The Center was the one who helped us and worked with us financially. I highly recommend Dr David Schmit. Hes amazing!
Just completed an egg retrieval with Dr Nulsens team last week and have nothing but wonderful things to say about him and his entire team. They are professional, yet approachable...which isnt easy to find in medicine. I also saw a few other MDs who had great bedside manner too. Vicki, the IVF nurse is just an angel among us. Sue, who deals with financing is a great advocate for her patients. Looking forward to working with them in the future.
Had an early appointment and had some trouble finding the location. Tried calling for a little direction but couldnt reach anyone to help me out. So, needless to say I missed my appointment. Tried to reschedule for a slightly more accommodating time. Such as a Saturday maybe? Nope. You have to already be an established patient in order to get in on weekends. You add this with the absolute insensitivity and uncooperative attitude my wife received from 2 different people, 2 different phone calls, and I would have to say that they are lucky to even receive a rating of 2 stars. I work in the medical field myself and I whole heartedly say that I was hugely disappointed with the overall patient care of rhis facility!
Dr Benediva and the whole staff are incredible. They were there for me during the happiest and most darkest times of my life. Dr Benediva is an incredible Doctor and would recommend him in a heart beat to anyone.
My wife and I spent three years trying to get pregnant on our own before going to CARS. We had a wonderful experience. Dr. Benadiva and his team were incredible and today we are 6 weeks pregnant. #HOPEtrending
Sometimes clinics are just not the right fit, this was unfortunately the case for this clinic. I had a special circumstance and at first there were considerate efforts being made. But by the end of it, I felt that I was more of a burden to them and tried very hard to get them to work with me without prevail. Unfortunately I did not feel very accommodated at this clinic, so I chose to go elsewhere after it was indicated I wouldnt even be considered a patient. It seems like a big clinic that does not want to do specialized, individualized treatment. Look elsewhere if you need some special accommodations.
Great experience! Dr. Schmidt really helped us get our family started and and the staff was amazing. Also, we couldnt have asked for a better nurse to assist us with everything. Thank you Kathy Varkal and Dr. Schmidt for everything.
I heard good things about CARS, met personally people that had positive results, but that was not my case. I saw my Dr only once. He seemed knowledgeable, and for the most, the people I dealt with were kind and professional. However, a few people made feel that I was wasting my time trying to conceive at my age (I am 44). Once, somebody mentioned told me if I had thought about adopting a child, or if I have considered an egg donor.... I would have liked to go straight to IVF instead of trying IUI, but I understand that my insurance didnt cover the IVF and we needed to try the IUI first. I did 3 IUI, the last one wasnt even completed because I didnt respond to the stimulation. We decided not to proceed with an IVF. But, the last thing that made me really unhappy was the fact that I ended up paying for some medication out of pocket because they didnt send some paperwork to my insurance on time. Now they claimed it was my decision to pay for the medication and that I knew that my insurance was problematic. Needless to say that is not my recollection of what happened. I was in the middle of a stimulation and I have a reduced number of eggs because of my age, was I supposed to waste that egg? When I decided to pay for the medication, it was supposed that my insurance would pay me back, that was what the pharmacy told me on the phone. But because CARS didnt send the paperwork on time, my insurance denied the claim. I hope other people have a better experience, but I feel I have to share mine.
We have had nothing but good experience from the doctors and nurses. Dr. Smidth and his team is great. I think most of the issue is front desk receptionists, both on ground floor and top floor. One of the ladies on second floor seem she hate her job and really do not want to be there. Once you enter the facility, everyone is very nice
Ive heard amazing things about UCONN and Im sure once I can finally get an appointment, Ill be thrilled. Ive now called five times. Once two weeks ago with no return call. Again last Friday and was put on hold for so long I had to hang up. My third call finally got me someone who half registered me, and then had to put me back on hold for 10 minutes. I told her I couldnt wait any longer because I had a work conference call, and she said shed call back. No return call at all. So far today Ive called twice. The first time I got the answering service, and this last time I finally got a person - who couldnt help me and said the office would have to call me back. As if this process isnt frustrating enough, I cant even get an appointment confirmed?? Frustrating and not a good way to kick things off.
Dr. Benadiva has worked with me for over a year trying to conceive a child. I am now 7 weeks pregnant. He is a concise and caring physician. Im certain that I chose the right facility to begin my IVF journey. I would recommend Dr. Benadiva and CARS to anyone finding themselves in need of reproductive assistance.
My experience was extremely disrespectful & hurtful. The doctor humiliated & degraded me. The doctor said to me: you were sent to me for me to tell you the bad news, he laughed in my face on multiple occasions during the conversation when I started asking questions, he told me I better get a move on it, if I plan to have a child. I left there in tears and I am still very upset & tearful about this. There are not enough words to say what an awful experience this was. Its hard enough to be going thru this, but to go a doctor for help and have him degrade & humiliate you, is the worst feeling.
Im very thankful for the excellent work from Dr. Benadiva and his team, especially Glorimar! Ive had two wonderful children through a non-invasive IUI .Dr. Benadivas experience and knowledge, and his quiet demeanor made me feel at ease that I was in good hands.
The woman that answered the phone was NOT nice on the phone and acted like I was bothering her. With my questions. The office needs to know that the person answering the phone is the most important person . Because they are the first impression..because if they aren’t nice. people are going to think the rest of the place is rude as well they need to fix that and be more happy to be at work. I mean your working in a place that’s creating life you should be happy !!!! Also I gave a one star because that’s the lowest it would let me . trust me if I could give no stars I would!!!!!!! And this is the New London location that I called....
Dr Grow and his team are amazing. Thank you to Krista, Melissa and Dawn for guiding me thru every step of this journey!
My wife and me were trying to get pregnant for past 6 year before we met Dr. Benadiva and his team. no words can simply express our happiness and gratefulness to Dr. Benadiva. Our little Girl is a miracle and wouldn’t have been possible without Dr. Benadiva.Dr. Benadiva is truly a messenger of god to people…. he is god Vishnu for my family. Thank to Debra Raboin help provided to us.every one in the center is very helpful.Again thanks to Center for Advanced Reproductive Services team.My whole generation, Never forget the help did for my generation.
Loved my experience here! And my twins! I do wish though that other newer treatments and practices such as I did with the Beers Center for Reproductive Immunology were more widely known and practiced. As I firmly believe working with them in conjunction with UCONN, is what worked.
I came here after trying to get pregnant with my OBGYN and having no success so they refered me here Well once I got there i found out that they never recieved my records but the APRN listed to my information she never checked me we didnt have a break down of what my possibilites are she just game me a weight loss leaflet for pounds weight loss and told me to loss weight and come back. Thats it no information of why weight loss is the issue. She advised me she would await my documents and give me a call back. They never did. I found out a friend of mine have the same issues and guess what she was treated there for all her issues weight loss included (because of insulin resistance) I am beyond disgusted they didnt even bother to treat me to help me through my issues that they never bothered to get into. I am so disgusted i write this and cry because what they did was wrong.
Dr. Schmidt and the entire staff were amazing. What could have been a very overwhelming and scary process went very smoothly. Everyone was very accommodating and were always there to answer any questions that I may have had. I highly recommend them.
My husband and I are soo thankful, after 3yrs of infertility we were referred by our primary obg..dr schmidt was our doctor.we had a successful first round iui.im now 6weeks pregnant thank u cars will definitely recommend to friends.
The team at The Center is patient-focused, experienced, responsive, and caring. I always leave appointments or finish phone calls feeling affirmed and validated with more information in my hands.
Such a wonderful clinic. All the nurses, doctors, and MAs/ phlebotomists are amazing. I had a very enjoyable experience here.
Absolutely ZERO stars. This place is a money hole. The Dr. I saw had no care and wasted my time only, he could have said “no, I don’t wanna help you”. Please find some place to go get help. Disappointed.
CARS has a great team of experts I had both my sons threw the IVF process
West of time,a year and a half with no action tell now, I saw my doctor just once through virtual meeting,
They are the best in the Connecticut! Couldnt be happier with their services, they treat you with so much kindness and respect. I LOVE THEM!!!!
We mever had good experience with Doctor appointments availability.Receptionsist is horrible and not at all customer friendly.
Very irresponsible staff members. Doesn’t respond properly to the calls, doesn’t maintain records. Very disappointed by paying too much fee
You have help and support for anything and specialy from Dr Benabiva!
Thank you for all you the hard work and dedication.I can’t be more happy, thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!
Im a patient there and the staff is very hospitable
Great people. Admin staff is awesome.
Never again from hakan yalim pls never ever go this pls only about money
Unlike in other hospitals, here Doctors are not reachable for questions
Good people but all about money.
Awful center and staff
We came to the Center for Advanced Reproductive Service, after several years of trying to get pregnant, after previous treatments and evaluations. Our doctor is Dr Benadiva and what we recognize about him is his professionalism and perseverance, as well as clarity and tact about our options. We also want to thank the entire team of professionals at the center, both specialists and administrators, because each one plays a fundamental and key role in the success of the treatments. If you are looking for professional help, we recommend the Center for Advanced Reproductive Service.
My turn was Dr. Benadiva, very good doctor and the team of nurses on the ground floor are the best, my respect to them. The receptionists upstairs are tremendous people. The only thing I didnt like is that there is not enough communication when its about money. When you think that youve already paid for everything, boom, you owe an ultrasound because it wasnt covered but they dont tell you either until after theyve done it. But Ive had a very pleasant experience with them for 2 months and 2 weeks.
